Description

具有标识码的软包装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有标识码的软包装袋,属于防伪包装领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着二维码的应用普及,各种食品厂商提出了在食品包装上设置二维码的营销方案,消费者只要用手机扫描二维码即可参加厂家的积分抽奖等活动。为了实现防伪、溯源、营销等目的,在软包装袋上设置的二维码需要做到“一物一码”。如果简单地在软包装袋表面打印二维码,则消费者在零售终端店购买前就能扫描二维码,从而不用购买就可以参与活动,这无疑是厂家不希望看到的结果。因此,为了保证消费者和厂商的合法利益,实践需要提供一种设置相对比较隐蔽的二维码,或者是在购买前不能读取的二维码。只有消费者购买产品,破坏包装后才能识别二维码,参加厂家提供的营销服务或获得产品的防伪信息。
现有软包装中,常在软包装袋内设置独立卡片,并在卡片表面设置图案或标识码进行防伪和营销。然而这种设置方式,一方面无法做到卡片与食品彻底隔离,不能绝对保证食品的安全,另一方面,通过投放卡片的方式进行防伪和营销,成本增加较多。此外,如果还需要在软包装袋的外表面设置溯源码,使软包装袋同时满足溯源查询的需求时,由于卡片是在包装过程中投放到包装袋内部的,其和包装袋上的溯源码并不具有对应关系,在生产过程中实现防伪码和溯源码的关联时难度较大,并且需要耗费大量成本。
另外,现有技术中还有一种营销方式,通过在包装袋内腔的内表面和外表面分别设置标识码实现防伪、溯源,具体结构可参见专利号为ZL 201520291177.1的中国实用新型专利中所提供的带双重防伪二维码的包装袋,其中在袋体基材层的内表面和外表面分别设置有防伪二维码层。这种营销方式对于包装袋内还使用小袋进行分装的食品是可以使用的,但对于直接使用包装袋进行包装的食品来说,尤其是直接入口的食品,因为在包装袋内表面设置的标识码不可避免地会与食 品接触,存在安全隐患。并且,在包装袋内腔直接设置标识码,由于放入食品后包装袋会发生变形,也不利于标识码的识读。例如,当将内码设置在开口边线附近时,由于包装食品后包装袋表面不平整,在生产线读取标识码数据时不容易识别或不能识别;尤其是当包装袋内真空包装米、豆等颗粒状商品时,基本无法识别;如果将内码设置在非边线位置并设置在容易识别的区域(如在包装袋的中间位置),则消费者不容易获取设置在包装袋内部的二维码,需要借助剪刀等工具拆开包装后才能获取内码图案。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有标识码的软包装袋。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用下述的技术方案:
一种具有标识码的软包装袋,包括由前袋体和后袋体贴合而成的包装袋本体,其中,在所述包装袋本体内形成至少两个相互隔离的空腔,第一空腔用于容纳商品本体,第二空腔用于容纳可承载第一标识码的载体表面;所述第一空腔和所述第二空腔由贴合部分隔离。
其中较优地,可承载所述第一标识码的载体表面是所述第二空腔的内表面,所述第二空腔的内表面上设置有所述第一标识码。

本发明提供的具有标识码的软包装袋,包括至少两个相互隔绝的空腔,通过将第一标识码设置在独立设置的第二空腔内,在不撕开第 二空腔的袋体时,无法获得第一标识码;并且,通过将第一标识码设置在和商品本体隔离的第二空腔内,使得第一标识码和商品本体隔离,保证了袋内食品的安全。上述具有标识码的软包装袋,实现工艺简单,并且,通过将第二空腔设置在贴合区域内部,可以保证第二空腔和第一标识码的平整度,使其易于识读。此外,通过在第二空腔内部设置第一标识码,在软包装袋的外部设置具有唯一性的第二标识码,并且将两者关联存储,可以实现“一物一码”,可用于防伪溯源和营销活动使用,同时可用于防窜货查询使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术内容做进一步的详细说明。
