Description

オイルコンソール設備、オイルコンソール設備付き回転機械、及び排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法
 本発明は、潤滑油を循環させるオイルコンソール設備、オイルコンソール設備付き回転機械、及び排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法に関する。
 従来のオイルコンソール設備では、圧縮機、及び圧縮機の駆動設備(モータ・ギヤ或いは蒸気タービン等)の回転体の軸受に潤滑油を供給している。
 オイルコンソール設備は、軸受において温度が上昇した潤滑油を回収し、回収した潤滑油を冷却させた後、再度、軸受に供給する。
 オイルコンソール設備は、潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽と、潤滑油槽内の潤滑油をポンプで圧送して回転体の軸受に供給する供給管と、潤滑油を潤滑油槽へ回収するドレン管と、潤滑油槽の天井部に連通して設けられた大気放出管と、を備える。このような構成とされたオイルコンソール設備は、大気放出管に設けられた吸引装置により、潤滑油槽内のガス(以下、「排ガス」という)を強制的に大気放出する。
 ところで、潤滑油には、飽和蒸気圧力があり,潤滑油タンク及び軸受箱に液体状態の潤滑油は100%満たされていない。
 そのため、潤滑油の液相とガス(例えば、N等)の気体相との両方が存在した状態では、液相とガス相との間において、潤滑油とガスとが気液平衡が取れた状態となる。
 従って、潤滑油も気液平衡分は、気体状態でガス相に含まれる。そして、液体である潤滑油の温度が上がると飽和蒸気圧が上がり、ガス相に含まれる潤滑油の気体成分が多くなる。
 軸受の潤滑材として潤滑油が使用されると、軸受で発生した熱を潤滑油が奪い冷やすことで、潤滑油の出口側の温度が上昇し、軸受内に存在するガスも潤滑油と共に温度が上昇する。このとき、潤滑油は、高速で回転する回転体により撹拌されることで、その一部がミスト化する。
 そして、上記ガスを排ガスとして大気放出すると、排ガスとともにミスト化した潤滑油も大気放出されるため、潤滑油の回収効率が低下する可能性があった。また、大気放出管の近くに障害物が存在する場合には、障害物にミスト化した潤滑油が付着して、障害物の周囲の環境を汚染する可能性があった。
 特許文献1には、大気放出管内を通過するミスト化した潤滑油に、冷却された液滴の潤滑油を噴射する潤滑油噴射装置を含んだオイルコンソール設備が開示されている。
 また、特許文献1には、冷却された液滴の潤滑油により、ミスト化した潤滑油を冷却して液滴化させることが開示されている。

 上記特許文献1に開示されたオイルコンソール設備のように、潤滑油噴射装置を用いて、冷却された液滴の潤滑油(以下、「液滴化潤滑油」という)を排ガスに噴射することで、排ガスに含まれ、かつミスト化した潤滑油をある程度回収することは可能である。
 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載された技術のように、より小さなミストの粒径で潤滑油を噴霧すると熱交換しやすくすることが可能となるが、潤滑油のミスト自体が上昇して、大気放出されるという可能性があった。
 一方、噴霧する潤滑油のミストの粒径を大きくすると、噴霧した潤滑油のミストが上昇しにくくなるが、潤滑油のミストとガス(例えば、ベントガス)とが接触する表面積が減少するため、熱交換しにくくなるという可能性があった。
 そこで、本発明は、大気放出管を通過する排ガスに含まれるミスト化した潤滑油が大気放出されることを抑制した上で、ミスト化した潤滑油の回収効率を高めることの可能なオイルコンソール設備、オイルコンソール設備付き回転機械、及び排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法に関する。
 本発明の第1の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽と、前記潤滑油槽と接続されており、回転体を支持する軸受に前記潤滑油槽内に貯留された液状の前記潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給ラインと、前記潤滑油供給ラインに設けられ、前記軸受に供給する前記液状の潤滑油を冷却する第1の冷却器と、前記潤滑油槽と接続されており、前記軸受から回収した前記潤滑油を前記潤滑油槽内に導入する潤滑油回収ラインと、前記潤滑油槽と接続されており、前記潤滑油槽内の気相に存在し、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第1の排ガスが導出される第1の大気放出管と、前記第1の大気放出管に連結された状態で設けられ、鉛直方向に延在する第1の管状部材と、前記第1の管状部材内に形成された空間に配置されており、前記潤滑油ミストが捕集され、前記ガスが通過可能な第1の潤滑油捕集部と、を含む第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と、前記第1の冷却器の下流側に位置する前記潤滑油供給ラインから分岐されるとともに、前記第1の管状部材内に配置された吐出口を含み、前記吐出口を介して、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端に、冷却された前記液状の潤滑油を供給する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインと、を備え、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部は、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端から下端に移動する冷却された前記液状の潤滑油と、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の下端から上端に移動する前記第1の排ガスと、を気液接触させる。
 このような構成とすることで、第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から冷却された潤滑油を供給させた際、第1の潤滑油捕集部の表面に付着し、下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油と第1の排ガス(気体)とが気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となる。これにより、冷却された液状の潤滑油により、第1の排ガスの多くが冷却されるため、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの多くを液滴化して、回収することができる。つまり、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。
 また、軸受に供給する潤滑油を冷却する第1の冷却器を用いて、第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端に供給する潤滑油を冷却することで、別途、冷却器を設けることなく、潤滑油回収ラインから分岐した第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインのみを設けることで、第1の排ガスを冷却する潤滑油を冷却することができる。
 さらに、冷却されることで低温とされた液状の潤滑油を、第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端から供給することで、液状の潤滑油により上記ガス(例えば、60℃~70℃のベントガス)を積極的に冷却することでガスの温度を低下させて、気液平衡により気体として存在できなくなった分の潤滑油の気体を液状に戻し、非常に細かくてこれまで取り除けなかった潤滑油ミストに付着させることで、潤滑油のミスト径を大型化させて取り除くことができる。
 本発明の第2の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部は、複数の第1の充填部材を含み、前記複数の第1の充填部材は、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から目視した際に、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側が見えないように、隙間を介在させた状態で、前記第1の管状部材内の前記空間に配置されていてもよい。
 このような構成とすることにより、複数の第1の充填部材に付着した冷却された液状の潤滑油と第1の排ガスとが気液接触する確率をさらに高めることができる。
 本発明の第3の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、前記第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインに設けられ、前記第1の冷却器により冷却された前記潤滑油をさらに冷却する第2の冷却器を有してもよい。
 このような構成とされた第2の冷却器を有することで、第1の排ガスを冷却する液状の潤滑油の温度をさらに低くなるので、液状の潤滑油による第1の排ガスの冷却効果を高めることが可能となる。これにより、より多くの潤滑油ミストを液滴化させることが可能となるので、潤滑油ミストの回収効率をさらに高めることができる。
 本発明の第4の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、前記潤滑油槽と前記第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置との間に位置する前記第1の大気放出管に設けられたファンと、前記第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と前記ファンとの間に位置する前記第1の大気放出管から分岐され、前記潤滑油槽と接続された潤滑油ミスト回収ラインと、前記潤滑油ミスト回収ラインに設けられたオリフィスと、を有してもよい。
