Description
本発明のUVジェルポリッシュ組成物をさまざまな生活環境にある20人の爪に適用し、標準的な36W UVランプの下で2分間硬化する。頻繁に家事をすることのない人では爪上で皮膜が8〜14日間維持され、ハウスキーパーでは3〜7日後に爪から皮膜が除去される。
本発明のUVジェルポリッシュ組成物をネイルポリッシュボトル中に入れ、80℃のオーブンに入れる。硬化しない製品は流動性を保ち、一週間後の粘度と色に変化がなく、UVジェルポリッシュ組成物の保存可能期間が室温で1〜2年間であることを示す。
本発明のジェルポリッシュ組成物をスライドガラスに塗布し、標準的な36W UVランプの下で2分間硬化する。紫外線で硬化したジェルポリッシュ皮膜をトイレットペーパーで拭く。ジェルポリッシュ皮膜表面上に紙スティックのくずがないこと、及び拭いた後の表面の平滑性及び光沢性を観察する。
Claims (9)
- 20〜70重量%の脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、
10〜50重量%のポリエステルアクリレートオリゴマー、
10〜50重量%の低刺激性アクリレートモノマー、
2〜11重量%の光重合開始剤、及び
1〜4.5重量%のチオールモノマーを含有し、
前記低刺激性アクリレートモノマーがトリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(TEGDMA)とイソボルニルアクリレート(IBOA)の組み合わせである、
ジェルポリッシュ組成物。 - アクリレートモノマーの組み合わせが10〜40重量%のTEGDMA及び10〜40重量%のIBOAからなる、請求項1に記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
- 脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーが分子量800〜15,000ダルトンで2〜15個のアクリル官能基を備えるものである、請求項1又は2に記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
- 2〜10重量%の芳香族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
- 芳香族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーが分子量800〜15,000ダルトンで2〜6個のアクリル官能基を備えるものである、請求項4に記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
- チオールモノマーが2〜4個のメルカプト官能基を備えた、ペンタエリスリトールの(3−メルカプトブチレート)エステルである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
- チオールモノマーが、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(3−メルカプトブチレート)エステルである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
- 20〜70重量%の脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、2〜10重量%の芳香族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー及び10〜50重量%のポリエステルアクリレートオリゴマーからなるオリゴマーの組み合わせを含有し、当該オリゴマーの組み合わせが30〜70重量%のジェルラッカー組成物、10〜50重量%の低刺激性アクリレートモノマー、2〜11重量%の光重合開始剤、固化促進のための1〜4.5重量%のチオールモノマー、及びアクリレートモノマー中に分散した顔料を包含する濃縮着色剤を含有し、
前記低刺激性アクリレートモノマーがトリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(TEGDMA)とイソボルニルアクリレート(IBOA)の組み合わせである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。 - 光重合開始剤がTPO(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイルジフェニルホスフィンオキシド)であり、チオールモノマーがペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(3−メルカプトブチレート)エステルである、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のジェルポリッシュ組成物。