在本发明中,对软包装的定义如下:软包装是指在充填或取出内装物后,容器形状可发生变化的包装。用纸、铝箔、纤维、塑料薄膜以及它们的复合物所制成的各种袋、盒、套、包封等均为软包装。本发明所提供的软包装袋指上述软包装中的袋式包装。上述软包装袋在实际使用时,可以作为固体食品(例如,零食)的包装,也可以作为 液体饮品的包装。此外,上述软包装袋也可以包装其他非食用的商品,虽然此种包装方式较为少见,但也不应将这种包装方式排除在外。下文中,将所有可以包装于软包装袋本体内的食品及非食用物品统称为商品本体,并将用于容纳商品本体的腔室称为第一空腔。
为了在软包装袋上设置同时满足隐蔽性和安全性的第一标识码,本发明所提供的软包装袋,在包装袋本体中设置了两个相互隔离的空腔,第一空腔用于容纳商品本体,第二空腔用于容纳可承载第一标识码的载体表面。具体来说,相对于现有的软包装袋,在软包装袋的贴合区域内增设了一个封闭的第二空腔,并使第二空腔和第一空腔由贴合部分(贴合部分特指贴合区域位于第一空腔和第二空腔之间的部分)隔离;通过将第一标识码设置在独立设置的第二空腔内,保证了在破坏软包装袋之前无法获得第一标识码;并保证了袋内商品本体(尤指食品)的安全。这对于直接接触食品的软包装袋来说,尤为适用。此外,通过将第二空腔设置在贴合区域内,并使第二空腔和用于容纳商品本体的第一空腔相互隔离,便于保持第二空腔的平整,从而保证了设置在第二空腔的内表面和外表面的标识码容易识别。
在包装袋本体的第二空腔内部设置第一标识码,包括多种实现方式。例如,可以将第一标识码直接设置在第二空腔的内表面上,使第二空腔的内表面直接作为承载第一标识码的载体表面;也可以将第一标识码设置在一个放置于第二空腔内部的载体的表面上,放置于第二空腔内部的载体可以是卡片或具有可以设置第一标识码的平面的物体。
当在第二空腔的内表面上设置第一标识码时,为了防止从包装袋本体的外侧识别第一标识码,可以在第二空腔的外表面上设置阻碍结构,阻碍结构可以是设置在第二空腔的外表面上的印刷层或涂层。例如通过印刷图案或提示信息阻碍从外部识别第一标识码。从而只有拆开第二空腔后才可以获取第一标识码。
为了方便获取第一标识码,本发明在包装袋本体上还设置了易撕结构。易撕结构可以是设置在第二空腔上或者穿过第二空腔的易撕线或剪切线,也可以是设置在包装袋本体边缘的易撕口或剪切口,易撕口或剪切口设置在与第二空腔对应的位置。当然,上述易撕线、剪切 线、易撕口、剪切口也可用于同时拆开第一空腔和第二空腔(如第二实施例和第四实施例所示的撕开方式)。
当将第一标识码直接设置在第二空腔的内表面上时,为了防止在撕开过程中损坏第一标识码使其无法识别,还需要对第一标识码所在区域进行加固处理,或者引导易撕线绕开标识码所在的区域。例如,通过设置具有固定撕开路径的易撕线或剪切线,使撕开痕迹绕开第一标识码;又如,还可以在第二空腔表面对应于第一标识码的位置设置加强结构,在撕开第二空腔的过程中,第二空腔中容易断裂的部分会被率先撕开,从而避免对第一标识码造成损坏。上述加强结构可以设置在第二空腔的内表面或外表面,也可以与上述阻碍结构使用同一涂层,从而同时实现两种目的。当在第二空腔内部设置卡片时,由于第一标识码设置在单独的卡片上,在撕开第二空腔的过程中不会破坏卡片的结构,可以省去对第二空腔设置加强结构。
同时,本发明所提供的具有标识码的软包装袋还可以在包装袋本体的外表面的任意位置(包括第二空腔的外表面)设置具有唯一性的第二标识码。通过在第二空腔的内表面设置具有唯一性的第一标识码,并在包装袋本体的外表面设置具有唯一性的第二标识码,然后使两者关联存储,不仅可以实现防伪营销的目的,还可以同时实现溯源查询。
