为实现上述目的,本发明第二方面实施例提出了一种洗衣机的控制系统,包括:洗衣机、语音服务器和控制服务器,所述洗衣机分别与语音服务器和控制服务器进行无线通信,其中,所述洗衣机用于接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令,并根据所述启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动所述语音播报功能,以通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令,以及接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将所述洗衣语音控制指令发送至所述语音服务器;所述语音服务器用于对所述洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序;所述控制服务器用于控制所述洗衣机执行所述洗衣程序。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制系统,首先通过洗衣机接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令,并根据启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动语音播报功能,以通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令,然后通过洗衣机接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,进而通过语音服务器对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使控制服务器获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,最后通过控制服务器控制洗衣机执行洗衣程序,由此,通过实时性语音播报帮助用户定制专属洗衣程序,实现了用户与洗衣机之间的交互,且能够提升用户体验。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述本发明的洗衣机的控制方法、系统和洗衣机。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的洗衣机的控制方法的流程图。
在本发明的实施例中,洗衣机可以分别与语音服务器和控制服务器进行无线通信,如可以是通过WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)进行无线通信。
如图1所示,该洗衣机的控制方法包括:
S101,洗衣机接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令。
S102,洗衣机根据启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动语音播报功能,以通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用户可以通过设置在洗衣机上的“按键”启动洗衣机的语音播报功能。
具体而言,洗衣机上可设置有如图2所示的交互界面,该交互界面上显示有洗衣机的功能按键,如喇叭按键、多个洗衣程序选择按键等,用户可以点击或触摸喇叭按键,喇叭按键可由暗变亮,即洗衣机的语音播报功能启动。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,用户还可以通过声音控制洗衣机启动语音播报功能。
具体而言,洗衣机上电后,用户发出特定频率的声音,设置在洗衣机中的声音传感器采集该声音信号,通过该声音信号触发洗衣机的语音播报功能,使得图2所示的喇叭按键由暗变亮;或者用户发出语音控制指令如“打开喇叭”,设置在洗衣机中的语音识别模组识别该语音控制指令,并生成启动洗衣机的语音播报功能的控制指令,使得图2所示的喇叭按键由暗变亮,洗衣机的语音播报功能启动。
可以理解,洗衣机的语音播报功能可以通过设置在洗衣机中的音箱实现。
进一步地,洗衣机的语音播报功能启动后,可以自动播报第一预设语音,如“请选择洗衣类型”,并可以在图2所示洗衣机的交互界面显示与该语音对应的文字,以引导用户对洗衣类型进行选择。
S103,洗衣机接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器。
具体地,用户可以根据洗衣机播报的的第一预设语音选择洗衣类型,如可以发出洗衣语音控制指令“棉麻”,即用户选择洗涤棉麻衣物。洗衣机的音箱可以接收该洗衣语音控制指令,并在图2、图3所示的无线连接标识点亮(即洗衣机连接至语音服务器和控制服务器)时,将该洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,以通过语音服务器对该洗衣语音控制指令进行识别。
可以理解,语音服务器中设置有数据库,如语音数据库或与语音对应的文字数据库。以便于洗衣语音控制指令的识别。
S104,语音服务器对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使控制服务器获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序。
具体地,如果洗衣语音控制指令与数据库中的控制指令匹配,则控制服务器获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,并控制洗衣机播报第二预设语音,以提示用户洗衣设置完成;如果洗衣语音控制指令与数据库中的控制指令不匹配,则控制服务器控制洗衣机播报第三预设语音,以提示用户重新输入洗衣语音控制指令。
举例而言,云因服务器接收用户输入洗衣语音控制“棉麻”,可以首先将该语音转换为对应的文字,进而搜索数据库中是否有与“棉麻”对应的控制指令。如果搜索到与“棉麻”匹配的控制指令,则图2所示的棉麻选项按键被点亮,且该按键可以被放大,如图3所示,以便于用户查看。同时,控制服务器获取与“棉麻”对应的洗衣程序,如冷水洗涤程序,并控制洗衣机执行该洗衣程序,且洗衣机可以播报第二预设语音,如“洗衣程序设置成功,开始棉麻模式洗涤”,由此,用户可知洗衣程序设置完成。
如果用户说出的“棉麻”不够清晰,使得语音服务器无法将该语音转换为对应的文字,进而无法搜索到与该不清晰的“棉麻”匹配的控制指令,则洗衣机可以播报第三预设语音,如“识别不到,请再次选择洗衣类型”,由此,用户可以再次输入说出更清晰的洗衣语音控制指令。
可以理解,语音服务器和控制服务器之间可以通过光纤、微波、导线等进行通信。
S105,控制服务器控制洗衣机执行洗衣程序。
具体地,语音服务器识别到与数据库中匹配的洗衣语音控制指令,则控制服务器将获取与该语音对应的洗衣程序,进而向洗衣机发送控制指令,以控制洗衣机执行该洗衣程序。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如果语音服务器能够给识别出用户输入的语音,即能够识别出该语音对应的文字,则语音服务器将该语音或其对应的文字存储在数据库中,且可以将该语音或其对应的文字与数据库中已存储的语音或文字建立联系。例如,语音服务器识别出用户输入的语音“棉袜”,数据库中未搜索到与其匹配的语音或文字,如果用户再次输入语音“棉麻”,洗衣机播报洗衣程序设置完成,则语音服务器会自动将“棉袜”与“棉麻” 之间建立联系,即用户再次输入“棉袜”时,可以将“棉麻”视为匹配。
