  • the radius of the sleeve 13, at least in the upper part where the concrete 2 is casted, is larger than the radius of the drain wall 15, and the channel 6 is wider than the thickness of the drain wall 15. This makes it possible to adjust the drain wall 15 to adapt any slope of the casted concrete 2 and achieve that the flange 16 of the drain wall 15 bears against the concrete 2 at the whole circumference, even if the casted concrete was not as planned.
  • all parts of the drain are made of plastic, preferably polypropylene.
  • the drain may also be made of a metal, such as stainless steel, or a combination of materials.
  • the depth of the channel should preferably be about 6 cm, as about 1 cm of the sleeve or drain wall should always be inserted into the channel, and a concrete layer on a wooden floor is normally about 3 cm. This leaves a margin of adjustment of about 2 cm.
  • the horizontal cross section of shown drain is circular, but the drain may also be rectangular, oval or any other desired shape.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un drain qui comprend une coupelle conjointement avec une sortie de fluide (3) destinée à être raccordée à un conduit, la coupelle logeant un piège à eau (5). La coupelle comprend un canal axial (6) le long de la circonférence, le canal (6) est ouvert vers le haut et limité par un fond (7), une paroi de canal (8) et une paroi de coupelle (9). Le drain comprend en outre • - une paroi de drain circonférentielle (15) conçue pour s'ajuster dans le canal (6), la paroi de drain (15) étant disposée de façon axialement mobile dans le canal (6), • - une armature de coulée (14) agencée de manière libérable autour de la circonférence extérieure de la paroi de drain (15), l'armature (14) présentant une extension radiale, et • - la paroi de drain (15) possède une bride radiale vers l'extérieur (16) à une extrémité supérieure, l'extension radiale de la bride (16) étant égale ou inférieure à l'extension radiale du cadre. La présente invention concerne également un procédé et un kit de pièces pour installer un tel drain.
