目前市场上有少量品牌的冰箱推出了可升降搁架的冰箱,以满足客户对不同高度食物及其他用品的存放需求。如专利号201510149798.0,专利名称为搁架组件及冰箱的专利中,通过在冰箱的侧壁上设置卡槽,在卡槽内间隔设置多个旋转旋钮以支撑搁板,然而,这种设计存在着无法按照需要调节任意高度,所调节的高度只能是两个旋转旋钮之间的间距。类似地,专利号为201120239738.5,专利名称为冰箱及其搁架升降装置的专利中,通过在冰箱上设置多个与搁架两侧的支撑块相匹配的卡槽,通过支撑块卡设在卡槽内对搁架进行固定,这种设计同样存在着无法按照需要调节任意高度的不足,而且,在调节搁架的高度时,需要手动拖住搁架,操作不方便。又如,专利CN01112021.5中描述的一种可升降式搁架,通过调节可整体上下移动搁架,此类搁架的优点是能有效地调节搁架的高度,为下方的物品摆放节省空间,并且能有效地利用搁架的作用,然而,这种结构也存在着升降高度不足,以及搁架放置重物时,会出现丝杠脱扣的危险等缺点。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种可升降搁架,能根据需要调节搁架的高度,可以有效调节活动搁架的高度,且调节方便,稳定性好。
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种具有上述可升降搁架的冰箱。
根据本发明第一方面的可升降搁架,包括:第一齿条,所述第一齿条竖直设置;第二齿条,所述第二齿条与所述第一齿条平行,且所述第二齿条的齿面与所述第一齿条的齿面相对设置;相互啮合的第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮设在所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条之间,且所述第一齿轮与所述第一齿条啮合,所述第二齿轮与所述第二齿条啮合;固定板,所述固定板设在所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条的宽度方向上的同一侧,且所述固定板沿所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条的长度方向可移动,其中所述第二齿轮通过第一转动轴可转动地连接在所述固定板上;第一传动杆,所述第一传动杆的一端穿过所述固定板且与所述第一齿轮固定连接,所述第一传动杆绕所述第一传动杆的中心轴线可转动;锁紧装置,所述锁紧装置设在所述固定板上以用于锁紧和放开所述第一传动杆。
根据本发明的可升降搁架,转动第一传动杆,第一传动杆的轴向转动带动第一齿轮的转动,从而带动与第一齿轮齿合的第二齿轮的转动,使得第一齿轮以及第二齿轮可以沿第一齿条和第二齿条的长度方向上下移动,然后通过锁紧装置对第一传动杆进行锁紧,对可升降搁架的高度进行定位,实现根据需要有效调节活动搁架的高度,调节方便,并且采用齿轮连接的方式稳定性好。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述锁紧装置为第一棘轮机构,所述第一棘轮机构包括:第一棘轮,所述第一棘轮套设在所述第一传动杆上;第一棘爪,所述第一棘爪通过第二转动轴设在所述固定板上,所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮可分离地配合以锁紧和放开所述第一传动杆。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述可升降搁架还包括:第二传动杆,所述第二传动杆的一端可转动地连接在所述固定板上;棘轮止挡块,所述棘轮止挡块固定在所述第二传动杆上,所述棘轮止挡块用于调节所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮可分离地配合,当所述第二传动杆转动时适于带动所述棘轮止挡块抵压所述第一棘爪以使所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮分离。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述固定板上设有第一拉簧,所述第一拉簧设在所述第一棘轮和所述第一棘爪之间,所述第一拉簧的一端固定在所述固定板上,所述第一拉簧的另一端与所述第一棘爪的中部固定连接,所述第一拉簧用于拉动所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮抵接。

