而为了提高牙头与对应的牙槽之间的啮合力,会尽可能的增大牙头的尺寸,使牙头的基座尺寸与拉链的厚度基本保持一致,然而,此种设计会使得拉链牙与拉链牙之间的啮合仅形成一个啮合点,拉链啮合后只形成一条啮合线,当拉链受到来自左右方向上较大外力的撕扯时,尤其是被尖锐的硬物迎面撞击时,带有多面斜口的牙头的啮合点就会容易顺着斜口的方向连续脱开,最终使拉链爆开,降低了拉链的使用可靠性。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题而做出的,技术方案1所述发明的主要目的在于提供一种圆牙拉链,圆牙拉链在相互啮合时,啮合牢固,不容易因外力作用而脱开,进一步地,通过改变啮合部的结构,使链牙在受到各种外力的作用下,尤其是“U”字形挤压力的作用下,链牙之间互相啮合的更加紧固,不易脱开。
本发明所述的一种圆牙拉链,包括以固定间隔排列在链带上的拉链牙,所述拉链牙包括第一啮合面和第二啮合面,第一啮合面和第二啮合面的侧面外轮廓呈半圆形,第一啮合面外轮廓的圆弧段和第二啮合面外轮廓的圆弧段的圆心角大于180°;
第一啮合面的一端与第二啮合面的一端向拉链牙主体内凹陷形成第一啮合凹部、第二啮合凹部以及啮合部;
第一啮合凹部在远离啮合部的一侧设有至少一个凸起的第一定位部,第二啮合凹部在远离啮合 部的一侧设有至少一个凸起的第二定位部,啮合部的端面上设有至少一个对应于第一定位部或第二定位部的定位槽;
第一定位部与第二定位部相对设置,第一定位部、第二定位部以及定位槽的个数相同;第一定位部与第二定位部为呈三角形的柱状体,定位槽为呈半圆形的凹槽;
第一啮合凹部与第二啮合凹部为非对称设置,啮合部向第一啮合面或第二啮合面倾斜设置;
当圆牙拉链牙啮合时,相互啮合的圆牙拉链牙呈圆形。
技术方案2所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案1的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其啮合部的端面外轮廓的宽度自中部向上下两端逐渐变小。
技术方案3所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案2的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:第一定位部设于第一啮合凹部远离啮合部的一侧的中部,第二定位部设于第二啮合凹部远离啮合部的一侧的中部,定位槽设于啮合部端面的中部;
所述啮合部端面外轮廓的宽度自定位槽向上下两端逐渐变小。
技术方案4所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案2的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:所述啮合部两端向接近链带的方向延伸设有半圆形的链牙侧部,所述链牙侧部的两侧连接所述第一啮合面和第二啮合面;
所述链牙侧部包括啮合卡面,以及位于啮合卡面上下两端的啮合凸面,所述啮合卡面中部与链带卡合连接;
所述啮合凸面的两侧边缘分别连接所述第一啮合凹部和第二啮合凹部;
所述啮合卡面与啮合凸面连接的一端设有牙肩,所述牙肩沿链带的前后方向延伸。
技术方案5所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案4的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:所述啮合凸面的宽度为连接所述第一啮合凹部与第二啮合凹部的两侧边缘之间的距离,该距离沿远离啮合卡面的方向逐渐变小或不变。
技术方案6所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案4的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:所述啮合凸面的宽度小于同一条链带相邻的两个牙肩的距离。

技术方案8所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案4的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:所述啮合卡面在链带折弯成“U”型时,“U”型底部内侧的啮合卡面上的两个牙肩与相同链带上相邻拉链牙的牙肩抵靠;所述啮合卡面上的两个牙肩与所述相邻链牙的牙肩为两个不同拉链牙上的牙肩。

技术方案14所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案4的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:所述第一啮合凹部靠近啮合部一侧的凹面边缘与所述第二啮合凹部靠近啮合部一侧的凹面边缘连线为中部宽度不变,上下两端逐渐缩小的形状。
技术方案15所述的圆牙拉链,是在技术方案1的基础上,提供一种防爆牙圆牙拉链,其特征在于:第一定位部、第二定位部以及定位槽各有一个。

