- the channel (3) runs transversely and perpendicularly to the inclined floor (2), and is limited superiorly by an internal face of the inclined floor (2) and internally by a horizontal plane (9).
- Figure 3 shows the device thus described in a resting position, in which the bucket (1) is in its first position, so that its housing (5) is located coincident with the lower end of the inclined floor (2), with the counterweight (7) located in a lower plane than said empty housing (5).
- the weight of the egg deposited in the housing (5) which is greater than the weight with which the counterweight (7) is tared, causes the body (4) of the bucket (1) to oscillate with respect to its axis (8), so that the housing (5) with the egg inside is located in a plane lower than the counterweight (7), the channel (3) as illustrated in Figure 5, whereby the egg is deposited inside of said channel (3) for its subsequent eviction from the aviary.
- the geometry of the protuberance (6) means that when it is located in the position coinciding with the lower end of the inclined plane (2), it prevents more eggs from falling into the housing (5).
