本实用新型涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种闸板阀阀座安装结构。
背景技术
闸板阀是最常用的截断阀之一,主要用来接通或截断管路中的介质,不运用于调节介质流量。运用的压力、温度及直径范围很大,尤其运用于中、大直径的管道。阀座是阀门内可拆卸面部件,用于支撑阀芯全关位置,并构成密封副。闸板阀在安装中,由于许用密封比压导致闸板安装较困难,目前采用的安装方式有很多,但是都操作复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种闸板阀阀座安装结构,结构简单,操作方便。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种闸板阀阀座安装结构,包括阀体、阀座、拉杆、压板和螺母,所述阀座安装在阀体内,所述拉杆的头端设有凸肩,所述阀体有介质通道,所述拉杆的头端沿介质通道穿进阀体中,拉杆与阀体和介质通道的轴线平行,所述阀座内壁同轴设有环形凹槽,所述凸肩卡在环形凹槽中,所述拉杆的尾端露在阀体外,所述压板套在拉杆上,所述螺 母将压板压在阀体的外端面上,螺母与拉杆螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述凸肩的外径小于介质通道的直径。
进一步的,所述阀座与阀体之间安装有弹簧。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下 结合附图,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型公开的闸板阀阀座安装结构,包括阀体10、阀座2、拉杆4、压板5和螺母6,阀座2安装在阀体10内,如图2所示,拉杆4的头端设有凸肩8,阀体10有介质通道11,拉杆4的头端沿介质通道11穿进阀体10中,拉杆4与阀体10和介质通道11的轴线平行,阀座2内壁同轴设有环形凹槽7,凸肩8卡在环形凹槽7中,拉杆4的尾端露在阀体10外,压板5套在拉杆4上,螺母6将压板5压在阀体10的外端面上,螺母6与拉杆4螺纹连接。阀座2的内径与介质通道11的直径相等。
凸肩8的外径小于介质通道11的直径,凸肩8的厚度小于环形凹槽7的宽度,凸肩8的外径小于阀座2的内径,拉杆4有2-4个,拉杆4等间隔设置在介质通道11中。图1和图3中只示出了1个拉杆4,其余拉杆4未示出。拉杆4的尾部设有与螺母6适配的外螺纹9,压板5上开有供拉杆4尾端穿过的通孔。
进一步的,阀座2与阀体10之间安装有弹簧3,弹簧3为螺旋弹簧,根据介质通道11直径的大小,可选择弹簧3的个数。本实施方式中弹簧3有12-36个,弹簧3沿阀座2的圆周方向等间设置。阀座2的一端面上开有弹簧腔,弹簧3安装在弹簧腔中。
阀座2装入阀体10后,需要将阀座2拉紧,以贴紧阀体10,才能放入闸板1。使拉杆4从介质通道11伸进阀体10中,将拉杆4头端的凸肩8卡入阀座2的环形凹槽7中,将压板5从拉杆4尾端穿过拉杆4并压板5贴在阀体10外端面上,通过拧紧螺母6将拉杆4拉 紧。使得阀座2压缩弹簧3从而贴紧阀体10,这样上游的阀座与下游的阀座之间的距离增大,从而可以轻松放入闸板1。根据介质通道11直径的大小,一个阀座2可以用2-4个拉杆4来拉紧,多个拉杆4最好等间隔设置在介质通道11中。当放入闸板1后,拧松螺母6,弹簧3逐渐回弹,使阀座2紧贴在阀体10与闸板1之间,保证良好的密封性能;最后将拉杆4从介质通道11中取出。
本实用新型除去阀门的阀座与阀体外,只需要另外提供三个零件,即拉杆、压板、螺母,就可实现阀座、闸板的安装,其结构简单可靠,成本低廉,使用方便,便于保管。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施方式,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种闸板阀阀座安装结构,其特征在于:包括阀体(10)、阀座(2)、拉杆(4)、压板(5)和螺母(6),所述阀座(2)安装在阀体(10)内,所述拉杆(4)的头端设有凸肩(8),所述阀体(10)有介质通道(11),所述拉杆(4)的头端沿介质通道(11)穿进阀体(10)中,拉杆(4)与阀体(10)和介质通道(11)的轴线平行,所述阀座(2)内壁同轴设有环形凹槽(7),所述凸肩(8)卡在环形凹槽(7)中,所述拉杆(4)的尾端露在阀体(10)外,所述压板(5)套在拉杆(4)上,所述螺母(6)将压板(5)压在阀体(10)的外端面上,螺母(6)与拉杆(4)螺纹连接。
