弹簧串和弹簧芯体 技术领域
本发明涉及弹簧制造技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种弹簧串和弹簧芯体。
背景技术
弹簧广泛用于生产床垫和沙发的弹簧芯体,弹簧芯体包括多排彼此粘结在一起的弹簧串。每个弹簧串包括布袋和多个弹簧,所述布袋的内腔沿该布袋的长度方向被隔离成多个袋室,每个袋室内设有弹簧。相关技术中提出了由弹簧串制成的各种弹簧芯体,但都存在各自的问题。
发明内容
本发明是基于发明人对以下事实和问题的发现和认识做出的:
文献CN106419289A公开了一种一体式间隔连续渐进变化的多层袋装弹簧串,包括由布料形成的多个连续独立的容纳腔体和包裹于各容纳腔体内的各组弹簧,布料具有至少一条曲线分隔接缝以将各容纳腔体分隔形成至少两层独立腔体,两相邻独立腔体内的分割接缝不在同一水平线上,以使左、右相邻的独立腔体的高度不相等,每组弹簧中的各弹簧层叠独立包裹在相应的各独立腔体内。当各弹簧包裹封装于各高度不等的独立腔体内时,各弹簧的初始压缩量不同,从而使得袋装弹簧串的每个区域柔软性不同。
该文献公开的多层袋装弹簧串,通过将在高度不等的独立腔体内包裹弹簧,实现袋装弹簧串的每个区域柔软性不同。由于在同一袋内需要设置高度不等的多个独立腔体以及由此需要制造不同高度的弹簧以放置在高度不同的独立腔体内,由此弹簧串的结构复杂,生产工艺复杂,成本高,进而由该弹簧串制造的弹簧芯体结构复杂,制造工艺复杂,制造成本高。
为了至少在一定程度上解决该文献存在的问题之一,本发明一方面提出了一种弹簧芯体,该弹簧芯体的不同区域的柔软度不同,提高了舒适度,且结构和加工工艺简单,成本低。
本发明另一方面还提出了一种弹簧串。
根据本发明第一方面的实施例的弹簧芯体,包括多个弹簧串,多个所述弹簧串沿横向排列设置,每个弹簧串沿纵向延伸且包括布袋和多个弹簧,所述布袋的内腔被分隔成沿所 述纵向排列的多个彼此独立的袋室,多个弹簧串的袋室沿该袋室的高度方向分隔成多层腔室,每个腔室内装有所述弹簧,多个所述弹簧串的袋室的高度彼此相同,同一布袋的相同层的腔室的高度彼此相同,多个所述弹簧串的至少两个相同层的腔室的高度沿所述横向变化。
根据本发明实施例的弹簧芯体,通过将同一个弹簧串中的相同层的腔室的高度设置成相同,且不同弹簧串中至少两个相同层的腔室的高度设置成沿横向变化,从而使得弹簧芯体的不同区域的柔软度不同,提高舒适度的同时,弹簧芯体的结构和加工工艺相对简单,降低了成本。

这里,需要说明的是,“多个弹簧串100中的至少一部分弹簧串100沿该袋室11的高度方向分隔成多层腔室110”理解为,本发明实施例的弹簧芯体中可以仅有一部分弹簧串100的袋室11分隔成多层腔室110,而其余弹簧串100的袋室11不被分隔,即该其余弹簧串100的具有一个腔室110;也可以多个弹簧串100的袋室11均被分隔成多层腔室110。
此外,需要说明的是,对于“至少一部分弹簧串100中,至少两个弹簧串100的至少两个相同层的腔室110的高度彼此不同”,以至少一部分弹簧串100为两个弹簧串100为例,两个弹簧串100的袋室11均分隔成多层腔室110,两个弹簧串100的至少两个相同层的腔室110的高度彼此不同;再以至少一部分弹簧串100为三个弹簧串100为例,三个弹簧串100的袋室11均分隔成多层腔室110,三个弹簧串100中有两个弹簧串100的至少两个相同层的腔室110的高度彼此不同。
对于“至少两个相同层的腔室110的高度彼此不同”,分隔成多层的弹簧串为两个弹簧串100为例,由于两个弹簧串100的袋室11的高度H相同,两个弹簧串100只要有的一个相同层的腔室110的高度不同,必然有另一个相同层的腔室110的高度不同,例如两个弹簧串100的袋室11均分隔成两层腔室110,第一腔室111和第二腔室112,如图3所示,换言之,每个弹簧串100中的每个袋室11通过一条接缝12将袋室11分隔成第一腔室111和第二腔室112,其中同一弹簧串100内的第一腔室111的高度A1相同,同一弹簧串100内的第二腔室112的高度B1相同,即同一弹簧串100中多个袋室11的多个接缝12在同一水平线上,其中两个弹簧串100的第一腔室111位于同一层,两个弹簧串100的第二腔室112位于同一层,两个弹簧串100的第一腔室111的高度不同,即两个弹簧串100的接缝12不在同一水平线上,则两个弹簧串100的第二腔室112的高度必然不同。

