如图5及图6,其为无暗点灯带2连接端子的第二种实施方式,其与第一种实施方式大致相同,不同之处在于:每个通道5具有两个出口,通道5呈L字型,支架包括一平板7,该平板7设置在通道5内,并位于通道5的转角处,每组插针组皆包括两分别朝向两个出口的插针1,插针1固定在平板7上,属于同一组插针组内的插针1于平板7内连通;平板7上端具有两凸起8,插针1与平板7的连接处位于凸起8的侧壁上,凸起8的设置可以增加插针1的稳定性,减少插针1的变形,在本实施方式中两组插针组呈水平分布,并且同一组插针组内的两插针1垂直,故而需要同一组插针组内的两插针1需要穿过凸起8在平板7内部连通;第二实施方式适用于连接两垂直的灯带2,可带来与第一种实施方式同样的技术效果。
如图7及图8,其为无暗点灯带2连接端子的第三种实施方式,其与第二种实施方式大致相同,不同之处在于两组插针组呈垂向分布,故而同一组插针组内的两插针1直接在凸起8内部连通,省去平板7,凸起8直接安装在通道5内。第三实施方式适用于连接两垂直的灯带2,可带来与第一种实施方式同样的技术效果。
如图9及图10,其为无暗点灯带2连接端子的第四种实施方式,其与第一种实施方式大致相同,不同之处在于:每个通道5具有三个出口,通道5呈T型,支架包括第二竖板9及第三竖板10,第二竖板9的两侧分别朝向两个出口,第三竖板10的一侧朝向另一出口,另一侧与第二竖板9连接,每组插针组包括三根插针1,分别位于第二竖板9的两侧及第三竖板10朝向出口的那一侧,两组插针组呈垂向分布,属于同一组插针组的插针1于第二竖板9及第三竖板10内部连通;第四种实施方式适用于连接三段灯带2,可带来与第一种实施方式同样的技术效果。
如图11及图12,其为无暗点灯带2连接端子的第五种实施方式,其与第四种实施方式大致相同,不同之处在于:第二竖板9及第三竖板10下端固定在一底座11上,底座11与通道5侧壁固定连接,属于同一组插针组的插针1于第二竖板9、第三竖板10及底座11内部连通。两组插针组呈水平分布,故而设置底座11以便属于同一组插针组的插针1于底座11连通;第五种实施方式适用于连接三段灯带2,可带来与第一种实施方式同样的技术效果。
如图1-图12所示,其为采用一种采上述的无暗点灯带2连接端子的灯,包括若干灯带2及上述无暗点灯带2连接端子,灯带2的两端皆设置两连接插孔12,一连接插孔12与一插针组内插针1连接,另一连接插孔12与另一插针组内的插针1连接,灯带的端部与支架之间填充有密封胶,提升防水效果。采用该结构的灯组装方便,发光无暗点,效果极佳。
上述实施例只是本实用新型的优选方案,本实用新型还可有其他实施方案。本领域的技术人员在不违背本实用新型精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所设定的范围内 。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于包括支架,所述支架上固定设置有两组插针组,每组插针组包括至少两插针,每组插针组内的插针相连通,插针采用导电材料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于其还包括一壳体,所述壳体具有至少一通道,每个通道至少具有两出口,所述支架设置在通道内,通道的部分侧壁或侧壁整体可透光。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于每个通道具有两个出口,通道呈一字型,支架包括一第一竖板,该第一竖板设置在通道内,每组插针组包括两分别位于第一竖板两侧的插针,两插针贯穿第一竖板相连。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于每个通道具有两个出口,通道呈L字型,支架包括一平板,该平板设置在通道内,并位于通道的转角处,每组插针组皆包括两分别朝向两个出口的插针,插针固定在平板上,属于同一组插针组内的插针于平板内连通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于所述平板上端具有两凸起,所述插针与平板的连接处位于凸起的侧壁上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于每个通道具有三个出口,通道呈T型,支架包括第二竖板及第三竖板,第二竖板的两侧分别朝向两个出口,第三竖板的一侧朝向另一出口,另一侧与第二竖板连接,每组插针组包括三根插针,分别位于第二竖板的两侧及第三竖板朝向出口的那一侧,属于同一组插针组的插针于第二竖板及第三竖板内部连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于所述第二竖板及第三竖板下端固定在一底座上,底座与通道侧壁固定连接,属于同一组插针组的插针于第二竖板、第三竖板及底座内部连通。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种无暗点灯带连接端子,其特征在于所述插针的外侧壁上设置有若干环状锥形凸环。
  9. 一种采用如权利要求1-8任一所述的无暗点灯带连接端子的灯,其特征在于包括若干灯带及所述的无暗点灯带连接端子,所述灯带的两端皆设置两连接插孔,一连接插孔与一插针组内插针连接,另一连接插孔与另一插针组内的插针连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种采用无暗点灯带连接端子的灯,其特征在于所述灯带的端部与支架之间填充有密封胶。
