具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限制本实用新型。
实施例1
参照附图4、5所示,本实施例公开一种手自一体化的电子烟,包括电池组件5和雾化器组件1,所述电池组件5用于给所述雾化器组件1供电,还包括手动开关模块4、自动开关模块3和手自切换组件9,所述手自切换组件9包括切换件和控制板93,所述控制板93上设有手动控制触点931和自动控制触点932,当所述切换件接通所述手动控制触点931时,所述 手动开关模块4接入电池组件5与雾化器组件1的供电电路,由所述手动开关模块4控制所述电池组件5给所述雾化器组件1供电;当所述切换件接通所述自动控制触点932时,所述自动控制模块3接入电池组件5与雾化组件1的供电电路,由所述自动开关模块3控制所述电池组件5给所述雾化器组件1供电。
上述手自一体化的电子烟,由电池组件5向雾化器组件1供电,雾化器组件1在接通该电池组件5时开启工作,在切断该电池组件5时停止工作。为了实现上述接通或切断的控制,本电子烟设置了两种控制方式,即手动和自动,它们对应的功能模块分别为手动开关模块4和自动开关模块3。且上述手动和自动功能是单独生效的,即在同一时间同一状态下,本电子烟仅能在手动和自动之间仅能择一生效,而不能同时生效。具体的,本实用新型的电子烟通过设置一个手自切换组件9来完成及实现上述功能。该手自切换组件9包括切换件和控制板93,所述控制板93上设有手动控制触点931和自动控制触点932,当所述切换件接通所述手动控制触点931时,由所述手动开关模块4控制所述电池组件5给所述雾化器组件1供电;当所述切换件接通所述自动控制触点932时,由所述自动开关模块3控制所述电池组件5给所述雾化器组件1供电。因此,本实用新型的电子烟的手自切换组件实质上是通过选择电路的原理来实现上述的手动和自动控制方式的切换生效的。
当然,所述切换件是指其目的是实现所述切换件分别在上述手动控制触点931和自动控制触点932间进行切换的所有具体的实现方式,而本实施例中,如附图1、2所示,所述切换件为旋转臂,控制板上设有至少一个手动控制触点931和至少一个所述自动控制触点932,且手动控制触点931和自动控制触点932环形间隔设于所述控制板上,也即相邻的两个控制触点是不同的。例如,控制板上设有4个控制触点,这四个控制触点以自动控制触点、手动控制触点、自动控制触点、手动控制触点这种方式环形间隔排列。所述旋转臂是通过旋转自身的方式使其交替地接通所述手动控制触点931与所述自动控制触点932。并且不难想象,旋转切换的方式,可实现360度旋转切换,无论是单一方向的旋转还是双向的旋转均能满足重复切换条件,这相对于比较常用的滑动往返式切换,具有更便捷的操作性。应当理解的是:采用旋转臂进行旋转切换仅是本实施例的一种优选的实施方式。
再者,单一的旋转切换如果没有到位提醒,一般很容易旋转过位,或者并不知道需要旋转过多少角度合适,所以有必要设置一个提示提醒功能。因此,如附图2所示,在现有的采用旋转臂作为切换件的基础上,所述旋转上设臂随所述旋转臂一同旋转的凹凸结构,还包括另外的端部抵靠在所述凹凸结构表面的可伸缩结构110,所述凹凸结构的表面由若干个间隔设置的凹位921和凸位922组成,当所述旋转臂旋转切换时,所述可伸缩结构110的端部沿所述凹凸结构的表面滑动,所述可伸缩结构110从所述凹位921滑经其紧邻的凸位922至其 间临的凹位921正好是所述旋转臂在相邻的所述手动控制触点931和所述自动控制触点932间切换所需转过的角度。可伸缩结构110从凹位921到凸位922时,形成调节手感;可伸缩结构110从凸位922转过到凹位921位置时,会产生一个撞击声,提醒用户调节完成。
至于如何使所述旋转臂和所述控制板93一旦安装完成后它们之间的相对位置即固定不变,以保证所述旋转臂和所述控制板93之间的接触更加可靠,本实施例中采取的措施是设一个安装座7,所述安装座7用于安置所述旋转臂和所述控制板93。安装座7作为所述旋转臂和所述控制板93的共同安置部件,使所述旋转臂和所述控制板93一旦安装完成后它们之间的相对位置即固定不变,从而达到目的。
