Description

电烹饪装置 技术领域
本发明涉及厨房电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种电烹饪装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,电饭煲在煮饭过程中会存在米粒结块现象,这样导致米饭的口感较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种电烹饪装置,该电烹饪装置可以实现瞬间泄压,从而可以使得食物翻滚,可以避免食物结块。
根据本发明的电烹饪装置,包括:煲体,所述煲体内限定出烹饪腔;煲盖,所述煲盖设在所述煲体上以打开或关闭所述烹饪腔,所述煲盖上设置有泄压口;磁性封堵结构,所述磁性封堵结构在自身重力的作用下打开所述泄压口;电磁驱动装置,所述电磁驱动装置设置在所述磁性封堵结构的一侧,且适于在通电状态下产生磁性力以使所述磁性封堵结构封闭所述泄压口。
根据本发明的电烹饪装置,当电磁驱动装置处于断开状态时,磁性封堵结构在没有磁性力的作用后可以在自身重力的作用下从封闭泄压口的封闭位置移动至打开泄压口的打开位置,从而可以实现烹饪腔的泄压。这样电烹饪装置可以实现瞬间泄压,从而可以使得食物翻滚,可以避免食物的结块,可以提升食物的口感。而且通过电磁驱动装置和磁性封堵结构的配合,可以使得电烹饪装置泄压操作简单,结构简单,成本低。
另外,根据本发明的电烹饪装置还可以具有以下技术特征:
在本发明的一些示例中,所述煲盖上设置有座体,所述泄压口形成在所述座体上,所述磁性封堵结构设置在所述座体的上表面上,所述座体的上表面倾斜设置以使所述磁性封堵结构在自身重力的作用下打开所述泄压口;所述磁性力为磁性吸力,以通过所述磁性吸力使所述磁性封堵结构封闭所述泄压口。

如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的电烹饪装置可以包括:煲体、煲盖10、磁性封堵结构20和电磁驱动装置30。
煲体内限定出烹饪腔,煲盖10设在煲体上以打开或关闭烹饪腔,煲盖10上设置有泄压口11,其中泄压口11与烹饪腔相连通。磁性封堵结构20在自身重力的作用下可以打开泄压口11,电磁驱动装置30设置在磁性封堵结构20的一侧,而且电磁驱动装置30适于在通电状态下产生磁性力以使磁性封堵结构20封闭泄压口11。可以理解的是,磁性封堵结构20可以用于封闭和打开泄压口11,电磁驱动装置30可以控制泄压口11的开闭状态,换言之,电磁驱动装置30可以通过控制自身的通断电状态来改变磁性封堵结构20的位置以改变泄压口11的开闭。
当电磁驱动装置30处于通电状态时,电磁驱动装置30产生磁性力,从而可以将磁性封堵结构20磁性地吸附到泄压口11的上方以封闭泄压口11。当电磁驱动装置30处于断 开状态时,磁性封堵结构20在没有磁性力的作用后可以在自身重力的作用下从封闭泄压口11的封闭位置移动至打开泄压口11的打开位置,从而可以实现烹饪腔的泄压。这样电烹饪装置可以实现瞬间泄压,从而可以使得食物翻滚,可以避免食物的结块,可以提升食物的口感。而且通过电磁驱动装置30和磁性封堵结构20的配合,可以使得电烹饪装置泄压操作简单,结构简单,成本低。通过这样设置,与传统的通过推杆推动磁性封堵结构20的方式相比,可以避免在磁性封堵结构20的活动空腔壁上开设推杆通孔和加设密封装置,结构更为简单,也更容易清洗;电磁驱动装置30也不需设置成活动结构,从而避免卡住出错的风险,另外也会更加安全,在断电的时候可以保证泄压口是常开的。
可选地,电磁驱动装置30可以为电磁吸盘,磁性封堵结构20可以为金属件或者磁铁。
具体地,如图1所示,煲盖10上设置有座体12,泄压口11形成在座体12上,磁性封堵结构20设置在座体12的上表面上,座体12的上表面倾斜设置以使磁性封堵结构20在自身重力的作用下打开泄压口11,磁性力可以为磁性吸力。倾斜设置的座体12的上表面可以有利于磁性封堵结构20在其上顺畅地滚动,从而可以使得电烹饪装置泄压切换迅速,而且可以保证电烹饪装置的工作可靠性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,如图1所示,从远离电磁驱动装置30的一端向靠近电磁驱动装置30的另一端,座体12的上表面到煲盖10的下表面的距离逐渐变大,泄压口11邻近座体12的上表面的另一端设置。这样在电磁驱动装置30处于断电状态时,磁性封堵结构20可以向远离电磁驱动装置30的方向移动,从而可以打开泄压口11,而在电磁驱动装置30处于通电状态时,电磁驱动装置30可以将磁性封堵结构20吸附到泄压口11的上方,从而可以封闭泄压口11。需要说明的是,这里的煲盖10的下表面可以理解为煲盖封闭烹饪腔的盖板的下表面。
优选地,如图1所示,座体12的上表面可以为倾斜平面。这样磁性封堵结构20在座体12的上表面上滚动顺畅,从而电烹饪装置在保压和泄压状态切换顺畅,进而可以提高电烹饪装置的工作可靠性。
优选地,煲盖10通过铰接方式与煲体连接,座体12的上表面倾斜的低端靠近铰接端,座体12的上表面倾斜的高端远离铰接端。这样可以减少开盖时磁性封堵结构20滚动带来的噪音,使磁性封堵结构20无论是在合盖状态还是开盖状态,只要电磁驱动装置30断电都可以处于座体12倾斜的上表面的低端。
可选地,如图1所示,座体12的上表面与水平面之间的夹角在0°-45°之间。优选地,座体12的上表面与水平面之间的夹角可以为20°。满足上述范围的座体12的上表面可以使得磁性封堵结构20滚动自然,从而可以易于实现磁性封堵结构20在封闭位置和打开位置之间的切换。
可选地,如图1所示,座体12还可以包括:与电磁驱动装置30相对的挡板122,挡板122用于止挡处于封闭位置的磁性封堵结构20。挡板122至少一定程度上可以起到限制磁性封堵结构20位置的作用,从而可以保证磁性封堵结构20在泄压口11的上方的可靠性,进而可以提高电烹饪装置的工作可靠性。
优选地,如图1所示,磁性封堵结构20可以为球体,挡板122的高度不高于磁性封堵结构20的中心。这样挡板122的端部可以更好地支撑在磁性封堵结构20上,从而可以更好地保证磁性封堵结构20在泄压口11的上方的可靠性。

    磁性封堵结构,所述磁性封堵结构在自身重力的作用下打开所述泄压口;
    电磁驱动装置,所述电磁驱动装置设置在所述磁性封堵结构的一侧,且适于在通电状态下产生磁性力以使所述磁性封堵结构封闭所述泄压口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电烹饪装置,其特征在于,所述煲盖上设置有座体,所述泄压口形成在所述座体上,所述磁性封堵结构设置在所述座体的上表面上,所述座体的上表面倾斜设置以使所述磁性封堵结构在自身重力的作用下打开所述泄压口;所述磁性力为磁性吸力,以通过所述磁性吸力使所述磁性封堵结构封闭所述泄压口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电烹饪装置,其特征在于,从远离所述电磁驱动装置的一端向靠近所述电磁驱动装置的另一端,所述座体的上表面到所述煲盖的下表面的距离逐渐变大,所述泄压口邻近所述座体的上表面的另一端设置。
