随着人们生活水平的提高,对电子装置的外观、手感要求也逐渐提高。然而,现有的电子装置的装配基本都采用螺丝进行固定,导致电子装置的表面留有螺孔,导致人们在握持这些电子装置时的触感不佳,有时甚至会严重影响到人们对于电子产品的握持稳定性。

电子装置还包括限制前盖20相对后壳10下移的锁持件15。所述锁持体15位于底壁12朝上的方向面并穿过后壳10的底壁而与前盖20抵接。所述前盖20上位于两个所述曲线侧壁21之间的内表面上凸设有止挡卡扣23,所述止挡卡扣23与所述锁持体15锁持。其中,所述曲线侧边12的线条为流线型,所述线条渐变的位置是指流线型线条中一个弧形渐变到另一个弧形的连接处。前盖20与后壳10的接合面包括曲线侧边12的后表面。
本实施例中,所述后壳10大致为长度截面呈流线型的板体,其包括内表面101。所述曲线侧边111设于所述内表面101相对两侧位置,且随着后壳10的流线型线条延伸方向延伸设置。每个曲线侧边111上的所述卡勾部13为3个,所述曲线侧边111有两个弧形区域,位于同一曲线侧边111的三个所述卡勾部13设置于所述两个弧形区域连接处及外边缘渐变的位置,也可以理解为接近弧形线两端的位置,并且三个所述卡勾部13位于一条线上,如图2所示。具体的所述曲线侧边111设置卡勾部13的面与所述内表面101朝向相同,所述卡勾部13凸设于所述曲线侧边111上,所述卡勾部13的卡勾132朝向所述底壁12方向。
所述底壁12大致为半圆形板体,其设于所述内表面101端部并连接两个所述曲线侧边111。后壳10还包括形成于底壁12上的凸台121,锁持件15穿过凸台。具体为,所述底壁12朝向后壳10部分的表面设有所述凸台121,所述凸台121的大致与所述底壁平行。所述锁持体15可拆卸的穿过所述凸台121,所述锁持体15为螺丝,销钉或者螺钉,可以于所述凸台121螺接固定,增强锁持体15与止挡卡扣23的卡持稳固性,如图7所示,所述锁持体15也可以是端部设有卡槽的圆柱体。
请参阅图3与图7,所述前盖20为长度截面呈流线型的板体,用于与所
述后壳10配合。所述前盖20包括内表面201。两个所述曲线侧壁21由所述前盖20两侧向所述内表面201弯折形成,所述两个所述曲线侧壁21罩于所述后壳10的两个曲线侧边111上,所述前盖20与所述后壳10形成位于前盖20内表面201与后壳10内表面101之间的收容腔。所述收容腔用于收容电池、走线、电路板等电器元件。
进一步的,所述挡块22包括斜面221,所述斜面221背向所述底壁12设置。具体的,挡块22大致为矩形块体,其中一角被切割形成所述斜面221。每一个所述曲线侧壁21的内表面,即与另一个曲线侧壁21相对的表面上间隔设有三个所述挡块22,并且每个挡块22与所述曲线侧边111的卡勾部13位置相对应,以便与所述卡勾部13卡持,所述斜面221便于所述卡勾部13的卡勾132与所述挡块22卡持。所述曲线侧壁21为流线型条状体,三个所述挡块22同样是设于所述曲线侧壁21的线条渐变的位置。
本实施例中,所述止挡卡扣23大致为卡勾的形状,其凸设于所述内表面201上与锁持体15相对应的位置并包括朝向底壁22延伸的卡扣头部231。所述卡扣头部231为卡勾头部具有卡持功能,用于与所述锁持体15的端部抵接并卡持固定。当所述锁持体15是端部设有卡槽的圆柱体时,所述止挡卡扣23的卡扣头部231与所述卡槽卡持固定。
更进一步的,在预组装状态,前盖20与后壳10上下错开,后盖10的止挡卡扣23与凸台121抵接,第一卡扣装置与第二卡扣装置隔开。具体的,所述止挡卡扣23的卡扣头部231与所述凸台121抵接,以实现所述前盖20与所述后壳10的预装配。请参阅图6与图7,所述后壳10与所述前盖20组装时,首先先把前盖20的曲线侧壁21贴在后壳10的曲线侧边111上,并使前盖20与后壳10上下错开一小段距离,卡扣头部231抵接于后壳10凸台121的台面,从而限制前盖20继续往下滑动,以实现预装配的效果;此时前盖20上的挡块22与后壳10上的卡勾132隔开一段距离。
之后,推动前盖20沿着后壳10的曲线侧边111向上滑动,此时止挡卡扣23离开凸台121,且各挡块22朝向相应的卡勾132移动,直至各挡块22卡入相应的卡勾132内。至此,挡块22卡入卡勾132内之后,前盖20相对于后壳10的上移就被限制,前盖20无法继续向上滑动。最后,在后壳10的底壁12插入锁持体15,如螺丝,通过止挡卡扣23抵接住锁持体15,以限制前盖20
