해외 선행문헌 조사 결과 “납골 관리 시스템”에 관한 선행문헌(JP 2001-297161)은 네트워크를 통해 납골된 사람 또는 동물의 영상을 감상할 수 있는 영상 표시부가 있다는 점에서 유사하지만, 반려동물의 유골 및 유품을 보관하는 보관함과 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신이 가능한 디스플레이룰 통해 모바일과 연동하여 영상 편집 등의 기술을 포함하는 기술이 포함되어있지 않아 차이점을 가지고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 반려동물 용도 이외에 일반 선물용 박스로 사용이 가능한데, 스마트폰에 저장된 선물을 받을 대상과의 추억이 담긴 사진과 음악을 활용해 동영상을 제작하고, 영상에 원하는 메시지까지 전달하는 감성자극 제품(감성자극 동영상 재생), 박스를 고급화 하고, 웨딩플래너와의 연계를 통한 프로포즈 및 웨딩선물시장 진입 가능 제품(웨딩선물), 보석, 시계 등 고가 제품의 브랜드 홍보영상이 브랜드 홍보영상 모듈에 저장된 포장박스로 활용가능하며, 고객이 원하는 동영상을 추가로 제작하여 감성자극이 가능한 제품(고가 제품 포장박스)으로 제공 가능한 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 생전 Life care system으로서, 화상통화, IoT Photo Cloud, 생애 주기별 건강관리 프로그램, 반려동물 관련 커뮤니티 공간 등 서비스가 구현이 되는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 사후 유골함 기능으로 유골함 보관 뿐 아닌, 케이스 개폐에 따라 영상 및 음향이 자동으로 ON/OFF 되는 시스템이 적용된 IoT 무선 멀티미디어 유골함을 포함하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 스마트폰에 저장된 선물을 받을 대상과의 추억이 담긴 사진과 음악을 활용한 동영상을 자동으로 재생하는 감성자극 신개념 선물박스인 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 모든 기능이 직관적이고 쉽게 작동되며, 쇼핑과 커뮤니티 공간이 포함된 하이브리드 앱으로 이루어진 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.

상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 제품 개봉시 동영상 자동 재생이 가능하도록 전기 장치 등과 연동하는 스위치 또는 케이스의 힌지와 연동되어 스위치 역할을 하는 내장형 자석 스위치;상기 내장형 자석 스위치가 작동하는 경우 선택에 따라 유골함을 제공할 수 있거나, 스마트폰에 저장된 선물을 받을 대상과의 추억이 담긴 사진과 음악을 활용한 동영상을 자동으로 재생하도록 하는 선택 스위치;외부 영상을 영상 또는 사진을 클라우드(IoT Photo Cloud)에 실시간 송출이 가능한 내장형 카메라;스마트폰 수준의 화질로 동영상을 재생하는 고해상도 LCD;배경음악과, 나레이션을 출력하는 내장형 스피커;애완동물 유골함 공간;으로 구성되되, 상기 고해상도 LCD는 부착용 거치대를 포함하여 케이스 내에 부착되고, 상기 애완동물 유골함 공간에는 반지가 들어갈 수 있는 케이스가 선택되어 지는 선물공간을 포함한다. 상기 클라우드(IoT Photo Cloud)를 통해 실행되는 앱에 의하여 상기 고해상도 LCD를 작동시키는 경우, 반려동물 출생 또는 입양 시기부터 생애주기별 예방접종, 주의해야할 질병, 유행성 질환에 대한 안내를 앱을 통해 제공하는 라이프 캐어 앱(Life Care App);상기 고해상도 LCD와 고객 스마트폰이 Wi-Fi를 통해 연결되어 고객은 스마트폰 앱에서 반려동물의 움직임을 원격 모니터링할 수 있고 화상통화가 가능하며, 반려동물은 화면을 통해 주인의 영상과 목소리를 들을 수 있는 화상통화 앱; 또는 인터넷에 널린 정보들을 주제별로, 혹은 연계성, 연관성을 지닌 것끼리 모아서 보여주고, 일자별 정리 기능을 통해 다른 사진과 섞이지 않고 반려동물과의 사진이 일자별로 정리된 디지털 큐레이션(Digital Curation) 앱; 중 하나 이상과 연동되되, 상기 클라우드(IoT Photo Cloud)는 상기 앱들과 연동되어 반려동물과의 추억이 담긴 사진, 동영상이 자동으로 백업되거나 사진/음악 전용앱과 연동되는 IoT Photo Cloud이다. 상기 앱은 공개 앱과 연동되는 앱, 하이브리드 앱, 디지털 큐레이션 앱, 화상통화 앱, 동영상 앱, 사진/음악 전용앱 중 하나이다. 상기 선택 스위치를 통해 웨딩플래너와의 연계를 통한 프로포즈 및 웨딩선물용으로 선택할 수 있다. 상기 고해상도 LCD에 통신 모듈을 통한 통화 기능 구현을 통해 외출, 출장의 경우에 동물의 직접적 케어가 어려운 상황에서도, 안부를 확인하고 소통할 수 있다. 상기 케이스 Open시 자동으로 영상 및 음향이 재생되고, 상기 케이스 Close시 멈추는 자동재생 기능을 갖고, 상기 영상 및 음향에는 스마트폰에 저장되어 있는 사진 및 음악을 활용할 수 있다.

