并且,门体和/或盒体在打开和关闭的过程中,驱动装置为门体和/或盒体提供驱动力,无需人为施力,所以可以使门体和/或盒体的受力稳定均匀,从而可以在一定程度上减少运动部件的受损,延长使用寿命。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理机100,通过将动作捕捉器设在壳体1上,利用动作捕捉器捕捉人体动作信息,并将主控板4与捕捉器相连,通过主控板4将捕捉器捕捉的人体动作信息与预定动作信息比对,并根据比对结果控制驱动装置驱动门体和/或盒体开闭,实现自动打开或关闭,无需用户手动施力进行开闭操作,使用方便,并且可以减少受损,延长使用寿命。
根据本发明的一些实施例,预定动作信息可以包括门体预定开门动作和门体预定关门动作,主控板4在动作捕捉器所捕捉的人体动作信息与预定开门动作匹配时可以控制驱动装置打开门体,并且可以在人体动作信息与预定关门动作匹配时可以控制驱动装置关闭门体,以打开或关闭门体,并且可以提高控制门体开闭的准确性。
也就是说,动作捕捉器实时捕捉人体动作信息,当人体动作信息与预定开门动作匹配时,主控板4控制驱动装置打开门体,当人体动作信息与预定关门动作匹配时,主控板4控制驱动装置关闭门体,当人体动作信息与预定开门动作和预定关门动作均不匹配时,主控板4可以不动作。由此,使用者可以做出与预定开门动作匹配的动作来打开门体,并且做出与预定关门动作匹配的动作就能够实现门体的关闭,控制方便,且不易出错。
根据本发明的一些实施例,预定动作信息可以包括盒体预定打开动作和盒体预定关闭动作,主控板4在动作捕捉器所捕捉的人体动作信息与盒体预定打开动作匹配时可以控制驱动装置打开盒体,并且在人体动作信息与盒体预定关闭动作匹配时可以控制驱动装置关闭盒体,以打开或关闭盒体,并且可以提高盒体开闭的准确性。
换言之,动作捕捉器实时捕捉人体动作信息,当人体动作信息与盒体预定打开动作匹配时,主控板4控制驱动装置打开盒体,当人体动作信息与盒体预定关闭动作匹配时,主控板4控制驱动装置关闭盒体,当人体动作信息与预定开门动作和预定关门动作均不匹配时,主控板4可以不动作。这样,使用者可以做出与盒体预定打开动作匹配的动作来打开盒体,并且做出与盒体预定关闭动作匹配的动作就能够实现盒体的关闭,控制方便,且不易出错。
可以理解的是,预定开门动作、预定关门动作、盒体预定打开动作和盒体预定关闭不同,动作捕捉器实时捕捉人体动作,当使用者做出与某一预定动作匹配的动作后,由主控板4将动作捕捉器所捕捉的动作与该预定动作匹配,然后主孔板控制驱动装置驱动门体或盒体完成与该预定动作对应的门体或盒体的开闭工作,实现对门体或盒体开闭的控制,并且在门体和盒体的开闭过程中,无需手动向门体或盒体施力,开闭方便省力,并且灵活可 靠。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1和图2所示,动作捕捉器可以包括:红外线发射器5、红外线接收器6和分析模块,其中,红外线发射器5可用于向预定区域发射红外线,以形成红外线场,红外线接收器6可以用于接收被预定区域的人体反射后的红外线。分析模块可与红外线接收器6和红外线发射器5相连,并且分析模块可以根据红外线发射器5的发射信息和红外线接收器6的接收信息分析得到人体动作信息。
也就是说,红外线发射器5向预定区域发射红外线,形成红外线场,人体在该预定区域内动作时,红外线场内的红外线会被发射,红外线接收器6可以接受被发射的红外线,分析模块获得红外线发射器5的发射信息和红外线接收器6的接收信息并进行分析,可以获得人体动作信息。由此,可以实时捕捉预定区域内的人体动作,捕捉准确,并且成本低廉。
可选地,分析模块可以集成在主控板4上,从而可以简化结构,方便装配。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,红外线发射器5和红外线接收器6均可以安装在壳体1的前面板上,从而可以在机壳的前方形成红外线场,使用者在前方做出相应的动作就可以控制门体和/或盒体的开闭,操作更加方便省力,可以使用户体验更优。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图2所示,壳体1内可以设有安装腔10,盒体可抽拉地设在安装腔10内,安装腔10的内壁面上可以设有导轨11,盒体上可以设有滑动件,滑动件可移动地设在导轨11内,从而将盒体抽出安装腔10可以将盒体打开,将盒体推入安装腔10可以将盒体关闭,在开闭的过程中,滑动件可以在导轨11内滑动,辅助开闭的同时可以提供导向,避免盒体因错位或偏移而造成损坏。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4所示,驱动装置可以包括:驱动电机31、齿轮32和齿条33,驱动电机31可与主控板4相连,以由主控板4控制启动和停止,齿轮32可以设在壳体1内,并且齿轮32可与驱动电机31的输出轴相连,以在驱动电机31的带动下转动,齿条33可以安装在盒体的表面上,并且齿条33可与齿轮32啮合,以在齿轮32的带动下驱动盒体移动。
简言之,主控板4控制驱动电机31启动或停止,驱动电机31带动齿轮32转动,齿轮32与齿条33啮合,将齿轮32的转动转化为齿条33的移动,齿条33可以带动盒体移动,从而打开或关闭盒体,不仅结构简单紧凑,而且传动平稳,可靠性高。
可选地,盒体可以包括洗涤剂盒和/或衣物盛放盒2。例如,在本发明的一些实施例中,盒体可以包括洗涤剂盒,从而可以实现洗涤剂盒的开闭,方便使用者添加洗涤剂。再例如,盒体可以包括衣物盛放盒2,例如,如图1和图2所示,衣物盛放盒2可以设在壳体1的下部,衣物盛放盒2可用于盛放衣物。再或者,盒体可以同时包括洗涤剂盒和衣物盛放盒 2。
当然,可以理解的是,盒体的类型和设置位置不限于以上描述,盒体还可以包括其他储物盒,同样地,盒体还可以设在壳体1的其他位置,这对于本领域的技术人员来说是可以理解的,在此不再详细描述。
