本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体为一种低刺激性指甲油。
背景技术
指甲油属彩妆系列中的一大类产品,具有美化修饰指甲的功能,目前人们使用的指甲油分为酯类溶剂型指甲油和水性指甲油。
酯类溶剂型指甲油以乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等酯类为溶剂,酯溶性成膜剂,司拉氯铵水辉石和水合硅石等为增稠悬浮剂,配以增塑剂、颜料和香精等添加剂搅拌混合而成。该类配方调配得当可以得到高光泽、强附着力和强耐水性的指甲油。但存在如下缺点:1、强烈刺鼻的气味吸入后会引起人们不适;2、使用后对人体的指甲和皮肤刺激性较大长期使用有较大的伤害;3、接触化纤类衣物和一般塑料都会造成溶解性腐蚀。
水性指甲油以水、水性成膜剂、颜料和香精等添加剂搅拌混合而成。该类配方调配得当可以得到低气味、低刺激性、高光泽、对化纤衣物和塑料不会溶解性腐蚀的指甲油。但存在如下缺点:1、耐水性差遇水容易脱落;2、附着力不好与酯类溶剂型指甲油比有很大差距;3、干燥后指甲油表面会返粘。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种由新配方制备而成的低刺激性指甲油,其实现的目的为,降低了对人体指甲和皮肤的刺激性,且指甲油其他的性能,如耐水性、附着力也得到了显著提高。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明包括以下技术方案:本发明提供了一种低刺激性指甲油,如下重量份数的成份:
乙醇:41-75;
醇溶性成膜剂:10-40;
增塑剂:1-10;
辅料溶剂:0-20;
颜料:0-5;
添加剂:0-5;
香精:0-3。其中乙醇起到溶解配方中各组分,调节干燥时间的作用;醇溶性成膜剂起到成膜提高附着力的作用;增塑剂提高指甲油膜柔韧性和光泽度;辅料溶剂用于各组份的助溶作用;颜料提供着色功能;添加剂提供指甲油的功能性作用;香精赋予指甲油香味。
本发明所述的指甲油,选用选用乙醇作为主要溶剂因其具有较强溶解性能、低刺激性、外用对人体无害并且具有优异的消毒作用。
进一步的,所述指甲油成份还包括1-10重量份数的增稠悬浮剂。增稠悬浮剂起到调节粘度和悬浮固体组份的作用。
作为优选的,所述增塑剂包括乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、丁二酸二甲酯、戊二酸二甲酯、已二酸二甲酯中任意一种或一种以上。相较于现有技术常用的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),本发明优选的有机试剂作为增塑剂使用,具有无毒、可生物降解环保等优点。
作为优选的,所述醇溶性成膜剂包括乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯、蔗糖苯甲酸酯。作为醇溶性成膜剂本发明选择的有机试剂,具有低刺激性、同时与上述优选的增塑剂混合制备出指甲油时,不会影响指甲油的其他性能,反而会使干燥后指甲油表面不会返粘,具有良好的光泽度。
作为优选的,所述增稠悬浮剂包括司拉氯铵水辉石、硅石,选用司拉氯铵水辉石和水合硅石配合使用能起到优异的悬浮颜料和稳定料提的作用。
本发明指甲油中,所述辅料溶剂可采用现有技术常用到的有机试剂即可,例如乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、异丙醇、正丁醇、丙酮等酯醇酮类溶剂。以上溶剂可根据成膜剂种类的不同,选择不添加或少量添加起到助溶作用。
所述颜料也可选用现有技术中常用的颜料,颜料包括无机颜料、有机颜料、珠光云母及彩色PET亮片等,选用的颜料可根据采购商要求选择性添加。
所述添加剂可选用现有技术中常用的甘油、维生素E、角蛋白、碳酸钙等功能性添加剂,根据采购商要求选择性添加。
所述香精可选用现有技术中无毒环保型香精,一般为为醇溶性日化香精,可根据不同的味道进行添加。
本发明指甲油将上述成份高速分散搅拌混合而成,采用现有制备方法即可制得。
采用上述技术方案,本发明包括以下有益效果:1、低气味只有淡淡的醇类味道,加入各式香精后还可以得到类似香水的芬芳。
2、对人体的指甲和皮肤刺激性较小。
3、接触化纤类衣物和塑料都不会造成溶解性腐蚀。
4、优异的耐水性。
5、附着力与酯类溶剂型指甲油相当。
6、干燥后指甲油表面不会返粘。
7、表面光泽度与酯类溶剂型指甲油相当。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例一:本发明公开的一种低刺激性指甲油,包括如下重量份数的成份:

本发明得到的指甲油无刺鼻气味,经人体皮肤指甲测试,无烧灼、红肿刺激,接触化纤类衣物和塑料都不会造成溶解性腐蚀,采用现有技术检测耐水性,指甲油无起泡、失光、变色、脱落等破坏现象,干燥后无发粘现象,附着力与酯类溶剂型指甲油相当,表面光泽度与酯类溶剂型指甲油相当。使得人们在对美得追求同时,最大限度的减少负面影响,提高生活品质。
实施例二:本实施例中,本发明所述的低刺激指甲油由下列成份所组成:

本实施例中,本发明所述的低刺激指甲油由下列成份所组成:

实施例四:本实施例中,本发明所述的低刺激指甲油由下列成份所组成:

Claims (5)

  1. 一种低刺激性指甲油,其特征在于,该指甲油包括如下重量份数的成份:
    乙醇:41-75;
    醇溶性成膜剂:10-40;
    增塑剂:1-10;
    辅料溶剂:0-20;
    颜料:0-5;
    添加剂:0-5;
    香精:0-3。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述低刺激性指甲油,其特征在于,所述指甲油成份还包括1-10重量份数的增稠悬浮剂。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低刺激性指甲油,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、丁二酸二甲酯、戊二酸二甲酯、已二酸二甲酯中任意一种或一种以上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低刺激性指甲油,其特征在于,所述醇溶性成膜剂包括乙酸异丁酸蔗糖酯、蔗糖苯甲酸酯。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种低刺激性指甲油,其特征在于,所述增稠悬浮剂包括司拉氯铵水辉石、硅石。
