본 발명은 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블에 관한 것이다.

이러한 추세에 따라 애완동물 놀이 구조를 접목한 가구가 선보이고 있으며, 관련 선행기술로는 한국 등록특허공보 제10-1588557호가 개시되고 있다. 상기 선행기술에는 고양이들에게 재미있는 놀이터로 제공 가능하고 아울러 책꽂이나 기타 종이 가구 등의 구조물로 활용 가능한 레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물이 제공된다.
본 발명의 목적은 사람이 사용하는 동안 애완동물도 같이 놀 수 있는 구조를 제공하여 애완동물과의 친밀감을 더 높일 수 있는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

도면에 나타낸 바와 같이, 본 발명의 테이블은 판부(100)와 지지다리들(200)을 포함하며, 판부(100)와 지지다리들(200)은 디자인성, 고급성, 친환경성 등을 고려하여 나무 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하고, 내식성, 내화학성, 내수성 등을 고려하여 코팅되는 것이 바람직하며, 플라스틱, 금속, 유리 등의 재질도 무방하다. 지지다리들(200)은 판부(100)를 바닥으로부터 지지한다. 판부(100)는 물건 등을 올려 놓고 사용할 수 있는 장소를 제공하고, 도면과 같이 사각이나 원형 뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태가 제공된다. 지지다리들(200)은 나사 결합방식 등을 통하여 판부(100)에 탈착되게 결합되어 조립 구조를 이룬다.
판부(100)는 하판(110)과, 상판(120), 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)으로 이루어진다. 하판(110)에는 지지다리들(200)이 설치되며 판부(100)의 하부를 이룬다. 상판(140)은 하판(100)에 적층되어 포개져 판부(100)의 상부를 이룬다.
상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 서로 접하는 상판(120)의 하면 및 하판(110)의 상면으로부터 각각 다수개로 돌출되어 하판(110)에 상판(120)의 적층시 서로 포개져 판부(100)의 두께를 이루며, 판부(100)의 내부에 고양이 등의 애완동물이 들락날락하며 놀 수 있는 구멍(H), 터널(T) 또는 공간(S)을 형성한다.
서로 포개지는 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 동일 모양을 이루어 구멍(H), 터널(T), 공간(S)을 형성할 수 있고, 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 도면과 같이 직선형, ㄴ자형, ㄷ자형, ㅌ자형, 곡선형, 물결형 등 뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태가 제공되어 다양한 형태의 구멍(H), 터널(T), 공간(S)을 형성할 수 있음은 자명하다.
도 2에 예시된 바와 같이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130b)(140b)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130e)(140e)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130c)(140c)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130e)(140e)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130d)(140d)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130e)(140e)과의 사이에는 터널(T1)이 형성된다.
도 11에 예시된 바와 같이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130f)(140f)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130g)(140g)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130h)(140h)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130k)(140k)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130i)(140i)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130l)(140l)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130j)(140j)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130l)(140l)과의 사이에는 터널(T1)이 형성된다.
도 2에 예시된 바와 같이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130a)(140a)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130b)(140b)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130b)(140b)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130c)(140c)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130d)(140d)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130e)(140e)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130a)(140a)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130e)(140e)과의 사이에는 구멍(H1)(H2)이 형성되고, 구멍(H1)은 터널(T1)의 중간에 출입구멍을 만들고, 구멍(H2)는 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130d)(140d) 및 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130e)(140e)이 형성하는 판부(100)의 측면에 출입구멍을 만든다.
도 11에 예시된 바와 같이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130f)(140f)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130g)(140g)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130g)(140g)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130h)(140h)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130h)(140h)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130i)(140i)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130i)(140i)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130j)(140j)과의 사이, 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130f)(140f)과 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130j)(140j)과의 사이에는 구멍(H1)(H2)이 형성되고, 구멍(H1)은 하기되는 공간(S)과 터널(T1)을 연결하는 연결구멍을 만들고, 구멍(H2)는 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130f)(140f), 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130g)(140g), 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130h)(140h) 및 서로 포개진 상하판블록(130j)(140j)이 형성하는 판부(100)의 둘레면에 출입구멍을 만든다.
상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)에는 홈(131)(141)이 각각 형성되고, 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)이 서로 포개지면 홈들(131)(141)도 포개져 진로가 막힌 터널(T2)을 형성할 수 있다.
도 2에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130a)(130e)과 하판블록(140a)(140e)에는 홈(131)(141)이 각각 형성되고, 상판블록(130a)(130e)과 하판블록(140a)(140e)이 서로 포개지면 홈들(131)(141)도 포개져 진로가 막힌 터널(T2)을 형성한다.
도 11에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130f)(130j)과 하판블록(140f)(140j)에는 홈(131)(141)이 각각 형성되고, 상판블록(130f)(130j)과 하판블록(140f)(140j)이 서로 포개지면 홈들(131)(141)도 포개져 진로가 막힌 터널(T2)을 형성한다.