 このように、潤滑油槽と第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置との間に位置する第1の大気放出管にファンを設けることで、潤滑油回収ラインを介して、軸受で発生する潤滑油ミストを潤滑油槽内の気相に導くことが可能となる。これにより、別途、軸受で発生する潤滑油ミストを含んだ排ガスを大気放出する大気放出管、及び該大気放出管内を流れる該排ガスに含まれる潤滑ミストを捕集する潤滑油ミスト捕集装置を設けることなく、軸受で発生した潤滑油ミストを、潤滑油槽内に回収することができる。
 また、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置とファンとの間に位置する第1の大気放出管から分岐された潤滑油ミスト回収ライン、及び潤滑油ミスト回収ラインに設けられたオリフィスを有することで、潤滑油ミスト回収ライン及びオリフィスを介して、ファンを通さずに潤滑油槽内に液状の潤滑油を回収することができる。
 本発明の第5の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、前記軸受と接続されており、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第2の排ガスを大気放出する第2の大気放出管と、前記第2の大気放出管の分離された部分に両端が連結された第2の管状部材と、前記第2の管状部材内に形成された空間の所定領域に配置されており、前記潤滑油ミストが捕集され、前記ガスが通過可能な第2の潤滑油捕集部と、を含む第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と、前記第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインから分岐されるとともに、前記第2の管状部材内に配置された吐出口を含み、前記吐出口を介して、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端に、冷却された前記液状の潤滑油を供給する第2の冷却潤滑油供給ラインと、を有してもよい。
 このような構成とすることで、第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から冷却された液状の潤滑油を供給させた際、第2の潤滑油捕集部の表面に付着し、下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油と第2の排ガス(気体)とが気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となる。これにより、冷却された液状の潤滑油により、第2の排ガスの多くが冷却されるため、第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの多くを液滴化して、回収することが可能となるので、第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。
 また、軸受に供給する潤滑油を冷却する第1の冷却器を用いて、第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端に供給する液状の潤滑油を冷却することで、別途、冷却器を設けることなく、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ラインのみを設けることで、第2の排ガスを冷却する潤滑油を冷却することができる。
 本発明の第6の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部は、複数の第2の充填部材を含み、前記複数の第2の充填部材は、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から目視した際に、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側が見えないように、隙間を介在させた状態で、前記第2の管状部材内の前記所定領域に配置させてもよい。
 このような構成とすることにより、複数の第2の充填部材に付着した冷却された液状の潤滑油と第2の排ガスとが気液接触する確率をさらに高めることができる。
 本発明の第7の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備は、前記第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインには、第2の冷却器が設けられており、前記第2の冷却潤滑油供給ラインは、前記第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と前記第2の冷却器との間に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインから分岐させてもよい。
 このように、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と第2の冷却器との間に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインから分岐された第2の冷却潤滑油供給ラインを有することで、第1及び第2の冷却器を用いて冷却された潤滑油を第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側に供給することができる。
 本発明の第8の態様に係るオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械は、前記オイルコンソール設備と、前記回転体及び前記軸受を含む回転機械と、を備えてもよい。
 このような構成とされたオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械は、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。
 本発明の第9の態様に係る排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法は、オイルコンソール設備内の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法であって、潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽から導出した液状の前記潤滑油を冷却し、前記潤滑油槽の気相と接続された第1の大気放出管に連結された第1の管状部材内の空間の所定領域を充填する第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から前記第1の潤滑油捕集部内に冷却した液状の前記潤滑油を供給する工程と、前記潤滑油槽内の気相から前記第1の大気放出管内に、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第1の排ガスを導出し、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から前記第1の潤滑油捕集部に前記第1の排ガスを供給する工程と、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部において、冷却した前記液状の潤滑油と前記第1の排ガスとを気液接触させることで、前記第1の排ガスに含まれる前記潤滑油ミストを液滴化させて回収するとともに、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側に前記第1の排ガスに含まれる前記ガスを通過させる工程と、を含む。
 このような手法を用いることで、第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から冷却された潤滑油を供給させた際、第1の潤滑油捕集部の表面に付着し、下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油と第1の排ガス(気体)とが気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となる。これにより、冷却された潤滑油により、第1の排ガスの多くが冷却されるため、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの多くを液滴化して、回収することができる。つまり、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。

 このように、潤滑油槽と第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置との間に位置する第1の大気放出管にファンを設けることで、潤滑油回収ラインを介して、軸受で発生する潤滑油ミストを潤滑油槽内の気相に導くことが可能となる。これにより、軸受で発生する潤滑油ミストを含んだ排ガスを大気放出する大気放出管、及び該大気放出管内を流れる該排ガスに含まれる潤滑ミストを捕集する潤滑油ミスト捕集装置を設けることなく、軸受で発生した潤滑油ミストを、潤滑油槽内に回収することができる。
 また、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置とファンとの間に位置する第1の大気放出管から分岐された潤滑油ミスト回収ライン、及び潤滑油ミスト回収ラインに設けられたオリフィスを有することで、潤滑油ミスト回収ライン及びオリフィスを介して、ファンを通さずに潤滑油槽内に液状の潤滑油を回収することができる。