的向下滑动;与此同时,卡勾132对挡块22抵接而限制前盖20相对后壳10向前移动,止挡卡扣23抵接住锁持体15而进一步限制前盖20相对后壳10向前移动。换句话说,由于卡勾132与挡块22的相互抵接,且卡勾132及挡块22均相对于凸台121(即水平方向)倾斜,因而卡勾132不仅限制前盖20相对后壳10上移,也同时限制前盖20相对后壳10前移;锁持体15不仅限制前盖20相对后壳10下移,也同时限制前盖20相对后壳10前移。由此,前盖20与后壳10通过这种方式就被完全锁紧。
本申请的柔性触控装置的曲线形后壳10及前盖20采用分两次限位的固定方式进行装配,适用于不规则曲面的配合,因为前盖20与后壳10配合的过程中,需要前盖20沿着后壳10不规则的曲线滑动。如果采用现有的固定杆与固定孔插接的方式来进行固定,就会要求固定杆和固定孔都必须要具有沿着不规则曲线延伸的形状,给制造带来的困难。并且,对于一些复杂或者弯曲半径大的曲线,固定杆和固定孔即使具有相应的形状也无法正常地插接,从而影响到整体的装配。而本案通过分两次限位,不受不规则曲线的影响,所以可实现稳定、可靠的装配。并且,拆卸过程也较为方便,只需要拆卸一个锁持件15即可,保证外观的整体性及使用感。
请参阅图1与图4,所述电子装置包括柔性触摸板30,柔性触摸板30为柔性的透明材料,其可以感测手指的触摸而输出触摸信号。所述电子装置还包括承载所述柔性触摸板30的基板18,所述基板18为透明材料一体成型,比如PC、PMMA、树脂等。所述柔性触摸板30或者所述基板18表面形成有按键标识,按键标识可以通过丝印、蚀刻、镭雕等方式形成数字按键,供拨号使用,或者功能按键。本实施例中是在柔性触摸板30形成有按键标识。
请参阅图4与图2,所述基板18一端表面设有第一限位体181,所述后壳10上与所述底壁12相对的位置设有第二限位体123,第一限位体181与所述第二限位体123卡持固定。所述基板18一端表面的延伸有延伸板180,所述第一限位体181为设于延伸板180的通孔或者螺孔,所述第二限位体123为设于后壳10的内表面101上的凸起或者螺柱,并且凸起或者螺柱位于与所述底壁12相对的一端,所述第二限位体123卡持于所述第一限位体181内,以将所述基板18固定于所述后壳10上。可以理解,所述第一限位体181也可以是设于延伸板18的凸起或者螺柱,第二限位体123为设于内表面的凹部或者螺
孔。本本申请具体实施例中,所述第一限位体181为螺孔,第二限位体123为螺柱。螺孔与螺柱螺接更加稳固。
请参阅图5,所述电子装置的壳体还包括顶盖25,所述顶盖25包括腔体251及收容于所述腔体251内的支架26,所述支架26包括底板261、设于底板261边缘的侧板262及与侧板262间隔的挡板263,所述侧板262设有安装通槽264,所述挡板263与所述安装通槽264相对构成定位空间。所述定位空间用于收容所述电子装置扬声器,或者摄像头模组。本实施例中,所述定位空间用于收容所述电子装置的扬声器。具体的,所述顶盖25包括大致半圆形的顶板252及围绕顶板252周缘设置的侧板253,侧板253上设有扬声器通音孔。所述支架26与所述顶盖25形状大致相同,底板261大致为半圆形,侧板262设于底板261直线边上,侧板262与底板261及位于侧板262附近的弧形板围成槽状,挡板263设于底板261上并位于槽内。所述安装通槽264贯穿开设于侧板262上,扬声器装于定位空间内,通过安装通槽264槽壁及挡板263定位。所述支架26及扬声器收容于腔体251内,扬声器夹持于侧板253与挡板263之间实现定位,其中所述支架26通过设于侧板262上的卡勾266与所述顶盖25卡持固定。电子装置上位于顶盖25与后壳10之间设有导线,用于连接扬声器于后壳10内的电路板上。
进一步的,如图4,所述基板18包括内表面183,所述内表面183两侧设有与所述后壳10及顶盖25贯通的走线槽184,所述柔性触摸板18装于所述内表面183上并遮盖所述走线槽184。走线槽184用于收容连接顶盖25内扬声器40与后壳10内的电路板的导线。当然也可以不设置导线,而是直接通过柔性触摸板30将电流导入扬声器40。
可以理解地,前述前盖20与后壳10的固定方式不仅限于上述实施例揭露的柔性触控装置,而是还可以应用于各种需要曲面固定的电子装置中,甚至于也可以应用于平面固定的电子装置中。