根据本发明实施例的弹簧芯体,通过将弹簧芯体中的至少部分弹簧串100中的袋室11分隔成多层腔室110,且同一个弹簧串100中的相同层的腔室110的高度设置成相同,且至少两个不同弹簧串100的至少两个相同层的腔室100的高度设置成不同,从而使得弹簧芯体的不同区域的柔软度不同,提高舒适度的同时,弹簧芯体的结构和加工工艺相对简单,降低了成本。
在一些实施例中,至少一部分弹簧串100的每一个相同层的腔室110的高度沿横向变化。以至少一部分弹簧串100的袋室11分隔成三层为例,第一腔室111、第二腔室112和第三腔室,其中,至少一部分弹簧串100的第一腔室111位于同一层,至少一部分弹簧串100的第二腔室112位于同一层,至少一部分弹簧串100的第三腔室位于同一层,且至少一部分弹簧串100的第一腔室111的高度沿横向变化,至少一部分弹簧串100的第二腔室112的高度沿横向变化,至少一部分弹簧串100的第三腔室的高度也沿横向变化。
进一步地,至少一部分弹簧串100的每一个相同层的腔室110的高度沿横向成曲线变化,例如沿横向成大体S形曲线变化,以适应人体需要,提高舒适度。
在一些实施例中,至少一部分弹簧串100依次相邻排列。换言之,袋室11分隔成多层腔室110的至少一部分弹簧串100在弹簧芯体中彼此相邻且依次排列,即至少部分弹簧串100中的任意两个弹簧串100之间没有袋室11不分隔成多层腔室110的弹簧串。
可以理解的是,本发明并不限于此,例如至少一部分弹簧串100中的弹簧串100之间可以穿插有袋室11不分隔成多层腔室110的弹簧串。
在一些具体地实施例中,至少一部分弹簧串100依次相邻排列,至少一部分弹簧串100的每一个相同层的腔室110的高度沿横向成大体S形曲线变化。
下面描述根据本发明实施例的第二方面的实施例的弹簧芯体。
如图1、2所示,根据本发明实施例的弹簧芯体包括多个弹簧串100,多个弹簧串100沿横向排列设置,每个弹簧串100沿纵向延伸。其中如图3所示,每个弹簧串100包括布袋1和多个弹簧2,布袋1的内腔被分隔成沿纵向排列的多个彼此独立的袋室11,多个弹簧串100的袋室11沿该袋室11的高度方向分隔成多层腔室110。换言之,弹簧芯体中的多个弹簧串100的袋室11均被接缝12分隔成多层腔室110,即多个弹簧串100的袋室均 具有多层腔室110,且同一袋室11内相邻腔室110被接缝12隔开。
其中,每个腔室110内装有弹簧2,多个弹簧串100的袋室11的高度H彼此相同,同一布袋1的相同层的腔室110的高度彼此相同,多个弹簧串100的至少两个相同层的腔室110的高度沿横向变化,如图4所示。
这里,需要理解的是,由于多个弹簧串100的袋室11的高度H相同,多个弹簧串100中只要有一个相同层的腔室110的高度沿横向变化,必然会有另一个相同层的腔室110的高度沿横向变化。