如图1-图9所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的可升降搁架,包括第一齿条1、第二齿条2、第一齿轮、第二齿轮4、固定板5、第一传动杆7以及锁紧装置。
如图1-图9所示,第一齿条1竖直设置,第二齿条2与第一齿条1平行,此时第二齿条2也是竖直设置的,且第二齿条2的齿面与第一齿条1的齿面相对设置。第一齿轮3和第二齿轮4设在第一齿条和第二齿条2之间,且第一齿轮3与第一齿条1啮合,第二齿轮4与第二齿条2啮合,且第一齿轮3和第二齿轮4相互啮合。固定板5设在第一齿条1和第二齿条2的宽度方向上的同一侧,且固定板5沿第一齿条和第二齿条2的长度方向可移动,其中第二齿轮4通过第一转动轴6可转动地连接在固定板5上。第一传动杆7的一端穿过固定板5且与第一齿轮3固定连接,第一传动杆7绕第一传动杆7的中心轴线可转动。锁紧装置设在固定板5上以用于锁紧和放开第一传动杆7。
也就是说,第一齿轮3分别与第一齿条1和第二齿轮4齿合,第二齿轮4和第二齿条2齿合;第一齿条1和第二齿条2一侧滑动连接一固定板5,第二齿轮4通过第一转动轴6活动连接在固定板5上,固定板5上设有一端穿过并伸出固定板5的第一传动杆7,第一传动杆7可轴向转动,第一传动杆7的一端与第一齿轮3的中心固定连接;固定板5上设有用于锁紧和放开第一传动杆7的锁紧装置。
根据本发明实施例的可升降搁架,转动第一传动杆7,第一传动杆7的轴向转动带动第一齿轮3的转动,从而带动与第一齿轮3齿合的第二齿轮4的转动,使得第一齿轮3以及第二齿轮4可以沿第一齿条1和第二齿条2的长度方向上下移动,然后通过锁紧装置对第一传动杆7进行锁紧,对可升降搁架的高度进行定位,实现根据需要有效调节活动搁架的高度,调节方便,并且采用齿轮连接的方式稳定性好。
根据本发明的一个实施例,锁紧装置为第一棘轮机构8,第一棘轮机构8包括:第一棘轮8-1和第一棘爪8-2,第一棘轮8-1套设在第一传动杆7上,第一棘爪8-2通过第二转动轴6设在固定板5上,第一棘爪8-2与第一棘轮8-1可分离地配合以锁紧和放开第一传动杆7。例如,如图2、图3、图4、图5所示,锁紧装置为第一棘轮机构8,第一棘轮机构8包括第一棘轮8-1和用于锁止第一棘轮8-1转动的第一棘爪8-2,第一棘轮8-1套设在第一传动杆7上,第一传动杆7的轴向转动带动第一棘轮8-1沿其中心轴线转动,第一棘爪8-2通过第二转动轴6设在固定板5上。由此,锁紧装置采用第一棘轮机构8,使得第一传动杆7能够单向转动,例如,如图3所示,当第一棘爪8-2与第一棘轮8-1配合时可以锁紧第一传动杆7,使得第一传动杆7不能顺时针转动,而当第一棘爪8-2与第一棘轮8-1分 离时,此时第一棘轮8-1被释放,第一传动杆7可以顺时针转动。在本申请中,第一传动杆7能够逆向转动,使得第一齿轮3和第二齿轮4能够向上移动;当需要向下移动时,调节第一棘爪8-2,使得第一棘爪8-2脱离第一棘轮8-1,在重力的作用下,第一齿轮3和第二齿轮4可以带动第一传动杆7向下移动,当到达需要位置后调节第一棘爪8-2锁紧第一棘轮8-1,实现定位。
根据本发明的进一步实施例,可升降搁架还包括:第二传动杆9和棘轮止挡块10,第二传动杆9的一端可转动地连接在固定板5上,棘轮止挡块10固定在第二传动杆9上,棘轮止挡块10用于调节第一棘爪8-2与第一棘轮8-1可分离地配合,当第二传动杆9转动时适于带动棘轮止挡块10抵压第一棘爪以使第一棘爪8-2与第一棘轮8-1分离。例如,如图5、图7、图8、图9所示,可升降搁架还包括第二传动杆9和用于调节第一棘爪8-2靠近和远离第一棘轮8-1的棘轮止挡块10,第二传动杆9的一端活动连接在固定板5上,棘轮止挡块10固定在第二传动杆9上,第二传动杆9的轴向转动带动棘轮止挡块10抵压第一棘爪8-2,从而使得第一棘爪8-2远离第一棘轮8-1。由此,当需要第一棘爪8-2脱离第一棘轮8-1时,通过转动第二传动杆9,带动棘轮止挡块10抵压第一棘爪8-2,使得第一棘爪8-2脱离第一棘轮8-1,操作方便。
