一种一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串
技术领域
本发明涉及袋装弹簧技术领域,特别涉及一种一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对睡眠质量的提高也越来也重视,现有睡眠研究表明人体平躺在床垫上时,是通过人体背面的各个部位将体重传递给床垫的,各个部位(例如头部、背部、臀部等)所传递的人体重量的比例是不同的,即支撑人体背面各个部位的床垫部位的受力也是不同;另外,对于不同身材体型的人来说,其各部位传递的体重也有所不同,也就是说,不同体型的人,支撑人体背面各个部位的床垫部位的受力也不同。
为了提高床垫的舒适性,现有技术中通常使用两种方式来实现,一种是采用双层弹簧床垫结构,位于上层的弹簧比较柔软,以提供更好的包裹性与柔软性;位于下层的弹簧相对较硬,以提供较强的支撑性。虽然该种袋装弹簧垫解决了支撑性和柔软性的问题,但是,该种袋装弹簧垫的每个部位的支撑性和柔软性仍是一样的,仍然是难以满足人体不同部位的受力要求。
另一种是采用床垫分区的方式,通常比较高端的床垫会分成五区,两端最外层是最硬的弹簧作为床垫的边框,中间又分为三区,中间作为腰部支撑弹簧较硬,两侧弹簧较软,分别是头部和肩膀支撑区域以及腿部位置。这种分区方式由于在每一区中弹簧的软硬力度是相同的,在分区的位置床垫会有明显的软硬落差感觉,削弱的床垫的舒适性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、舒适性更好的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,包括由布料形成的多个连续独立的容纳腔体和包裹于各容纳腔体内的各组弹簧,各所述容纳腔体内具有至少一条分隔接缝以将各容纳腔体分隔形成至少两层独立腔体,两相邻所述独立腔体内的分隔接缝不在同一水平线上,以使左、右相邻的独立腔体的高度不相等,所述每组弹簧中的各弹簧层叠独立包裹在相应的各独立腔体内。
进一步地,相邻所述容纳腔体内的分隔接缝首尾依次相连形成连续分隔接缝。
进一步地,各所述容纳腔体内的分隔接缝为曲线分隔接缝,相邻所述容纳腔体内的曲线分隔接缝首尾依次相连形成连续曲线分隔接缝。
进一步地,各组所述弹簧中左、右相邻的弹簧压缩量不完全相等。
进一步地,所述每组弹簧中上、下相邻的弹簧硬度不相等。
进一步地,所述布料呈U 形对折并在边缘端部设有横向接缝,所述布料具有多条间隔的竖向接缝以形成多个连续独立的容纳腔体。
进一步地,还包括由布料形成的附加容纳腔体,所述附加容纳腔体与处于首端和/或尾端的容纳腔体相邻连续,各所述附加容纳腔体内包裹有单个弹簧。
有益效果:此一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串中,各分隔接缝将每个容纳腔体分隔形成上下高度不等的独立腔体,当各弹簧包裹封装于各高度不等的独立腔体内时,各弹簧的初始压缩量不同,从而使得袋装弹簧串的每个部位柔软性不同,即袋装弹簧串的软硬程度可以根据人体生理曲线设计成连续平滑变化,在保证良好支撑性的同时更能够贴合人体的生理曲线,通过该种袋装弹簧串形成的床垫更加的舒适。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4,本发明一种一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,包括由布料1形成的多个连续独立的容纳腔体和包裹于各容纳腔体内的各组弹簧2,各容纳腔体内具有至少一条分隔接缝11以将各容纳腔体分隔形成至少两层独立腔体12,相邻容纳腔体内的分隔接缝11不在同一水平线,以使左、右相邻的独立腔体12的高度不相等,每组弹簧中的各弹簧2层叠独立包裹在相应的各独立腔体12内。
本实施例中,袋装弹簧串为上、下两层,布料1呈U 形对折并在边缘端部焊接有横向接缝13,从而形成相对封闭的腔体,沿袋装弹簧串长度方向间隔焊接有多条间隔的竖向接缝14,以构成一个个连续相对独立的容纳腔体,各容纳腔体中部均焊接有分隔接缝11,每个分隔接缝11的位置可以变化,从而将每个容纳腔体分隔形成上下高度不等的独立腔体12,各分隔接缝11可以首尾依次相连形成连续分隔接缝,优选地,各分隔接缝11设计成曲线分隔接缝,从而首尾依次相连能形成一条连续呈曲线状的曲形分隔接缝,当各弹簧2包裹封装于各高度不等的独立腔体12内时,各弹簧2的初始压缩量不同,若独立腔体12的高度较大,处于其内的弹簧相对柔软,若独立腔体12的高度较小,处于其内的弹簧相对较硬。由于处于上层的独立腔体高度是随曲形分隔接缝连续平滑变化的,从而沿袋装弹簧串长度方向,袋装弹簧串的软硬程度为连续平滑过渡。曲形分隔接缝可以根据不同人体生理曲线与体重进行设计,符合个性化需求,从而保证良好支撑性的同时更能够贴合人体的生理曲线。
其中,每组弹簧中上、下相邻的弹簧硬度不相等,具体地,位于上层独立腔体12内的弹簧采用钢丝直径较细的弹簧,较为柔软,提供更好的舒适性和包裹性;而位于下层独立腔体12内的弹簧则采用钢丝直径较粗的弹簧,具有更好的支撑性。
作为优选,在处于首端和/或尾端的部分容纳腔体内不设有分隔接缝,从而形成附加容纳腔体15,如图5所示,在该附加容纳腔体15内只包裹单个弹簧2,附加容纳腔体15内包裹的单个弹簧2硬度大于容纳腔体内包裹的弹簧硬度。
当然,通过增加分隔接缝11的数量可以形成多层袋装弹簧串,如各容纳腔体内设计间隔的两条分隔接缝11,形成如图6所示的三层袋装弹簧串。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:包括由布料形成的多个连续独立的容纳腔体和包裹于各容纳腔体内的各组弹簧,各所述容纳腔体内具有至少一条分隔接缝以将各容纳腔体分隔形成至少两层独立腔体,两相邻所述独立腔体内的分隔接缝不在同一水平线上,以使左、右相邻的独立腔体的高度不相等,所述每组弹簧中的各弹簧层叠独立包裹在相应的各独立腔体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:相邻所述容纳腔体内的分隔接缝首尾依次相连形成连续分隔接缝。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:各所述容纳腔体内的分隔接缝为曲线分隔接缝,相邻所述容纳腔体内的曲线分隔接缝首尾依次相连形成连续曲线分隔接缝。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:各组所述弹簧中左、右相邻的弹簧压缩量不完全相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:所述每组弹簧中上、下相邻的弹簧硬度不相等。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:所述布料呈U 形对折并在边缘端部设有横向接缝,所述布料具有多条间隔的竖向接缝以形成多个连续独立的容纳腔体。
  7. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:还包括由布料形成的附加容纳腔体,所述附加容纳腔体与处于首端和/或尾端的容纳腔体相邻连续,各所述附加容纳腔体内包裹有单个弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,其特征在于:所述附加容纳腔体内包裹的单个弹簧硬度大于容纳腔体内的弹簧硬度。
