本发明是基于以上不便而产生的,一种不分方向能支持苹果和安卓设备的二合一插头,二合一插头可实现支持苹果(lightning接口)设备,又可以支持安卓(Micro-B型接口)设备和其它带Micro-B型接口的设备使用,并且使用时不需要分辨方向,双面都有功能,实现了产品通用性及便捷性,一个插头实现了两类设备的通用,实现了资源的节约。
发明内容
本发明提出本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,质量稳定性高的lightning和Micro-B型两用插头。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明公开了一种两用连接器,包括端子组件,所述的端子组件包括金属外壳、lightning型端子和Micro-B型端子,端子组件具有外露部分,外露部分前端具有方形插接口,所述的插接口向内延伸形成空腔部,所述的端子组件具有 导电端子群组,所述的导电端子群组共有四排功能端子,在所述的外露部分上下两侧设置上下排接触端子,分别是:第一lightning型接触PIN针、第二lightning型接触PIN针,在所述的空腔部内设置上下排接触端子,分别是:第一Micro-B型接触PIN针、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针,所述的上下排接触端子的中间设置绝缘弹片,所述的四排功能端子之间分别用绝缘塑胶机构相互隔离加以固定后在其外部套上金属外壳,所述的金属外壳上分别设有供第一lightning型接触PIN针和第二lightning型接触PIN针外露的上排外露孔和下排外露孔,在所述的金属外壳后部设置PCB板的电路控制器件,所述的电路控制件能实现端子组件正反两面双面插。
进一步地,所述的绝缘塑胶机构包括:上排绝缘座、中间绝缘座和下排绝缘座,具体为:
所述的lightning型端子包括分别设在Micro-B型端子两侧的上排绝缘座和下排绝缘座,所述的上排绝缘座内设有外露的第一lightning型接触PIN针,所述的下排绝缘座内设有外露的第二lightning型接触PIN针;
所述的Micro-B型端子包括中间绝缘座,所述的中间绝缘座内设有凸出其端部的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针,所述的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针之间设有弹性绝缘片(13)。
进一步地,所述的上排绝缘座包括隔开设置的第一上排后座体和第一上排前座体,第一上排前座体能卡合在上排外露孔内;
所述的第一lightning型接触PIN针穿设于上排前座体并部分外露于第一上排前座体及上排外露孔内;
所述的下排绝缘座包括隔开设置的第二下排后座体和第二下排前座体,第二下排前座体能卡合在下排外露孔内,所述的第二lightning型接触PIN针穿设于第二下排前座体并部分外露于第二上排前座体及上排外露孔内。
进一步地,所述的金属外壳前端设有规则排列的凹槽,所述的凹槽用于插入Micro-B型接口设备时,第二Micro-B型接触PIN针和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针处于避空状态而不会导致短路,
所述的金属外壳的上排外露孔和下排外露孔内侧还具有用于固定Micro-B型端子的第一弹弹性卡钩及第二弹性卡钩,所述的第一弹弹性卡钩及第二弹性卡钩上分别具有第一金属卡钩和第二金属卡钩,当端子组件组装到金属外壳内腔到位后,所述的第一金属卡钩和第二金属卡钩弹出弹止于金属外壳表面且前后固定,只能上下弹动。
进一步地,所述的弹性绝缘片的上下两侧设有多个凹槽,所述的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针的各个PIN针脚分别设在各自相应的凹槽内。
进一步地,所述的第一弹性卡钩及第二弹性卡钩后部分别设有第一定位孔及第二定位孔,所述的上排绝缘座上设置塑胶凸台,所述的第一定位孔、第二定位孔、第一上排后座体、第二下排后座体、塑胶凸台互相扣接,所述的第一弹弹性卡钩及第二弹性卡钩前端弯曲与第一上排前座体和第二下排前座体相贴定位。
进一步地,所述的四排功能端子的功能焊脚均排列于金属外壳后部,所述的PCB板对应的焊脚位焊接于所述的功能焊脚之上,PCB上分别设有所述的lightning型端子和所述的Micro-B型端子的引线焊盘。
进一步地,所述的中间绝缘座设有限位凸台,所述的上排绝缘座设有定位导向轨,所述的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针、弹性绝缘片和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针组合后插入所述的空腔部之中,通过所述的定位导向轨推入并锁止于所述的限位凸台。
