本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其是一种双向搅拌机。
背景技术
传统搅拌机,其内部只有单个刀片单项转动,只能对制定的食材进行破碎,无法满足目前人们的实际需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双向搅拌机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种双向搅拌机,包括杯体,杯体的一端连接有杯座,杯座通过螺纹法兰与杯体转动连接,杯体的内部为空腔,空腔中设置有第一搅拌刀和第二搅拌刀,第一搅拌刀的一端固定连接有转轴,并通过转轴与第二搅拌刀连接,第二搅拌刀的一端与转轴之间设有垫片,垫片嵌于第二搅拌刀一端的内壁凹槽中,第二搅拌刀的另一端设置有第一密封圈,第一密封圈嵌于第二搅拌刀另一端的内壁凹槽中,杯座的两端为贯通式,且杯座的一端设置有第一轴承,第一轴承设置在杯座的一端的内壁凹槽中,杯座的另一端设置有杯座底盖,杯座底盖通过螺丝螺母与杯座连接,杯座底盖的一端设置有齿轮固定杆,齿轮固定杆上设置有齿轮组,齿轮组的一侧设有第二轴承和第二密封圈,第二轴承与第二密封圈嵌于杯座贯通式的内部凹槽中,杯座底盖的另一端设有刀头,刀头设置在刀座上,刀座设置在上底座的内部基座中,上底座的一端设有凸起块,并通过凸起块与底座锲合连接,底座的两端设有凹型槽,凹型槽与凸起块互相吻合,底座的另一端设有下底座,下底座的一端也设有凸起块,并通过凸起块与底座锲合连接,且下底座一端的外表面设置有装饰圈,装饰圈嵌于下底座外表面的凹槽中。
优选的,底座的内部为空腔,空腔中设置有开关和电机,开关位于电机的上方,并通过电极连接件与电机电性连接,电机通过支架设置在底座的空腔内壁中。
优选的,开关的一端设置有连杆弹簧,连杆弹簧的一端与开关套接,另一端与开关连杆固定连接。
优选的,下底座的另一端设置有底盖,底盖通过锲块与下底座锲合连接,且,底盖的一端设有吸盘脚,吸盘脚嵌于底盖一端的基座凹槽中。
优选的,齿轮组由行星齿轮、中心齿轮和环形齿轮组成。

本发明的一种双向搅拌机,通过在杯体内设置的第一搅拌刀和第二搅拌刀,两组搅拌刀可以通过相反的旋转方向形成正反两种破碎结构,能够更好的将各类食材进行破碎,可使用于榨汁机上和食物处理器上。

请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种双向搅拌机,包括杯体1,杯体1的一端固定连接有杯座2,杯座2通过螺纹法兰与杯体1转动连接,杯体1的内部为空腔,空腔中固定安装有第一搅拌刀3和第二搅拌刀4;第一搅拌刀3的一端固定连接有转轴,并通过转轴与第二搅拌刀4固定连接,第二搅拌刀4的一端与转轴连接处之间设有垫片5,垫片5嵌于第二搅拌刀4一端的内壁凹槽中,且第二搅拌刀4的另一端固定安装有第一密封圈6,第一密封圈6嵌于第二搅拌刀4另一端的内壁凹槽中,垫片5和第一密封圈6相配合使得第二搅拌刀4能够在转轴的轴向上相对于第一搅拌刀3的位置固定,因此第一搅拌刀3能够通过连接转轴的设置相对于第二搅拌刀4位置固定地连接;杯座2的两端为贯通式,且杯座2的一端固定安装有第一轴承7;第一轴承7铰接在杯座2的一端的内壁凹槽中,具体为第一轴承7是能够相对于杯座2转动地设置在杯座2的内壁凹槽中;杯座2的另一端固定安装有杯座底盖8,杯座底盖8通过螺丝螺母与杯座2固定连接,杯座底盖8的一端固定安装有齿轮固定杆,齿轮固定杆上固定安装有齿轮组9,齿轮组9由行星齿轮10、中心齿轮11和环形齿轮12组成,齿轮组9的一侧设有第二轴承13和第二密封圈14,第二轴承13与第二密封圈14嵌于杯座2贯通式的内部凹槽中,杯座底盖8的另一端设有刀头15,刀头15固定安装在刀座16上,刀座16固定安装在上底座17的内部基座中,上底座17的一端设有凸起块,并通过凸起块与底座18锲合连接,底座18的两端设有凹型槽,且凹型槽与凸起块互相吻合,底座18的内部为空腔,空腔中固定安装有开关21和电机22,开关21位于电机22的上方,并通过电极连接件与电机22电性连接,开关21的一端固定连接有连杆弹簧24,连杆弹簧24的一端与开关21套接,另一端与开关连杆25固定连接,电机22通过支架23固定安装在底座18的空腔内壁中,底座18的另一端设有下底座19,下底座19的一端也设有凸起块,并通过凸起块与底座18锲合连接,且下底座19一端的外表面固定安装有装饰圈20,装饰圈20嵌于下底座19外表面的凹槽中,下底座19的另一端固安装有底盖26,底盖26通过锲块与下底座19锲合连接,且,底盖26的一端设有吸盘脚27,吸盘脚27嵌于底盖26一端的基座凹槽中。
本双向搅拌机,利用第一搅拌刀3、第二搅拌刀4、垫片5、第一密封圈6、第一轴承7、杯座底盖8、齿轮组9、行星齿轮10、中心齿轮11、环形齿轮12、第二轴承13、第二密封圈14和刀头15,形成的行星轮结构体现了刀片的正反转,突破了传统单个刀片的单向转动,能够更好的把食材与食物进行破碎处理。
本双向搅拌机,通过设置的第一搅拌刀3和第二搅拌刀4,两组搅拌刀体现了两组不同的方向,形成了正反两组破碎结构,能够更好的将各类食材进行破碎,可使用于榨汁机上,食物处理器上
综上所述:本双向搅拌机,结构明确,操作便捷,可适用于榨汁机或食物处理器上,充分达到人们对食材破碎的要求。