 本発明の第11の態様に係る排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法は、潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽から導出した液状の前記潤滑油を冷却し、冷却した前記液状の潤滑油の一部を軸受と接続された第2の大気放出管に連結された第2の管状部材内に形成された空間の所定領域を充填する第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から前記第2の潤滑油捕集部内に冷却した前記液状の潤滑油を供給する工程と、前記軸受から前記第2の大気放出管内に、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第2の排ガスを導出し、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から前記第2の潤滑油捕集部に前記第2の排ガスを供給する工程と、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部において、冷却した前記液状の潤滑油と前記第2の排ガスとを気液接触させることで、前記第2の排ガスに含まれる前記潤滑油ミストを液滴化させて回収するとともに、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側に前記第2の排ガスに含まれる前記ガスを通過させる工程と、を含んでもよい。

〔第1の実施形態〕
 図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械の概略構成を模式的に示す図である。図1において、Aは第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48と、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49の一部と、第2の大気放出管46の一部と、を囲む領域(以下、「領域A」という)を示している。また、図1に示すBは、第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54と、第2の大気放出管53の一部と、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56の一部と、を含む領域(以下、「領域B」」という)を示している。
 図1を参照するに、第1の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械10は、回転機械11と、オイルコンソール設備12と、を有する。
 回転機械11は、回転体である駆動機14及び圧縮機15と、回転軸17と、を有する。駆動機14は、駆動機本体21と、軸受22,23と、を有する。軸受22は、駆動機本体21の一方の端部に配置されている。軸受23は、駆動機本体21の他方の端部に配置されている。軸受22,23は、駆動機本体21を回転可能に支持している。
 軸受22,23は、例えば、ラジアル軸受やスラスト軸受で構成することが可能である。
 上記構成とされた駆動機14は、回転軸17を介して、圧縮機15を回転駆動させる。駆動機14としては、例えば、電導モータや蒸気タービン等を用いることが可能である。
 圧縮機15は、圧縮機本体25と、軸受27,28と、を有する。軸受27は、圧縮機本体25の一方の端部に配置されている。軸受28は、圧縮機本体25の他方の端部に配置されている。軸受27,28は、圧縮機本体25を回転可能に支持している。軸受27,28には、作動流体である蒸気やガスの侵入を抑制する観点から、Nガス等のセパレーションガスが導入される。
 上記圧縮機15としては、例えば、遠心圧縮機を用いることが可能である。
 回転軸17は、駆動機14と圧縮機15とを連結している。回転軸17は、駆動機14により生み出される動力を圧縮機15に伝達させる。
 オイルコンソール設備12は、潤滑油槽31と、潤滑油供給ライン33と、ポンプ35と、第1の冷却器37と、フィルタ38A,38Bと、温度調節弁41と、バイパスライン43と、潤滑油回収ライン45と、第1の大気放出管46と、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48と、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49と、バルブ51,58と、第2の大気放出管53と、第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54と、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56と、を有する。
 潤滑油槽31は、潤滑油Lを貯留するための槽であり、潤滑油Lの上方に気相GPが形成されている。潤滑油槽31の下部は、潤滑油供給ライン33の一端と接続されている。潤滑油槽31の上部は、潤滑油回収ライン45の他端と接続されている。
 潤滑油槽31は、潤滑油供給ライン33を介して、潤滑油Lを軸受22,23,27,28に供給する。軸受22,23,27,28では、高速で回転する駆動機本体21及び圧縮機本体25により、潤滑油Lが撹拌されることで一部がミスト化して、潤滑油ミストが生成される。
 また、軸受22,23には、作動流体である蒸気やガスの侵入を抑制する観点から、Nガス等のセパレーションガスが導入される。このため、軸受22,23,27,28では、上述したNガス等のセパレーションガス及び潤滑油ミストを含む第2の排気ガスが生成される。
 上記第2の排気ガスの一部は、潤滑油回収ライン45を介して、液状態の潤滑油Lとともに、潤滑油槽31内の気相GPに戻される。これにより、気相GPは、第2の排ガスを含んだガス相となる。以下の説明では、気相GPを構成するガスと潤滑油ミストとを含んだ排ガスを第1の排ガスという。
 潤滑油供給ライン33は、ライン本体33Aと、分岐ライン33B~33Eと、を有する。ライン本体33Aは、一端(潤滑油供給ライン33の一端)が潤滑油槽31の下部と接続されており、他端が軸受22と接続されている。ライン本体33Aは、潤滑油槽31内から導出した液状の潤滑油Lの一部を軸受22に供給する。
 分岐ライン33Bは、温度調節弁41の下流側に位置するライン本体33Aから分岐するとともに、先端が分岐ライン33Bの分岐位置よりも下流側に位置するライン本体33Aと接続されている。
 分岐ライン33Cは、分岐ライン33Bの下流側に位置するライン本体33Aから分岐している。分岐ライン33Cの先端は、軸受23と接続されている。分岐ライン33Cは、潤滑油槽31内から導出した液状の潤滑油Lの一部を軸受23に供給する。
 分岐ライン33Dは、分岐ライン33Cの分岐位置よりも上流側で、かつ分岐ライン33Bの下流側に位置するライン本体33Aから分岐している。分岐ライン33Dの先端は、軸受27と接続されている。分岐ライン33Dは、潤滑油槽31内から導出した液状の潤滑油Lの一部を軸受27に供給する。
 分岐ライン33Eは、分岐ライン33Dの分岐位置よりも上流側で、かつ分岐ライン33Bの下流側に位置するライン本体33Aから分岐している。分岐ライン33Eの先端は、軸受28と接続されている。分岐ライン33Eは、潤滑油槽31内から導出した液状の潤滑油Lの一部を軸受28に供給する。
 ポンプ35は、分岐ライン33Bの分岐位置よりも上流側に位置するライン本体33Aに設けられている。ポンプ35は、潤滑油供給ライン33を介して、軸受22,23,27,28に潤滑油槽31内の潤滑油Lを送る。
 第1の冷却器37は、ポンプ35と分岐ライン33Bの分岐位置との間に位置するライン本体33Aに設けられている。第1の冷却器37は、ライン本体33A内を流れる液状の潤滑油Lを冷却する。第1の冷却器37は、例えば、潤滑油Lの温度が60℃の場合、潤滑油Lの温度が45℃程度の温度となるように、液状の潤滑油Lを冷却する。
 フィルタ38Aは、分岐ライン33Bの分岐位置と分岐ライン33Bの先端との間に位置するライン本体33Aに設けられている。フィルタ38Bは、分岐ライン33Bに設けられている。
 バルブ39Aは、フィルタ38Aの上流側に位置する分岐ライン33Aに設けられている。バルブ39Bは、フィルタ38Aの下流側に位置する分岐ライン33Aに設けられている。
 バルブ40Aは、フィルタ38Bの上流側に位置する分岐ライン33Bに設けられている。バルブ40Bは、フィルタ38Bの下流側に位置する分岐ライン33Bに設けられている。
 フィルタ38A,38Bは、並列に配置されており、一方をメインで使用し、他方をスタンバイとして使用する。つまり、フィルタ38A,38Bは、片方ずつ使用する。フィルタ38A,38Bは、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lに含まれるダストを除去する。
 温度調節弁41は、分岐ライン33Bの分岐位置と第1の冷却器37との間に位置するライン本体33Aに設けられている。温度調節弁41を構成する3つの接続口のうち、2つの接続口がライン本体33Aと接続されており、残りの1つの接続口がバイパスライン43の先端と接続されている。
 バイパスライン43は、ポンプ35と第1の冷却器37との間に位置するライン本体33Aから分岐されている。バイパスライン43には、第1の冷却器37を通過しない高温の潤滑油Lが流れており、温度調節弁41において、高温の潤滑油Lと第1の冷却器37により冷却された潤滑油Lとを混合させることで、潤滑油Lの温度を所定の温度に調整する。
 潤滑油回収ライン45は、ライン本体45Aと、分岐ライン45B~45Dと、を有する。ライン本体45Aは、一端(潤滑油回収ライン45の一端)が軸受22と接続されている。ライン本体45Aは、軸受22で使用された液状の潤滑油L、及び軸受22で発生した第2の排ガスの一部を潤滑油槽31内に回収する。