其中加强贴片的形状可为圆弧状,梯状,或其它可贴合布带的形状;加强贴片增加了拉链平拉力度的强度,延长拉链的寿命。
有益效果
本发明的圆牙拉链在相互啮合时为双重的啮合锁定,拉链牙的啮合部与另一拉链牙的啮合凹部 相互啮合,拉链牙的定位部与另一拉链牙的定位槽相互卡合锁定,其在两个维度方向上对拉链牙进行啮合锁定,使相互作用的拉链牙啮合地更为牢固,即使在来自左右方向上较大外力的撕扯,相互啮合的拉链牙也不容易脱开。
链牙相互啮合时,一个拉链牙的啮合部的中部能够和与其相邻拉链牙的啮合部的中部紧密的啮合,相邻链牙的啮合部两端部之间有一定的缝隙,当使拉链弯折成“U”字状时,在“U”字形底部内侧互相啮合的两个拉链牙的相邻啮合凸面的边缘端抵靠在一起,同一条链带上相邻的两个拉链牙上的相邻牙肩也抵靠在一起,拉链牙之间相互啮合的结构十分紧密,消除了缝隙,构成了稳定的啮合结构;
同时将定位槽设置在链牙中部是为了达到简化生产流程的同时保持高强度而又均匀的啮合力。链牙互相啮合后,前后定位件与定位槽卡合,保证了拉链前后方向上的啮合强度;
第一啮合凹部的形状与啮合部相对应,以达到加强啮合结构的效果。
第二啮合凹部的形状与啮合部相对应,以达到加强啮合结构的效果。
啮合凸面的宽度小于相邻的两个链牙上牙肩的距离,当对拉链施加“U”字形的挤压力时,相邻两个拉链牙上的相邻牙肩之间的缝隙在挤压力的作用下闭合,同时一个拉链牙的啮合凸面边缘和与其相邻的其他链牙上的啮合凸面边缘挤压在一起,这样构成了稳定的啮合结构。
啮合部弧形端面的设计便于链牙在拉头的作用下更容易的啮合在一起,同时保持高强度的啮合力,并使拉头移动更为顺畅。

参见图1,本发明提供一种圆牙拉链,包括拉链牙主体1,拉链牙主体1包括第一啮合面2和第二啮合面3,第一啮合面2和第二啮合面3呈半圆形,第一啮合面2上的圆弧段和第二啮合面3上的圆弧段的圆心角大于180°;
第一啮合面2的一端与第一啮合面3的一端向拉链牙主体内凹陷形成第一啮合凹部4、第二啮合凹部5以及一啮合部6;第一啮合凹部4在远离啮合部6的一端设有至少一个凸起的第一定位部7,第二啮合凹部5在远离啮合部6的一端设有至少一个凸起的第二定位部8,啮合部6的端面上设有至少一个对应于第一定位部7或第二定位部8的定位槽9;第一定位部7与第二定位部8相对设置,第一定位部7、第二定位部8以及定位槽9的个数相同。
本实施例中,啮合部6上下两端为啮合部6长度方向上的两个端,并且两端的连线与链带长度方向上互相垂直,第一啮合凹部4的上下两端方向与啮合部6上下两端方向一致,第二啮合凹部5上下两端方向与啮合部6上下两端方向一致。
在本实施例中,第一定位部7、第二定位部8以及定位槽9各有一个,第一定位部7设于第一啮合凹部4远离啮合部6的一端的中部,第二定位部8设于第二啮合凹部5远离啮合部6的一端的中部,定位槽9设于啮合部6端面的中部。
本发明提供一种圆牙拉链,包括拉链牙主体1,拉链牙主体1为呈半圆形的柱状体,拉链牙主体1的两个啮合面的一端向拉链牙主体1内凹陷形成啮合部6和啮合凹部,啮合凹部上设有定位部,啮合部6上设有定位槽;圆牙拉链的结构设计独特,当拉链牙相互啮合时,相互啮合的拉链牙呈圆形,与现有技术相比,本发明的圆牙拉链牙在相互啮合时为双重的啮合锁定,拉链牙的啮合部6与另一拉链牙的啮合凹部相互啮合,拉链牙的定位部与另一拉链牙的定位槽9相互卡合锁定,其在两个维度方向上对拉链牙进行啮合锁定,使相互作用的拉链牙啮合地更为牢固,即使受到来自左右方 向上较大外力的撕扯,相互啮合的拉链牙也不容易脱开。
第一定位部7、第二定位部8以及定位槽9各为一个,便于圆牙拉链的制作和生产,在拉链牙相互啮合时,有便于拉链牙的拉合。
本实施例中,第一定位部7与第二定位部8为呈三角形的柱状体,定位槽9为半圆形的凹槽;第一定位部7设于第一啮合凹部4远离啮合部6的一端的中部,第二定位部8设于第二啮合凹部5远离啮合部6的一端的中部,定位槽9设于啮合部6端面的中部。
本实施例中,所述啮合部6两端向接近链带的方向延伸设有半圆形的链牙侧部10,所述链牙侧部10的两侧连接第一啮合面2和第二啮合面3。
本实施例中,所述链牙侧部10包括啮合卡面11以及位于啮合卡面11两端的啮合凸面12,所述啮合卡面11中部与链带卡合连接;
半圆形的链牙侧部10为啮合卡面11的中部向靠近啮合部6两端的方向逐渐收缩,形成半圆形的链牙侧部10。
所述啮合凸面12的两侧边缘分别连接所述第一啮合凹部4和第二啮合凹部5。

