Abstract

一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材及其生产方法,包括柔性饰面片材(1)以及位于柔性饰面片材(1)背面的自粘层,自粘层的外侧设有保护膜(4),自粘层内部布置有多条外侧敞口的透气通道(3)。此带自粘层的柔性饰面片材由于在柔性饰面片材背面不像不干胶那样是整体布胶,而是布置点状胶条或/和长条状胶条,在自粘层内部布置有多条外侧敞口的透气通道,因此在方便贴合在墙体上同时,还保留有墙体饰面层的透气性。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,特别是一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,还涉及一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法。
背景技术
目前技术中带有自粘层的柔性饰面片材主要是在柔性饰面片材背面复合双面泡棉胶来实现。这种方式的主要问题是双面胶不透气,用其粘贴会导致原本透气舒适的柔性饰面片材安装后丧失了透气性这一优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种不仅施工方便,而且不影响饰面层透气性的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材。
还提供一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,包括柔性饰面片材以及位于柔性饰面片材背面的自粘层,所述自粘层的外侧设有保护膜,所述自粘层内部布置有多条透气通道,使用时,把保护膜撕掉即可粘贴。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述柔性饰面片材背面覆着有多条呈长条状的胶条或/和呈点状的胶条,所有所述胶条形成所述自粘层,相邻的两条胶条之间的间隙形成所述透气通道。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述胶条是通过水性压敏胶或油性压敏胶的任意一种,混合0%-70%的石英砂、碳酸钙和矿物颜料制成粘稠状胶后成长条状或点状涂布在柔性饰面片材的背面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述柔性饰面片材为柔性面砖、改性无机粉复合建筑饰面片材、软瓷、柔石柔性饰面材料或软石柔性饰面材料。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述保护膜将透气通道的敞口端封闭。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述保护膜为硅油纸。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,一平方米的整体质量小于或者等于8千克。
一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
1)将柔性饰面片材放到传送带上,柔性饰面片材的背面朝上;
2)通过多根滴胶管将储胶罐中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性饰面片材的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性饰面片材的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶条;
3)通过卷膜辊将保护膜输送并覆盖在涂有胶条的柔性饰面片材上,通过压平辊使得保护膜紧贴在胶条上并将胶条压扁;
4)通过切割机或人工将覆盖有保护膜以及胶条的柔性饰面片材分割成所需规格后,将分割后的柔性饰面片材包装。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滴胶管成直线分布在储胶罐的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管之间的距离为0.5~3cm,滴胶管的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述压平辊将胶条压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶条之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊的最下点和柔性饰面片材的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm。
本发明的有益效果是:此带自粘层的柔性饰面片材由于在柔性饰面片材背面不像不干胶那样是整体布胶,而是布置点状胶条或/和长条状胶条,在自粘层内部布置有多条透气通道,因此在方便贴合在墙体上同时,还保留有墙体饰面层的透气性。