 分岐ライン45Bは、ライン本体45Aから分岐しており、先端が軸受23と接続されている。分岐ライン45Bは、軸受23で使用された液状の潤滑油L、及び軸受23で発生した第2の排ガスの一部を潤滑油槽31内に回収する。
 分岐ライン45Cは、分岐ライン45Bの分岐位置の下流側に位置するライン本体45Aから分岐しており、先端が軸受27と接続されている。分岐ライン45Cは、軸受27で使用された液状の潤滑油L、及び軸受27で発性した第2の排ガスの一部を潤滑油槽31内に回収する。
 分岐ライン45Dは、分岐ライン45Cの分岐位置の下流側に位置するライン本体45Aから分岐しており、先端が軸受28と接続されている。分岐ライン45Dは、軸受28で使用された液状の潤滑油L、及び軸受28で発生した第2の排ガスの一部を潤滑油槽31内に回収する。
 図2は、図1に示すオイルコンソール設備のうち、領域Aで囲んだ部分を拡大し、かつ断面で示した図である。図2において、Z方向は、鉛直方向を示している。図2では、第1及び第2の管部46A,46B、並びに第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48のみを断面で図示する。
 図2において、Dは第1の排ガスの移動方向(以下、「D方向」という)、Eは第1の排ガスに含まれるガスの移動方向(以下、「E方向」という)をそれぞれ示している。また、図2において、図1に示す構造体と同一構成部分には、同一符号を付す。さらに、図2では、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49の吐出口49Aから冷却された潤滑油Lが吐出されている状態を模式的に図示している。
 図1及び図2を参照するに、第1の大気放出管46は、第1の管部46Aと、第2の管部46Bと、フランジ部46C,46Dと、を有する。
 第1の管部46Aは、一端が潤滑油槽31の上部(図1の場合、一例として潤滑油槽31の上端)と接続されている。第2の管部46Bは、第1の管部46Aから分離されており、第1の管部46Aの上方に配置されている。第2の管部46Bの他端は、大気中にガスを放出可能な開放端とされている。
 フランジ部46Cは、第1の管部46Aの他端に設けられている。フランジ部46Dは、第2の管部46Bの一端に設けられている。第1及び第2の管部46A,46Bのうち、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48が配置される部分は、Z方向に延在している。第1の大気放出管46は、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48を介して、第1の排ガスに含まれるガスを大気放出する。
 第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48は、第1の管状部材61と、第1の潤滑油捕集部63と、を有する。
 第1の管状部材61は、管状部材本体61Aと、フランジ部61B,61Cと、を有する。管状部材本体61Aは、第1の大気放出管46の内径及び外径と等しい内径及び外径を有する管状の部材であり、一方向に延在している。管状部材本体61Aは、その内部に円柱形状とされた空間61Dを区画している。空間61Dは、第1の潤滑油捕集部63が配置される所定領域61Eを有する。所定領域61Eの上方及び下方には、空間61Dの一部が配置されている。
 上記構成とされた第1の管状部材61は、延在方向がZ方向(鉛直方向)となるように、第1の大気放出管46に設けられている。
 フランジ部61Bは、管状部材本体61Aの一端に設けられている。フランジ部61Bは、ボルト及びナットにより、フランジ部46Cに締結されている。フランジ部61Cは、管状部材本体61Aの他端に設けられている。フランジ部61Cは、ボルト及びナットにより、フランジ部46Dに締結されている。
 これにより、管状部材本体61Aは、Z方向に延在するように、第1の大気放出管46の分離された部分に両端が連結されている。また、管状部材本体61Aは、第1の大気放出管46に対して着脱可能な構成とされている。
 図3は、図2に示す構造体をC視した図である。図3において、図2に示す構造体と同一構成部分には、同一符号を付す。
 図1~図3を参照するに、第1の潤滑油捕集部63は、第1の管状部材61内に形成された所定領域61Eに固定されている。第1の潤滑油捕集部63は、複数(図2の場合、一例として3つ)の捕集部65が積み重ねられた構造とされている。これにより、第1の潤滑油捕集部63は、Z方向に延在している。
 捕集部65は、複数の充填部材67(この場合、複数の第1の充填部材)を含む。充填部材67は、金属製の板材が波状に湾曲された形状とされている。充填部材67は、冷却された潤滑油Lが流れる表面67aを有する。
 複数の充填部材67は、Z方向に対して直交する平面方向にガスが通過可能な隙間69を介在させた状態で、所定領域61Eに設けられている。この状態で、複数の充填部材67は、Z方向に対して交差する方向が延在方向となるように配置されている。
 このような構成とされた第1の潤滑油捕集部63を第1の大気放出管46に設けることで、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49を介して、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端に冷却された液状の潤滑油Lを吐出させた際、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の表面(複数の充填部材67の表面67a)に付着し、下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油Lと、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の下端側から供給される第1の排ガス(気体)と、が気液接触する確率を高めることができる。
 なお、図3に示すように、複数の充填部材67は、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の下端側から目視した際(C視した際)に、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端側が見えないように、隙間69を介在させた状態で、所定領域61Eに配置するとよい。このような構成とすることで、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lと第1の排ガスとが気液接触する確率をさらに高めることができる。
 また、上述した隙間69は、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の下端から上端まで繋がった隙間であるが、Z方向に延在する隙間ではない。隙間69は、Z方向に対して曲がりくねった隙間である。このような隙間69を有することで、第1の排ガスと充填部材67とを確実に接触させることが可能となる。
 複数の充填部材67の材料としては、例えば、第1の排ガスに含まれるガス及び潤滑油Lや湿度等に対して耐性を有する金属材料(例えば、ステンレス鋼)が好ましい。
 なお、図2では、一例として、3つの捕集部65を積み重ねることで、第1の潤滑油捕集部63を構成した場合を例に挙げて説明したが、捕集部65の数は、1つ以上であればよく、これに限定されない。第1の潤滑油捕集部63を構成する捕集部65の数は、充填部材67の形状や配設密度等によって適宜設定することが可能である。
 図1及び図2を参照するに、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49は、第1の冷却器37と温度調節弁41との間に位置するライン本体33Aから分岐されている。第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49の先端側は、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上方に位置する空間61Dを区画する第1の管状部材61の側壁を貫通している。
 第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49は、第1の管状部材61内に配置された先端に吐出口49Aを有する。吐出口49Aは、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端の上方に配置されている。吐出口49Aは、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端に対して冷却された液状の潤滑油Lを吐出する(図2に示す状態)。
 図4は、第1の潤滑油捕集部を構成する充填部材の表面に付着した冷却された液状の潤滑油が、第1の排ガスを冷却している様子を模式的に示す断面図である。
図4では、充填部材67のみを断面で図示する。また、図4において、Fは潤滑油Lの流れ方向(以下、「F方向」という)を示している。さらに、図4では、図2及び図4に示す構造体と同一構成部分には、同一符号を付す。
 ここで、図2及び図4を参照して、吐出口49Aから冷却された液状の潤滑油Lの機能について詳述する。
 吐出口49Aから第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端に冷却された液状の潤滑油Lが吐出されると、一番上に配置された捕集部65を構成する複数の充填部材67の表面67aに潤滑油Lが付着する。
 複数の充填部材67の表面67aに付着した潤滑油Lは、表面67aに沿って、F方向に移動しながら、第1の潤滑油捕集部63内を上方に移動する第1の排気ガス(冷却された潤滑油Lの温度よりも高い温度とされた排ガス)と気液接触することで、第1の排気ガスを冷却する。
