可选地,外框2、窗屏装饰圈6、环形连接件7为一体式结构,该种结构能够防止窗屏1收到外力挤压时,窗屏装饰圈6受到向外的张力导致第一卡扣61与第一卡扣孔111脱离,或造成窗1受损,同时外框2与窗屏装饰圈6为一体式结构还能使该观察窗在装配时省去将外框2与窗屏装饰圈6安装的步骤,进而提高装配效率。同时该种结构可靠性高,不易磨损且抗外力冲击强。
可选地,如图9和图10所示,内框4外侧壁靠近外框2的一端设置有第二卡扣孔41,所述外框2的内侧壁上设置有与第二卡扣孔41配合的第二卡扣21(参照图4),且所述第二卡扣21周向均布于所述外框2的内侧壁上。安装时,需要将内框4置于外框2的内圈,这样能够保证二者正常连接。参照图1,同时内框4一端还设置有铰链加强板10。将铰链9通过螺钉固定在铰链加强板10与内框4之间,内框4的另一端设置有门钩8用于将该洗衣机观察窗与洗衣机钩合。
外框2不仅与内框4卡接,还与中框3卡接。其中,参照图1,中框3上设置有第三卡扣孔33,外框2与中框3通过窗屏装饰圈6而完成连接;窗屏装饰圈6靠近中框3的一侧设置有第三卡扣62(参照图3),第三卡扣62与所述第三卡扣孔33卡接;第三卡扣孔33周向均布于中框3上。
可选地,如图8所示,上述中框3包括第一环形部31以及第二环形部32,所述第三卡扣孔33位于所述第一环形部31上,且所述第三卡扣孔33周向均布于所述第一环形部31上。
由于中框3与所述内框4通过螺钉固定连接,因此中框3上设置有螺纹孔34(参照图8),内框4上设置有螺纹连接柱42(参照图9)。使用螺钉穿过螺纹孔34伸入到螺纹连接柱42内将中框3与内框4连接。螺纹孔34的设置根据需要设置,由于中框2并非为较为规整的圆环结构,因此螺纹孔34可以设置在第一环形部31上,也可以设置在第二环形部32上。螺纹孔34的设置根据需要而设置,本实施例中不限定螺纹孔34的具体位置。设置在中框3上的螺纹孔34需要与设置在内框4上的螺纹连接柱42的位置相对应,保证二者能够与螺钉配合。
由于内框4的壁厚不均匀,在注塑后的收缩过程中,螺纹连接柱42与内框4的底壁连接处会出现凹陷,为了解决该问题,上述螺纹连接柱42与内框4的底壁之间还可以设置有注塑防缩支架47。注塑防缩支架47为“ㄇ”字形结构(参照图11)。
可选地,如图8所示,内框4靠近中框3的一侧设置有多个环形筋以及多个沿内框4径向方向分布的竖直筋43。上述环形筋分别为第一环形筋44、第二 环形筋45以及第三环形筋46,本实施例中环形筋数量可以为三个,其他实施例中可设置为其他数量,例如当观察窗尺寸较大不是正常规格时。螺纹连接柱42设置于第二环形筋45与竖直筋43的交点处。将螺纹连接柱42设置在第二环形筋45与竖直筋43的交点处,能够增强螺纹连接柱42的径向强度,防止用力旋拧螺纹连接柱42时将其拧坏。
通过使用设置在内框4上的把手方可将观察窗门开启,但是相关技术中的观察窗的把手外漏在观察窗外,影响美观,为了解决该问题,本实施例中把手48设置在内框4的侧壁上,该把手48为内框4内侧壁的凹槽(参照图9),该种设置能够使观察窗整体更为美观。同时,为了防止用户使用把手开启观察窗时发生打滑,该凹槽的长侧壁上可以设置有防滑凸点或者将长侧壁经过磨砂表面处理,上述结构能够增大摩擦阻力,方便用户开启观察窗。
本实施例中观察窗的安装步骤如下:
1、将玻璃盆5置于内框4与中框3之间,通过螺钉将中框3、内框4固定连接;
2、将外框2与窗屏1卡接,窗屏1的连接部穿过第一通孔74与第一卡扣61连接;
3、将步骤1中的中框3、内框4与步骤2中的外框2、窗屏1连接成观察窗,安装完成。
本实施例中,通过窗屏装饰圈6将中框3、内框4连接用的螺钉遮挡,能够增强该洗衣机观察窗的整体美观。同时外框2与中框3、内框4、窗屏1均卡接,则能够使该洗衣机观察窗在安装时无需使用过多工具就能完成安装,且拆卸时也较为容易。
实施例2
参考图12,本实施例提供一种洗衣机11,包括实施例1中提供的任一种洗衣机观察窗111。
