技术领域
本发明涉及烤箱领域,更具体地讲涉及一种烤架可自动推出的烤箱。
背景技术
传统烤箱的箱门与烤架是相对独立的,打开烤箱门后,人工将烤架拉出拿取食物,或直接伸手到烤箱内拿取食物,人很容易被烫伤。目前也有一些可以自动拉出烤架的烤箱,然而其结构复杂繁琐,成本较高。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种结构简单并且可自动推出烤架的烤箱。
一种烤架可自动推出的烤箱,包括内腔体、烤箱门、烤架以及联动组件,所述烤架设置于所述内腔体中,所述联动组件包括拉杆、拉片、转动杆和用于推出所述烤架的拔片,所述拉杆和所述拉片均具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述拉杆的第一端与所述烤箱门转动连接,所述拉片的第一端与所述拉杆的第二端转动连接,所述拉片的第二端固定在所述转动轴上,所述拔片也固定在所述转动轴上,所述拔片设置于所述内腔体中且位于所述烤架远离所述烤箱门的一侧,所述烤箱门能够通过所述拉杆带动所述拉片转动,进而带动所述转动杆转动,从而带动所述拔片转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内腔体包括垂直于所述烤箱门且相对的两侧壁,所述转动杆固定于所述两侧壁之间并且能够自由转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述侧壁设有通孔,所述转动杆的一端穿过所述通孔并到达所述内腔体的外侧,所述拉杆和所述拉片设置于所述内腔体的外侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述内腔体包括与所述烤箱门相对设置的后壁,以及垂直于所述烤箱门且相对的两侧壁,所述烤架垂直于所述两侧壁且垂直于所述烤箱门设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述拔片设置于所述后壁与所述烤架之间,且当所述烤箱门关闭时,所述拔片与所述烤架接触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述拔片设置于所述烤架的中部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烤架靠近所述两侧壁的两端均设置有所述拔片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烤架的数量为多个,所述拔片的长度使该拔片能够将该多个烤架一起推出。
在其中一个实施例中,所述拔片垂直于所述转动杆设置,所述拉片平行于所述拔片设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烤箱门进一步包括限位片,该限位片具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述限位片的第一端与所述烤箱门转动连接,所述限位片的第二端与所述拉杆的第一端固定连接。
本发明提供的烤箱结构简单,装配方便,安全实用,烤箱门带动烤架自动进出,方便食物及器具的取放,避免用户被烤箱内部高温烫伤。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
请一并参阅图1至图4,一种烤架可自动推出的烤箱10,包括内腔体100、烤箱门200、烤架300以及联动组件400。
所述内腔体100可包括与所述烤箱门200相对设置的后壁(图未示),以及垂直于所述烤箱门200且相对设置的两侧壁140。
所述烤架300可设置于所述内腔体100中。所述烤架300可以垂直于所述两侧壁140设置。进一步地,所述烤架300可以垂直于所述烤箱门200设置。在一实施例中,所述两侧壁140分别设有烤架槽142,用于放置所述烤架300。所述烤架300的数量可以为多个。该多个烤架300可以平行设置。
所述联动组件400包括拉杆420、拉片430、转动杆440和拔片450。所述拉杆420具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述拉片430也具有相对的第一端和第二端。所述拉杆420的第一端与所述烤箱门200转动连接,所述拉杆420的第二端与所述拉片430的第一端转动连接, 所述拉片430的第二端固定在所述转动杆440上。所述拔片450也固定在所述转动杆440上,进一步地,所述拔片450设置于所述内腔体100中且位于所述烤架300远离所述烤箱门200的一侧。
在打开所述烤箱门200的过程中,所述烤箱门200通过所述拉杆420带动所述拉片430转动,进而带动所述转动杆440转动,从而带动所述拔片450向所述烤架300的方向转动,并将所述烤架300推出,即打开所述烤箱门200,所述烤架300就能自动推出。在关闭所述烤箱门200时,所述拔片450复位,所述烤箱门200将所述烤架300推入所述内腔体100中。