进一步地,如图3、图4和图8所示,固定板5上设有第一拉簧11,第一拉簧11设在第一棘轮8-1和第一棘爪8-2之间,第一拉簧11的一端固定在固定板5上,第一拉簧11的另一端与第一棘爪8-2的中部固定连接,第一拉簧11用于拉动第一棘爪8-2与第一棘轮8-1抵接。由此,第一拉簧11的设置能方便第一棘爪8-2复位至锁紧第一棘轮8-1,在第一棘爪8-2脱离第一棘轮8-1使得第一齿轮3和第二齿轮4下降到需要位置后,松开第二传动杆9,在第一拉簧11的作用下,第一棘爪8-2复位,重新锁紧第一棘轮8-1,实现定位。
如图1-图4所示,第一传动杆7的远离第一齿轮3的一端可以设有第一转动手柄13。由此,第一转动手柄13的设置方便转动第一传动杆7。
根据本发明的进一步实施例,如图6所示,第一转动手柄13上设有第二棘轮机构14,第二棘轮机构14包括第二棘轮14-1、第二棘爪14-2和第二拉簧14-3,第二棘轮14-1套设在第一传动杆7上,第一传动杆7的轴向转动带动第二棘轮14-1轴向转动,第二棘爪14-2的一端通过第三转动轴6可转动地连接在第一转动手柄13上,即第二棘爪14-2的一端通过第三转动轴6与第一转动手柄13活动连接,第二拉簧14-3设在第二棘轮14-1和第二棘爪14-2之间,第二拉簧14-3的一端与第一转动手柄13固定连接,第二拉簧14-3的另一端连接第二棘爪14-2的中部,第二拉簧14-3带动第二棘爪14-2与第二棘轮14-1抵接。由此,在第一转动手柄13内设置第二棘轮机构14,方便转动第一转动手柄13在转动后能够复位。
如图1-图4所示,第二传动杆9远离棘轮止挡块10的一端可以设有第二转动手柄12。由此,第二转动手柄12的设置方便转动第二传动杆9。
可选地,如图1-图3所示,第一齿条1和第二齿条2的彼此相对的一侧上均设有竖直 延伸的导向槽15,固定板5的两侧边均可移动地设在第一齿条1和第二齿条2的导向槽15内。也就是说,第一齿条1和第二齿条2相对的一侧上均设有竖直设置的导向槽15,固定板5的两侧边均滑动设在导向槽15内。由此,导向槽15的设置能对固定板5的移动进行导向,提高固定板5的稳定性,挡板19的设置能对第一棘轮机构8进行保护,避免有水进入滴落到第一棘轮机构8上。
进一步地,如图1和图3所示,固定板5的周边设有保护第一棘轮机构8的挡板19。由此,挡板19的设置能对第一棘轮机构8进行保护,避免有水进入滴落到第一棘轮机构8上。
根据本发明实施例的可升降搁架的工作原理为:逆时针转动第一转动手柄13,第一转动手柄13带动第一棘轮8-1和第一齿轮3逆时针转动,第一齿轮3带动第二齿轮4顺时针转动,使得第一齿轮3和第二齿轮4沿着第一齿条1和第二齿条2向上滚动,从而带动固定板5以及第一传动杆7和第二传动杆9向上移动,实现可升降搁架的上升。由于第一棘轮机构8的单向旋转特点,当可升降搁架上升到指定位置后,第一棘爪8-2对第一棘轮8-1进行锁止,如图8所示,被锁止的第一棘轮8-1无法顺时针转动,从而第一齿轮3无法转动,可升降搁架就不会下降。如图6所示,第二棘轮机构14的结构设置使得第二棘轮14-1沿图6中的顺时针转动时不会带动第一传动杆7转动,所以,当第一转动手柄13带动第一传动杆7逆时针转动后,可以对第一转动手柄13进行回位,在回位的过程中第一传动杆7不会转动。当需要可升降搁架下降时,顺时针转动第二转动手柄12,带动第二传动杆9顺时针转动,从而带动棘轮止挡块10抵压第一棘爪8-2,使得第一棘爪8-2脱离第一棘轮8-1,如图9所示,此时第一棘爪8-2对第一棘轮8-1的锁止失效,在重力的作用下,第一齿轮3顺时针转动,第二齿轮4逆时针转动,带动第一传动杆7和第二传动杆9向下移动,当移动到需要位置后,松开第二转动手柄12,在第一拉簧11的作用下,第一棘爪8-2复位与第一棘轮8-1抵压,实现对第一棘轮8-1的重新锁止,起到自动紧急刹车的作用。
如图10-图12所示,根据本发明第二方面实施例的冰箱,包括冰箱本体16和根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的可升降搁架。其中,可升降搁架设在冰箱本体16内,可升降搁架上设有搁板17。
调整可升降搁架时,可以首先转动第一传动杆7,第一传动杆7的轴向转动带动第一齿轮3的转动,从而带动与第一齿轮3齿合的第二齿轮4的转动,使得第一齿轮3以及第二齿轮4沿第一齿条1和第二齿条2的长度方向上下移动,然后通过锁紧装置对第一传动杆7进行锁紧,对高度进行定位,实现根据需要有效调节活动搁架的高度,调节方便,并且采用齿轮连接的方式稳定性好。当松开右侧的第二转动手柄12后,由于受拉伸的第一拉簧11自身弹力的作用,实现第一棘轮8-1刹车复位,实现可升降搁架刹车,以防可升降搁架意外下滑顺坏。在冰箱本体16内设置可升降搁架,能随意调节可升降搁架的高度和位置,对于高、深的大容积冰箱,方便存放和取出最上层的可升降搁架上的食物。

