所述的锅具包括锅体和锅盖,所述的锅体为柱形容器,所述的柱形容器的开口为锅口;所述的锅口与所述的锅盖相适配;其特征在于:所述的锅口位于锅具侧壁,与锅口相邻并位于锅体下侧的锅体壁为受热壁;所述的锅盖与锅口在外力作用下至少下半部分呈气密封;在远受热壁的锅体壁和/或锅盖上设置有出气孔。
较佳的,在所述锅盖上和/或锅口处设置密封圈。
较佳的,在所述的锅体和/或锅盖上设有将锅盖和锅口锁紧至气密封的锁紧机构。
较佳的,所述的出气孔设置在受热壁相对的锅壁上;在所述的锅壁外表面近出气孔的位置设置有电极支架,在所述的电极支架上安装有防溢检测电极,所述的防溢检测电极与所述的锅具或锅盖绝缘设置;所述的防溢检测电极穿过出气孔伸入到锅具内且与盖体和/或锅具不相接触。
较佳的,在所述的电加热灶具的电加热单元周侧向上形成有与锅具相适配的腔体;所述的电加热锅具的受热壁从腔体上方开口处向下放置在腔体内,所述的电加热灶具的电加热单元设置在腔体内底部与所述的电加热锅具受热壁形状相适配。
采用上述结构的锅具,利用电加热灶具从下方加热锅具的侧壁,即将锅具的侧壁作为传统锅具的锅底,这样,在米饭熟了以后,食物会黏贴在锅具的侧壁上,这样,在米饭熟了以后,从锅具上方直接向受热壁施力,此时,锅铲位于锅外,其可变换角度到与锅具受热壁的角度相同,因此可以较为轻松地将黏贴在锅具的侧壁的米饭铲下。

具体实施方式
实施例1
图1到图10所示,为本实施例的结构示意图为达到上述目的,本发明易清理黏贴食物的锅具,所述的锅具包括锅体1和锅盖2,所述的锅体为柱形容器,所述的柱形容器的开口为锅口;所述的锅口与所述的锅盖2相适配;所述的锅口位于锅具侧壁,与锅口相邻并位于锅体下侧的锅体壁为受热壁;所述的锅盖与锅口在外力作用下至少下半部分呈气密封,其中,所述的外力可以是设置在锅盖和/或锅体上的能将两者锁紧至气密封的锁紧机构,也可以是能将锅盖和/或锅体上的能将两者锁紧至气密封的灶具;在远受热壁的锅体壁和/或锅盖上设置有出气孔4。
从图1中可以看出,锅盖2盖在锅具1上;锅具两侧设置有锁紧机构9,锁紧机构9用来将锅盖和锅具锁紧并利用它们之间的密封圈形成气密封,以防止锅具倾倒后,锅具内的水和米或菜会从锅具内漏出。
图2为图1的A-A向剖视示意图,图2所示是尚未添加水和米时的剖视示意图。图3为图2所示实施例在锅具中加入米和水后的示意图。图4为图3所示实施例加盖后的结构示意图。图5为图4所示实施例旋转过程中的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,锅具向远出气孔一侧旋转。图6为图5所示实施例旋转后的结构示意图。
图7为图6所示实施例在电加热灶上加热时的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,将旋转后的锅具直接放在电加热灶具上,使锅具的一侧壁为受热壁。加热过程中,锅具内产生的蒸汽从出气孔4喷出。
依次如图8、图9和图10所示,米饭被加工熟后,可以如图10所示,由于受热壁为锅体侧壁,因此,锅铲可以以较小的角度从受热壁上将黏贴的米饭铲下,从而解决了黏贴在锅底的米饭不易铲下的问题。
实施例1完。
通过上述实施例可以看出,本发明旨在提供一种新型的锅具,这种锅具创新的将锅具侧壁作为下部加热锅具的受热壁,从而较好的解决了黏贴在锅底的米饭不易铲下的问题。
通过上述实施例可以看出,这种锅具的形状可以为立方体、长方体,也可以是圆柱体或多边柱体,这可以根据电加热灶具的形状来选择和配合。作为本发明的进一步的改进,所述的锅具可以为正方体,这样,当出气孔设置在锅盖上时,其可以配合合适的电加热灶具以形成多个受热壁,例如,两个没有设置锁紧机构的锅具的两个侧壁,而且还可以如传统锅具那 样制作食物。
通过上述实施例可以看出,上述的锁紧机构旨在施加一定的力在锅盖和锅具上,以使它们利用密封圈形成气密封,以防止锅具内的食物和水在锅具翻转后漏出。因此,本发明的锁紧机构可以是各种锁紧结构。如图1以及图11至图13所示的搭扣;还可以是金属束带;对于圆柱形的锅具来说,其锁紧结构还可以参照高压锅等形式。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述的搭扣结构,包括:
基座910,安装在锅具的侧壁,