进一步地,所述的金属外壳插入口处还设有用于避免短路的避位凹槽,所述的避位凹槽与第一Micro-B型接触PIN针、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针形状相互对应,所述外露孔的前端设有挂台,所述的上排绝缘座与第一弹性卡钩固定后装入金属外壳,挂台与上排绝缘座下面所设的塑胶凹槽相扣,使上排绝缘座、第一弹性卡钩和金属外壳的上排外露孔固定在一起;所述的下排绝缘座、第二弹性卡钩和金属外壳的下排外露孔固定在一起,以致第一金属卡钩、第二金属卡钩与第一lightning型接触PIN针、第二lightning型接触PIN针与上排外露孔和下排外露孔固定在金属外壳平面上。
进一步地,所述的电路控制器件具有快充管理模块,所述的快充管理模块用于当Micro-B型端子快充时,自动关闭第一lightning型接触PIN针和第二lightning型接触PIN针的电源和信号。
本发明涉及一种插头(连接器),更具体地说是一种不分方向能支持苹果(lightning接口)和安卓(Micro-B接口)设备的二合一插头,该插头具有正反双面插接功能,是可支持lightning和Micro-B型接口任意功能的两用插头。
实施本发明的一种两用连接器,具有以下技术特征及有益的技术效果:
二合一插头外露上下两排是lightning型接触端子,正反都有功能;内腔也分布上下两排Micro-B型端子,正反都有功能,本发明外观设计对称,美观,内部结构可靠,制造工艺简单,质量稳定性高,适合推广应用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2及图3,本发明的较佳实施例,一种两用连接器,包括端子组件1,端子组件1包括金属外壳2、lightning型端子11和Micro-B型端子12、PCB板4。
端子组件1具有外露部分,外露部分前端具有方形插接口,插接口向内延伸形成空腔部,端子组件1具有导电端子群组,导电端子群组共有四排功能端子,在外露部分上下两侧设置上下排接触端子,分别是:第一lightning型接触PIN针113、第二lightning型接触PIN针114。
在空腔部内设置上下排接触端子,分别是:第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123,上下排接触端子的中间设置绝缘弹片13。
请参阅图4,四排功能端子之间分别用绝缘塑胶机构相互隔离加以固定后在其外部套上金属外壳2,金属外壳2上分别设有供第一lightning型接触PIN针113和第二lightning型接触PIN针114外露的上排外露孔21和下排外露孔22,在金属外壳2后部设置PCB板4的电路控制器件,电路控制件能实现端子组件1正反两面双面插。
绝缘弹片13上设有多个凹槽131,可防止第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123之间相互接触短路及保证对正的准确度。
以上四排端子分别用绝缘塑胶隔离配合,Micro-B型中间绝缘座121固定绝缘弹片13对扣,然后lightning型绝缘塑胶扣上第一弹性卡钩31,第二弹性卡钩32后再与Micro-B型两排端子带绝缘片(舌片)对扣两边,这样就实现了四排端子与第一弹性卡钩31及绝缘弹片13的组合,四排绝缘塑胶之间设置相互咬合的机构固定,将固定后的四排端子套上金属外壳2加以保护,即实现插头的组合,这样四排功能端子的功能焊脚都排列于金属外壳2后部,再将PCB板对应的焊脚位41焊接于插头功能焊脚之上,PCB4上设计有电源和数据管理IC,分另管理四排端子的供电和数据传输功能,另PCB4上设有引线焊盘42,只需焊上对应的焊盘,不分方向能支持苹果和安卓设备的二合一插头的功能就能实现。
当插头与lightning型接口连接时上排的第一lightning型接触PIN针113、下排的第二lightning型接触PIN针114和Micro-B型端子12均插入lightning型接口,但是lightning型接口内的端子与上排lightning型接触PIN针113或下排lightning型接触PIN针114连接而达到充电和传输数据的功能,此时,Micro-B型端子12虽然也被插入到lightning型接口内,但是lightning型接口内没有端子与Micro-B型端子12连接,所以Micro-B型端子12处于待工作状态;而当插头与Micro-B型接口连接时,插头插入到Micro-B型接口内,Micro-B型接口内的端子就与上排的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122或下排的第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123连接,从而达到充电与数据传输功能,并且Micro-B型端子12通过PCB板4所设的电源管理IC,支持快充功能,Micro-B型端子12快充时,电源管理IC会自动关闭上排第一lightning型接触PIN针113和下排的第二lightning型接触PIN针114的电源和信号,对lightning型接口设备实现了安全保护。