以上所述是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种电子装置,包括前盖及与所述前盖相对的后壳,其特征在于,所述前盖形成第一卡扣装置,所述后壳形成第二卡扣装置,所述第一卡扣装置与所述第二卡扣装置卡扣而将所述前盖与所述后壳固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述前盖与所述后壳接合,所述前盖与所述后壳的接合面包括曲面。
- 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣装置的数量为多个,所述多个第二卡扣装置沿着曲面的弯曲方向设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣装置与所述第二卡扣装置卡扣而限制所述前盖相对所述后壳上移。
- 如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣装置与所述第二卡扣装置卡扣而限制所述前盖相对所述后壳前移。
- 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述后壳包括底壁及与所述底壁连接的背板,所述第二卡扣装置位于所述背板上。
- 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣装置相对所述底壁倾斜。
- 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述背板包括内表面及位于所述内表面一侧的曲线侧边,所述第二卡扣装置位于所述曲线侧边上。
- 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣装置包括与所述曲面侧边连接的卡勾本体及从所述卡勾本体延伸的卡勾,所述卡勾本体朝向所述前盖延伸,所述卡勾朝向所述底壁延伸。
- 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述前盖包括内表面及位于所述内表面一侧的曲线侧壁,所述第一卡扣装置包括形成于所述曲线侧壁上的挡块。
- 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述挡块抵接卡勾及所述卡勾本体。
- 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,还包括限制所述前盖相对所述后壳下移的锁持件。
- 如权利要求12所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述前盖包括内表面及 在内表面形成的止挡卡扣,所述止挡卡扣形成朝向底壁延伸的卡扣头部,锁持件与卡扣头部抵接。
- 如权利要求13所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述后壳还包括形成于所述后壳底壁上的凸台,所述锁持件穿过凸台。
- 如权利要求14所述的电子装置,其特征在于,在预组装状态,所述前盖与所述后壳上下错开,所述后盖的止挡卡扣与所述凸台抵接,所述第一卡扣装置与所述第二卡扣装置隔开。
- 如权利要求14所述的电子装置,其特征在于,在组装状态,所述前盖相对所述后盖对齐,所述后盖的止挡卡扣与所述凸台分离,所述第一卡扣装置与所述第二卡扣装置卡扣。
- 如权利要求16所述的电子装置,其特征在于,在所述第一卡扣装置与所述第二卡扣装置卡扣之后,所述锁持件穿过所述凸台与所述止挡卡扣抵接。
- 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的电子装置,其特征在于,还包括基板及贴设于所述基板上的柔性触摸板,所述基板固定于所述前盖与所述后壳之间。
- 如权利要求18所述的电子装置,其特征在于,电子装置还包括顶盖,所述顶盖包括腔体及收容于所述腔体内的支架,所述支架包括底板、设于底板边缘的侧板及与侧板间隔的挡板,所述侧板设有安装通槽,所述挡板与所述安装通槽之间形成收容扬声器的定位空间。
- 如权利要求18所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述基板表面开设供导线穿设的走线槽,所述导线夹置于所述基板及所述柔性触摸板之间。
