Abstract

재난현장에서 활동하는 대원의 상태를 모니터링하고 지휘자가 대원의 상태에 따른 지휘를 용이하게 전달할 수 있도록 하는 재난현장 모니터링 시스템 및 방법이 제공된다. 재난현장 모니터링 시스템은, 센싱 데이터를 획득하는 하나 이상의 센서를 구비하고, 획득된 상기 센싱 데이터를 포함하는 이동통신 신호를 외부로 전송하는 하나 이상의 이동통신 단말기와, 상기 하나 이상의 이동통신 단말기로부터 수신된 상기 센싱 데이터에 기초하여 상기 이동통신 단말기를 소지한 소지자의 활동 상태를 결정하는 서버와, 상기 서버로부터 상기 활동 상태를 수신하여 표시하고, 상기 이동통신 단말기에 상기 소지자에게 행동을 지시하기 위한 지시 정보를 전송하는 지휘자 단말기 및 상기 소지자가 착용 가능하며, 상기 이동통신 단말기로부터 무선 통신을 통해 상기 지시 정보를 전달받아 출력하는 표시기를 포함한다.
