Abstract
본 발명은 기존의 베어러 단위 QoS 제어방식 대비 복잡도가 높아지는 일 없이 서비스 플로우 단위의 QoS 제어를 실현하며, 서비스 요청에 따라 발생되는 신규 서비스 플로우에 대한 QoS 제어를 가능하게 하여 서비스 요청에 대한 응답 시간을 개선하는 단말장치 및 기지국장치와, QoS 제어방법을 제안한다.
