Abstract

The invention relates to a blank and packing for a pack of pots with linking/deforming portions. It also relates to a system (2) for holding a row (3) of individual pots (4) to allow easier shelving of a row of individual pots aligned in a longitudinal direction (X), the pots (4) being of the type that have a bottom wall (5), a side wall (6) closed onto itself and a flange (8) at one end (4a, 4b) of the pot. Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of conditioning individualized pots, in particular to facilitate a shelving of a row of individual pots.

The invention more specifically relates to a system for maintaining a row of individual pots, intended to facilitate a shelf of a row of individual pots, a packaging individualized pots comprising such a pot holding system, a flat blank kit for forming such a system for maintaining a row of individual pots, a blank for holding pots flat and a blanking blank for flat pots for such a blank set, a method embodiment of such an individualized package conditioning, a method of releasing individualized pots of such individualized package conditioning and a line of embodiment of such individualized package conditioning.

An individual pot, such as that considered, comprises a bottom wall, a side wall closed on itself, and a flange at one end of the pot. In a simple embodiment, the pot is in the form of a cylinder or truncated cone with a transverse flange towards its upper opening, a top closure as a flat cap can be secured to and on the collar. In other embodiments, the generatrix of the side wall is a line other than a straight line, having a more or less complex shape, and the steering curve is other than a circle, being for example a curvilinear square with rounded corners .

In one embodiment, such a pot is made of thermoformed plastic material and it has a certain holding allowing it to be self-supporting, but the pot can be made of other materials and by other methods.

Such a pot is typically intended to contain a homogeneous content or not, having a more or less fluid overall state, which does not exclude the presence of more or less solid pieces. Such content is for example a dairy product or a dessert, this list is not limiting. In one embodiment, the pot is intended to receive a dose of such a content for individual and unitary use, for example of the order of a hundred grams and, in this case, it can have a height of the order a few centimeters and register laterally in a cylinder whose diameter is also of the order of a few centimeters. In other embodiments, the pot for a minidose is smaller or, on the contrary, for a larger dose, is larger.

To achieve the shelf of such individual pots, an operator takes for example individualized pots in a transport container and arranges and aligns one by one on a shelf of a supermarket shelf to form one or more row (s) individualized pots. Such an operation requires a certain amount of time on the part of the operator, in particular because the latter risks to overturn the pots if he proceeds too quickly to put on the shelf.

Alternatively, there are known crates called "ready-to-sell" or racks usually made of cardboard or plastic, which are transport containers adapted to be arranged in a visible radius and a consumer. Such boxes or racks accommodate pots arranged in several columns and several rows, said pots being arranged on a bottom of the box and usually contained laterally by vertical edges of low height surrounding the bottom of the body and to prevent a tilting pots out of the box when putting on the shelf. These boxes or rack and allow an operator to place so simultaneous a large amount of pots in radius thus reducing the time and / or the number of operators necessary for this operation. However, such systems for maintaining a row of individual pots have drawbacks. Thus, it is not easy to calibrate the effort to be overcome to separate a pot from the pot holding assembly so that, on the one hand, the pots are sufficiently maintained by the holding assembly of pot to facilitate the shelving of the row of individual pots, and secondly, the pots are loose enough in the pot keeping set so that consumers of any age and physical strength can easily take the pots in the pot. row of pots.