当然,在第二空腔的外表面设置第二标识码可以作为一种较优的实现方式使用。设置在第二空腔的外表面的第二标识码还可以起到上述阻碍结构的作用。在这种结构中,第一标识码和第二标识码分别设置在第二空腔的内表面和外表面上,设置位置对应,有利于赋码;并且,第二空腔独立设置在贴合区域的内部,其在生产、销售及售后均处于一种较为平整的状态,有利于第一标识码和第二标识码的识读。
此外,从食品包装的角度出发,本发明仅在软包装袋的贴合区域内部增设了一个非贴合的第二空腔,仅需通过改变贴合包装袋的模具即可实现有效的包装。常见的贴合技术包括热胶合和粘合两种方式,使用任一种方式均可实现前袋体和后袋体的贴合,使其形成包装袋本体。并且,在现有的包装技术中,对某一区域进行定位并非难事,因此,在第二空腔的内表面和外表面设置标识码,或者在封装时对设置有标识码的区域进行定位,相信应不存在难以克服的技术难题。
从上述分析可以看出,本发明提出了一种简单、可行且易于实现的技术方案。下面结合附图和具体的实施例对几种软包装袋的结构进行举例介绍。由于软包装袋的结构多样且富有变化,在一个申请文件中无法将其全部列出,下述实施例仅是结合几种软包装袋的结构对第一标识码、第二标识码及易撕结构的设置方式进行举例说明,并不用于对本申请的保护范围进行限制。
第一实施例
如图1所示的具有标识码的软包装袋,包括由前袋体和后袋体热封而成的包装袋本体。其中,包装袋本体具有由框型的热封区域11围合而成的第一空腔12,第一空腔12用于放置商品本体(尤指食品);在热封区域11的内部设置有封闭的第二空腔13,第二空腔13的四周是贴合的热封区域11,第二空腔13未被热封并具有分离的两侧袋体,第二空腔13的两侧袋体未贴合,第二空腔13和第一空腔12之间通过一部分热封区域隔离。第二空腔13的作用不同于第一空腔12,其作用并非用于包装商品本体,而用于设置第一标识码。具体来说,在该实施例中,在第二空腔13的内表面上设置第一标识码,第一标识码可以设置在前袋体的内表面上,也可以设置在后袋体的内表面上。第二空腔13的面积较小,第二空腔13的面积远小于第一空腔12的面积。在第一实施例中,由于位于包装袋本体上部的热封区域具有较大的面积,第二空腔13可以看作是设置在热封区域中的一块未热封的小面积区域。第二空腔13具有平整的表面,便于识读第一标识码14。第二空腔13的形状可以设置为方形、圆形、椭圆、扇形等常见形状,还可以结合包装袋本体的形状形成其他形状。第二空腔13可以设置在包装袋本体的边角位置或中心位置。优选地,将第二空腔13可以设置在包装袋本体的封口位置附近。
以图1所示的方位为例进行说明,在图2A中,第一标识码14设置在前袋体的内表面上,在图2B中,第一标识码14’设置在后袋体的内表面上。第一标识码14和14’可以是二维码,也可以是由数字和/或字符组成的字符码。第一标识码可以作为独立的防伪标识码使用,也可以作为验证码结合其他防伪标识使用。第一标识码14和14’具有唯一性。
为了方便获取第一标识码14和14’,在第二空腔13所在的袋体上还设置有可撕开的易撕线15;撕开易撕线15所围合的袋体,即可露出第一标识码14或14’。易撕线15和第一标识码可以设置在第二空腔13的同一侧袋体(前袋体或后袋体)上,或者,易撕线15和第一标识码也可以分别设置在第二空腔13的两侧袋体上,易撕线15和第一标识码中的一者设置在前袋体上,另一者设置在后袋体上。
具体来说,在图2A所示的结构中,易撕线15和第一标识码14分别设置在第二空腔13的两侧袋体上,易撕线15设置在前袋体上,第一标识码14设置在后袋体上,易撕线15的设置位置可以与第一标识码14和热封区域11之间的位置对应。在图2B所示的结构中,易撕线15和第一标识码14’设置在第二空腔13的同一侧袋体(图示为前袋体)上,易撕线15设置在第一标识码14’和热封区域11之间的位置。
