背景技术
一般的在棒型糖生产完成且包装完成后需要对棒型糖进行贴标,贴标贴在棒型糖的塑料棒上,现在的棒型糖贴标虽然有一些采用贴标机进行贴标的情况,但是大都是通过人工贴标的方式对每个棒型糖进行贴标,采用贴标机对棒型糖进行贴标经常会在棒型糖上贴标不对称,贴标上的粘胶会暴露在空气中,棒型糖之间会通过贴标上的粘胶粘在一起,造成分离的过程中贴标易被破坏,且经常出现一些棒型糖上没有贴上贴标,或者一个棒型糖上出现多个贴标的情况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种棒型糖贴标系统,能够使得棒型糖上的贴标对称整齐,每个棒型糖上均有贴标且只有一个贴标;解决了棒型糖贴完标之后贴标上的粘胶将棒型糖粘结一起难以分离和棒型糖没有贴标和多个贴标的情况。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种棒型糖贴标系统,其创新点在于:该棒型糖贴标系统包括:支撑座、理糖机构、输送机构、贴标机构和料斗;该棒型糖贴标系统为理糖机构将棒型糖进行整理,由输送机构将棒型糖输送到贴标机构处进行自动贴标并输送到料斗的贴标系统。
进一步的,所述理糖机构包括转盘、驱动电机、理糖电机;所述转盘通过立柱安装在支撑座上,驱动电机安装在转盘的下方且固定在支撑座上驱动转盘旋转,所述理糖电机水平安装在转盘的旁侧,理糖电机的输出端延伸至转盘上方,且理糖电机的输出端上安装有毛刷为位于转盘中的棒型糖进行整理。
进一步的,所述输送机构包括棒型糖夹爪、输送带和传动辊;所述棒型糖夹爪等间距安装在传送带上,跟随传送带绕着传动辊旋转;所述传动辊包括传动辊a、传动辊b和换向辊;传动辊a和传动辊b分别位于输送带的两侧,且传动辊a位于传动辊b的下方,换向辊使输送带缠绕着传动辊a与传动辊b上,传动辊a位于理糖机构的转盘旁侧,带动传送带上的棒型糖夹爪抓取转盘中的棒型糖。
进一步的,所述贴标机构包括贴标输送机、贴标夹和压紧辊;所述贴标输送机位于输送带的上方,贴标输送机的输出端口对准贴标夹;所述贴标夹关于棒型糖输送轨迹对称,贴标夹的中间开有棒型糖输送孔,贴标在与棒型糖相贴之前紧靠在贴标夹侧边,棒型糖在输送带的输送下,使得棒型糖穿过贴标夹,将紧靠在贴标夹上的贴标粘在棒型糖上;所述压紧辊与贴标夹位于同一高度且关于棒型糖的输送轨迹对称,棒型糖在贴好贴标后经过压紧辊将贴标压紧在棒型糖上。

进一步的,所述转盘呈圆锥状,便于棒型糖在转盘内分布和利于棒型糖被棒型糖夹爪抓取。
本发明的优点在于:1)理糖机构上设置有若干毛刷,使棒型糖在转盘中使其塑料棒能够紧贴在转盘上,便于输送机构上的棒型糖夹爪对=棒型糖进行夹取。
(2)棒型糖夹爪为贴标夹的旁侧,棒型糖夹爪在没有夹取到棒型糖时通过贴标夹与贴标夹不会产生干涉。
(3)棒型糖在转盘中通过毛刷的整理,利用输送机构上的棒型糖夹爪对棒型糖进行输送,棒型糖的塑料棒在经过贴标夹的时候会将紧贴在贴标夹上的贴标包在棒型糖的塑料棒上,且经过压辊压紧该贴标,实现了贴标的自动化生产,减少了人力资源的浪费,提高了贴标效率。

理糖机构2包括转盘21、驱动电机22、理糖电机23;所述转盘21通过立柱安装在支撑座1上,驱动电机22安装在转盘21的下方且固定在支撑座1上驱动转盘21旋转,所述理糖电机23水平安装在转盘21的旁侧,理糖电机23的输出端延伸至转盘21上方,且理糖电机23的输出端上安装有毛刷24为位于转盘21中的棒型糖进行整理。
输送机构3包括棒型糖夹爪31、输送带32和传动辊33;所述棒型糖夹爪31等间距安装在传送带32上,跟随传送带32绕着传动辊33旋转;所述传动辊33包括传动辊33a、传动辊33b和换向辊331;传动辊33a和传动辊33b分别位于输送带32的两侧,且传动辊33a位于传动辊33b的下方,换向辊331使输送带缠绕着传动辊33a与传动辊33b上,传动辊33a位于理糖机构2的转盘21旁侧,带动传送带32上的棒型糖夹爪31抓取转盘21中的棒型糖。
