一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带 技术领域
本实用新型涉及手机周边配件,具体是一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带。
背景技术
日常徒步或其他户外活动时将手机腕(臂)带系于手腕(臂)处,解放双手,但现有产品存在诸多不足:(1)适用机型相对单一,适用范围受限;(2)手机装入臂袋内屏幕方向固定,无法实现多角度触控浏览,拍照时需要将手机取出操作,使用不便;(3)接听、拨打电话时需要取出手机,操作相对繁琐,使用不便;(4)腕(臂)带的绑带部分尺寸固定,对于不同手腕(臂)粗细的人来说适用范围受限。
实用新型内容
为解决目前手机腕(臂)带产品存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题的技术方案是,设计一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,包括松紧带、卡带扣和旋转机构,所述松紧带和卡带扣的一端分别安装在旋转机构底部的两个相对的侧面上,松紧带的另一端可穿过卡带扣的扣眼与松紧带本体连接。手机固定于所述旋转机构上,且可绕其底部进行0-180°旋转。
本实用新型设计的手机腕(臂)带,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:
1)适用性广,通用大部分4寸-6寸大小机型,且带魔术贴的松紧带设计可适配不同粗细的手腕(臂);
2)局部镂空设计,充分考虑了将摄像孔位、功能按键等露出,使用方便;
3)通过手机腕(臂)带中心的旋转机构可实现手机屏幕的多角度触控浏览,需要拍照时也无需将手机取出,直接旋转到垂直角度拍照即可。
4)当需要接听、拨打电话时也可以向下按旋转上片然后旋转,轻松取下手机(通过旋转机构内部的旋转上片、卡位、弹簧等部件实现),操作简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明,但不应以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。
为了方便说明和理解本实用新型的技术方案,以下所涉及的方位名词,如上下、左右、前后,均以附图所显示的方位为准。
一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带(简称手机腕(臂)带,参见图1-3),包括松紧带1、卡带扣2和旋转机构3,所述松紧带1和卡带扣2的一端分别安装在旋转机构3底部的两个相对的侧面上,松紧带1的另一端可穿过卡带扣2的扣眼与松紧带1本体连接。手机固定于所述旋转机构3上,且可绕其底部进行0-180°旋转。
所述松紧带1包括魔术贴毛面段11和魔术贴勾面段12,魔术贴勾面段12设置在松紧带1的末端,且其末端的两侧为1/4圆弧倒角状。
所述旋转机构3包括圆扣31、弹力硅胶32、旋转上片33、卡位34、弹簧35、旋转底片36和防滑硅胶垫37。所述弹力硅胶32为两端带有向上表面中心弯曲 的镂空钩状、中间部位有通孔的结构,旋转上片33的上端面的边缘埋入弹力硅胶32内部,其下端与卡位34滑动连接;卡位34的下表面与弹簧35的上端接触,弹簧35的下端设置在旋转底片36上表面的凹槽内,该凹槽的中心处设置有与圆扣31的扣脚相匹配的扣眼,圆扣31的扣脚穿过旋转上片33、弹力硅胶32、卡位34、弹簧35固定在旋转底片36上,将卡位34、弹簧35紧固在旋转底片36上,旋转上片33与卡位34之间通过两者边缘处的凹凸卡齿配合滑动连接。防滑硅胶垫37安装在旋转底片36的底面上。
所述旋转底片36的两个相对侧边的边缘处设置有长条形通孔,松紧带2、卡带扣2分别安装在不同侧边的长条形通孔内。
所述旋转底片36和防滑硅胶垫37的两端设置有多条带弧度的条状透气通孔,防滑硅胶垫37安装在旋转底片36上时,两者的透气通孔连通。
所述防滑硅胶垫37的上表面上设置有多个圆形小凸起,用于加强其与旋转底片36之间的连接。
所述弹力硅胶32的两端均为四根向上表面中心水平折弯的弹性定位肋条,四者的末端由一根水平肋条连接在一起。位于一、四位的弹性定位肋条较二、三位的弹性定位肋条的长度短,且四根弹性定位肋条之间的弹力硅胶本体均为镂空状,便于手机装入时摄像孔位、功能按键等的露出。弹力硅胶的内表面上设置有以中间部位通孔为中心向四周呈发射状的条形小凸起,便于手机装入时对手机的固定。
本实用新型设计的手机腕(臂)带通过长短不一的弹性定位肋条设计和硅胶材质的弹性张力使得其可实现在一定尺寸范围内任意伸缩拉长,并将手机的四个角固定,从而适配不同机型;而且硅胶带造型在固定手机的同时还充分考虑了将摄像孔位、功能按键等露出而设计了镂空,使得手机即使装入手机腕(臂)带中仍然不会影响正常的操作使用;此外,通过手机腕(臂)带中心的旋转机构可实现手机屏幕的多角度触控浏览,需要拍照时也无需将手机取出, 直接旋转到垂直角度拍照即可;当需要接听、拨打电话时也可以向下按压旋转上片然后旋转,旋转上片与卡位脱离,轻松取下手机(通过旋转机构内部的旋转上片、卡位、弹簧等部件实现),操作简单,使用方便;并且,手机腕(臂)带的松紧带部分采用带有魔术贴的设计,通过松紧带的弹性张力可适配不同粗细的手腕(臂),适用性广。

  1. 一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,包括松紧带、卡带扣和旋转机构,所述松紧带和卡带扣的一端分别安装在旋转机构底部的两个相对的侧面上,松紧带的另一端可穿过卡带扣的扣眼与松紧带本体连接;手机固定于所述旋转机构上,且可绕其底部进行0-180°旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述松紧带包括魔术贴毛面段和魔术贴勾面段,魔术贴勾面段设置在松紧带的末端,且其末端的两侧为1/4圆弧倒角状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述旋转机构包括圆扣、弹力硅胶、旋转上片、卡位、弹簧、旋转底片和防滑硅胶垫;所述弹力硅胶为两端带有向上表面中心弯曲的镂空钩状、中间部位有通孔的结构,旋转上片的上端面的边缘埋入弹力硅胶内部,其下端与卡位滑动连接;卡位的下表面与弹簧的上端接触,弹簧的下端设置在旋转底片上表面的凹槽内;该凹槽的中心处设置有与圆扣的扣脚相匹配的扣眼,圆扣的扣脚穿过旋转上片、弹力硅胶、卡位、弹簧固定在旋转底片上,将卡位、弹簧紧固在旋转底片上,旋转上片与卡位之间通过两者边缘处的凹凸卡齿配合滑动连接;防滑硅胶垫安装在旋转底片的底面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述旋转底片的两个相对侧边的边缘处设置有长条形通孔,松紧带、卡带扣分别安装在不同侧边的长条形通孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述旋转底片和防滑硅胶垫的两端设置有多条带弧度的条状透气通孔,防滑硅胶垫安装在旋转底片上时,两者的透气通孔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5任一项所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述防滑硅胶垫的上表面上设置有多个圆形小凸起,用于加强其与旋转底片之间的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述弹力硅胶的两端均为四根向上表面中心水平折弯的弹性定位肋条,四者的末端由一根水平肋条连接在一起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,弹力硅胶的位于一、四位的弹性定位肋条较二、三位的弹性定位肋条的长度短,且四根弹性定位肋条之间的弹力硅胶本体均为镂空状,便于手机装入时摄像孔位、功能按键等的露出。
  9. 根据权利要求3、7、8任一项所述的一种通用型可旋转手机腕(臂)带,其特征在于,所述弹力硅胶的内表面上设置有以中间部位通孔为中心向四周呈发射状的条形小凸起,便于手机装入时对手机的固定。
