背景技术
随时人们生活水平的提高,人们对空调器的要求也越来越高,设计师们为了满足用户的需求设计了一款外形呈球状的空调器。新型结构的空调器,需要有相应的门体组件来配合。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种空调挂机,旨在使门体的打开与关闭更加顺畅。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出空调挂机,所述空调挂机包括具有出风口的面框和门体组件,所述门体组件包括:
两导轨,两所述导轨对应所述出风口相对设置于所述面框上,所述面框呈仿半球状设置,所述出风口开设在所述面框的仿球面上;
门体,所述门体的相对两侧分别设置于所述导轨内;
驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述门体沿所述导轨移动,以使所述门体打开或关闭所述出风口。
优选地,所述导轨为弧形导轨,所述导轨的弯曲曲率与所述仿球面的曲率相当。
优选地,所述导轨与所述面框一体成型设置。
优选地,所述门体呈曲面板状设置,所述门体的曲率与所述仿球面的曲率相当。

本发明技术方案中,当需要打开门体时,驱动机构驱动门体自出风口的位置沿面框的表面移动,使出风口导通;当需要关闭门体时,驱动机构驱动门体沿面框的表面移动至出风口位置,将出风口封堵;在此移动过程中,由于导轨沿着面框的仿球面设置,使得门体可以沿着面框的仿球面移动,使得门体和出风口可以很好的配合。

空调器一般包括室内机和室外机,其中,室内机一般包括壳体,换热器组件、送风组件和导风组件,其中,壳体具有进风口、出风口以及位于进风口与出风口之间的风道,换热组件和送风组件均设置于风道中,导风组件设置于风道中或者设置于出风口处。其中,换热组件包括换热器以及将换热器安装于风道内的支架,换热器连接于空调器的冷媒循环系统中。送风组件包括风轮(贯流风轮或者轴流风轮),用于驱动该风轮的驱动电机,一些实施例中,还包括将电机的驱动传递至风轮的传动装置。导风组件包括导风板、摆叶以及驱动导风板和摆叶的驱动电机,其中导风板的摆动实现上下导风,摆叶的摆动实现左右导风,当然,在一些实施例中,导风板和摆叶可以耦合送风,即上下送风的同时,左右送风。壳体的形状可以呈类似长方体的形状(如传统的壁挂式空调室内机),可以呈圆柱形(如空调柜机),也可以呈仿球形(如壁挂式球形空调室内机)等。

驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述门体620沿所述导轨610移动,以使所述门体620打开或关闭所述出风口。
具体地,本实施例中,空调挂机一般设置在室内,挂设于墙体上。本实施了中的空调挂机包括由底盘100和面框800连接而成的壳体,罩设于面框800上的面板900。壳体具有进风口、出风口和位于进风口和出风口之间的风道。进风格栅200设置在进风口处,与面框800固定连接。风轮400和换热器500设置在风道中,从进风口进入的气流,在风轮400的作用下,和换热器500进行热交换后从出风口流出。在出风口处,设置出风框950等导风组件,以将换热后的气流输送至用户指定的区域。空调器的电控盒300、语音盒700设在底盘100或者面框800上。门体组件600对应出风口设置在面框800上。其中,导轨610呈长条形设置,长条形的导轨610沿出风口的侧边设置,两导轨610分别设在出风口相对的两侧边上。导轨610具有导向槽,门体620的相对两侧边设置在导轨610的导向槽内,门体620可以沿导向槽移动。驱动机构的方式可以有很多,只要可以驱动门体620沿导轨610移动即可,驱动机构的形式可以为齿轮驱动,连杆机构驱动,齿轮齿条机构等均可。门体620的形状和尺寸与出风口的形状和尺寸适配,当门体620设置在出风口内时,门体620封堵出风口,当门体620移动至其它位置时,打开出风口。其中,面框800呈仿半球状设置是指面框800的外形像半球,但不是严格的半球,在面框800的仿球面上可以存在局部凹陷或凸出的部分。这些凹陷或凸出的部分存在原因,可以是面框800内部结构、或者外部结构安装的需求,也可以为装配和安装的需求。导轨610沿仿球面延伸设置,使得门体620在沿导轨610移动的时候,也沿着仿球面移动,使得门体620可以很好的封堵和打开出风口。
本实施例中,当需要打开门体620时,驱动机构驱动门体620自出风口的位置沿面框800的表面移动,使出风口导通;当需要关闭门体620时,驱动机构驱动门体620沿面框800的表面移动至出风口位置,将出风口封堵;在此移动过程中,由于导轨610沿着面框800的仿球面设置,使得门体620可以沿着面框800的仿球面移动,使得门体620和出风口可以很好的配合。
为了提高门体620和出风口之间的契合度,同时更合理的利用面框800内的空间,所述导轨610为弧形导轨610,所述导轨610的弯曲曲率与所述仿球面的曲率相当。
具体地,本实施例中,导轨610呈弧形设置,导轨610凸出的方向与面框800凸出的方向相同。导轨610的曲率与仿球面切面的曲率相当,即若仿球面为标准的球面,则导轨610为圆弧形导轨610,导轨610贴合在面框800的内侧壁上、外侧壁上或者固定在围成出风口的面框800上。如此设置,使得导轨610可以很好的与面框800贴合,使得门体620的运动路径根据贴近面框800,减小了门体620运动所需要的空间,提高了面框800内空间的利用率,也使得门体620和出风口之间的配合更加紧凑。
