技术领域
本申请属于产品包装技术领域,特别涉及一种具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装。
背景技术
液体食品,如牛奶和酸奶,以及半液体食品,如果汁,通常在小容积消费包装容器中销售。该包装容器用来在传输和处理过程中贯穿价值链而保护食品。
近些年来,针对一些涉及人体健康的重要商品,例如食品、医药、婴幼儿奶粉等,国家提出了明确的质量体系管理要求与溯源信息系统建设要求。二维码技术的发展使得许多产品包装(如盒装奶)上都设置有二维码,每包产品的二维码互不相同,消费者需要利用手持设备进行二维码扫描,来达到参与活动、验证商品真伪、追溯产品等目的。但是,通常产品包装上的二维码设置比较简单,在产品被出售前,可能会出现被盗扫的情况。
发明内容
本申请提供一种具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装,用于解决现有技术中产品包装上的二维码设置较简单,导致二维码容易被盗扫的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的一技术方案为提供一种具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装,包括第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构,分别设置于产品包装的三个相邻面上,产品包装展平后,使所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构形成一能被二维码扫描设备识别的二维码结构。
本申请进一步实施例中,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构通过一完整二维码结构分割得到。
本申请进一步实施例中,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构采用不等分的斜线分割得到。
本申请进一步实施例中,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构避开所述三个相邻面的交点。
本申请进一步实施例中,产品包装展平时,所述第一二维码结构的分割边与第二二维码结构的分割边相距一定距离,所述第三二维码结构的分割边与第二二维码结构的分割边相距一定距离。

本申请所述的产品包装如为纸质的牛奶(包括纯牛奶、酸奶等)包装盒,可由一产品包装单元通过印好的折痕折叠而成,折好的产品包装顶面会形成两个向外突出的折角,该折角可通过胶粘等方式固定在顶面或侧面顶部。同样的,折好的产品包装还可在底面形成两个向外突出的折角,可通过胶粘等方式固定在底面或侧面底部。本申请所述的折角用于密封和紧固产品包装。
本申请一实施例中,如图1所示,产品包装20上设置有第一二维码结构101、第二二维码结构102及第三二维码结构103,该三个二维码结构分别设置于产品包装的三个相邻面上,产品包装20展平后,使得第一二维码结构101、第二二维码结构102及第三二维码结构103形成一能被二维码扫描设备识别的二维码结构。
详细的说,第一二维码结构101、第二二维码结构102及第三二维码结构103是通过一完整二维码结构(该完整二维码结构为二维码生成器生成的未经过切割的非拼接成的二维码)分割得到的。第一二维码结构101、第二二维码结构102及第三二维码结构103采用不等分的斜线分割得到,本申请对第一二维码结构101、第二二维码结构102及第三二维码结构103的形状及大小不做限定,具体的,第一二维码结构101及第三二维码结构103的大小可以相同。
更详细的,所述第一二维码结构101、第二二维码结构102及第三二维码结构103分别设置在产品包装顶角相邻的三个面上。如,牛奶产品包装为长方体结构,共有8个顶角,则将该三个二维码结构设置在任意一顶角相邻的三个面上。本申请对该三个二维码结构距离产品包装顶点的距离不做限定。当包装为长方体时,或者更广义的说,当第二二维码结构所在面的顶角为九十度时,两条斜线分割线(相对于二维码为斜线分割线)的夹角为九十度。当然,二维码结构设置于包装顶部可以方便消费者看到,类似地,如果为了减少对产品包装外观的干扰,二维码结构也可以设置于包装底部。
实施时,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构是通过喷码设备喷印到产品包装卷材上的,产品包装卷材上包括多个产品包装单元,产品包装单元通过折叠可形成如图1及图4所示的产品包装。
本申请通过将一二维码结构划分为第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构,分别设置于产品包装的三个相邻面上,产品包装展平后,使第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构形成一能被二维码扫描设备识别的二维码结构。本申请 只有在产品被消费的情况下,通过展平产品包装的方式才能获得完整二维码,能够有效防止产品在出售前出现二维码被盗扫失效的情况,保护消费者扫码(该码为产品包装上的二维码)参与活动的权益。
如图2所示,图2为本申请实施例的具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装展开局部示意图。本实施例中,第一二维码结构101的分割边与第二二维码结构102的分割边相距一定距离,第三二维码结构103的分割边与第二二维码结构102的分割边相距一定距离。该一定距离可根据实际情况进行确定,只要保证展开后形成的二维码结构能够被二维码扫描设备识别即可,本申请对其具体取值不做限定。
本申请其他实施例中,第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构在设计时,还可在第一二维码结构、和/或第二二维码结构、和/或第三二维码结构的切割边外延伸一定长度的空白区域。