 第1の排気ガスが冷却されると、第1の排気ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストが液滴化して液滴化潤滑油(以下、「液滴化潤滑油L」という)となり、冷却された液状の潤滑油L内に取り込まれる。
 液滴化潤滑油Lを取り込んだ潤滑油Lは、F方向に移動することで、第1の排気ガスとの気液接触を繰り返し行うことで、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストをどんどん液滴化して取り込む。そして、液滴化潤滑油Lを取り込んだ潤滑油Lは、第1の管部46A内に落下することで、潤滑油槽31内に回収される。
 なお、液滴化潤滑油Lの中には、充填部材67の表面67aに付着後に、下方に流れる冷却された潤滑油L内に取り込まれるものも存在する。
 バルブ51は、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49に設けられている。バルブ51が開かれると、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端に冷却された潤滑油Lが所定の流量で吐出される。バルブ51が閉じると、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端への冷却された潤滑油L1の吐出が停止される。
 なお、図1では、バルブ51を用いた場合を例に挙げて説明したが、バルブ51に替えて、オリフィスを用いてもよい。
 図5は、図1に示すオイルコンソール設備のうち、領域Bで囲んだ部分を拡大し、かつ断面で示した図である。図5では、第1及び第2の管部71A,71Bの一部、及び第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54のみを断面で図示する。
 図5において、Gは第2の排ガスの移動方向(以下、「G方向」という)、Hは第2の排ガスに含まれるガスの移動方向(以下、「H方向」という)をそれぞれ示している。また、図5において、図1~図4に示す構造体と同一構成部分には、同一符号を付す。
 さらに、図5では、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56の吐出口56Aから冷却された潤滑油Lが吐出されている状態を模式的に図示している。
 図1及び図5を参照するに、第2の大気放出管53は、ライン本体71と、分岐ライン53B~53Dと、を有する。
 ライン本体71は、第1の管部71Aと、第2の管部71Bと、フランジ部71C,71Dと、を有する。
 第1の管部71Aは、一端が軸受22と接続されており、他端が第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54と接続されている。第1の管部71Aは、軸受22で発生した第2の排ガスの残部を第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54に供給する。
 第2の管部71Bは、第1の管部71Aから分離されており、第1の管部71Aの上方に配置されている。第2の管部71Bの他端は、大気中にガスを放出可能な開放端とされている。
 フランジ部71Cは、第1の管部71Aの他端に設けられている。フランジ部71Dは、第2の管部71Bの一端に設けられている。第1及び第2の管部71A,71Bのうち、第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54が配置される部分は、Z方向に延在している。
 第2の大気放出管53は、第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54を介して、第2の排ガスに含まれるガスを大気放出する。
 分岐ライン53Aは、第1の管部71Aから分岐するとともに、先端が軸受23と接続されている。分岐ライン53Aは、第1の管部71Aを介して、軸受23で発生した第2の排ガスの残部を第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54に供給する。
 分岐ライン53Bは、分岐ライン53Aの分岐位置の下流側に位置する第1の管部71Aから分岐するとともに、先端が軸受27と接続されている。分岐ライン53Bは、第1の管部71Aを介して、軸受27で発生した第2の排ガスの残部を第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54に供給する。
 分岐ライン53Cは、分岐ライン53Bの分岐位置の下流側に位置する第1の管部71Aから分岐するとともに、先端が軸受28と接続されている。分岐ライン53Cは、第1の管部71Aを介して、軸受28で発生した第2の排ガスの残部を第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54に供給する。
 第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54は、第2の管状部材73と、第2の潤滑油捕集部75と、を有する。第2の管状部材73は、管状部材本体73Aと、フランジ部73B,73Cと、を有する。
 管状部材本体73Aは、ライン本体71の内径及び外径と等しい内径及び外径を有する管状の部材であり、一方向に延在している。管状部材本体73Aは、その内部に円筒形状とされた空間73Dを区画している。空間73Dは、第2の潤滑油捕集部75が配置される所定領域73Eを有する。所定領域73Eの上方及び下方には、空間73Dの一部が配置されている。
 フランジ部73Bは、管状部材本体73Aの一端に設けられている。フランジ部73Bは、ボルト及びナットにより、フランジ部71Cに締結されている。フランジ部73Cは、管状部材本体73Aの他端に設けられている。フランジ部73Cは、ボルト及びナットにより、フランジ部71Dに締結されている。
 これにより、管状部材本体73Aは、Z方向に延在するように、第2の大気放出管53の分離された部分(第1の管部71Aと第2の管部71Bとの間)に両端が連結されている。また、管状部材本体73Aは、第2の大気放出管53に対して着脱可能な構成とされている。
 第2の潤滑油捕集部75は、先に説明した第1の潤滑油捕集部63と同様な構成とされており、第2の管状部材73内に形成された所定領域73Eに固定されている。第2の潤滑油捕集部75は、複数の充填部材67(この場合、複数の第2の充填部材)を含む捕集部65が積み重ねられた構造とされている。第2の潤滑油捕集部75は、第1の潤滑油捕集部63と同様な機能を有する。
 第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56は、第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49の分岐位置とバルブ51との間に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49から分岐されている。第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56の先端側は、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上方に位置する空間73Dを区画する第2の管状部材73の側壁を貫通している。
 第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56は、第2の管状部材73内に配置された先端に吐出口56Aを有する。吐出口56Aは、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上端の上方に配置されている。吐出口56Aは、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上端に対して冷却された潤滑油Lを吐出する(図5に示す状態)。
 上記構成とされた第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54及び第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56を有することで、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上端側から冷却された液状の潤滑油Lを供給させた際、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の表面(複数の充填部材67の表面67a)に付着し、下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油Lと第2の排ガス(気体)とが気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となる。
 これにより、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lにより、第2の排ガスの多くを冷却して、第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの多くを液滴化することが可能となるので、第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。
 また、軸受に供給する潤滑油Lを冷却する第1の冷却器37を用いて、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上端に供給する潤滑油Lを冷却することで、別途、冷却器を設けることなく、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56のみを設けることで、第2の排ガスを冷却する潤滑油Lを冷却することができる。