在该实施例中,易撕线15围绕第一标识码14或14’形成一个框型的半闭合区域。通过撕开易撕线15,易撕线15所围合的袋体16向上翻起,可以露出被易撕线所围合的袋体16遮挡的第一标识码14,也可以露出设置在易撕线所围合的袋体16内表面上的第一标识码14’。由于易撕线15形成的是半闭合区域,易撕线所围合的袋体16未与包装袋本体完全隔离,便于收集包装袋本体及易撕线所围合的袋体。当然,在其他实施例中,易撕线围绕第一标识码也可以形成一个闭合区域,通过完全撕开易撕线可以将易撕线所围合的袋体与包装袋本体完全隔离,通过不完全撕开易撕线也可以使易撕线所围合的袋体不与包装袋本体完全隔离,两种撕开方式均不会影响第一标识码的识读。
如图3A和3B所示的变形例,为了便于撕开易撕线15所围合的袋体16,获取第一标识码14和14’,可以将第二空腔13和其上设置的易撕线15分别延伸至包装袋本体的边缘。为了便于用户操作,还可以在易撕线15围合的包装袋本体的边缘设置易撕口或剪切口。同样,第二空腔13未被热封并具有分离的两侧袋体,这里的两侧袋体并未进行贴合,第二空腔13和第一空腔12之间通过一部分热封区域隔离。此时,易撕线15所围合的袋体16未被热封,从包装袋本体的边缘直接或者通过易撕口或剪切口将易撕线15所围合的袋体16撕开,即可露 出第一标识码14或14’。
上述实施例和变形例中,以在前袋体上设置易撕线15为例进行了说明。在后袋体上设置易撕线的结构与之类似,在此不再说明。
此外,除去设置易撕线外,在包装袋本体上设置的易撕结构还可以是其他的例如易撕口、剪切口、剪切线等其他结构,在其他实施例中将会对其进行说明。
在该实施例中,在包装袋本体(尤其是第二空腔13)的外表面上还可以设置第二标识码17。第二标识码17的设置位置可以与第一标识码14或14’的设置位置对应。在图1和图2A所示的实施例中,第二标识码17和第一标识码14分别设置在第二空腔13的不同侧袋体上,第二标识码17设置在前袋体的外表面上,第一标识码14设置在后袋体的内表面上,当前袋体和后袋体被热封后,两者位于相同位置。在图1和图2B所示的实施例中,第二标识码17和第一标识码14’分别设置在第二空腔13的同一侧袋体(图示为前袋体)的外表面和内表面上。当将第二标识码17和第一标识码14’分别设置在前袋体的外表面和内表面的同一位置时,在印刷制造的过程中,通过一次定位,即可实现两个标识码的设置,简化了标识码的设置过程。同理,第二标识码17和第一标识码14’也可以对应设置在后袋体的外表面和内表面的同一位置。当然,第二标识码17也可以设置在包装袋本体表面除去第二空腔13之外的其他区域。
设置在第二空腔13外表面的第二标识码17在存储、运输和销售过程中均可见。当在不同包装袋上设置的第二标识码17具有唯一性时,第二标识码17可用于防伪溯源使用。当在不同包装袋上设置相同的第二标识码17时,第二标识码17可用于营销推广使用,例如第二标识码17可以指向相同的厂商网址。较优地,第二标识码17可以使用二维码。
在没有撕开易撕线15之前,设置在第二空腔13的内表面的第一标识码14和14’不能被获取,从而防止了第一标识码14和14’在销售之前被提前盗取,第一标识码14和14’具有隐藏性。因此,第一标识码14和14’可作为供消费者使用的防伪码以及参加营销活动使用的标识码使用。
为了同时满足防伪、溯源的需求,可以将在同一包装袋上设置的第一标识码和第二标识码17同时设置成具有唯一性的标识码,此时,在数据库中对两者进行关联存储。
当在每个包装袋本体上设置具有唯一性的第一标识码和第二标识码17时,第一标识码和第二标识码17无法和印刷在包装袋本体外表面的外包装图案统一印刷,需要独立进行设置。由于软包装袋的本体较软,并且受热容易变形,因此,在设置第一标识码和第二标识码时,需要谨慎选择加工工艺。