B2B 시장 : 고가 시계, 쥬얼리 등을 제조하는 업체의 제품 포장박스를 동영상 박스로 OEM 제작하여 공급하는 시장 3. 반려동물 유골함 : 아시는 품목이며, 추후 발전 가능성은 매우 크나 현재의 시장규모는 위에 언급한 시장에 비해 작은 상태임. 한편 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 각종 서비스 개발 및 제휴를 통해 올-인원 서비스를 할 수 있는 데, 예를 들어 구글 포토-무료 사진 클라우드 서비스로서 반려 동물별 생애주기 이미지 구분 저장(본 발명에 제어부가 추가되어, 인공 지능 서비스로 생애 주기를 판단하고 상기 생애 주기에 따라 이미지를 구분)할 수 있다. 또한 화상 통화 플랫폼을 구축할 수 있고, 부재시 반려동물을 돌봐줄 사람을 연결(제어부가 제1 돌봐줄 사람 전화 번호 등을 기억하여)할 수 있으며, 반려 동물의 산책 시간, 칼로리, 위치 거리 저장 등 운동 관련 서비스와, 반려 동물에 관한 소셜미디어 커뮤니티와, 예방접종시기, 표준체중 등 헬스 케어 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다른 실시예로서, 유골함은 반려동물 사망 후 화장한 유골을 담은 도자기(개와 고양이 구분하여 별도 디자인 제작), 케이스는 유골함, 저장장치, 디스플레이, 스피커를 담은 케이스로 다양한 소재로 제작 가능하고, 동영상 앱은 D.I.Y 동영상 제작 및 전송이 가능하여 일반 생활용품 수준의 반려동물 유골함과 일반 선물용 포장 박스로 사용 가능하다. 따라서 향후 반려동물 유골함에서 용도를 확장하여 다음과 같은 용도의 선물함으로 활용 가능하고, 스마트폰에 저장된 선물을 받을 대상과 추억이 담긴 사진, 음악을 활용하여 고객이 직접 사진/음악 전용앱에서 동영상 제작 후 무선으로 전송하는 시스템으로, IT기기를 활용해 인간의 감성에 소구하는 제품(감성자극 동영상 재생), 시계 및 귀금속 등 고가 제품의 포장박스에 브랜드 홍보영상을 저장하여 광고효과를 볼 수 있으며, 제품의 고급화 및 고객동영상 서비스를 통한 제품가치 제고가 가능하다. 또한 웨딩선물로서 웨딩플레너와의 연계를 통한, 프로포즈 및 웨딩선물 증정용으로 활용 가능하다. 개발 제품의 차별성을 살펴보면, 기억하고 싶은 반려동물과의 소중한 추억을 담는 퍼스널 감성 메모리 플랫폼 서비스로서 유골함 뿐 아닌 선물함에도 적용 가능한 감정 및 추억의 공유 컨셉에 부합하는 브랜드를 통해 반려동물의 생전 사진과 동영상을 IoT의 개념과 융합하여 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신이 가능하고 라이프 캐어 앱과 연동되는 반려동물 라이프 케어 시스템과 반려동물의 사후에 유골을 보관할 수 있는 유골함을 포함하고 있으며, 반려동물의 생전과 생후의 추억을 IoT 융합된 기술로 구현하며, 다양한 앱 연동을 통한 새로운 감성가치 충족에 있어서 디자인 기술적 가치가 높다. 기술적 측면에서 보면, 기존 아날로그 방식의 반려동물 유골함에 App기반의 IoT기술을 접목하여, 무선 스마트 시대에 적합한 사용 편의성을 충족시키는 IT 융합 디자인(IoT기반 스마트 기술), 화상통화 기능 구현을 통해 외출, 출장 등 반려동물의 직접적 케어가 어려운 상황에서도, 안부를 확인하고 소통하게 되는 기술(Wi-Fi 화상통화), 디지털 큐레이션 앱을 통해 반려동물의 사후에 생전의 추억 자료를 사진 및 영상으로 볼 수 있고, 생전의 영상을 안전하게 보관하여 반려동물과의 추억을 회상할 수 있는 사용자의 감성을 만족시키는 기술이다.
