Description

单管双通道储水袋 技术领域
本发明涉及净水设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种单管双通道储水袋。
背景技术
近几年来,净水产品作为健康产品越来越受到消费者的关注,净水行业也随之在高速地发展。自来水通常通过过滤系统过滤后得到纯净的净化水。为了避免过滤系统过滤过程的等待,现有技术中的净水设备通常设置有过滤系统、储水机构和水龙头及其它连接管路等。自来水通过过滤系统过滤后成为净化水存储于储水装置,使用时可以从储水装置取水由水龙头排出,避免了过滤系统过滤过程中导致的使用者等待的问题。
然而,现有技术中的储水机构往往与空气接触,由于与空气接触的原因,储水机构中的净化水容易存现细菌污染,无法满足对净化水的更高要求。此外,储水机构的结构、使用方便性、可靠性等也成为考虑的重要因素。
因此,针对现有技术不足,提供一种单管双通道储水袋以克服现有技术不足甚为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种单管双通道储水袋,该单管双通道储水袋作为净水设备的储水装置,能够保障水的品质,且在排水时可先将储水袋内的气体优先排出,具有结构简单,可靠性好,使用方便的特点。
本发明的上述目的通过如下技术手段实现。
提供一种单管双通道储水袋,作为净水设备的储水机构,设置有袋体、入水口、出水口和弯管,所述入水口、所述出水口分别设置于所述袋体,所述弯管的两端分别与所述入水口、所述出水口连接,所述袋体不与外界大气连通;
所述弯管具有三段功能段,分别为依次连通的进水管段、漏水管段和出水管段,所述进水管段与所述入水口连接,所述出水管段与所述出水口连接,所述漏水管段设置有开口,所述漏水管段位于所述袋体的底部位置,所述出水管段设置有多个通孔。
优选的,上述开口位于所述漏水管段的远离袋体底面的一侧位置。
优选的,上述漏水管段的部分外壁面与所述袋体的底面相贴。
优选的,上述通孔尺寸相同。

该单管双通道储水袋,使用中净水设备的过滤系统过滤后的净化水通过入水口进入储水袋存储,进水的净化水通过进水管段从漏水管段的开口处进入袋体内,袋体内的部分净化水通过出水管段从出水口排出。由于储水袋只有入水口、出水口与外部管路连通,储水袋的其它部位均不与外部大气连通,能够保障储储水袋内的纯净水一直保持净化状态,具有干净卫生的特点。采用一根弯管作为净化水进入排出的通道,具有结构简单,装配方便的特点。同时使用弯管,能够避免其它管体对袋体造成划伤破损,具有储水袋使用可靠性高,寿命长等特点。在出水管段设置通孔,在出水时,储水袋内上部的气体及部分水可以先从通孔进水水管并由出水口排出。故本发明的单管双通道储水袋具有净化水存储卫生,能够保障水的品质,且能够调节内部空气和水的排出顺序,还具有结构简单、使用方便、可靠性高、寿命长的特点。