较优地,本发明推荐使用光子敏感墨材料制作第一标识码和第二标识码,可以将第一标识码和/或第二标识码加工为灰度标识码;通过在包装袋本体的内表面和/或外表面上设置光子敏感墨层,并在光子敏感墨层中形成灰度标识码,实现第一标识码和第二标识码的设置。灰度标识码表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异。
通过在包装袋本体基材表面涂覆光子敏感墨层,并使用功率较小的激光进行加工,形成表面平滑的灰度标识码。在制作灰度标识码的过程中,仅改变光子敏感墨层中的光子活性成分的外观,并不会使光子敏感墨燃烧、蚀刻或脱落,所以使得软包装袋具有平滑美观的外观。并且,相对于使用普通油墨印刷或喷涂制作信息的现有工艺,采用光子敏感墨后,使用很小功率的激光机即可制作更佳效果的图案,大幅降低成本,大幅提高制作速度,满足在线生产的高速要求,同时也起到很好的环保作用。而且,通过在第二空腔的内部喷涂光子敏感墨形成光子敏感墨层,还可以在包装袋热封之后,从包装袋本体的外部进行加工获得第一标识码,这将会给在第二空腔的内表面设置一物一码的第一标识码提供方便,将会极大地简化上述软包装袋的生产和封装过程。
此外,为了便于在商品上架时悬挂软包装,通常在软包装袋的封口部分的中心位置还设置有悬挂孔18。为了便于撕开包装袋本体,获取商品本体,在包装袋本体侧边对应于第一空腔的位置还可以设置可撕的易撕口19。
第二实施例
如图4和图5所示的具有标识码的软包装袋,包括由前袋体和后 袋体热封而成的包装袋本体。其中,包装袋本体具有由框型的热封区域21围合而成的第一空腔22,第一空腔22用于放置商品本体(尤指食品);并且,包装袋本体在热封区域21内部还设置有一个封闭的第二空腔23,此处所述封闭是指第二空腔23与外界隔离,从外界无法直接获得设置在第二空腔23内的第一标识码24;第二空腔23未被热封,第二空腔23的两侧袋体分离,第二空腔23和第一空腔22之间通过热封区域21隔离。在第二空腔23的内表面上设置第一标识码24。通过将第一标识码24设置在第二空腔23的内部,在不破坏软包装袋的前提下,无法获得第一标识码24,可以保证第一标识码24的隐蔽性和安全性。此外,由于将第一标识码24设置在与第一空腔22隔离的第二空腔23,第一标识码24不与包装袋本体内部包装的物品(尤其是食品)接触,可以保证食品的安全。
以图4所示的方位为例进行说明,如图5所示,第一标识码24设置在第二空腔23的袋体的内表面上。第一标识码24可以是二维码,也可以是由数字和/或字符组成的字符码。第一标识码24可以作为独立的防伪标识码使用,也可以作为验证码结合其他防伪标识使用。第一标识码24具有唯一性。
为了方便获取第一标识码24,在包装袋本体的边缘对应于第二空腔23的位置还设置有多个易撕口25,通过撕开易撕口25,可以获得设置在第二空腔23内部的第一标识码。通过撕开顶部易撕口25可以同时打开第一空腔22和第二空腔23。
在该实施例中,在第二空腔23的外表面上未设置标识码,但印有提示语27,参见图4所示的“二维码区”。当然提示语27也可以是其他文字或图形内容。
除此之外,与第一实施例相同,为了便于在商品上架时悬挂软包装,在该软包装袋的封口部分的中心位置同样设置有悬挂孔28。为了便于撕开包装袋本体,获取商品本体,在包装袋本体侧边对应于第一空腔的位置还设置有可撕的易撕口29。
第三实施例
如图6和图7所示,第三实施例提供的具有标识码的软包装袋,包括由前袋体和后袋体热封而成的包装袋本体。在该实施例中,前袋 体和后袋体可以由同一片材折叠而成。在折叠线附近可以设置热封区域来加强包装袋的强度,也可以如图6所示不设置热封区域,直接依靠包装袋本体保证软包装袋的强度。