본 발명은 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 반려동물 평생 케어 및 추모용 박스 또는 멀티미디어 박스로 사용 가능하며 또한 일반 선물용 박스인 주얼리 박스, 선물용 박스로 사용 가능한 것으로서, 스마트폰에 저장된 선물을 받을 대상과의 추억이 담긴 사진과 음악을 활용해 동영상을 제작하고, 영상에 원하는 메시지까지 전달하는 감성자극 제품(감성자극 동영상 재생), 박스를 고급화 하고, 웨딩플래너와의 연계를 통한 프로포즈 및 웨딩선물시장 진입 가능 제품(웨딩선물), 보석, 시계 등 고가 제품의 브랜드 홍보영상이 브랜드 홍보영상 모듈에 저장된 포장박스로 활용가능하며, 고객이 원하는 동영상을 추가로 제작하여 감성자극이 가능한 제품(고가 제품 포장박스)으로 제공 가능하는 IOT기반을 둔 멀티미디어 박스분야이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제품 개봉시 동영상 자동 재생이 가능하도록 전기 장치 등과 연동하는 스위치 또는 케이스의 힌지와 연동되어 스위치 역할을 하는 내장형 자석 스위치;
    상기 내장형 자석 스위치가 작동하는 경우 선택에 따라 유골함을 제공할 수 있거나, 스마트폰에 저장된 선물을 받을 대상과의 추억이 담긴 사진과 음악을 활용한 동영상을 자동으로 재생하도록 하는 선택 스위치;
    외부 영상을 영상 또는 사진을 클라우드(IoT Photo Cloud)에 실시간 송출이 가능한 내장형 카메라;
    스마트폰 수준의 화질로 동영상을 재생하는 고해상도 LCD;
    배경음악과, 나레이션을 출력하는 내장형 스피커;
    애완동물 유골함 공간;으로 구성되되,
    상기 고해상도 LCD는 부착용 거치대를 포함하여 케이스 내에 부착되고, 상기 애완동물 유골함 공간에는 반지가 들어갈 수 있는 케이스가 선택되어 지는 선물공간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 클라우드(IoT Photo Cloud)를 통해 실행되는 앱에 의하여 상기 고해상도 LCD를 작동시키는 경우,
    반려동물 출생 또는 입양 시기부터 생애주기별 예방접종, 주의해야할 질병, 유행성 질환에 대한 안내를 앱을 통해 제공하는 라이프 캐어 앱(Life Care App);
    상기 고해상도 LCD와 고객 스마트폰이 Wi-Fi를 통해 연결되어 고객은 스마트폰 앱에서 반려동물의 움직임을 원격 모니터링할 수 있고 화상통화가 가능하며, 반려동물은 화면을 통해 주인의 영상과 목소리를 들을 수 있는 화상통화 앱; 또는
    인터넷에 널린 정보들을 주제별로, 혹은 연계성, 연관성을 지닌 것끼리 모아서 보여주고, 일자별 정리 기능을 통해 다른 사진과 섞이지 않고 반려동물과의 사진이 일자별로 정리된 디지털 큐레이션(Digital Curation) 앱; 중 하나 이상과 연동되되,
    상기 클라우드(IoT Photo Cloud)는 상기 앱들과 연동되어 반려동물과의 추억이 담긴 사진, 동영상이 자동으로 백업되거나 사진/음악 전용앱과 연동되는 IoT Photo Cloud인 것을 특징으로 하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 앱은 공개 앱과 연동되는 앱, 하이브리드 앱, 디지털 큐레이션 앱, 화상통화 앱, 동영상 앱, 사진/음악 전용앱 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 선택 스위치를 통해 웨딩플래너와의 연계를 통한 프로포즈 및 웨딩선물용으로 선택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고해상도 LCD에 통신 모듈을 통한 통화 기능 구현을 통해 외출, 출장의 경우에 동물의 직접적 케어가 어려운 상황에서도, 안부를 확인하고 소통할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스 Open시 자동으로 영상 및 음향이 재생되고, 상기 케이스 Close시 멈추는 자동재생 기능을 갖고, 상기 영상 및 음향에는 스마트폰에 저장되어 있는 사진 및 음악을 활용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블루투스 또는 와이파이 등의 무선통신을 이용한 IOT기반의 멀티미디어 박스 및 반려동물 평생 케어 또는 추모용 IoT 서비스 플랫폼