参照图1~图3,一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,包括柔性饰面片材1以及位于柔性饰面片材1背面的自粘层,所述自粘层的外侧设有保护膜4,所述自粘层内部布置有多条透气通道3。透气通道3中靠近保护膜的一侧敞口,或者,透气通道3的两端敞口,或者,透气通道3的两端以及透气通道中靠近保护膜的一侧敞口。使用时,把保护4膜撕掉即可粘贴。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述柔性饰面片材1背面覆着有多条呈长条状的胶条2或/和呈点状的胶条2,所有所述胶条2形成所述自粘层,相邻的两条胶条2之间的间隙形成所述透气通道3。保护膜4只覆着在呈长条状的胶条2或/和呈点状的胶条2外侧面,减少保护膜4的用量。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述胶条2是通过水性压敏胶或油性压敏胶的任意一种,混合0%-70%的石英砂、碳酸钙和矿物颜料制成粘稠状胶后成长条状或点状涂布在柔性饰面片材1的背面。石英砂的比例有优选为1%、5%、10%、30%、50%或65%。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述柔性饰面片材1为柔性面砖、改性无机粉复合建筑饰面片材、软瓷、柔石柔性饰面材料或软石柔性饰面材料。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述保护膜4将透气通道3的敞口端封闭,即保护膜4的面积大小与柔性饰面片材1的面积大小一致,便于生产。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述保护膜4为硅油纸。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,一平方米的整体质量小于或者等于8千克。
此带自粘层的柔性饰面片材由于在柔性饰面片材1背面不像不干胶那样是整体布胶,而是布置点状胶条2或/和长条状胶条2,在自粘层内部布置有多条外侧敞口的透气通道3,因此在方便贴合在墙体上同时,还保留有墙体饰面层的透气性。
如图4所示,一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
1)通过辅助机械或者人工将柔性饰面片材1放到传送带5上,柔性饰面片材1的背面朝上,柔性饰面片材1随着传送带5移动至储胶罐20的下方;
2)通过多根滴胶管21将储胶罐20中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性饰面片材1的背面,柔性饰面片材1随着传送带5移动,所述粘稠状胶在柔性饰面片材1的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶条2,相邻的胶条2之间存在间隙;
3)通过卷膜辊40将保护膜4输送并覆盖在涂有胶条2的柔性饰面片材上,通过压平辊41使得保护膜4紧贴在胶条2上并将胶条2压扁,一般来说保护膜4的厚度为2~5mm,保护膜4为硅油纸;
4)通过切割机或人工将覆盖有保护膜4以及胶条2的柔性饰面片材1分割成所需规格后,将分割后的柔性饰面片材1包装。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述滴胶管21成直线分布在储胶罐20的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管21之间的距离为0.5~3cm,滴胶管21的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm。当相邻两根滴胶管21之间的间隙和滴胶管21的出胶口直径之间的差值少于0.1cm时,如滴胶管21之间的间隙为0.5cm,滴胶管21的出胶口直径为0.4cm时,压扁后的胶条2将柔性饰面片材1的背面完全覆盖。当相邻两根滴胶管21之间的间隙和滴胶管21的出胶口直径之间的差值少于0.2cm时,压扁后的相邻两条胶条2之间存在透气通道。当相邻两根滴胶管21之间的间隙和滴胶管21的出胶口直径之间的差值处于0.1~0.2cm时,部分的两条胶条2在压扁后存在透气通道。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述压平辊41将胶条2压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶条2之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊41的最下点和柔性饰面片材1的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm,这样,被压扁的胶条2的高度为0.05~0.8cm。优选地,被压边的胶条2的高度为0.1或0.2cm。

  1. 一种带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:包括柔性饰面片材以及位于柔性饰面片材背面的自粘层,所述自粘层的外侧设有保护膜,所述自粘层内部布置有多条透气通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:所述柔性饰面片材背面覆着有多条呈长条状的胶条或/和呈点状的胶条,所有所述胶条形成所述自粘层,相邻的两条胶条之间的间隙形成所述透气通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:所述胶条是通过水性压敏胶或油性压敏胶的任意一种,混合0%-70%的石英砂、碳酸钙和矿物颜料制成粘稠状胶后成长条状或点状涂布在柔性饰面片材的背面。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:所述柔性饰面片材为柔性面砖、改性无机粉复合建筑饰面片材、软瓷、柔石柔性饰面材料或软石柔性饰面材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:所述保护膜将透气通道的敞口端封闭。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:所述保护膜为硅油纸。
  7. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的带自粘层的柔性饰面片材,其特征在于:一平方米的整体质量小于或者等于8千克。
  8. 一种如权利要求3所述带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    1)将柔性饰面片材放到传送带上,柔性饰面片材的背面朝上;
    2)通过多根滴胶管将储胶罐中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性饰面片材的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性饰面片材的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶条;
    3)通过卷膜辊将保护膜输送并覆盖在涂有胶条的柔性饰面片材上,通过压平辊使得保护膜紧贴在胶条上并将胶条压扁;
    4)通过切割机或人工将覆盖有保护膜以及胶条的柔性饰面片材分割成所需规格后,将分割后的柔性饰面片材包装。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法,其特征在于:所述滴胶管成直线分布在储胶罐的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管之间的距离为0.5~3cm,滴胶管的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述带自粘层的柔性饰面片材的生产方法,其特征在于:所述压平辊将胶条压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶条之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊的最下点和柔性饰面片材的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm。