实施例1。
一种单管双通道式储水袋,作为净水设备的储水机构,如图1所示,设置有袋体310、入水口320、出水口330和弯管340,入水口320、出水口330分别设置于袋体310。弯管340的两端分别与入水口320、出水口330连接,袋体310不与外界大气连通,确保袋体310内的水不受外部大气的影响而产生细菌或者其它降低水的品质的问题。
弯管340具有三段功能段,分别为依次连通的进水管段341、漏水管段343和出水管段342,进水管段341与入水口320连接,出水管段342与出水口330连接,漏水管段343设置有开口344,漏水管段343位于袋体310的底部位置。开口344位于漏水管段343的远离袋体310底面的一侧位置。漏水管段343的部分外壁面优选与袋体310的底面相贴,以便于净化水的流入和排出。
出水管段340设置有多个通孔350。本实施例中,通孔350尺寸相同,通孔350的孔径为1-3mm。多个通孔350呈从上而下均匀分布于出水管340。出水管段340设置有通孔350,在出水时,储水袋内上部的气体及部分水可以先从通孔350进入排水管并由出水口330排出,能够调节储水袋300内空气、水的排出顺序。
该单管双通道式储水袋,使用中净水设备的过滤系统过滤后的净化水通过入水口进入储水袋存储,进入的净化水通过进水管段341从漏水管段343的开口344处进入袋体内,袋体内的部分净化水通过出水管段342从出水口排出。由于该储水袋只有入水口、出水口与外部管路连通,袋体不与外部大气连通,能够保障储水袋内的纯净水一直保持净化状态,具有干净卫生的特点。采用一根弯管340作为净化水进入排出的通道,具有结构简单,装配方便的特点。同时使用弯管340,能够避免其它管体对袋体造成划伤破损,具有储水袋使用可靠性高,寿命长等特点。在出水管段设置通孔,在出水时,储水袋内上部的气体及部分水可以先从通孔进水水管并由出水口排出。
故本发明的单管双通道储水袋具有净化水存储卫生,能够保障水的品质,且能够调节内部空气和水的排出顺序,还具有结构简单、使用方便、可靠性高、寿命长的特点。
图2是本实施例的储水袋用于净水设备的示意图,净水设备设置有过滤系统200、单管双通道储水袋300和排水管400,储水袋300连接于过滤系统200与排水管400之间的管路。
过滤系统200的入水口320与自来水进水管100密封连通,过滤系统200的净化水出水口330与储水袋300的入水口320密封连通,储水袋300的出水口330与排水管400密封连通。
该单管双通道储水袋,由于过滤系统200的净化水出水口330通过管路直接与储水袋300的入水口320密封连通,储水袋300的出水口330与排水管400也是密封连通。过滤系统200的净化水直接通入储水袋300中而不与外部空气接触。储水袋300的体积根据内部存储的净化水的体积而发生胀大或者缩小变化,整个过程中储水袋300内的净化水都不与外部空气接触,能够有效保障净化水的水质。
过滤系统200与储水袋300的入水口320之间的管路为第一管路500,第一管路500 的一端设置有第一接口510,储水袋300的出水口330与排水管400之间的管路为第二管路600,第二管路600的一端设置有第二接口610。储水袋300的入水口320与第一接口510螺纹匹配连接,储水袋300的出水口330与第二接口610螺纹匹配连接。通过第一接口510、第二接口610,可以方便地将储水袋300拆卸下来。由于储水袋300长期使用中,容易出现老化或者其它因素导致的需要更换时,可拆卸式的连接方式方便储水袋300随时拆卸,具有拆卸方便,使用简单的特点。此外,拆卸式结构,也可以根据具体需要拆卸使用,如可以将盛有净化水的储水袋300拆卸下来,作为移动水源使用。
需要说明的是,储水袋300的入水口320与第一接口510之间的连接方式不局限于本实施例里的螺纹匹配连接,也可以选择其它连接方式。储水袋300的出水口330与第二接口610之间的连接方式不局限于本实施例的螺纹连接,也可以选择其它连接方式。
需要说明的是,只要起到水质过滤作用的过滤系统200均适用于本实施例的净水设备,过滤系统200包括的各级滤芯及连接管路在此不一一赘述。与排水管400连接的出水阀、水龙头等也是作为净水设备本领域公知的常识,可以根据具体需要灵活装配,在此不再一一赘述。同样,构成净水设备必须的阀门,本领域人员可以根据具体需要灵活设置,在此不一一赘述。
实施例2。
一种单管双通道储水袋,其它结构与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,还具有如下技术特征:如图2所示,该单管双通道储水袋还设置有盖体360,袋体310与盖体360密封连接,入水口320和出水口330则设置于盖体360。具体的,袋体310与盖体360密封焊接。
具体的,入水口320设置有用于与管路以可拆卸方式连接的第一连接端,出水口330设置有用于与管路以可拆卸方式连接的第二连接端。第一连接端设置为螺纹或者卡扣件,第二连接端设置为螺纹或者卡扣件。以方便将储水袋装配或者取出,便于使用。
该结构的储水袋,便于装配使用,具有使用方便的特点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种单管双通道储水袋,作为净水设备的储水机构,其特征在于:设置有袋体、入水口、出水口和弯管,所述入水口、所述出水口分别设置于所述袋体,所述弯管的两端分别与所述入水口、所述出水口连接,所述袋体不与外界大气连通;
    所述弯管具有三段功能段,分别为依次连通的进水管段、漏水管段和出水管段,所述进水管段与所述入水口连接,所述出水管段与所述出水口连接,所述漏水管段设置有开口,所述漏水管段位于所述袋体的底部位置,所述出水管段设置有多个通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:所述开口位于所述漏水管段的远离袋体底面的一侧位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:所述漏水管段的部分外壁面与所述袋体的底面相贴。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:所述通孔尺寸相同。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:部分通孔的尺寸不相同。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:所述通孔的孔径为1-3mm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:多个通孔呈等间距从上而下分布于所述出水管段。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:所述出水管段上的通孔在越靠近出水口位置排列越密集。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:还设置有盖体,所述袋体与所述盖体密封连接,所述入水口和所述出水口设置于所述盖体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的单管双通道储水袋,其特征在于:所述入水口设置有用于与管路以可拆卸方式连接的第一连接端,所述出水口设置有用于与管路以可拆卸方式连接的第二连接端;
    所述第一连接端设置为螺纹或者卡扣件,所述第二连接端设置为螺纹或者卡扣件。