当然,在一些实施例中,所述导轨610与所述面框800一体成型设置。导轨610可以单独设置,也可以与面框800一体成型设置。当导轨610与面框800一体成型设置时,可以节约单独制造导轨610的工艺,和开模费用等。同时,一体成型后节省了安装导轨610的工艺步骤,并且,此时导轨610和面框800之间不存在安装误差,二者的连接也非常的稳定可靠。
为了提高门体620和出风口之间的契合度,同时更合理的利用面框800内的空间,所述门体620呈曲面板900状设置,所述门体620的曲率与所述仿球面的曲率相当。
具体地,本实施例中,通过将门体620设置为曲面板900,并将门体620的曲率设置为与面框800相同,使得当门体620对应出风口设置时,门体620的外形与出风口周边的面框800的外形相似,从而有利于门体620与面框800的更好配合。当然,门体620的形状和尺寸均与出风口对应设置,以可以封堵出风口为准。在一些实施例中,为了增加门体620和面框800之间的密封性,门体620或面框800上设置有安装台阶,即增加门体620和面框800之间的密封面积,以增加密封效果。
为了提高导轨610的承载能力和导轨610的强度,所述门体组件600还包括支撑板630,所述支撑板630位于两所述导轨610之间,且与所述导轨610固定连接;所述支撑板630位于所述门体620朝向面框800内部的一侧。
具体地,本实施例中,支撑板630与面框800固定连接或者与导轨610固定连接均可。支撑板630与导轨610抵接,以支撑导轨610。支撑板630设置在两导轨610之间,并且位于面框800内,更具体的为门体620朝向面框800内部的一侧。门体620具有打开位置和关闭位置,支撑板630对应门体620的关闭位置设置,即当门体620关闭时,支撑板630位于门体620的正下方。当然,在其它实施例中,门体620还可以有其它位置。当导轨610承载发生弹性形变时,导轨610上的载荷转移至支撑板630,支撑板630承载外部载荷,使得导轨610在承载较大载荷时而不发生塑性形变,有利于提高导轨610的承载能力。
为了提高导轨610的承载能力,所述支撑板630呈曲面板900状设置,所述支撑板630沿所述导轨610的延伸方向设置。支撑板630凸出的方向与门体620和面框800凸出的方向相同,支撑板630的形状和尺寸与门体620相似,也呈凸弧形设置。支撑板630的曲面延伸方向与导轨610的延伸方向和门体620的延伸方向相同,使得门体620可以沿导轨610移动时,可以被支撑板630支撑。通过将支撑板630沿导轨610的延伸方向设置,增加了支撑板630对导轨610的支撑面积,有利于支撑板630更好的支撑导轨610。
为了使门体620的移动稳定可靠,所述驱动机构包括主动齿轮670和与所述主动齿轮670啮合的从动齿条650;所述主动齿轮670安装于所述支撑板630上;所述从动齿条650与所述门体620固定连接。
具体地,本实施例中,门体620通过相互啮合的主动齿轮670和从动齿条650配合驱动。其中,主动齿轮670由与空调挂机的主控板电连接的驱动电机660或者其它能动设备驱动,齿条随着齿轮的转动而移动,齿条则驱动与之固定连接门体620。当需要开门时,主控板控制驱动电机660工作,电机驱动主动齿轮670转动,主动齿轮670驱动从动齿条650带动门体620移动,将门体620打开。同理,需要关门时,主控板控制驱动电机660反转,电机驱动主动齿轮670转动,主动齿轮670驱动从动齿条650带动门体620移动,将门体620关闭。
为增加门体620驱动的稳定性和协调性,所述齿条呈弧形设置,所述从动齿条650设置于所述导轨610内。本实施例中,从动齿条650呈弧形设置,从动齿条650的形状和尺寸与导轨610适配,使得从动齿条650可以安装在导轨610内部。通过将从动齿条650设置在导轨610内,使得从动齿条650的移动不易收到外部物体的干扰,有利于提高从动齿条650移动的稳定性。
为了提高门体620移动的反应速度和稳定性,所述驱动机构还包括用于驱动所述主动齿轮670的驱动电机660;所述支撑板630朝向所述门体620的一侧开设有安装槽,所述驱动电机660安装于所述安装槽内。
本实施例中,支撑板630朝向门体620一侧的板面上,向远离门体620的方向凹陷形成有安装槽,安装槽的槽口对应导轨610设置,当驱动电机660安装于安装槽内时,与驱动电机660的转轴连接的主动齿轮670位于导轨610内,与安装在导轨610内的齿条啮合。通过安装槽的设置,使得驱动电机660的安装稳定可靠,可以稳定的输出动力,从而使得主动齿轮670和从动齿条650的工作稳定进行,使得门体620的移动高效稳定。
当然,在一些实施例中,为了优化设计,提高空调内部的空间利用率,使得门体组件600的结构更加紧凑,所述从动齿条650的齿设置在所述齿条背对所述门体620的一侧。通过从动齿条650方向的设置,使得主动齿轮670和从动齿条650的啮合处位于面框800的内部,大幅减少了外部物件干扰主动齿轮670和从动齿条650工作的概率,使得门体620移动的稳定性得到大幅提高。
为了提高门体620移动的稳定性,所述驱动机构的数量为两套,分别对应所述导轨610设置,以驱动所述门体620的相对两侧。每一驱动机构对应一导轨610设置,每一齿条与门体620的一侧边固定连接,将两驱动电机660设置为同步正转或同步反转,以使门体620的相对两侧被同步驱动,从而使得门体620稳定可靠的移动。通过设置两套驱动机构,使得门体620同时被多个动力驱动,使得门体620的驱动更加快速、稳定。
为了使门体组件600的走线更加安全,所述支撑板630上设置有集线件640,所述集线件640上开设有供电线安装的集线槽。集线件640设置在支撑板630远离出风口的一端,集线槽的延伸方向与支撑板630的延伸方向相当,使得导线可以很好的安装在集线槽内。在一些实施例中,集线件640和支撑板630一体成型设置,使得支撑板630的结构更加完善,使得门体组件600的走线更加安全可靠,有利于提高门体组件600的安全性。