然而,考虑到旋转臂在安装座7内的装卸方便,如附图3所示,将所述旋转臂分为两部分,分别是转轮部92和臂手部91,所述转轮部92与所述臂手部91可拆卸连接。针对此种情况下,所述凹凸结构设于所述转轮部92的外侧,所述安装座7上正对所述凹凸结构的位置设有弹簧孔,所述可伸缩结构110包括弹簧111和钢珠112,所述弹簧111设于所述弹簧孔内,所述钢珠112设于所述弹簧112端部依靠所述弹簧112的推力抵靠于所述凹凸结构的表面。
具体来说是:转轮部92设为上下具有台阶的圆台形,所述转轮部92的中部设有固定孔;所述臂手部91为接近“Z”字形结构,包括上平板、中斜板和下平板,且其中与“Z”字的区别在于:“Z”字的斜杠向左斜,而所述的中斜板向右斜,上平板上设有一个凸起,下平板上设有臂手部91用来与转轮部92安装固定在一体的安装孔;最后将臂手部91的下平板抵靠在转轮部92的上表面,并且使转轮部92上的固定孔与臂手部91上的安装孔对齐,并用一个销钉94将以上二者连接固定为一体。此处应该理解的是:本实施例采用的销钉94固定臂手部91的方式仅是本实施例的优选实施方式,但作为转轮部92与臂手部91的可拆卸连接方式还有很多种,比如螺栓连接等。在本实施例的电子烟中,控制板93与旋转臂的位置关系为:所述控制板93上设有自动控制触点932和手动控制触点931的那一侧正对旋转臂的臂手部91,并且臂手部91的上平板上的凸起抵靠与所述自动控制触点932(手动控制触点931)表面。
在一种可能的实施方式中,上述控制板上的手动控制触点931和自动控制触点932各4个,其中,所述的手动控制触点931或自动控制触点932是由一块贴片贴在控制板93的表面的方式构成,这样的贴片共设8片以围绕成一个圆的方式并各自间均等间隔地设于所述控制板93的一侧,因此在这8片贴片中,其中4片设为手动控制触点931,另外4片则设为自动控制触点932,且要满足任2个手动控制触点931(自动控制触点932)间隔着1个自动控制触点932(手动控制触点931)的条件。
如附图3所示,所述的安装座7体内设有一个空腔,该空腔内设置三个台阶,将所述旋 转臂置入该空腔的下半部分,且转轮部92的台阶与其下方第一台阶抵靠相接,而臂手部91则介于第二台阶至第三台阶之间,控制板93抵靠相接于第三台阶上。
如附图1所示,还包括调节环8,所述调节环8连接于所述转轮部92的末端,通过旋扭所述调节环8带动所述转轮部92及所述臂手部91一起旋转。调节环8设于转轮部92的末端,解决了旋转转轮部92时无法抓取或由于转轮部92太小不便抓取的问题,使旋转方便。
最后,本实施例中,如附图4-8所示,优选的电子烟的整体结构组成如下,还包括外壳6,所述雾化器组件1可拆卸地设于所述外壳6的上端,所述的雾化器组件1包括雾化器11、出气管12和烟嘴13,雾化器11连接出气管12再连接着烟嘴13。雾化器11与外壳6的衔接部件为电池端盖2,该电池端盖2上设有进气口21,进气口21向雾化器11内提供外界空气。所述外壳6内自上而下依次设置所述自动开关模块3、手动开关模块4、电池组件5和安装座7,所述调节环8封盖所述外壳6的下端与转轮部92的末端连接。优选的,所述自动开关模块3为压力感应传感器,该压力感应传感器的气道连通着进气口21以内的进气通道,以检测进气通道内的气压,因此在进气通道向雾化器11内供气时,压力感应传感器的气道内的气体会被带走,造成负压。所述手动开关模块4包括开关座和设于所述开关座上的开关键41,所述外壳6在正对所述开关键41的位置设有开口61,所述开关键41经过所述开口61伸至所述外壳6外侧。
总之,本实施例中的电子烟解决了现有技术中的不足,是一款集手自控制两种功能于一体的手自一体化的电子烟。
只要不违背本实用新型创造的思想,对本实用新型的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本实用新型公开的内容;在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本实用新型创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种手自一体化的电子烟,包括电池组件(5)和雾化器组件(1),所述电池组件(5)用于给所述雾化器组件(1)供电,其特征在于,还包括手动开关模块(4)、自动开关模块(3)和手自切换组件(9),所述手自切换组件(9)包括切换件和控制板(93