Definitions

  • the present invention refers to an anamorphic advertising device for sports fields that is especially applicable to outdoor sports fields, such as soccer fields, although the invention is not necessarily limited to said application.
  • Anamorphic advertising devices for sports fields are known.
  • Anamorphism is a technique that deforms an image or advertising motif to create in the viewer a false appearance that you are seeing the advertising motive from a certain point of view.
  • Said anamorphic arrangements are used so that the observer of an event from a selected point of view has the impression of observing an advertising device, arranged high relative to the horizontal plane, when in fact he is observing an anamortically deformed device located horizontally at ground level . This allows to place apparently non-horizontal devices, but that do not interfere with the trajectories of the athletes.
  • An example of such horizontal flat devices can be seen in Spanish Patent Document ES2152182.
  • Said advertising devices are made on a substrate that has a deformed advertising logo on its upper surface.
  • the substrate is plastic or cardboard and the advertising logo is placed on the upper surface painted or applied by a self-adhesive vinyl film or glued to it.
  • the shape of such devices It is common for the shape of such devices to be trapezoidal, although the latter is not necessary.
  • a disadvantage of such anamorphic devices is their behavior when the atmospheric conditions are not favorable. In particular, if it rains or the sunstroke is very strong the device shines, which is undesirable since it alters the advertising image to be transmitted. On the other hand, if there is a very strong wind, the wind can lift the device and move it. A solution to this last problem would be to make the device heavier, but then it is difficult to install and uninstall the device on the field floor.