在使用洗衣机11的程中,用户看不到洗衣机观察窗上的螺钉,增强了洗衣机的美观。
工业实用性
本公开提供的洗衣机观察窗及洗衣机,通过窗屏装饰圈将中框、内框连接用的螺钉遮挡,能够增强该洗衣机观察窗的整体美观。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机观察窗,包括:窗屏(1)、外框(2)、中框(3)、内框(4)、玻璃盆(5),所述玻璃盆(5)的边缘位于所述中框(3)与内框(4)之间,且所述中框(3)与内框(4)通过连接件固定连接,所述外框(2)与所述内框(4)、中框(3)分别卡接,且所述外框(2)位于所述中框(3)远离所述内框(4)的一侧,所述外框(2)的内侧壁设置有窗屏装饰圈(6)用于覆盖所述连接件,所述外框(2)还与所述窗屏(1)卡接,且所述窗屏(1)位于所述外框(2)远离所述中框(3)的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述窗屏装饰圈(6)的外侧壁与所述外框(2)内侧壁相连,所述窗屏装饰圈(6)与所述外框(2)的连接处设置有第一通孔(74),所述窗屏装饰圈(6)远离窗屏(1)的一侧设置有第一卡扣(61),所述窗屏(1)上设置有带有第一卡扣孔(111)的连接部(11),所述连接部(11)穿过所述第一通孔(74)使第一卡扣孔(111)与所述第一卡扣(61)卡接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述窗屏装饰圈(6)的外侧壁与所述外框(2)内侧壁通过环形连接件(7)相连,所述环形连接件(7)包括第一连接环(71)、分别与外框(2)及第一连接环(71)相连的第二连接环(72)、分别与窗屏装饰圈(6)及第一连接环(71)相连的第三连接环(73),所述第一通孔(74)设置于所述第一连接环(71)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述内框(4)外侧壁靠近外框(2)的一端设置有第二卡扣孔(41),所述外框(2)的内侧壁上分布有第二卡扣(21),所述第二卡扣(21)与所述第二卡扣孔(41)卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述中框(3)上设置有第三卡扣孔(33),所述窗屏装饰圈(6)靠近中框(3)的一侧设置有第三卡扣(62),所述第三卡扣(62)与所述第三卡扣孔(33)卡接;
    所述中框(3)包括第一环形部(31)以及第二环形部(32),所述第三卡扣孔(33)周向均匀分布于所述第一环形部(31)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述中框(3)上设置有螺纹孔(34),所述内框(4)上设置有螺纹连接柱(42),螺钉穿过螺纹孔(34)伸入到螺纹连接柱(42)内将中框(3)与内框(4)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述内框(4)靠近中框(3)的一侧设置有多个环形筋以及多个沿所述内框(4)径向方向分布的竖直 筋(43);
    所述多个环形筋分别为第一环形筋(44)、第二环形筋(45)以及第三环形筋(46),所述螺纹连接柱(42)设置于所述第二环形筋(45)与所述竖直筋(43)的交点处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述螺纹连接柱(42)与所述内框(4)的底壁之间还设置有注塑防缩支架(47)。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8任一项所述的洗衣机观察窗,其中,所述外框(2)、所述窗屏装饰圈(6)以及环形连接件(7)为一体成型结构。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗衣机观察窗。