 バルブ58は、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56に設けられている。バルブ58が開かれると、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上端に冷却された液状の潤滑油Lが所定量吐出される。バルブ58が閉じると、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端への冷却された潤滑油Lの吐出が停止される。
 なお、図1では、バルブ58を用いた場合を例に挙げて説明したが、バルブ58に替えて、オリフィスを用いてもよい。
 第1の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備12によれば、上述した第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48、及び第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49を有することで、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端側から冷却された潤滑油Lを供給させた際、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の表面(複数の充填部材67の表面67a)に付着し、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油Lと第1の排ガス(気体)とが接触する気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となる。
 これにより、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lにより、第1の排ガスの多くを冷却して、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの多くを液滴化することが可能となるので、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。
 また、第1の冷却器37を用いて、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端に供給する液状の潤滑油Lを冷却することで、別途、冷却器を設けることなく、潤滑油回収ラインから分岐した第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49のみを設けることで、潤滑油Lを冷却することができる。
 さらに、冷却されることで低温とされた液状の潤滑油Lを、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端から供給することで、液状の潤滑油Lによりガス(例えば、60℃~70℃のベントガス)を積極的に冷却することでガスの温度を低下させて、気液平衡により気体として存在できなくなった分の潤滑油Lの気体を液状に戻し、非常に細かくてこれまで取り除けなかった潤滑油ミストに付着させることで、潤滑油Lのミスト径を大型化させて取り除くことができる。
 図6は、第1の実施形態の変形例に係る第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置の断面図である。図6において、図2に示す構造体と同一構成部分には、同一符号を付す。
 図6を参照するに、第1の実施形態の変形例に係る第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置80は、図2に示す第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48を構成する第1の潤滑油捕集部63に替えて、第1の潤滑油捕集部81を有すること以外は、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48と同様に構成されている。
 第1の潤滑油捕集部81は、複数の繊維状金属部材84(複数の第1の充填部材)が充填された捕集部82を3つ積み重ねた構成とされている。
 複数の繊維状金属部材84は、第1の潤滑油捕集部81の下端側から目視した際に、第1の潤滑油捕集部81の上端側が見えないように、隙間85を介在させた状態で、所定領域61Eに配置されている。複数の繊維状金属部材84としては、例えば、ステンレスウールを用いることができる。
 第1の実施形態の変形例に係る第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置80によれば、複数の繊維状金属部材84を含むことで、板状の部材を用いた場合と比較して、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lが移動する経路を増加させることが可能となる。
 これにより、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lと第1の排気ガスとが気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となるので、第1の排気ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率をさらに高めることができる。
 なお、図5に示す第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54を構成する3つの捕集部65に替えて、図6に示す捕集部82を3つ積み重ねて用いてもよい。
 さらに、第1及び第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48,54を、捕集部65と捕集部82とを組み合わせて構成してもよい。つまり、異なる構造とされた捕集部65,82を組み合わせてもよい。
 図7は、本発明の第1の実施形態の変形例に係るオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械の概略構成を模式的に示す図である。図7において、図1に示す構造体と同一構成部分には、同一符号を付す。
 図2、図5、及び図7を参照するに、第1の実施形態の変形例に係るオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械90は、第1の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械10を構成するオイルコンソール設備12に替えて、オイルコンソール設備91を有すること以外は、オイルコンソール設備付き回転機械10と同様に構成されている。
 オイルコンソール設備91は、オイルコンソール設備12の構成に、さらに第2の冷却器92を備えた構成とされている。
 第2の冷却器92は、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56の分岐位置よりも上流側に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49に設けられている。第2の冷却器92は、第1の冷却器37により冷却された液状の潤滑油Lを冷却することで、液状の潤滑油Lの温度をさらに低くすることができる。
 第1及び第2の冷却器37,92により冷却された液状の潤滑油Lは、バルブ51,58を介して、第1及び第2の潤滑油捕集部63,75の上端に供給される。
 第1の実施形態の変形例に係るオイルコンソール設備91によれば、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56の分岐位置よりも上流側に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49に設けられた第2の冷却器92を有することで、第1及び第2の排ガスを冷却する液状の潤滑油Lの温度をさらに低くすることが可能となる。
 これにより、第1及び第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストをさらに液滴化しやすくなるので、潤滑油ミストの回収効率をさらに高めることができる。
 図8は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法を説明するためのフローチャートである。
 図1~図5を参照して、第1の実施形態に係る排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法について説明する。ここでは、図1に示すオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械10を用いた場合を例に挙げて、排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法について説明する。
 図8に示す処理が開始されると、S1では、ポンプ35を駆動させて、第1の冷却器37により、潤滑油槽31から導出した液状の潤滑油Lを冷却する。このとき、潤滑油槽31内の液状の潤滑油Lの温度が60℃程度の場合、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lの温度は、例えば、45℃程度の温度とすることが可能である。
 次いで、バルブ51,58を開くことで、バルブ51,58の後段に位置する第1及び第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49,56に、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lを供給する。これにより、第1及び第2の潤滑油捕集部63,75の上端に、冷却された液状の潤滑油Lが供給される。