도 11에 예시된 바와 같이, 서로 포개진 상판블록(130f)(130k)(130l) 및 하판블록(140f)(140k)(140l) 사이에는 공간(S)이 형성되되 그 공간(S)은 폐쇄공간일 수 있고, 상기된 바와 같이 구멍(H1)을 통해 터널(T1)과 연결된다.
상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)이 돌출되지 않은 판부(100)의 측면 또는 둘레면은 개구되어 구멍(H) 및 터널(T)과 연결된다.
따라서, 사용자가 밥을 먹거나 일을 하거나 독서를 하기 위해 판부(100)를 사용하는 동안 애완동물이 판부(100)의 내부에 형성된 구멍(H), 터널(T), 공간(S)을 미로와 같이 자유롭게 들락날락하며 놀이를 즐길 수 있기 때문에 사람과 애완동물과의 친밀감이 한층 더 높아질 수 있다. 또한, 판부(100) 자체가 놀이터이기 때문에 별도의 놀이 도구나 가구를 구비할 필요가 없어 경제적 이득을 얻을 수 있다.
한편, 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에 각각 탈착되게 설치되어 상판(120) 및 하판(110)으로부터 돌출될 수 있다. 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에는 각각 다수개의 끼움홈(151)이 배열 형성되고, 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 끼움홈(151)에 끼워지는 고정핀(153)을 각각 결합하여 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에 탈착되게 설치될 수 있다.
도 4 내지 도 6에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 홈 형태의 결합공(155)을 형성하여 그 결합공(155)에 고정핀(153)을 탈착되게 결합할 수 있다. 도 7에 예시된 바와 같이, 결합공(155)은 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)을 관통하는 관통공 형태로 형성될 수 있고, 고정핀(153)이 그 관통공 형태의 결합공(155)을 관통하여 끼움홈(151)에 끼워져 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)이 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에 탈착되게 설치될 수 있다.
도 6에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)은 받침부(B1)와 헤드부(B2)로 각각 2분리되어 형성될 수 있고, 받침부(B1)와 헤드부(B2)는 관통공(C1)(C2)을 각각 형성하여 그 관통공(C1)(C2)에 결합핀(R)을 박아 고정되어 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)을 형성할 수 있다. 이처럼 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)이 받침부(B1)와 헤드부(B2)로 2 분리되는 구조를 이루면, 헤드부(B2) 형상을 사용자 기호에 따라 변경하여 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)을 만들 수 있고, 받침부(B1)와 헤드부(B2) 중 어느 하나가 훼손되면 그 훼손된 것만 교체나 보수하면 되기 때문에 매우 경제적이고, 부피가 작아져 보관 및 운반 등이 용이하다.
도 4 및 도 12에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에 형성되는 끼움홈(151)은 그 위치가 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)의 배치 위치에 고정되어 형성될 수 있고, 도 8 및 도 13에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에 다수열로 배열 형성되어 사용자가 원하는 위치에 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)을 배치하도록 할 수 있다.
이와 같이 각 구성요소들이 서로 조립 구조를 이루기 때문에, 사용자가 원하는 물건을 직접 만들 수 있다(DIY). 예를 들면, 사용자는 블록들(130)(140)의 조립 위치를 마음대로 변경하여 원하는 형태의 구멍(H), 터널(T), 공간(S)을 만들 수 있다. 또한, 각 구성요소들이 서로 조립 구조를 이루기 때문에, 훼손된 구성요소만 교체 또는 보수가 가능하므로 항상 새 물건처럼 장기간 사용할 수 있고, 경제적이다.
도 4 및 도 12에 예시된 바와 같이, 서로 포개져 판부(100)의 측면을 형성하는 상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)에는 경첩 등과 같은 힌지부재(171)가 설치되고, 상판(120)과 하판(110)은 힌지부재(171)를 통해 절첩되어 포개질 수 있다.
도 4에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130a)과 하판블록(140a) 사이에 힌지부재(171)가 설치되어 상판(120)과 하판(110)이 절첩되어 포개질 수 있고, 도 12에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130f)과 하판블록(140f) 사이에 힌지부재(171)가 설치되어 상판(120)과 하판(110)이 절첩되어 포개질 수 있다.
이때 도 9에 예시된 바와 같이, 힌지부재(171)를 통해 하판(110)으로부터 벌어진 상판(120)을 지지하는 지지대(173)가 설치될 수 있고, 상판(120) 및 하판(110)에는 지지대(173)를 끼워 고정하는 지지대홈(175)이 형성될 수 있다.
이처럼 상판(120)이 하판(110)으로부터 절첩되어 벌어지고 그 벌어진 상태를 지지대(173)가 지지하면, 사용자는 상판(120)이나 하판(110), 상하판블록(130)(140)을 쉽게 청소할 수 있고, 훼손된 상하판블록(130)(140)을 쉽게 교체나 보수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 애완동물이 배설한 배설물 등을 쉽게 청소할 수 있다.