搭扣活动件920,其一端与所述基座近锅盖侧的一端可转动连接;
L形搭扣930,其活动自由端与所述搭扣活动件转动连接。
这种搭扣具有结构简单,使用方便的特点,且对锅盖的制作加工要求较低。
作为上述发明更进一步的改进,在所述的基座远锅盖端设有弹性卡合部911;在所述的搭扣活动件远锅盖侧设有与所述弹性卡合部相卡合的配合部921。所述弹性卡合部911为从所述基座的端部朝向所述基座的一侧弯折延伸的弹片,且所述弹片的自由端设有圆弧形的卡钩,所述配合部921为开设于所述搭扣活动件上且与所述卡钩相卡持的卡合孔。使用时,将搭扣活动件打开,将L形搭扣930搭在锅盖上,然后将搭扣活动件下压,以使L形搭扣930在搭扣活动件的作用下将锅盖锁紧在锅具上,以实现密封的目的。
实施例2
如图14至图18所示,本发明的电加热炊具8,包括一电加热灶具和与电加热灶具相适配的电加热锅具;所述的电加热锅具1设置在电加热灶具上方,所述的电加热灶具从下方加热电加热锅具的受热壁;
所述的电加热锅具由锅体1和锅盖2组成,在所述锅盖2上设置密封圈;在所述的锅具和锅盖上设有将锅盖和锅具锁紧至气密封的锁紧机构9;在使用时,锅体下侧的锅壁位于下部成为锅具的受热壁,在远受热壁的锅壁4上设置有出气孔4。
在所述的锅壁外表面近出气孔的位置设置有电极支架61,在所述的电极支架上安装有防溢检测电极62,所述的防溢检测电极62与所述的锅具或锅盖绝缘设置;所述的防溢检测电极62穿过出气孔4伸入到锅具内且与盖体和/或锅具不相接触。
如图18所示,在所述的电加热灶具的电加热单元周侧向上形成有与锅具相适配的腔体;所述的电加热锅具的从腔体上方开口处向下放置在腔体内,所述的电加热灶具的电加热单元 设置在腔体内底部与所述的电加热锅具下部的受热壁形状相适配。
实施例2完。
实施例3
如图19至图20所示,本发明的电加热炊具8,包括一电加热灶具和与电加热灶具相适配的电加热锅具;
其中,所述的电加热锅具由锅体1和锅盖2组成,在使用时,锅体下侧的锅壁位于下部成为锅具的受热壁,在远受热壁的锅壁上设置有出气孔4。
在所述的锅壁外表面近出气孔的位置设置有电极支架61,在所述的电极支架上安装有防溢检测电极62,所述的防溢检测电极62与所述的锅具或锅盖绝缘设置;所述的防溢检测电极62穿过出气孔4伸入到锅具内且与盖体和/或锅具不相接触。
电加热灶具包括位于下部的控制室802,用于控制加热元件804,804上设置有加热板803,用于与电加热锅具的受热壁接触;控制室上设置有腔体801,用于容置电加热锅具;在腔体801内对应电加热锅具锅盖的位置设置有凸块805,凸块805用于对腔体801内的电加热锅具锅盖边沿进行挤压,以使其与锅口处形成气密封。
实施例3完。
实施例4
作为实施例1进一步的改进,与所述的受热壁相对设置的锅体侧壁与锅体其它部分可拆卸连接。这样,受热壁相对设置的锅体侧壁(即锅体上侧壁),相当于锅具的上盖,将其打开后,可以对锅内被加热的食物进行操作,如搅拌、加料等。

实施例5
基于上述的各实施例,本实施例为一种电饭煲,所述的电饭煲包括煲体71;所述的煲体设置有开口向上的容置腔,在所述的容置腔内容置有开口向上的内胆1;在所述的内胆一侧侧壁相对应的煲体内设置有加热装置72;还包括一个与内胆开口相适配的密封盖2,在所述的密封盖和/或内胆上远加热装置一侧设有蒸汽出汽孔4;
其中,至少所述的电饭煲在处于工作状态时:所述的内胆1的开口被密封盖2气密封;所述的有加热装置的煲体一侧为工作底部(即加热状态时的底部)。现结合图21至图23作进 一步的说明。
如图21所示,为电饭煲处于非工作状态时的状态,从图中可以看出,此时煲体是竖直放置,所述的煲体71设置有开口向上的容置腔,在所述的容置腔内容置有开口向上的内胆1;在所述的内胆一侧侧壁相对应的煲体内设置有加热装置72;煲体的下表面为非工作底部(即非加热状态时的底部。)这种状态宜于向内胆中投放水、米等。等投放完毕后将密封盖2加盖在内胆1上,使盖体与内胆开口呈气密封。此时,密封盖上蒸汽出汽孔4远加热装置一侧设置。
如图22所示,在向内胆中投放水、米等完成后,将煲体71朝向有有加热装置72一侧旋转。
旋转完成后,图23所示,即可进行加热,此时,有加热装置的煲体一侧为工作底部。加热过程中,锅具内产生的蒸汽从出气孔4喷出。这样,在米饭的整个加热过程中,加热装置始终加热的是内胆的侧壁,这样,因此,锅铲可以以较小的角度从受热壁上将黏贴的米饭铲下,从而解决了黏贴在锅底的米饭不易铲下的问题。
