  1. 一种光治疗单元,其特征在于:所述光治疗单元(10)包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)内设置有安装腔体(2),安装腔体(2)内安装有震动马达(3),震动马达(3)通过固定板(4)固定安装在安装腔体(2)内,固定板(4)上方设置有光源支座(5),光源支座(5)支撑光源散热电路板(7),光源散热电路板(7)的上表面等间距的安装有用于进行光治疗的治疗光源(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光治疗单元,其特征在于:所述治疗光源(6)采用红色光谱光源,治疗光源(6)的光源材料是光谱固定,能量稳定、寿命长的半导体窄光谱材料。
  3. 一种采用权利要求2所述光治疗单元组装而成的薄片级联可弯曲震动式光治疗头,其特征在于:所述光治疗头(100)包括并排设置的两个或两个以上光治疗单元(10),所述两个或两个以上光治疗单元(10)通过薄片级联铰链(20)连接成可弯曲的整体,在光治疗单元(10)的周边设置硅橡胶防护圈(30),所述薄片级联铰链(20)的两端分别安装有固定带穿耳(40),固定带穿耳(40)上设置有方便固定带(70)连接的穿孔(60),两个光治疗单元(10)的活动接缝处设置有用于卡紧和防止漏光的硅胶挡光条(50)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的薄片级联可弯曲震动式光治疗头,其特征在于:所述薄片级联铰链(20)采用高透明、耐冲击、抗弯折的复合塑料薄片冲切而成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的薄片级联可弯曲震动式光治疗头,其 特征在于:所述硅胶挡光条(50)为“U”型结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的薄片级联可弯曲震动式光治疗头,其特征在于:所述固定带(70)为自粘型的粘带,便于将光治疗头(100)固定在人体上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的薄片级联可弯曲震动式光治疗头,其特征在于:所述光治疗头(100)自动适应人体各部位形状,使得光治疗单元(10)正对治疗部位。
  8. 一种带有权利要求3或4或5或6或7所述光治疗头的光治疗仪,其特征在于:包括光治疗头(100)、治疗仪主机(200)以及电源适配器(500),所述光治疗头(100)连接治疗仪主机(200),所述治疗仪主机(200)上设置液晶显示屏(300)和操作按键(400),液晶显示屏(300)用于显示当前光治疗头(100)工作状态和时间,操作按键(400)用于对光治疗头(100)的治疗光源(6)照射时间和震动马达(3)震动频率进行设置和调整,治疗仪主机(200)连接电源适配器(500),电源适配器(500)连接电源插头(600)用于将市电转换成光治疗头(100)、和治疗仪主机(200)的工作电压。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的光治疗仪,其特征在于:所述治疗仪主机(200)内安装有用于控制治疗光源(6)照射时间、震动马达(3)震动频率和震动模式的微电脑控制器。