如图6所示,包装袋本体具有第一空腔32,第一空腔32用于放置商品本体;本实施例所提供的软包装袋通常用于包装液体饮品。并且,包装袋本体还具有一个由热封区域31围合的第二空腔33,第二空腔33未被热封并具有分离的两侧袋体,第二空腔33和第一空腔32通过位于两者之间的热封区域31隔离。在第二空腔33的内表面上设置第一标识码34,第一标识码34设置在后袋体的内表面上。第一标识码34设置为具有唯一性的二维码,第一标识码34可以作为独立的防伪标识码使用,也可以作为验证码结合其他防伪标识使用。在第二空腔33的外表面上设置有第二标识码37。第二标识码37设置在前袋体上与第一标识码34对应的位置。第二标识码37在存储、运输和销售过程中均可见。当第二标识37具有唯一性时,第二标识码37可作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。第二标识码37与第一标识码34的信息不同并相互关联存储。
与第一实施例和第二实施例不同,在前两个实施例中,包装袋本体所使用的前袋体和后袋体分别是独立的片材,然后通过热封技术将前袋体和后袋体相结合,即可形成包装袋本体;在第三实施例中,包装袋本体由同一片材经过折叠后形成前袋体和后袋体,然后对前袋体和后袋体除去折叠线外的三侧边进行热封形成包装袋本体。
和图1和图4相比,图6所示的包装袋的热封区域31的尺寸较小。为了便于在热封区域31中设置第二空腔33,用于设置第一标识码34。相对于不设置第一标识码的同款产品,该软包装袋在用于设置第一标识码34的边角位置需要设置大面积的热封区域31,并且热封区域31的边缘需要向包装袋本体的内侧移动,从而在该边角位置形成一个具有一定面积的热封区域31,然后在热封区域31的内部预留出用于设置第一标识码34的第二空腔33。具体实施时,可以通过设计热封区域31的形状并使其一部分不贴合获得第二空腔33。
为了方便获取第一标识码34,在包装袋本体上设置有剪切线35,通过剪开剪切线35,可以获得设置在第二空腔33内部的第一标识码。 图7是剪开剪切线35并翻开剪切线所围合的袋体36后,露出其所遮挡的第一标识码34的状态示意图。从中可以看出,剪切线35所围合的袋体36具有扇形的外形,由此可见,易撕线或剪切线所围合的袋体的形状并不限于前两个实施例所提供的方形。与第一实施例相同,剪切线35可以设置在在包装袋本体上位于第一标识码34和热封区域31之间的位置或者对应于第一标识码34和热封区域31之间的位置。在该实施例中,剪切线35围绕第一标识码34形成一个半闭合区域。剪切线35包括直线和弧线两部分,其中,直线与包装袋本体的一个侧边平行,弧线具有与热封区域31的边缘相同的形状,弧线的一端与直线的一个端点连接,弧线的另一端和直线的另一端延伸到包装袋本体的边缘。通过剪开剪切线35,剪切线35所围合的袋体36可以翻开露出最初被剪切线35所围合的袋体36遮挡的第一标识码34。
第四实施例
如图8所示,第四实施例所提供的具有标识码的软包装袋,包括由前袋体和后袋体热封而成的包装袋本体。在该实施例中,前袋体和后袋体由同一片材卷曲而成。通过将一张大面积的片材两端相接后卷成桶状,并对其上侧边、下侧边及片材接触端进行热压,形成如图所示的包装袋本体。通常,片材两端相接后的接缝设置在包装袋本体背部的中心位置,利于在形成包装袋时进行定位。
如图8所示,包装袋本体具有一个由热封区域41围合的第一空腔42,第一空腔42用于放置商品本体;并且,在热封区域41内部设置有第二空腔43,第二空腔43未被热封,第二空腔43和第一空腔42通过热封区域41隔离。第二空腔43具有分离的两侧袋体。如图9所示,可以在第二空腔43的后袋体(也可以是前袋体)的内表面上设置第一标识码44。也可以如图10所示,通过在第二空腔43内放置设置有第一标识码44的卡片44’实现第一标识码44的设置。第一标识码44设置为具有唯一性的二维码,第一标识码44可以作为独立的防伪标识码使用,也可以作为验证码结合其他防伪标识使用。
在实施例中,在第二空腔43的外表面上未设置标识码,但印有提示语47,参见图8所示的“二维码区”。当然提示语47也可以是其他文字或图形内容。此外,还可以在包装袋本体的其他位置设置第二 标识码。
