Description

双管混合搅拌出料笔 技术领域
本发明涉及一种出料笔,尤其是一种双管混合搅拌出料笔。

本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双管混合搅拌出料笔,包括笔身、出料管以及尾盖,所述出料管和尾盖分别装设于笔身的两端,所述笔身内设置至少两个相互独立的腔体,每个腔体于靠近出料管的一端均设有出料口,每个腔体于靠近尾盖的另一端均配置有驱动件,所述驱动件包括活塞、螺杆和螺母,所述活塞与螺杆径向卡合且轴向定位,所 述螺杆与对应的螺母之间通过螺纹配合,尾盖与每个螺母之间通过齿轮啮合,出料管以内且笔身的出料口以外配置有搅拌芯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述螺杆至少包括内外套设的第一层螺杆和第二层螺杆,所述活塞与对应的第一层螺杆径向卡合且轴向定位,所述第一层螺杆与对应的第二层螺杆之间通过螺纹配合,所述第二层螺杆与对应的螺母之间通过螺纹配合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述活塞朝向尾盖的一端设有横切面为多边形的凹槽,所述第一层螺杆朝向出料管的一端设有横切面为多边形的凸轮,所述凸轮与凹槽配合。

所述螺杆至少包括内外套设的第一层螺杆42和第二层螺杆43。所述活塞41与对应的第一层螺杆42径向卡合且轴向定位,所述第一层螺杆42与对应的第二层螺杆43之间通过螺纹5配合,所述第二层螺杆43与对应的螺母44之间通过螺纹5配合。本发明通过选取至少两层螺杆相对滑移展开以与笔身1长度相匹配,从而即使每层螺杆具有较小的长度也能够推动活塞41上行至顶部。