下面以开闭衣物盛放盒2为例对根据本发明实施例的衣物处理机100的动作过程进行详细描述。值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性说明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
衣物处理机100在使用时,红外线发射器5发射红外线,并在壳体1前方的预定区域内形成红外线场,红外线接收器6接收被人体反射后的红外线,分析模块根据红外线发射器5的发射信息和红外线接收器6的接收信息分析得到人体动作信息,主控板4将分析模块得到的人体动作信息与预定动作信息进行实时比对。
如图1所示,衣物盛放盒2处于关闭状态,分析模块分析得到的人体动作信息与盒体预定打开动作匹配时,主动板控制驱动电机31启动,驱动电机31的输出轴带动齿轮32转动,齿轮32与齿条33啮合将齿轮32的转动转化为齿条33的移动,齿条33带动衣物盛放盒2抽出安装腔10,将衣物盛放盒2打开。
使用者使用完衣物盛放盒2后,需要关闭衣物盛放盒2,此时,可以在预定区域内做出与盒体预定关闭动作匹配的动作,分析模块分析红外线发射器5的发射信息和红外线接收器6的接收信息得到的人体动作信息,主控板4判断得到人体动作信息与盒体预定关闭动作匹配,然后主控板4控制驱动电机31启动,驱动电机31带动齿轮32转动,齿轮32与齿条33啮合将转动转化为齿条33的移动,齿条33带动衣物盛放盒2向安装腔10内移动,关闭衣物盛放盒2。
并且,在衣物盛放盒2打开和关闭的过程中,衣物盛放盒2上的滑动件可以在安装腔10的内壁面上的导轨11内移动,提供导向和辅助移动作用,提高稳定性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,衣物处理机100可以是洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机一体。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是可知的,在此不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理机,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体设有可开闭的门体和/或盒体;
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置设在所述壳体内且与所述门体和/或盒体相连,以驱动所述门体和/或盒体活动;
    用于捕捉人体动作信息的动作捕捉器,所述动作捕捉器设在所述壳体上;
    主控板,所述主控板设在所述壳体内且与所述动作捕捉器相连,所述主控板预设有与所述门体和/或盒体的开闭相对应的预定动作信息且适于将所述动作捕捉器所捕捉的人体动作信息与所述预定动作信息比对,以根据比对结果控制驱动装置驱动所述门体和/或盒体开闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述预定动作信息包括门体预定开门动作和门体预定关门动作,所述主控板在所述动作捕捉器所捕捉的人体动作信息与所述预定开门动作匹配时控制所述驱动装置打开所述门体且在所述人体动作信息与所述预定关闭动作匹配时控制所述驱动装置关闭所述门体。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述预定动作信息包括盒体预定打开动作和盒体预定关闭动作,所述主控板在所述动作捕捉器所捕捉的人体动作信息与所述盒体预定打开动作匹配时控制所述驱动装置打开所述盒体且在所述人体动作信息与所述盒体预定关闭动作匹配时控制所述驱动装置关闭所述盒体。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述动作捕捉器包括:
    红外线发射器,所述红外线发生器用于向预定区域发射红外线以形成红外线场;
    红外线接收器,所述红外线接收器用于接收被所述预定区域内的人体反射后的红外线;
    分析模块,所述分析模块与所述红外线接收器和所述红外线发射器相连且根据所述红外线发射器的发射信息和所述红外线接收器的接收信息分析得到人体动作信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述分析模块集成在所述主控板上。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述红外线发射器和所述红外线接收器均安装在所述壳体的前面板上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有安装腔,所述盒体可抽拉地设在所述安装腔内,所述安装腔的内壁面上设有导轨,所述盒体上设有滑动件,所述滑动件可移动地设在所述导轨内。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括:
    驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述主控板相连;
    齿轮,所述齿轮设在所述壳体内且与所述驱动电机的输出轴相连,以在所述驱动电机的带动下转动;
    齿条,所述齿条安装在所述盒体的表面且与所述齿轮啮合以在所述齿轮的带动下驱动所述盒体移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述盒体包括洗涤剂盒和/或用于盛放衣物且设在所述壳体的下部的衣物盛放盒。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物处理机,其特征在于,所述衣物处理机为洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机。