所述拉杆420的第一端可以与所述烤箱门200铰接。所述拉片430的第一端可以与所述拉杆420的第二端铰接。所述拉杆420和所述拉片430可设置于所述内腔体100外侧,从而达到节省所述内腔体100空间的目的,此时,所述转动杆440一部分位于所述内腔体100外侧,用于固定所述拉片430的第二端,另一部分位于所述内腔体100内,用于固定所述拔片450。
所述转动杆440可以自由转动。所述转动杆440可以设置于所述两侧壁140之间进行自由转动。具体地,所述两侧壁140分别设有孔道,所述转动杆440的两端分别位于所述孔道中。进一步地,所述孔道为通孔,所述转动杆440的一端可穿过所述通孔到达所述内腔体100的外侧,从而可以使所述拉杆420和所述拉片430设置于所述内腔体100的外侧,在所述内腔体100的外侧实现与所述烤箱门200的联动。
所述拉杆420的第一端、所述拉片430的第一端以及所述转动杆440的转动轴均平行于所述烤箱门200的转动轴。
所述拔片450可以设置于所述后壁与所述烤架300之间。优选地,当所述烤箱门200关闭时,所述拔片450与所述烤架300接触,此时所述烤箱门200一开始向外转动,所述拔片450就立即开始推动所述烤架300。所述拔片450可以垂直设置于所述转动杆440上。所述拔片450可以与所述拉片430平行设置,也可以呈一定角度设置。所述拔片450可以设置于所述烤架300的中间位置,从而从所述烤架300中间对其施力将其推出。所述拔片450的数量可以为多个。可以在所述烤架300靠近所述两侧壁140的两端均设置所述拔片450,从而从所述烤架300靠近所述两侧壁140的两端同时对其施力将其推出。当所述烤架300的数量为多个时,可以通过设置所述拔片450的长度,来选择将一个或某几个或全部的所述烤架300推出。优选地,所述拔片450的长度可以将所述多个烤架300全部推出。
所述烤箱门200进一步包括限位片210,该限位片210用于限定所述烤箱门200的转动范围。该限位片210具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述限位片210的第一端与所述烤箱门200转动连接,所述限位片210的第二端与所述拉杆420的第一端固定连接,从而使所述拉杆420的第一端通过所述限位片210与所述烤箱门200活动连接。
所述烤箱10进一步包括发热组件500。所述发热组件500可与所述烤架300平行设置。
本发明提供的烤箱结构简单,装配方便,安全实用,烤箱门带动烤架自动进出,方便食物及器具的取放,避免用户被烤箱内部高温烫伤。

  1. 一种烤架可自动推出的烤箱,包括内腔体、烤箱门、烤架以及联动组件,所述烤架设置于所述内腔体中,其特征在于,
    所述联动组件包括拉杆、拉片、转动杆和用于推出所述烤架的拔片,所述拉杆和所述拉片均具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述拉杆的第一端与所述烤箱门转动连接,所述拉杆的第二端与所述拉片的第一端转动连接,所述拉片的第二端固定在所述转动轴上,所述拔片也固定在所述转动轴上,所述拔片设置于所述内腔体中且位于所述烤架远离所述烤箱门的一侧,所述烤箱门能够通过所述拉杆带动所述拉片转动,进而带动所述转动杆转动,从而带动所述拔片转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述内腔体包括垂直于所述烤箱门且相对的两侧壁,所述转动杆设置于所述两侧壁之间并且能够转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述两侧壁中的至少一个设有通孔,所述转动杆的一端穿过所述通孔并到达所述内腔体的外侧,所述拉杆和所述拉片设置于所述内腔体的外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述内腔体包括与所述烤箱门相对设置的后壁,以及垂直于所述烤箱门且相对的两侧壁,所述烤架垂直于所述两侧壁且垂直于所述烤箱门设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述拔片设置于所述后壁与所述烤架之间,且当所述烤箱门关闭时,所述拔片与所述烤架接触。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述拔片设置于所述烤架的中部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述烤架靠近所述两侧壁的两端均设置有所述拔片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述烤架的数量为多个,所述拔片的长度使该拔片能够将该多个烤架一起推出。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述拔片垂直于所述转动杆设置,所述拉片平行于所述拔片设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述烤箱门进一步包括限位片,该限位片具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述限位片的第一端与所述烤箱门转动连接,所述限位片的第二端与所述拉杆的第一端固定连接。