),所述控制板(93)上设有手动控制触点(931)和自动控制触点(932),当所述切换件连接所述手动控制触点(931)时,由所述手动开关模块(4)控制所述电池组件(5)给所述雾化器组件(1)供电;当所述切换件连接所述自动控制触点(932)时,由所述自动开关模块(3)控制所述电池组件(5)给所述雾化器组件(1)供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述切换件包括旋转臂,所述控制板(93)上设有至少一个手动控制触点(931)和至少一个所述自动控制触点(932),且所述手动控制触点(931)和所述自动控制触点(932)环形间隔地设于所述控制板(93)上,所述旋转臂通过旋转使其交替地连接所述手动控制触点(931)与所述自动控制触点(932)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述切换件还包括随所述旋转臂一同旋转的凹凸结构和端部抵靠在所述凹凸结构表面的可伸缩结构(110),所述凹凸结构的表面由间隔设置的凹位(921)和凸位(922)组成,当所述旋转臂旋转时,所述可伸缩结构(110)的端部沿所述凹凸结构的表面滑动,所述可伸缩结构(110)从所述凹位(921)经其紧邻的凸位(922)滑至其间临的凹位(921),并且所述旋转臂在相邻的所述手动控制触点(931)和所述自动控制触点(932)之间切换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括安装座(7),所述安装座(7)用于安置所述旋转臂和所述控制板(93)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述旋转臂包括转轮部(92)和臂手部(91),所述转轮部(92)的一端与所述臂手部(91)的一端可拆卸连接,所述臂手部(91)的另一端靠近所述控制板(93),所述转轮部(92)的另一端远离所述控制板(93)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述旋转臂还包括固定件(94),所述臂手部(91)上设有安装孔,所述转轮部(92)对应所述安装孔设有固定孔,所述固定件(94)穿过所述安装孔和所述固定孔将臂手部(91)设置于所述转轮部(92)上。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6任一所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹凸结构设于所述转轮部(92)的外侧,所述安装座(7)上正对所述凹凸结构的位置设有弹簧孔,所述可伸缩结构(110)包括弹簧(111)和钢珠(112),所述弹簧(111)设于所述弹簧孔内,所述钢珠(112)设于所述弹簧(111)端部,并依靠所述弹簧(111)的弹力与所述凹凸结构抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括调节环(8),所述调节环(8)连接于所述转轮部(92)的末端,通过旋扭所述调节环(8)带动所述转轮部(92) 及所述臂手部(91)一起旋转。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括外壳(6),所述雾化器组件(1)可拆卸地设于所述外壳(6)的上端,所述外壳(6)内自上而下依次设置所述自动开关模块(3)、手动开关模块(4)、电池组件(5)和安装座(7),所述调节环(8)封盖所述外壳(6)的下端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述自动开关模块(3)为压力感应传感器。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10任一所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述手动开关模块(4)包括开关座和设于所述开关座上的开关键(41),所述外壳(6)在正对所述开关键(41)的位置设有开口(61),所述开关键(41)经过所述开口(61)伸至所述外壳(6)外侧。
