L'invention concerne un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle - A représente un groupe associatif comprenant au moins un atome d'azote, - Q1 et Q2 représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre un groupe de liaison, - x est un nombre entier allant de 2 à 6, et - Z représente le groupe :Formule, dans lequel chaque R' représente, de manière indépendante, un groupe alkyle comprenant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone. L'invention concerne aussi une composition de caoutchouc comprenant ce composé.
