Abstract
L'invention porte sur un toit de véhicule (1) qui comprend : une peau interne (100), une peau externe (200), une couche de renfort de plaque supérieure (300), un matériau central de barre supérieure (400) et de multiples matériaux centraux de colonne (500). La peau interne (100) et la peau externe (200) sont des éléments composites renforcés par des fibres. La couche de renfort de plaque supérieure (300) est serrée entre la peau interne (100) et la peau externe (200). Le matériau central de poutre supérieure (400) est disposé autour de la couche de renfort de plaque supérieure (300). Les multiples matériaux centraux de colonne (500) sont reliés à la couche de renfort de plaque supérieure (300), séparément. Le toit de véhicule possède un poids léger, une résistance structurale élevée et de faibles coûts. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication du toit de véhicule et un véhicule comprenant le toit de véhicule.
