后轮;
其特征在于, 还包括:
摆动板, 其前端以平行于所述纵向的方向为轴枢接于所述踏板的底部 , 后端连接有所述后轮; 以及
锁定装置, 用于将所述踏板限制在所述合拢位置和用于限制所述摆动 板相对所述踏板转动, 所述锁定装置连接在所述踏板上。