因此,实现了双面插接,也保证插头即能用于lightning型接口,也能用于Micro-B型接口。而且上排lightning型PIN针和下排lightning型PIN针被定位固定,制造工艺更简单,装配也便捷可靠,产品稳定性高。
绝缘塑胶机构包括:上排绝缘座111、中间绝缘座121和下排绝缘座112,具体为:
lightning型端子11包括分别设在Micro-B型端子12两侧的上排绝缘座111和下排绝缘座112,所述的上排绝缘座111内设有外露的第一lightning型接触PIN针113,所述的下排绝缘座112内设有外露的第二lightning型接触PIN针114。
Micro-B型端子12包括中间绝缘座121,所述的中间绝缘座121内设有凸出其端部的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123,第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123之间设有弹性绝缘片13。
上排绝缘座111包括隔开设置的第一上排后座体1111和第一上排前座体1112,第一上排前座体1112能卡合在上排外露孔21内;
第一lightning型接触PIN针113穿设于上排前座体1112并部分外露于第一上排前座体1112及上排外露孔21内;
上排lightning型PIN针和下排lightning型PIN针能够更好地被定位,不会出现偏移,确保产品质量的稳定性。
下排绝缘座112包括隔开设置的第二下排后座体1121和第二下排前座体1122,第二下排前座体1122能卡合在下排外露孔22内,第二lightning型接触PIN针114穿设于第二下排前座体1122并部分外露于第二上排前座体1122及上排外露孔22内。
请参阅图5,金属外壳2前端设有规则排列的凹槽22,所述的凹槽22用于插入Micro-B型接口设备时,第二Micro-B型接触PIN针122和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123处于避空状态而不会导致短路,
金属外壳2的上排外露孔21和下排外露孔22内侧还具有用于固定Micro-B型端子12的第一弹弹性卡钩31及第二弹性卡钩32,所述的第一弹弹性卡钩31及第二弹性卡钩32上分别具有第一金属卡钩312和第二金属卡钩322,当端子组件1组装到金属外壳2内腔到位后,第一金属卡钩312和第二金属卡钩322弹出弹止于金属外壳2表面且前后固定,只能上下弹动。
弹性绝缘片13的上下两侧设有多个凹槽131,第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123的各个PIN针脚分别设在各自相应的凹槽131内。
第一弹性卡钩31及第二弹性卡钩32后部分别设有第一定位孔311及第二定位孔321,上排绝缘座111上设置塑胶凸台1113,所述的第一定位孔311、第二定位孔321、第一上排后座体1111、第二下排后座体1121、塑胶凸台1113互相扣接,第一弹弹性卡钩31及第二弹性卡钩32前端弯曲与第一上排前座体1112和第二下排前座体1122相贴定位。
四排功能端子的功能焊脚均排列于金属外壳2后部,PCB板4对应的焊脚位41焊接于所述的功能焊脚之上,PCB4上分别设有所述的lightning型端子11和Micro-B型端子12的引线焊盘42。
金属外壳2插入口处还设有用于避免短路的避位凹槽23,避位凹槽23与第一Micro-B型接触PIN针122、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针123形状相互对应,外露孔21的前端设有挂台25,上排绝缘座111与第一弹性卡钩31固定后装入金属外壳2,挂台25与上排绝缘座111下面所设的塑胶凹槽相扣,使上排绝 缘座111、第一弹性卡钩31和金属外壳2的上排外露孔21固定在一起;下排绝缘座112、第二弹性卡钩32和金属外壳2的下排外露孔22固定在一起,以致第一金属卡钩312、第二金属卡钩322与第一lightning型接触PIN针113、第二lightning型接触PIN针114与上排外露孔21和下排外露孔22固定在金属外壳2平面上。
电路控制器件具有快充管理模块,快充管理模块用于当Micro-B型端子12快充时,自动关闭第一lightning型接触PIN针113和第二lightning型接触PIN针114的电源和信号。