如图1-4所示,弹簧芯体包括多个弹簧串100:第一弹簧串101、第二弹簧串102、第三弹簧串103、……第n弹簧串。第一弹簧串101、第二弹簧串102、第三弹簧串103、……第n弹簧串沿横向排列设置,每个弹簧串100沿纵向延伸。
其中每个弹簧串100包括布袋1和多个弹簧2,布袋1的内腔被分隔成沿纵向排列的多个彼此独立的袋室11,多个袋室11的高度H相同,且多个弹簧串100的高度H相同。多个弹簧串100的袋室11沿该袋室11的高度方向(图3所示的上下方向)被接缝12分隔成第一腔室111和第二腔室112,第一腔室111和第二腔室112内设有弹簧2。
其中同一个弹簧串100中,多个袋室11的第一腔室111沿纵向依次排列且位于同一层,多个袋室11的第一腔室111的高度A1相同,且多个袋室11的第一腔室111内的弹簧2的刚度相同,多个袋室11的第二腔室112沿纵向依次排列且位于同一层,多个袋室11的第二腔室112的高度B1相同,且多个袋室11的第二腔室112内的弹簧2的刚度相同,同一袋室11内的第一腔室111的高度A1小于第二腔室112的高度B1,且同一袋室11的第一腔室111内的弹簧2的刚度与第二腔室112内的弹簧2的刚度不同。
第一弹簧串101内的接缝、第二弹簧串102内的接缝、第三弹簧串103内的接缝…… 第n弹簧串内的接缝沿横向成大体S形曲线变化,以使第一弹簧串101内的第一腔室111的高度、第二弹簧串102内第一腔室111的高度、第三弹簧串103内第一腔室111的高度……第n弹簧串内第一腔室111的高度沿横向成大体S形曲线变化,且第一弹簧串101内的第二腔室112的高度、第二弹簧串102内第二腔室112的高度、第三弹簧串103内第二腔室112的高度……第n弹簧串内第二腔室112的高度沿横向成大体S形曲线变化,

Claims (15)

  1. 一种弹簧芯体,其特征在于,包括多个弹簧串,多个所述弹簧串沿横向排列设置,每个弹簧串沿纵向延伸且包括布袋和多个弹簧,所述布袋的内腔被分隔成沿所述纵向排列的多个彼此独立的袋室,多个弹簧串的袋室沿该袋室的高度方向分隔成多层腔室,每个腔室内装有所述弹簧,多个所述弹簧串的袋室的高度彼此相同,同一布袋的相同层的腔室的高度彼此相同,多个所述弹簧串的至少两个相同层的腔室的高度沿所述横向变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,多个所述弹簧串的每一个相同层的腔室的高度沿所述横向变化。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,所述相同层的腔室的高度沿所述横向成曲线变化。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,所述曲线大体为S形曲线。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,同一袋室的多层腔室内中至少两层腔室内的弹簧的刚度不同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,同一袋室内的多层腔室内中至少两层腔室内的弹簧的有效圈数、中径、金属丝的硬度和金属丝的直径中的至少一个彼此不同。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,多个所述弹簧串的相同层的腔室内的弹簧的刚度相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,每个袋室沿其高度方向分成第一腔室和第二腔室,同一布袋的第一腔室的高度相同,同一布袋的第二腔室的高度相同,多个所述弹簧串的第一腔室的高度沿所述横向变化且第二腔室的高度沿所述横向变化。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,同一袋室内的第一腔室和第二腔室内的弹簧的刚度不同,同一布袋的第一腔室内的弹簧的刚度相同且同一布袋的第二腔室内的弹簧的刚度相同。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,同一袋室的多层腔室中的至少两层腔室的高度彼此不同。
  11. 一种弹簧芯体,其特征在于,包括多个弹簧串,多个所述弹簧串沿横向排列设置,每个弹簧串沿纵向延伸且包括布袋和多个弹簧,所述布袋的内腔被分隔成沿所述纵向排列的多个彼此独立的袋室,至少一部分弹簧串的袋室沿该袋室的高度方向分隔成多层腔室,每个腔室内装有所述弹簧,多个所述弹簧串的袋室的高度彼此相同,同一布袋的相同层的腔室的高度彼此相同,所述至少一部分弹簧串中,至少两个弹簧串的至少两个相同层的腔 室的高度彼此不同。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,所述至少一部分弹簧串的每一个相同层的腔室的高度沿所述横向变化。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,所述至少一部分弹簧串依次相邻排列。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的弹簧芯体,其特征在于,所述至少一部分弹簧串依次相邻排列,所述至少一部分弹簧串的每一个相同层的腔室的高度沿所述横向成大体S形曲线变化。
  15. 一种弹簧串,其特征在于,包括布袋和多个弹簧,所述布袋的内腔被分隔成沿该布袋的长度方向排列的多个彼此独立的袋室,所述袋室沿该袋室的高度方向分隔成多层腔室,每个腔室内装有所述弹簧,所述布袋的相同层的腔室的高度彼此相同。