如图8所示的软包装袋可用于包装瓜子、薯片等零食。相对于现有市场上广泛使用的同类包装,该包装袋在顶部设置有较大面积的热封区域41。
上述软包装袋本身在顶侧边缘和下侧边缘同时设置有便于撕开包装的易撕口45,该软包装袋可以借助设置在软包装袋上的原有易撕口45同时撕开第一空腔42和第二空腔43。通过撕开与第二空腔43对应的易撕口45获得第一标识码44的状态图可以参见图9和图10。如图9所示,撕开第二空腔43后可以看到设置在第二空腔43内表面上的第一标识码44。如图10所示,通过撕开第二空腔43,取出卡片44’,可以看到设置在卡片44’表面上的第一标识码44。从该实施例也可以看出,借助设置在现有软包装袋上的易撕结构也是可以获得第一标识码的,仅需保证在包装袋本体边缘对应于第二空腔的位置设置有易撕口即可。
这种使用同一易撕结构同时打开第一空腔和第二空腔的结构,在销售后,在撕开第一空腔时可以同时将第二空腔打开,获得第一标识码,无需专门撕开第二空腔,这种一次撕开两个空腔的撕开方式将会有利于提高消费者的参与度。在前述几个实施例中提到的易撕线,也可以设置成同时经过第一空腔和第二空腔的形状,通过撕开一条易撕线、翻动第二空腔并使手机对准第一标识码的图案,即可以方便地获得第一标识码。
上面对本发明所提供的具有标识码的软包装袋的结构进行了举例介绍,其中结合附图对第二空腔的结构和形状进行了详细介绍。结合上述实施例可知,对于不同的设计,第二空腔的形状和设置位置并不固定,根据不同的产品包装,可以对其进行改动;并且,使用上述设计的软包装袋的结构也不限于上述实施例中所给出的结构设计。上述实施例中仅提供了具有两个相互隔离的空腔的软包装袋,在实际产品中,还可以设置多个用于容纳商品本体的空腔,因此在该申请中,对空腔的数量不作限制。
此外,上述实施例中介绍的是采用热封结构进行封装的包装袋本体,实际生产中,不管包装袋本体使用何种方式实现封装,均不妨碍 对第二空腔和第一标识码的设置。并且,在上述实施例中使用的易撕线和易撕口也不应构成对第二空腔的撕开方式的限制,实际产品中,可以采用其他的易撕结构,例如设置剪切线或剪切口等。易撕线、易撕口、剪切口、剪切线的形状及设置也不限于上述实施例中的示例。
上述实施例分别对仅在第二空腔的内表面设置第一标识码以及在第二空腔的内表面和外表面分别设置相互关联的第一标识码和第二标识码的内容进行了介绍,在实际使用中,可以根据需要调整设置在第二空腔的标识码的设置方式。并且,在包装袋本体的其他位置也可以设置其他的标识码。本发明所提供的技术方案对此并不排斥。
综上所述,本发明所提供的具有标识码的软包装袋,在包装袋本体含有封闭的第二空腔和第一空腔,第二空腔和第一空腔相互隔离。通过将第一标识码设置在封闭的第二空腔内部,在不撕开第二空腔的袋体时,无法获得第一标识码;并且,通过将第一标识码设置在和第一空腔隔离的第二空腔,使得第一标识码和商品本体隔离,保证了袋内商品本体(优指食品)的安全。本发明所提供的具有标识码的软包装袋,实现工艺简单,并且,通过将第二空腔设置在贴合区域内部,可以保证第一标识码和第二标识码的平整度,使其易于识读。
以上对本发明所提供的具有标识码的软包装袋进行了详细的说明。对本领域的一般技术人员而言,在不背离本发明实质精神的前提下对它所做的任何显而易见的改动,都将构成对本发明专利权的侵犯,将承担相应的法律责任。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种具有标识码的软包装袋,包括由前袋体和后袋体贴合而成的包装袋本体,其特征在于:
    在所述包装袋本体内形成至少两个相互隔离的空腔,第一空腔用于容纳商品本体,第二空腔用于容纳可承载第一标识码的载体表面;所述第一空腔和所述第二空腔由贴合部分隔离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    可承载所述第一标识码的载体表面是所述第二空腔的内表面,所述第二空腔的内表面上设置有所述第一标识码。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    在所述第二空腔内放置有用于承载所述第一标识码的载体,并在所述载体的表面设置有所述第一标识码。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述包装袋本体上设置有用于撕开所述第二空腔的易撕结构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述易撕结构是设置在所述包装袋本体边缘的易撕口或剪切口,所述易撕口或剪切口的设置位置对应于所述第二空腔。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述易撕结构是设置在所述包装袋本体上的易撕线;撕开所述易撕线,露出所述第一标识码。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述易撕线和所述第一标识码设置在所述第二空腔的同一侧袋体上,所述易撕线设置在所述第一标识码和所述贴合部分之间的位置。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述易撕线和所述第一标识码分别设置在所述第二空腔的两侧袋体上。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述易撕结构用于同时撕开所述第一空腔和所述第二空腔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码是具有唯一性的二维码或字符码。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    在所述包装袋本体的外部设置有第二标识码,所述第二标识码设置在所述包装袋本体外表面的任意位置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码设置在所述第二空腔的外表面,所述第二标识码和所述第一标识码分别设置在所述第二空腔的两侧袋体上。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码与所述第一标识码分别设置在所述第二空腔的同一侧袋体的内表面和外表面上。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码具有唯一性,所述第一标识码与所述第二标识码的信息不同并相互关联。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码和/或所述第二标识码是灰度标识码;
    在所述包装袋本体的内表面和/或外表面上设置有光子敏感墨层,所述光子敏感墨层中形成有所述灰度标识码,所述灰度标识码表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二空腔的外表面设置有阻碍结构,用于阻碍从外部识别所述第一标识码。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述阻碍结构是设置在所述第二空腔的外表面上的印刷层或涂层。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二空腔表面对应于所述第一标识码的位置设置有加强结构。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二空腔设置在所述包装袋本体的封口位置附近。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的软包装袋,其特征在于:
    所述第二空腔设置在所述包装袋本体的边角位置。