本发明中,技术方案实质上提供一种不分方向能支持苹果(lightning接口)和安卓设备(Micro-B型接口)的二合一插头,所述的Micro-B型两排端子包括中间绝缘座121,中间绝缘座121内设有凸出其端部的上排Micro-B型PIN针和下排Micro-B型PIN针,所述的上排Micro-B型PIN针和下排Micro-B型PIN针之间设有绝缘弹片13,lightning型端子11包括分别设在Micro-B型两排端子的两侧的上排绝缘座111和下排绝缘座112,上排绝缘座1112内设有外露的上排lightning型PIN针,下排绝缘座112内设有外露的下排lightning型PIN针,上排绝缘座111后端还设有与第一弹性卡钩31相扣定位的塑胶凸台1113,第一弹性卡钩31的定位孔311与塑胶凸台1113相扣,这样,上排绝缘座111与第一弹性卡钩31固定在一起,端子组件1外还套设有金属外壳2,金属外壳2上分别设有供上排lightning型PIN针和下排lightning型PIN针外露的上排外露孔21和下排外露孔22,上排外露孔21的前端设有挂台25,挂台25可与上排绝缘座111固定在一起,上排绝缘座111与第一弹性卡钩31装入金属外壳2,挂台25与上排绝缘座111下面所设的塑胶凹槽相扣,使上排绝缘座111,第一弹性卡钩31和金属外壳2的上排外露孔21固定在一起,对应的下排绝缘座112,第二弹性卡钩32和金属外壳2的下排外露孔22固定,这样,通过金属卡钩与lightning型PIN针与金属外壳2所设的上排外露孔21和下排外露孔22固定在金属外壳2平面上,lightning型的两排端子嵌入上排绝缘座1112和下排绝缘座1122内,可有效防止与金属外壳2短路。
中间绝缘座121设有限位凸台1211,下排绝缘座112设有定位导向轨1223,上排Micro-B型PIN针与弹性绝缘片13和下排Micro-B型PIN针组合后插入 lightning型两排端子所设置的空腔之中,通过lightning型PIN针,定位导向轨1223推入lightning型两排端子中间,锁止于中间绝缘座121所设的限位凸台1211,综上所述,端子组件1与金属外壳2固定在一起。
如上所述,上排lightning型PIN针、上排Micro-B型PIN针、下排Micro-B型PIN针和下排lightniing型PIN针呈四层PIN针结构通过PCB板4的对应引脚焊盘41,再通过PCB板4相对应的电源及信号管理IC及辅助电路,通过PCB板4所设的端子焊盘42实现不分方向的二合一插头功能。
绝缘弹片13的上下两侧设有多个凹槽131,上排Micro-B型PIN针和下排Micro-B型PIN针的PIN针分别分落入相应的凹槽131内,凹槽131的设置使得上排Micro-B型PIN针和下排Micro-B型PIN针与Micro-B型接口内的端子连接时对位更精确,确保插接更稳定。
金属外壳2插入口处还设有避位凹槽23,避位凹槽23与上排Micro-B型PIN针、下排Micro-B型PIN针相互对应,有效避免了Micro-B型PIN针或下排Micro-B型PIN针工作时与金属外壳2短路问题,金属外壳2还设有锁止工作位的凹槽24,可确保lightning型两排PIN针工作时可靠定位。金属外壳2与端子组件1组装后,第一金属卡钩312,第二金属卡钩322与金属外壳2前后位置固定,只能上下弹动,作用在于,当Micro-B型接口插接时第一弹性卡钩31及第二弹性卡钩32,通过第一金属卡钩312,第二金属卡钩322与Micro-B型弹性配合,起到了插头在工作时的可靠度及稳定性。
本发明的上排lightning型PIN针、上排Micro-B型PIN针、下排Micro-B型PIN针和下排lightning型PIN针呈四层PIN针结构,结合PCB板4的电路配合,可以实现正反两面双面插的功能,可以满足Lightning和Micro-B型接口的任意一个功能要求,即当插入苹果手机接口时,满足Lightning接口功能,当插入安卓或带Micro-B接口设备时,满足Micro-B接口功能。
在基座的各个顶点具有基座定位脚50。
实施本发明的一种两用连接器,具有以下技术特征及有益的技术效果:

  1. 一种两用连接器,包括端子组件(1),所述的端子组件(1)包括金属外壳(2)、lightning型端子(11)和Micro-B型端子(12),端子组件(1)具有外露部分,外露部分前端具有方形插接口,所述的方形插接口向内延伸形成空腔部,其特征在于,所述的端子组件(1)具有导电端子群组,所述的导电端子群组共有四排功能端子,在所述的外露部分上下两侧设置上下排接触端子,分别是:第一lightning型接触PIN针(113)、第二lightning型接触PIN针(114),在所述的空腔部内设置上下排接触端子,分别是:第一Micro-B型接触PIN针(122)、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针(123),所述的空腔部内的上下排接触端子的中间设置绝缘弹片(13),所述的四排功能端子之间分别用绝缘塑胶机构相互隔离加以固定后在其外部套上金属外壳(2),所述的金属外壳(2)上分别设有供第一lightning型接触PIN针(113)和第二lightning型接触PIN针(114)外露的上排外露孔(21)和下排外露孔(22),在所述的金属外壳(2)后部设置PCB板(4)的电路控制器件,所述的电路控制件能实现端子组件(1)正反两面双面插。

    所述的金属外壳(2)的上排外露孔(21)和下排外露孔(22)内侧还具有用于固定Micro-B型端子(12)的第一弹弹性卡钩(31)及第二弹性卡钩(32),所述的第一弹弹性卡钩(31)及第二弹性卡钩(32)上分别具有第一金属卡钩(312)和第二金属卡钩(322),当端子组件(1)组装到金属外壳(2)内腔到位后,所述的第一金属卡钩(312)和第二金属卡钩(322)弹出弹止于金属外壳(2)表面且前后固定,只能上下弹动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的两用连接器,其特征在于,所述的弹性绝缘片(13)的上下两侧设有多个凹槽(131),所述的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针(122)和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针(123)的各个PIN针脚分别设在各自相应的凹槽(131)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的两用连接器,其特征在于,所述的第一弹性卡钩(31)及第二弹性卡钩(32)后部分别设有第一定位孔(311)及第二定位孔(321),所述的上排绝缘座(111)上设置塑胶凸台(1113),所述的第一定位孔(311)、第二定位孔(321)、第一上排后座体(1111)、第二下排后座体(1121)、塑胶凸台(1113)互相扣接,所述的第一弹弹性卡钩(31)及第二弹性卡钩(32)前端弯曲与第一上排前座体(1112)和第二下排前座体(1122)相贴定位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的两用连接器,其特征在于,所述的四排功能端子的功能焊脚均排列于金属外壳(2)后部,所述的PCB板(4)对应的焊脚位(41)焊接于所述的功能焊脚之上,PCB(4)上分别设有所述的lightning型端子(11)和所述的Micro-B型端子(12)的引线焊盘(42)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的两用连接器,其特征在于,所述的中间绝缘座(121)设有限位凸台(1211),所述的上排绝缘座(122)设有定位导向轨(1223),所述的第一Micro-B型接触PIN针(122)、弹性绝缘片(13)和第二Micro-B型接触PIN针(123)组合后插入所述的空腔部之中,通过所述的定位导向轨(1223)推入并锁止于所述的限位凸台(1211)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的两用连接器,其特征在于,所述的金属外壳(2)插入口处还设有用于避免短路的避位凹槽(23),所述的避位凹槽(23)与第一Micro-B型接触PIN针(122)、第二Micro-B型接触PIN针(123)形状相互对应,所述外露孔(21)的前端设有挂台(25),所述的上排绝缘座(111)与第一弹性卡钩(31)固定后装入金属外壳(2),挂台(25)与上排绝缘座(111)下面所设的塑胶凹槽相扣,使上排绝缘座(111)、第一弹性卡钩(31)和金属外壳(2)的上排外露孔(21)固定在一起;所述的下排绝缘座(112)、第二弹性卡钩(32)和金属外壳(2)的下排外露孔(22)固定在一起,以致第一金属卡钩(312)、第二金属卡钩(322)与第一lightning型接触PIN针(113)、第二lightning型接触PIN针(114)与上排外露孔(21)和下排外露孔(22)固定在金属外壳(2)平面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的两用连接器,其特征在于,所述的电路控制器件具有快充管理模块,所述的快充管理模块用于当Micro-B型端子(12)快充时,自动关闭第一lightning型接触PIN针(113)和第二lightning型接触PIN针(114)的电源和信号。