上述的盖体与内胆上的锁紧机构,与上述的各实施例相类似,在此不再赘述。
实施例5完。
作为上述实施例5的进一步改进,还包括与煲体相适配的煲盖,所述的煲体与煲盖能锁固,煲体与煲盖的锁固方式可以采用现有的电饭煲的锁固方式;在所述的煲盖上和/或煲体上对应所述的蒸汽出孔设有蒸汽孔或蒸汽通道;所述的电饭煲在处于工作状态时,所述的煲体与煲盖相互锁固。
实施例6
如图24至图25本实电饭煲,所述的电饭煲包括煲体71以及与煲体相适配的煲盖73,所述的煲体与煲盖能锁固;所述的煲体设置有开口向上的容置腔,在所述的容置腔内容置有开口向上的内胆1;在所述的内胆一侧侧壁相对应的煲体内设置有加热装置72;煲盖朝向内胆一侧设有与内胆开口相适配的密封圈74或密封部;在所述的密封圈内的煲盖上和/或内胆上远加热装置一侧设有蒸汽出汽孔75;
其中,至少所述的电饭煲在处于工作状态时:所述的内胆的开口被密封圈或密封部气密封;所述的煲体与煲盖锁固;所述的有加热装置的煲体一侧为工作底部。
现结合图24至图25作进一步的说明。
如图24所示,为电饭煲处于非工作状态时的状态,从图中可以看出,此时锅体是竖直放置,煲体71设置有开口向上的容置腔,在所述的容置腔内容置有开口向上的内胆1;在所述的内胆一侧侧壁相对应的煲体内设置有加热装置72;煲体的下表面为非工作底部(即非加热状态时的底部。)这种状态宜于向内胆中投放水、米等。等投放完毕后将煲盖73加盖在内胆1上,使煲盖73上的密封圈74与内胆1的开口呈气密封。
在向内胆中投放水、米等完成后,将煲体71朝向有有加热装置72一侧旋转。旋转完成后,图25所示,即可进行加热,此时,有加热装置的煲体一侧为工作底部。加热过程中,锅具内产生的蒸汽从出气孔75喷出。这样,在米饭的整个加热过程中,加热装置72始终加热的是内胆1的侧壁,这样,锅铲可以以较小的角度从内胆受热壁上将黏贴的米饭铲下,从而解决了黏贴在锅底的米饭不易铲下的问题。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种易清理黏贴食物的锅具,所述的锅具包括锅体和锅盖,所述的锅体为柱形容器,所述的柱形容器的开口为锅口;所述的锅口与所述的锅盖相适配;其特征在于:所述的锅口位于锅具侧壁,与锅口相邻并位于锅体下侧的锅体壁为受热壁;所述的锅盖与锅口在外力作用下至少下半部分呈气密封;在远受热壁的锅体壁和/或锅盖上设置有出气孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,在所述锅盖上或锅口处设置密封圈。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,在所述的锅体和/或锅盖上设有将锅盖和锅具锁紧至气密封的锁紧机构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,所述的出气孔设置在受热壁相对的锅壁上;在所述的锅壁外表面近出气孔的位置设置有电极支架,在所述的电极支架上安装有防溢检测电极,所述的防溢检测电极与所述的锅具或锅盖绝缘设置;所述的防溢检测电极穿过出气孔伸入到锅具内且与盖体和/或锅具不相接触。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,所述的锅具为正方体。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,所述的锁紧机构为搭扣结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,所述的搭扣,包括:
    基座,安装在锅具的侧壁,
    搭扣活动件,其一端与所述基座近锅盖侧的一端可转动连接;
    L形搭扣,其活动自由端与所述搭扣活动件转动连接,
  8. 如权利要求7所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,