 次いで、S2では、潤滑油槽31内の気相から第1の大気放出管46内に、ミスト化した潤滑油Lである潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第1の排ガスを導出するとともに、軸受22,23,27,28から第2の大気放出管53内に、ミスト化した潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第2の排ガスを導出する。
 次いで、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の下端側から第1の潤滑油捕集部63に第1の排ガスを供給するとともに、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の下端側から第2の潤滑油捕集部に第2の排ガスを供給する。
 次いで、S3では、第1及び第2の排気ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストを回収する。具体的には、第1の潤滑油捕集部63の上端から下端側に移動する冷却した液状の潤滑油Lと第1の排ガスとを気液接触させることで、第1の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストを液滴化させ、液滴化潤滑油Lを液状の潤滑油Lに取り込み、液状の潤滑油Lを回収することで、第1の排気ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストを回収する。このとき、第1の排気ガスに含まれるガスは、第1の潤滑油捕集部63を通過後にE方向に移動し、大気放出される。
 また、第2の潤滑油捕集部75の上端から下端側に移動する冷却した液状の潤滑油Lと第2の排ガスとを気液接触させることで、第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストを液滴化させ、液滴化潤滑油Lを液状の潤滑油Lに取り込み、液状の潤滑油Lを回収することで、第2の排気ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストを回収する。このとき、第2の排気ガスに含まれるガスは、第2の潤滑油捕集部75を通過後にH方向に移動し、大気放出される。
 第1の実施形態に係る排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法によれば、上述した手法を用いることで、第1及び第2の潤滑油捕集部63,75の上端側から冷却された潤滑油Lを供給させた際、第1及び第2の潤滑油捕集部63,75の表面に付着し、第1及び第2の潤滑油捕集部63,75の下方に移動する冷却された液状の潤滑油Lと第1の排ガス(気体)とが気液接触する確率を高めることが可能となる。
 これにより、冷却された潤滑油Lにより、第1及び第2の排ガスの多くが冷却されるため、第1及び第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの多くを液滴化して、回収することができる。つまり、第1及び第2の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油ミストの回収効率を高めることができる。
 なお、第1の実施形態の変形例に係るオイルコンソール設備91を用いた排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法は、第1及び第2の冷却器37,92を用いて液状の潤滑油Lを冷却すること以外は、先に説明した第1の実施形態の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法と同様な手法により実施することができる。
 (第2の実施形態)
 図9は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械の概略構成を模式的に示す図である。図9において、図1に示す構造体と同一構成部分には同一符号を付す。
 図9を参照するに、第2の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械100は、第1の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械10を構成するオイルコンソール設備12に替えて、オイルコンソール設備101を有すること以外は、オイルコンソール設備付き回転機械10と同様に構成される。
 オイルコンソール設備101は、第1の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備12を構成する第2の大気放出管53、第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56、及びバルブ58に替えて、ファン102、潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104、及びオリフィス106を有すること以外は、オイルコンソール設備12と同様に構成されている。
 ファン102は、第1の大気放出管46に設けられている。ファン102は、潤滑油槽31内の気相GPに存在する第1の排気ガスを第1の大気放出管46内に導くとともに、潤滑油回収ライン45及び潤滑油槽31を介して、軸受22,23,27,28で発生した第2の排気ガスを第1の大気放出管46内に導く。
 このような構成とされたファン102を有することで、第1の実施形態で説明した第2の大気放出管53、第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置54、第2の冷却潤滑油供給ライン56、及びバルブ58が不要となるため、オイルコンソール設備101の構成を簡略化することができる。
 潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104は、ファン102と第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48との間に位置する第1の大気放出管46から分岐されており、先端が潤滑油槽31の上部と接続されている。潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104は、第1の管部46Aの一部を経由し、かつ図4に示す液滴化潤滑油Lを含む潤滑油Lを回収するためのラインである。
 オリフィス106は、潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104に設けられている。
 このように、ファン102と第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48との間に位置する第1の大気放出管46から分岐された潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104と、潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104に設けられたオリフィス106と、を有することで、ファン102を通すことなく、潤滑油槽31内に液滴化潤滑油Lを含む潤滑油Lを回収することができる。
 第2の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備101によれば、構造を簡略化した上で、先に説明した第1の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備12と同様な効果を得ることができる。
 なお、第2の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備101において、図7に示す第2の冷却器92を、バルブ51の前段に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ライン49に設けてもよい。
 また、第2の実施形態において、図6に示す捕集部82を用いて、第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置48を構成してもよい。
 上述した第2の実施形態のオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械100を用いた排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法は、上述した第1の排ガスを供給する工程において、第1の大気放出管46に設けられたファン102を用いて、第1の潤滑油捕集部63(図2参照)に第1及び第2の排ガスを供給し、上述した潤滑油ミストを回収する工程において、第1の管状部材61(図3参照)とファン102との間に位置する第1の大気放出管46から分岐された潤滑油ミスト回収ライン104を介して、液滴化した潤滑油ミストを含む冷却した潤滑油Lを回収すること以外は、先に説明した第1の実施形態の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法と同様な手法により行うことができる。
 本発明は、大気放出管を通過する排ガスに含まれるミスト化した潤滑油の回収効率を高めることの可能なオイルコンソール設備、オイルコンソール設備付き回転機械、及び排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法に適用可能である。

Claims (11)

  1.  潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽と、