进一步地,如图10和图12所示,冰箱本体16内设有竖直设置的导向柱18,导向柱18穿过并伸出搁板17。由此,导向柱18的设置能对搁板17进行的移动进行导向,确保隔板17移动的稳定性。更进一步地,如图11所示,第一传动杆7和第二传动杆9处于同一水平面上,隔板17放置在第一传动杆7和第二传动杆9上,在隔板17上设置有容导向柱18穿过的孔。
如图12所示,在本发明的实施例中,可以将根据本发明的可升降搁架设置在冰箱本体16内部的中部,在可升降搁架上方和下方分别设置一个固定的隔板17,通过调节可升降搁架的升降,从而可以实现按照需要调节可升降搁架的置物空间以及可升降搁架下方的隔板17的置物空间。

  1. 一种可升降搁架,其特征在于,包括:
    第一齿条,所述第一齿条竖直设置;
    第二齿条,所述第二齿条与所述第一齿条平行,且所述第二齿条的齿面与所述第一齿条的齿面相对设置;
    相互啮合的第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮设在所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条之间,且所述第一齿轮与所述第一齿条啮合,所述第二齿轮与所述第二齿条啮合;
    固定板,所述固定板设在所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条的宽度方向上的同一侧,且所述固定板沿所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条的长度方向可移动,其中所述第二齿轮通过第一转动轴可转动地连接在所述固定板上;
    第一传动杆,所述第一传动杆的一端穿过所述固定板且与所述第一齿轮固定连接,所述第一传动杆绕所述第一传动杆的中心轴线可转动;
    锁紧装置,所述锁紧装置设在所述固定板上以用于锁紧和放开所述第一传动杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可升降搁架,其特征在于,所述锁紧装置为第一棘轮机构,所述第一棘轮机构包括:
    第一棘轮,所述第一棘轮套设在所述第一传动杆上;
    第一棘爪,所述第一棘爪通过第二转动轴设在所述固定板上,所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮可分离地配合以锁紧和放开所述第一传动杆。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可升降搁架,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二传动杆,所述第二传动杆的一端可转动地连接在所述固定板上;
    棘轮止挡块,所述棘轮止挡块固定在所述第二传动杆上,所述棘轮止挡块用于调节所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮可分离地配合,当所述第二传动杆转动时适于带动所述棘轮止挡块抵压所述第一棘爪以使所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮分离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可升降搁架,其特征在于,所述固定板上设有第一拉簧,所述第一拉簧设在所述第一棘轮和所述第一棘爪之间,所述第一拉簧的一端固定在所述固定板上,所述第一拉簧的另一端与所述第一棘爪的中部固定连接,所述第一拉簧用于拉动所述第一棘爪与所述第一棘轮抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的可升降搁架,其特征在于,所述第一传动杆的远离所述第一齿轮的一端设有第一转动手柄。

    第二拉簧,所述第二拉簧设在所述第二棘轮和所述第二棘爪之间,所述第二拉簧的一端与所述第一转动手柄固定连接,所述第二拉簧的另一端连接所述第二棘爪的中部,所述第二拉簧带动所述第二棘爪与所述第二棘轮抵接。