    在所述的基座远锅盖端设有弹性卡合部;在所述的搭扣活动件远锅盖侧设有与所述弹性卡合部相卡合的配合部。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,所述弹性卡合部为从所述基座的端部朝向所述基座的一侧弯折延伸的弹片,且所述弹片的自由端设有圆弧形的卡钩,所述配合部为开设于所述搭扣活动件上且与所述卡钩相卡持的卡合孔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的易清理黏贴食物的锅具,其特征在于,与所述的受热壁相对设置的锅体侧壁与锅体其它部分可拆卸连接。
  11. 一种电加热炊具,包括一电加热灶具和与电加热灶具相适配的电加热锅具;所述的电加热锅具设置在电加热灶具上方,所述的电加热灶具从下方加热电加热锅具的受热壁;
    所述的锅具包括锅体和锅盖,所述的锅体为柱形容器,所述的柱形容器的开口为锅口;所述的锅口与所述的锅盖相适配;其特征在于:所述的锅口位于锅具侧壁,与锅口相邻并位于锅体下侧的锅体壁为受热壁;所述的锅盖与锅口在外力作用下至少下半部分呈气密封;在远受热壁的锅体壁和/或锅盖上设置有出气孔。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电加热炊具,其特征在于,在所述锅盖上和/或锅口处设置密封圈。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电加热炊具,其特征在于,在所述的锅体和/或锅盖上设有将锅盖和锅口锁紧至气密封的锁紧机构。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的电加热炊具,其特征在于,所述的出气孔设置在受热壁相对的锅壁上;在所述的锅壁外表面近出气孔的位置设置有电极支架,在所述的电极支架上安装有防溢检测电极,所述的防溢检测电极与所述的锅具或锅盖绝缘设置;所述的防溢检测电极穿过出气孔伸入到锅具内且与盖体和/或锅具不相接触。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的电加热炊具,其特征在于,在所述的电加热灶具的电加热单元周侧向上形成有与锅具相适配的腔体;所述的电加热锅具的受热壁从腔体上方开口处向下放置在腔体内,所述的电加热灶具的电加热单元设置在腔体内底部与所述的电加热锅具受热壁形状相适配。
  16. 一种电饭煲,所述的电饭煲包括煲体;所述的煲体设置有开口向上的容置腔,在所述的容置腔内容置有开口向上的内胆;其特征在于:在所述的内胆一侧侧壁相对应的煲体内设置有加热装置;还包括一个与内胆开口相适配的密封盖,在所述的密封盖和/或内胆上远加热装置一侧设有蒸汽出汽孔;
    其中,至少所述的电饭煲在处于工作状态时:所述的内胆的开口被密封盖气密封;所述的有加热装置的煲体一侧为工作底部。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电饭煲,其特征在于:还包括与煲体相适配的煲盖,所述的煲体与煲盖能锁固;在所述的煲盖上和/或煲体上对应所述的蒸汽出孔设有蒸汽孔或蒸汽通道;所述的电饭煲在处于工作状态时,所述的煲体与煲盖相互锁固。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的电饭煲,其特征在于:所述的密封盖包括一盖体,盖体下表面对应所述的内胆开口处设有密封圈;在所述的内胆和/或盖体上设有将盖体和内胆开口锁紧至 气密封的锁紧机构。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的电饭煲,其特征在于:所述的密封盖包括一盖体,盖体下表面对应所述的内胆开口处设有密封圈;在所述的煲盖上设有将盖体和内胆开口压紧至气密封的压紧机构。
  20. 一种电饭煲,所述的电饭煲包括煲体以及与煲体相适配的煲盖,所述的煲体与煲盖能锁固;所述的煲体设置有开口向上的容置腔,在所述的容置腔内容置有开口向上的内胆;其特征在于:在所述的内胆一侧侧壁相对应的煲体内设置有加热装置;煲盖朝向内胆一侧设有与内胆开口相适配的密封圈或密封部;在所述的密封圈内的煲盖上和/或内胆上远加热装置一侧设有蒸汽出汽孔;
    其中,至少所述的电饭煲在处于工作状态时:所述的内胆的开口被密封圈或密封部气密封;所述的煲体与煲盖锁固;所述的有加热装置的煲体一侧为工作底部。