优选的,圆牙拉链的拉链牙1为一体成型。
第一啮合凹部4和第二啮合凹部5为弧形的凹部,啮合部6的端面为弧形的端面,第一啮合凹部4、第二啮合凹部5以及啮合部6的端面为弧形的设置符合圆牙拉链“圆”的设计理念,同时也便于拉链牙的制作和生产,在拉链牙相互啮合时,拉链拉合较为顺畅,不容易出现卡链的情况。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1中的区别在于,所述啮合部6的端面外轮廓的宽度自端面中部向啮合部上下两端逐渐变小。
本实施例中,第一定位部7设于第一啮合凹部4远离啮合部6的一端的中部,第二定位部8设于第二啮合凹部5远离啮合部6的一端的中部,定位槽9设于啮合部6端面的中部。
所述啮合部6端面外轮廓的宽度自定位槽9向上下两端逐渐变小。
本实施例中,所述第一啮合凹部4为弧形的凹部,并且所述凹部的凹面自第一定位部7向上下两端逐渐加深。

本实施例与实施例1的区别为,优选的,如图10所示第一啮合凹部4靠近啮合部6一侧的凹面边缘与所述第二啮合凹部5靠近啮合部6一侧的凹面边缘连线为中部宽度不变,上下两端逐渐缩小的形状,其余与实施例1一致。
如图13所示当圆牙拉链啮合时,相互啮合的拉链牙1呈圆柱形,拉链牙1与其相邻的拉链牙之间的啮合部的定位槽部分紧密的啮合在一起,而啮合部6的两个端部与相邻的拉链牙啮合部两个端部间留有缝隙,当拉链牙1受力弯曲成“U”字形时,相互啮合的两个拉链牙1之间的啮合部的两个端部之间的缝隙受力闭合,同时同一条链带相邻的两个拉链牙的啮合卡面上的相邻牙肩13之间的缝隙也在力的作用下闭合,此时,受力弯曲状态的拉链牙之间的啮合力,变得十分稳固,杜绝了链牙1在受力挤压下“爆牙”的情况。
实施例4
参见图14,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,第一啮合凹部4与第二啮合凹部5为非对称设置,啮合部6向第一啮合面2或第二啮合面3倾斜设置,对于由相互啮合的拉链牙形成的拉链而言,啮合部6向拉链拉合的方向倾斜设置,能提高拉链拉合时的顺畅度。其余与实施例1一致。
实施例5
参见图15,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,拉连牙主体设有加强贴片,加强贴片一端接于所述啮合部两端向接近链带的方向延伸的链牙侧部,一端贴合于布带的表面向远离拉链牙的方向延伸。其中所述加强贴片与拉链牙主体可分别注塑成型,从制作工艺及加强贴片对于拉链平拉力度,本申请的加强贴片与拉链牙主题为一体成型。
本申请中加强贴片的形状可为圆弧状,梯状,或其它可贴合布带的形状;加强贴片增加了拉链 平拉力度的强度,延长拉链的寿命。

  1. 一种圆牙拉链,其特征在于:包括以固定间隔排列在链带上的拉链牙,所述拉链牙包括第一啮合面和第二啮合面,第一啮合面和第二啮合面的侧面外轮廓呈半圆形,第一啮合面外轮廓的圆弧段和第二啮合面外轮廓的圆弧段的圆心角大于180°;
    第一啮合面的一端与第二啮合面的一端向拉链牙主体内凹陷形成第一啮合凹部、第二啮合凹部以及啮合部;
    第一啮合凹部在远离啮合部的一侧设有至少一个凸起的第一定位部,第二啮合凹部在远离啮合部的一侧设有至少一个凸起的第二定位部,啮合部的端面上设有至少一个对应于第一定位部或第二定位部的定位槽;
    第一定位部与第二定位部相对设置,第一定位部、第二定位部以及定位槽的个数相同;第一定位部与第二定位部为呈三角形的柱状体,定位槽为呈半圆形的凹槽;
    第一啮合凹部与第二啮合凹部为非对称设置,啮合部向第一啮合面或第二啮合面倾斜设置;

  19. 根据权利要求1所述的圆牙拉链,其特征在于,所述拉连牙主体设有加强贴片,所述加强贴片一端接于所述啮合部两端向接近链带的方向延伸的链牙侧部,一端贴合于布带的表面向远离拉链牙的方向延伸。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的圆牙拉链,其特征在于,所述加强贴片与拉链牙主体为一体成型。