本发明还提出一种空调挂机,该空调挂机包括面框800和门体组件600,该门体组件600的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调挂机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,门体组件600对应出风口设置在面框800上。导轨610与面框800的连接方式有多种,如螺钉连接、卡扣连接等均可。

Claims (20)
- 一种空调挂机,其特征在于,所述空调挂机包括:具有出风口的面框和门体组件;所述门体组件包括:两导轨,两所述导轨对应所述出风口相对设置于所述面框上,所述面框呈仿半球状设置,所述出风口开设在所述面框的仿球面上;门体,所述门体的相对两侧分别设置于所述导轨内;驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述门体沿所述导轨移动,以使所述门体打开或关闭所述出风口。
- 如权利要求1所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述导轨为弧形导轨,所述导轨的弯曲曲率与所述仿球面的曲率相当。
- 如权利要求2所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述门体组件还包括支撑板,所述支撑板位于两所述导轨之间,且与所述导轨固定连接;所述支撑板位于所述门体朝向面框内部的一侧。
- 如权利要求3所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述支撑板呈曲面板状设置,所述支撑板沿所述导轨的延伸方向设置。
- 如权利要求3所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括主动齿轮和与所述主动齿轮啮合的从动齿条;所述主动齿轮安装于所述支撑板上;所述从动齿条与所述门体固定连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述从动齿条呈弧形设置,所述从动齿条设置于所述导轨内。
- 如权利要求5所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构的数量为两套,分别对应所述导轨设置,以驱动所述门体的相对两侧。
- 如权利要求5所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述从动齿条的齿设置在所述从动齿条背对所述门体的一侧。
- 如权利要求2所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述导轨与所述面框一体成型设置。
- 如权利要求9所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述门体组件还包括支撑板,所述支撑板位于两所述导轨之间,且与所述导轨固定连接;所述支撑板位于所述门体朝向面框内部的一侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述门体呈曲面板状设置,所述门体的曲率与所述仿球面的曲率相当。
- 如权利要求11所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述门体组件还包括支撑板,所述支撑板位于两所述导轨之间,且与所述导轨固定连接;所述支撑板位于所述门体朝向面框内部的一侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述门体组件还包括支撑板,所述支撑板位于两所述导轨之间,且与所述导轨固定连接;所述支撑板位于所述门体朝向面框内部的一侧。
- 如权利要求13所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述支撑板呈曲面板状设置,所述支撑板沿所述导轨的延伸方向设置。
- 如权利要求13所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括主动齿轮和与所述主动齿轮啮合的从动齿条;所述主动齿轮安装于所述支撑板上;所述从动齿条与所述门体固定连接。
- 如权利要求15所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括用于驱动所述主动齿轮的驱动电机;所述支撑板朝向所述门体的一侧开设有安装槽,所述驱动电机安装于所述安装槽内。
- 如权利要求15所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述从动齿条呈弧形设置,所述从动齿条设置于所述导轨内。
- 如权利要求15所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构的数量为两套,分别对应所述导轨设置,以驱动所述门体的相对两侧。
- 如权利要求15所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述从动齿条的齿设置在所述从动齿条背对所述门体的一侧。
- 如权利要求13所述的空调挂机,其特征在于,所述支撑板上设置有集线件,所述集线件上开设有供电线安装的集线槽。