需要说明的是,控制服务器控制洗衣机播报的语音信息并不限于上述实施例中列出的,其具体内容可以根据用户的输入做相应调整。
本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制方法,首先洗衣机接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令,并根据启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动语音播报功能,以通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令,然后洗衣机接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,进而语音服务器对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使控制服务器获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,最后由控制服务器控制洗衣机执行洗衣程序,由此,通过实时性语音播报帮助用户定制专属洗衣程序,实现了用户与洗衣机之间的交互,且能够提升用户体验。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的洗衣机的控制系统的结构框图。如图4所示,该洗衣机的控制系统包括:包括:洗衣机100、语音服务器200和控制服务器300,洗衣机100分别与语音服务器200和控制服务器300进行无线通信。
其中,洗衣机100用于接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令,并根据启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动语音播报功能,以通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令,以及接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器200;语音服务器200用于对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使控制服务器300获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序;控制服务器300用于控制洗衣机执行洗衣程序。
在本发明的一个实施例中,洗衣机100通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令时,可以通过播报第一预设语音引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令。
在本发明的一个实施例中,语音服务器200对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使控制服务器300获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序时,语音服务器200用于判断洗衣语音控制指令是否与数据库中的控制指令匹配;如果洗衣语音控制指令与数据库中的控制指令匹配,则控制服务器300用于获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,并控制洗衣机100播报第二预设语音,以提示用户洗衣设置完成;如果洗衣语音控制指令与数据库中的控制指令不匹配,则控制服务器300用于控制洗衣机100播报第三预设语音,以提示用户重新输入洗衣语音控制指令。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制系统的具体实施方式与本发明上述实施例的洗衣机的控制方法的具体实施方式相同,为减少冗余,此处不做赘述。
本发明实施例的洗衣机的控制系统,首先通过洗衣机接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令,并根据启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动语音播报功能,以通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令,然后通过洗衣机接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令, 并将洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,进而通过语音服务器对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使控制服务器获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,最后通过控制服务器控制洗衣机执行洗衣程序,由此,通过实时性语音播报帮助用户定制专属洗衣程序,实现了用户与洗衣机之间的交互,且能够提升用户体验。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的洗衣机的结构框图。如图5所示,该洗衣机包括:第一接收单元110、播报单元120、第二接收单元130、发送单元140、第三接收单元150和执行单元160。
其中,第一接收单元110用于接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令;播报单元120用于根据启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动语音播报功能,以通过语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令;第二接收单元130用于接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令;发送单元140用于将洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,以使语音服务器对洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,并使控制服务器获取与洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序;第三接收单元150用于接收控制服务器发送的洗衣程序;执行单元160用于执行洗衣程序。
可以理解,发送单元140与语音服务器之间可以进行无线通信,第三接收单元150与控制服务器之间可以进行无线通信,其中,无线通信可以是通过WIFI通信。
在本发明的一个实施例中,播报单元120可以通过播报第一预设语音引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令。
在本发明的一个实施例中,播报单元120还用于在洗衣语音控制指令与数据库中的控制指令匹配时,播报第二预设语音,以提示用户洗衣设置完成;以及在洗衣语音控制指令与数据库中的控制指令不匹配时,播报第三预设语音,以提示用户重新输入洗衣语音控制指令。
为方便理解本发明实施例的洗衣机,可以通过如下具体实施例进行说明:
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,用户点击设置在洗衣机上的交互界面上的喇叭按键,喇叭按键由暗变亮,语音播报功能启动,播报单元120播报第一预设语音“请选择洗衣类型”。用户输入语音“棉麻”,第二接收单元130接收用户输入的该洗衣语音控制指令,并通过发送单元140将该洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,以通过语音服务器对该语音进行识别(如语音特征提取、语音模式匹配等)。如果语音服务器识别出该语音,则控制服务器获取与该语音对应的洗衣程序,如图2、3所示的冷水洗涤程序,同时播报单元120播报第二预设语音“洗衣程序设置完成,进入棉麻冷水洗涤程序”。进而第三接收单元150接收该洗衣程序,并通过执行单元160执行该洗衣程序。
需要说明的是,播报单元120播报的语音信息并不限于上述实施例中列出的,其具体内容可以根据用户的输入做相应调整。

另外,根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的其它构成以及作用对于本领域的普通技术人员而言都是已知的,为了减少冗余,此处不做赘述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述洗衣机分别与语音服务器和控制服务器进行无线通信,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:
    所述洗衣机接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令;
    所述洗衣机根据所述启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动所述语音播报功能,以通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令;
    所述洗衣机接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将所述洗衣语音控制指令发送至所述语音服务器;
    所述语音服务器对所述洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序;
    所述控制服务器控制所述洗衣机执行所述洗衣程序。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令包括:
    通过播报第一预设语音引导所述用户输入所述洗衣语音控制指令。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述语音服务器对所述洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序包括:
    所述语音服务器判断所述洗衣语音控制指令是否与数据库中的控制指令匹配;
    如果所述洗衣语音控制指令与所述数据库中的控制指令匹配,则所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,并控制所述洗衣机播报第二预设语音,以提示所述用户洗衣设置完成;
    如果所述洗衣语音控制指令与所述语音数据库中的控制指令不匹配,则所述控制服务器控制洗衣机播报第三预设语音,以提示用户重新输入洗衣语音控制指令。
  4. 一种洗衣机的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:洗衣机、语音服务器和控制服务器,所述洗衣机分别与语音服务器和控制服务器进行无线通信,其中,
    所述洗衣机用于接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令,并根据所述启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动所述语音播报功能,以通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令,以及接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令,并将所述洗衣语音控制指令发送至所述语音服务器;
    所述语音服务器用于对所述洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序;
    所述控制服务器用于控制所述洗衣机执行所述洗衣程序。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的洗衣机的控制系统,其特征在于,所述洗衣机通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令时,通过播报第一预设语音引导所述用户输入所述洗衣语音控制指令。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的洗衣机的控制系统,其特征在于,所述语音服务器对所述洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,以使所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序时,
    所述语音服务器用于判断所述洗衣语音控制指令是否与数据库中的控制指令匹配;
    如果所述洗衣语音控制指令与所述数据库中的控制指令匹配,则所述控制服务器用于获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序,并控制所述洗衣机播报第二预设语音,以提示所述用户洗衣设置完成;
    如果所述洗衣语音控制指令与所述数据库中的控制指令不匹配,则所述控制服务器用于控制洗衣机播报第三预设语音,以提示用户重新输入洗衣语音控制指令。
  7. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收用户输入的启动语音播报功能的控制指令;
    播报单元,用于根据所述启动语音播报功能的控制指令启动所述语音播报功能,以通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令;
    第二接收单元,用于接收用户输入的洗衣语音控制指令;
    发送单元,用于将所述洗衣语音控制指令发送至语音服务器,以使所述语音服务器对所述洗衣语音控制指令进行识别,并使所述控制服务器获取与所述洗衣语音控制指令对应的洗衣程序;
    第三接收单元,用于接收所述控制服务器发送的洗衣程序;
    执行单元,用于执行所述洗衣程序。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述播报单元用于通过所述语音播报功能引导用户输入洗衣语音控制指令时,通过播报第一预设语音引导所述用户输入所述洗衣语音控制指令。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述播报单元还用于在所述洗衣语音控制指令与所述数据库中的控制指令匹配时,播报第二预设语音,以提示所述用户洗衣设置完成;以及
    在所述洗衣语音控制指令与所述数据库中的控制指令不匹配时,播报第三预设语音,以提示用户重新输入洗衣语音控制指令。