- 一种双向搅拌机,包括杯体(1),其特征在于:所述杯体(1)的一端连接有杯座(2),杯座(2)通过螺纹法兰与杯体(1)转动连接,杯体(1)的内部为空腔,空腔中设置有第一搅拌刀(3)和第二搅拌刀(4),第一搅拌刀(3)的一端固定连接有转轴,并通过转轴与第二搅拌刀(4)连接,第二搅拌刀(4)的一端与转轴之间设有垫片(5),垫片(5)嵌于第二搅拌刀(4)一端的内壁凹槽中,第二搅拌刀(4)的另一端设置有第一密封圈(6),第一密封圈(6)嵌于第二搅拌刀(4)另一端的内壁凹槽中,杯座(2)的两端为贯通式,且杯座(2)的一端设置有第一轴承(7),第一轴承(7)设置在杯座(2)的一端的内壁凹槽中,杯座(2)的另一端设置有杯座底盖(8),杯座底盖(8)通过螺丝螺母与杯座(2)连接,杯座底盖(8)的一端设置有齿轮固定杆,齿轮固定杆上设置有齿轮组(9),齿轮组(9)的一侧设有第二轴承(13)和第二密封圈(14),第二轴承(13)与第二密封圈(14)嵌于杯座(2)贯通式的内部凹槽中,杯座底盖(8)的另一端设有刀头(15),刀头(15)设置在刀座(16)上,刀座(16)设置在上底座(17)的内部基座中,上底座(17)的一端设有凸起块,并通过凸起块与底座(18)锲合连接,底座(18)的两端设有凹型槽,凹型槽与凸起块互相吻合,底座(18)的另一端设有下底座(19),下底座(19)的一端也设有凸起块,并通过凸起块与底座(18)锲合连接,且下底座(19)一端的外表面设置有装饰圈(20),装饰圈(20)嵌于下底座(19)外表面的凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种双向搅拌机,其特征在于:所述底座(18)的内部为空腔,空腔中设置有开关(21)和电机(22),开关(21)位于电机(22)的上方,并通过电极连接件与电机(22)电性连接,电机(22)通过支架(23)设置在底座(18)的空腔内壁中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种双向搅拌机,其特征在于:所述开关(21)的一端设置有连杆弹簧(24),连杆弹簧(24)的一端与开关(21)套接,另一端与开关连杆(25)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种双向搅拌机,其特征在于:所述下底座(19)的另一端设置有底盖(26),底盖(26)通过锲块与下底座(19)锲合连接,且,底盖(26)的一端设有吸盘脚(27),吸盘脚(27)嵌于底盖(26)一端的基座凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种双向搅拌机,其特征在于:所述齿轮组(9)由行星齿轮(10)、中心齿轮(11)和环形齿轮(12)组成。