     前記潤滑油槽と接続されており、回転体を支持する軸受に前記潤滑油槽内に貯留された液状の前記潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給ラインと、
     前記潤滑油供給ラインに設けられ、前記軸受に供給する前記液状の潤滑油を冷却する第1の冷却器と、
     前記潤滑油槽と接続されており、前記軸受から回収した前記潤滑油を前記潤滑油槽内に導入する潤滑油回収ラインと、
     前記潤滑油槽と接続されており、前記潤滑油槽内の気相に存在し、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第1の排ガスが導出される第1の大気放出管と、
     前記第1の大気放出管に連結された状態で設けられ、鉛直方向に延在する第1の管状部材と、前記第1の管状部材内に形成された空間に配置されており、前記潤滑油ミストが捕集され、前記ガスが通過可能な第1の潤滑油捕集部と、を含む第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と、
     前記第1の冷却器の下流側に位置する前記潤滑油供給ラインから分岐されるとともに、前記第1の管状部材内に配置された吐出口を含み、前記吐出口を介して、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端に、冷却された前記液状の潤滑油を供給する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインと、
     を備え、
     前記第1の潤滑油捕集部は、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端から下端に移動する冷却された前記液状の潤滑油と、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の下端から上端に移動する前記第1の排ガスと、を気液接触させることを特徴とするオイルコンソール設備。
  2.  前記第1の潤滑油捕集部は、複数の第1の充填部材を含み、
     前記複数の第1の充填部材は、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から目視した際に、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側が見えないように、隙間を介在させた状態で、前記第1の管状部材内の前記空間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のオイルコンソール設備。
  3.  前記第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインに設けられ、前記第1の冷却器により冷却された前記潤滑油をさらに冷却する第2の冷却器を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のオイルコンソール設備。
  4.  前記潤滑油槽と前記第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置との間に位置する前記第1の大気放出管に設けられたファンと、
     前記第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と前記ファンとの間に位置する前記第1の大気放出管から分岐され、前記潤滑油槽と接続された潤滑油ミスト回収ラインと、
     前記潤滑油ミスト回収ラインに設けられたオリフィスと、
     を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうち、いずれか1項記載のオイルコンソール設備。
  5.  前記軸受と接続されており、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第2の排ガスを大気放出する第2の大気放出管と、
     前記第2の大気放出管の分離された部分に両端が連結された第2の管状部材と、前記第2の管状部材内に形成された空間の所定領域に配置されており、前記潤滑油ミストが捕集され、前記ガスが通過可能な第2の潤滑油捕集部と、を含む第2の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と、
     前記第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインから分岐されるとともに、前記第2の管状部材内に配置された吐出口を含み、前記吐出口を介して、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端に、冷却された前記液状の潤滑油を供給する第2の冷却潤滑油供給ラインと、
     を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうち、いずれか1項記載のオイルコンソール設備。
  6.  前記第2の潤滑油捕集部は、複数の第2の充填部材を含み、
     前記複数の第2の充填部材は、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から目視した際に、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側が見えないように、隙間を介在させた状態で、前記第2の管状部材内の前記所定領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のオイルコンソール設備。
  7.  前記第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインには、第2の冷却器が設けられており、
     前記第2の冷却潤滑油供給ラインは、前記第1の潤滑油ミスト捕集装置と前記第2の冷却器との間に位置する第1の冷却潤滑油供給ラインから分岐させることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載のオイルコンソール設備。
  8.  請求項1ないし7のうち、いずれか1項記載のオイルコンソール設備と、
     前記回転体及び前記軸受を含む回転機械と、
     を備えたことを特徴とするオイルコンソール設備付き回転機械。
  9.  オイルコンソール設備内の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法であって、
     潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽から導出した液状の前記潤滑油を冷却し、前記潤滑油槽の気相と接続された第1の大気放出管に連結された第1の管状部材内の空間の所定領域を充填する第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から前記第1の潤滑油捕集部内に冷却した液状の前記潤滑油を供給する工程と、
     前記潤滑油槽内の気相から前記第1の大気放出管内に、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第1の排ガスを導出し、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から前記第1の潤滑油捕集部に前記第1の排ガスを供給する工程と、
     前記第1の潤滑油捕集部において、冷却した前記液状の潤滑油と前記第1の排ガスとを気液接触させることで、前記第1の排ガスに含まれる前記潤滑油ミストを液滴化させて回収するとともに、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部の上端側に前記第1の排ガスに含まれる前記ガスを通過させる工程と、
     を含むことを特徴とする排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法。
  10.  前記第1の排ガスを供給する工程では、前記第1の大気放出管に設けられたファンを用いて、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部に前記第1の排ガスを供給し、
     前記潤滑油ミストを回収する工程では、前記第1の潤滑油捕集部と前記ファンとの間に位置する前記第1の大気放出管から分岐された潤滑油ミスト回収ラインを介して、前記潤滑油ミストを含む前記冷却した潤滑油を回収することを特徴とする請求項9記載の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法。
  11.  潤滑油を貯留する潤滑油槽から導出した液状の前記潤滑油を冷却し、冷却した前記液状の潤滑油の一部を軸受と接続された第2の大気放出管に連結された第2の管状部材内に形成された空間の所定領域を充填する第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側から前記第2の潤滑油捕集部内に冷却した前記液状の潤滑油を供給する工程と、
     前記軸受から前記第2の大気放出管内に、ミスト化した前記潤滑油である潤滑油ミスト、及びガスを含む第2の排ガスを導出し、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の下端側から前記第2の潤滑油捕集部に前記第2の排ガスを供給する工程と、
     前記第2の潤滑油捕集部において、冷却した前記液状の潤滑油と前記第2の排ガスとを気液接触させることで、前記第2の排ガスに含まれる前記潤滑油ミストを液滴化させて回収するとともに、前記第2の潤滑油捕集部の上端側に前記第2の排ガスに含まれる前記ガスを通過させる工程と、
     を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の排ガスに含まれる潤滑油の回収方法。