如图3所示,图3为本申请另一实施例的具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装展开局部示意图。本实施例中,第一二维码结构101的分割边与第二二维码结构102的分割边相互重合,第三二维码结构103的分割边与第二二维码结构102的分割边相互重合。具体实施时,可将完整二维码结构喷印在产品包装单元的三面301、302、303上,该三面通过产品包装单元的两条面折线105区分,通过两条面折线划分第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构。本申请所述的面折线为包装棱边,用于区分顶面、底面、及四周侧面。
如图4所示,图4为本申请另一实施例的具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装示意图。本实施例中,第三二维码结构103设置在产品包装的折角201表面上。其他实施例中,也可将第一二维码结构101设置在产品包装的折角表面。消费者若想扫描二维码进行产品追溯或参加返利活动等,需要将产品包装展平到一平面内,才能获得被二维码扫描设备识别的二维码。
本领域技术人员可以意识到,上述结合图1-图4描述的实施方式是较为优选的,但是本申请不限于此。具体而言,为了保证包装展开后所得二维码识读的稳定性,优选实施方式中二维码结构避开了相邻三面相交的顶点,也就是说,两条分割线在二维码区域内不相交,其延长线相交于该顶点。但是,在二维码精度允许或者包装工艺精度允许等情况下,二维码结构也可以覆盖住该顶点,在这种情况下,二维码被从顶点发出的三条与包装边棱重合的线(如图5所示加粗实线)分割成三个二维码结构,在包装折叠成形的过程中,其中一个二维码结构(如图5中的第三二维码结构103)的一部分会因为位 于折角处而被遮蔽隐藏,该二维码区域需要注意避开折角的粘接点,显然这种实施方式也落入本申请的保护范围。
具体实施时,还可使第一二维码结构或第三二维码结构的至少部分区域被产品包装的折角覆盖。
为了进一步防止产品在出售前出现被盗扫的情况,一实施例中,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构或第三二维码结构的表面至少部分区域设置有不透光的易刮层,该易刮层可以为银墨涂层。如图6所示,第二二维码结构102用银墨104遮住,如果该类产品包装上的银墨被破坏,则存在被盗扫的可能。
本申请通过将一二维码结构划分为第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构,分别设置于产品包装的三个相邻面上,产品包装展平后,使第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构形成一能被二维码扫描设备识别的二维码结构。本申请只有在产品被消费的情况下,通过展平产品包装的方式才能获得完整二维码,能够有效防止产品在出售前出现二维码被盗扫失效的情况,保护消费者扫码(该码为产品包装上的二维码)参与活动的权益。
以上所述仅用于说明本申请的技术方案,任何本领域普通技术人员均可在不违背本申请的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰与改变。因此,本申请的权利保护范围应视权利要求范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有二维码防盗扫功能的产品包装,其特征在于,包括第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构,分别设置于产品包装的三个相邻面上,产品包装展平后,使所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构形成一能被二维码扫描设备识别的二维码结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构通过一完整二维码结构分割得到。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构采用不等分的斜线分割得到。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构避开所述三个相邻面的交点。
  5. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,产品包装展平时,所述第一二维码结构的分割边与第二二维码结构的分割边相距一定距离,所述第三二维码结构的分割边与第二二维码结构的分割边相距一定距离。
  6. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,产品包装展平时,所述第一二维码结构的分割边与第二二维码结构的分割边相互重合,所述第三二维码结构的分割边与第二二维码结构的分割边相互重合。
  7. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构或第三二维码结构的至少一部分区域被产品包装的折角覆盖。
  8. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构或第三二维码结构设置在产品包装的折角表面。
  9. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构或第三二维码结构的表面至少部分区域设置有不透光的易刮层。
  10. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的产品包装,其特征在于,所述第一二维码结构、第二二维码结构及第三二维码结构由喷码设备喷印到产品包装上。