상판블록(130) 및 하판블록(140)에는 서로 대응하여 끼워지는 고정홈(181)과 고정돌기(183)가 각각 형성되고, 고정홈(181)과 고정돌기(183)는 포개진 상판(120)과 하판(110)의 좌우 이동을 고정할 수 있다. 도 9에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판블록(130c)(130e)에는 고정돌기(183)가 돌출 형성되고, 그 상판블록(130c)(130e)과 포개지는 하판블록(140c)(140e)에는 고정홈(181)이 요입 형성되며, 하판(110)에 상판(120)이 포개지면, 고정돌기(183)가 고정홈(181)에 끼워져 하판(110)에 포개진 상판(120)의 좌우 이동을 고정할 수 있다.
도 1에 예시된 바와 같이, 상판(120)에는 판부(100)의 내부를 출입하는 출입공(191)과 먹이그릇(P)을 끼워 고정하는 용기고정홈(193)이 각각 형성될 수 있다. 판부(100)의 내부에 형성된 구멍(H), 터널(T), 공간(S)을 돌아다니며 놀던 애완동물은 출입공(191)을 통해 판부(100)의 상부로 올라왔다가 다시 판부(100)의 내부로 들어갈 수 있고, 용기고정홈(193)에 끼워진 먹이그릇(P)에 담긴 먹이에 쉽게 접근해 먹이나 물을 먹을 수 있다.
본 발명에 의하면, 밥을 먹거나 일을 하거나 독서를 하기 위해 테이블을 사용하는 동안 애완동물이 같은 테이블에서 놀이를 즐길 수 있기 때문에 사람과 애완동물과의 친밀감이 더 높아질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 테이블 자체가 놀이터이기 때문에 별도의 놀이 도구나 가구를 구비할 필요가 없어 경제적이다.
또한, 본 발명은 구성요소들이 서로 조립 구조를 이루기 때문에, 사용자가 원하는 물건을 직접 만들 수 있다(DIY). 예를 들면, 사용자는 블록들의 조립 위치를 마음대로 변경하여 원하는 형태의 구멍, 터널, 공간을 만들 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 구성요소들이 서로 조립 구조를 이루기 때문에, 훼손된 구성요소만 교체 또는 보수가 가능하므로 항상 새 물건처럼 장기간 사용할 수 있다.
상기의 본 발명은 바람직한 실시예를 중심으로 살펴보았으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 본질적 기술 범위 내에서 상기 본 발명의 상세한 설명과 다른 형태의 실시예들을 구현할 수 있을 것이다. 여기서 본 발명의 본질적 기술범위는 특허청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 발명에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 판부와, 상기 판부를 지지하는 지지다리들을 포함하며,
    상기 판부는
    상기 지지다리들이 설치되는 하판;
    상기 하판 위에 적층되어 포개지는 상판; 및
    상기 상판 및 상기 하판으로부터 각각 다수개로 돌출되어 상기 하판에 상기 상판의 적층시 서로 포개져 상기 판부의 두께를 이루되, 상기 판부의 내부에 애완동물이 들락날락하며 놀 수 있는 구멍, 터널 또는 공간을 형성하는 상판블록 및 하판블록으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    서로 포개지는 상기 상판블록 및 하판블록은 동일 모양을 갖는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    서로 포개진 상기 상판블록 및 하판블록 사이에 상기 구멍, 터널 또는 공간이 형성되는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상판블록 및 하판블록에는 홈이 각각 형성되고, 상기 상판블록 및 하판블록이 서로 포개지면 상기 홈들도 포개져 진로가 막힌 터널을 형성하는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상판블록 및 하판블록은 상기 상판 및 하판에 각각 탈착되게 설치되는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 상판 및 하판에는 각각 다수개의 끼움홈이 배열 형성되고, 상기 상판블록 및 하판블록은 상기 끼움홈에 끼워지는 고정핀을 각각 결합하여 탈착되게 설치되는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    서로 포개져 상기 판부의 측면을 형성하는 상기 상판블록 및 하판블록에는 힌지부재가 설치되고, 상기 상판과 상기 하판은 상기 힌지부재를 통해 절첩되어 포개지는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 힌지부재를 통해 상기 하판으로부터 벌어진 상기 상판을 지지하는 지지대를 포함하며, 상기 상판 및 상기 하판에는 상기 지지대를 끼워 고정하는 지지대홈이 각각 형성되는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 상판블록 및 하판블록에는 서로 대응하여 끼워지는 고정홈과 고정돌기가 각각 형성되고, 상기 고정홈과 상기 고정돌기는 포개진 상기 상판과 상기 하판의 좌우 이동을 고정하는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상판에는 상기 판부의 내부를 출입하는 출입공과 먹이그릇을 끼워 고정하는 용기고정홈이 각각 더 형성되는 애완동물 놀이 구조를 갖는 테이블.
