目前空调器一般在沉台处增设螺钉盖,采用将螺钉隐藏的方式来解决以上缺陷。现有空调室内机螺钉盖与面框的配合是依靠螺钉盖下端左右两边的旋转轴作为支点,在螺钉盖的两边设有小方台,小方台与面框上的安装槽形成过盈配合,使螺钉盖强行卡在安装凹槽上。装配过程中,需要使用较大力量将螺钉盖强行按压到位,难以装配,再加上模具本身精细度不高和注塑工艺影响,导致螺钉盖要么装不进去,要么装进去很难取下来,要么装配很松,运输过程中脱落。目前生产方式为了解决这个问题,使用较松的装配方式,再在螺钉盖表面贴上一段胶布。这样虽然解决了装配难及螺钉盖脱落的问题,但是装 配后间隙很大,影响外观,增加胶布后提高了成本,也降低了生产效率。

优选地,所述安装槽内侧壁设有承接凸台,在盖合状态时,所述盖板与所述承接凸台抵接。
本发明技术方案通过在所述配合部的第一外侧面设置弹性凸部,所述弹性凸部对应定位于所述安装壁的设定位置,以使得所述螺钉盖保持于盖合状态而不易脱落,从而使所述螺钉盖处于打开状态。由于所述弹性凸部与所述安装槽的槽壁为弹性抵接,所以仅需使用较小的力就可以使所述螺钉盖牢固地盖合所述安装槽而不易脱落。当需要将所述螺钉盖打开时,通过使所述弹性凸部离开两所述安装壁的设定位置进而方便地实现翻转。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种螺钉盖组件100,包括安装座20和螺钉盖17。如图1至图5所示,所述安装座20具有相对的第一端部20a和第二端部20b、以及连接在所述第一端部20a和第二端部20b之间的侧部,所述安装座20的侧部设有安装槽21,所述安装槽21的两相对的侧壁为两安装壁21a,所述安装槽21的槽底设有供螺钉穿过的螺钉让位孔通孔(未图示)。所述螺钉盖17可转动地安装于所述安装槽21的槽口处,以使得所述螺钉盖17具有盖合所述槽口的盖合状态和打开所述槽口的打开状态。为了实现在所述螺钉盖17处于盖合状态时,所述螺钉盖17能够牢固地卡合于所述槽口处,因此在所述螺钉盖17的盖板11设置自所述盖板11朝所述安装槽21凸设的配合部,所述配合部的形式可以有多种,例如呈块状或是板状。所述配合部具有相对的两第一外侧面,至少一第一外侧面设有弹性凸部,所述弹性凸部优选为弹性凸柱。所述螺钉盖17处于盖合状态时,所述盖板11盖合所述槽口设置,所述两个第一外侧面对应与两所述安装壁21a呈相对设置,且所述弹性凸部对应定位于所述安装壁21a的设定位置,以使得所述螺钉盖17保持于盖合状态。
本发明技术方案通过在所述配合部的第一外侧面设置弹性凸部,所述弹性凸部对应定位于所述安装壁21a的设定位置,以使得所述螺钉盖17保持于盖合状态而不易脱落,从而使所述螺钉盖17处于打开状态。由于所述弹性凸部与所述安装槽的槽壁为弹性抵接,所以仅需使用较小的力就可以使所述螺钉盖17牢固地盖合所述安装槽21而不易脱落。当需要将所述螺钉盖17打开时,通过使所述弹性凸部离开两所述安装壁21a的设定位置进而方便地实现翻转。
基于上述实施例,为使所述配合部具有一定的弹性且减少加工成本,所述配合部优选设置为包括两个呈相对设置的配合板12,所述两个配合板12的外侧面为所述第一外侧面。具体如图2至图4所示,为使所述螺钉盖17可相对安装槽21的槽口翻转,在所述两配合板12的外侧面靠近第一端部20a的位置均凸设有转轴13,所述两安装壁21a对应设有供所述两转轴13转动安装的轴孔22;所述转轴13通过伸入到所述轴孔22中从而实现螺钉盖17与所述基座的连接,以及相对基座翻转。由于所述两配合板12具有一定弹性,在将所述螺钉盖17的转轴13安装至所述轴孔22的过程中,通过对两所述配合板12施加作用力,使两所述配合板12朝向对方方向发生形变,从而使所述转轴13伸入轴孔22中,随着所述配合板12恢复形变,所述转轴13便牢固地卡入所述轴孔22中而不会脱出,所述配合板12与所述转轴13的设置方式具有使所述螺钉盖组件具有100易于装配的优点。
基于上述实施例,如图2至图9所示,为了设定所述弹性凸部的位置,从而实现在所述螺钉盖17保持盖合状态,设置所述轴孔22在自第一端部20a向第二端部20b的方向上呈长条状设置;且每一所述配合板12设有至少一个所述弹性凸部,所述至少一个弹性凸部包括第一弹性凸部14,第一弹性凸部14靠近所述转轴13设置,所述螺钉盖17处于盖合状态时,所述第一弹性凸部14与所述轴孔22的靠近所述第二端部20b的端壁抵接。此时所述转轴13处于所述轴孔22靠近所述第一端部20a的一侧。
进一步地,当所述螺钉盖17在打开的过程中,通过对所述第一弹性凸部14施加朝所述安装槽21内方向的外力,使所述第一弹性凸部14缩回至安装槽21内,此时由于所述第一弹性凸部14具有弹力从而与所述安装槽21的槽壁相抵接。随着所述螺钉盖17的旋转,所述转轴13沿着所述轴孔22的长度方向逐渐向第二端部20b的方向移动,直到所述转轴13与所述轴孔22的靠近所述第二端部20b的端壁抵接,由于所述转轴13沿所述轴孔22平滑地滑动,从而使得所述螺钉盖17能够平稳打开。
当所述转轴13位于所述轴孔22的靠近所述第二端部20b的端部时,所述第一弹性凸部14移动出所述安装槽21,此时所述第一弹性凸部14恢复形变而与所述安装槽21的槽口所在端端面抵接。
当所述螺钉盖17处于最终的打开状态时,所述第一弹性凸部14的壁面与所述螺钉盖17的端面抵接以阻挡所述螺钉盖17朝所述安装座20方向翻转。而所述转轴13的壁面与所述轴孔22的靠近所述第二端部20b的端壁抵接的位置阻挡所述螺钉盖17朝背离所述安装座20的方向翻转。
进一步地,为了进一步限制所述螺钉盖17过度外翻,而且防止所述螺钉盖17朝所述第一端部20a方向滑落,因此在所述安装座20的侧部靠近第一端部20a向外延伸出支撑部23,所述螺钉盖17处于打开状态时,所述支撑部23与所述螺钉盖17抵接。所述支撑部23可以与所述螺钉盖的端部抵接,显然,所述支撑部23是与所述螺钉盖17靠近第一端部20a的方向抵接;也可以与所述螺钉盖17的外侧面抵接。所述支撑部23可以为支撑柱,在此优选为支撑板,当所述螺钉盖17处于盖合状态时,所述支撑板的外表面优选与所述螺钉盖17的外表面在同一平面。
当所述螺钉盖17由所述打开状态过渡到盖合状态时,通过用外力使所述第一弹性凸部14缩回至安装槽21内,使所述第一弹性凸部14与所述安装槽21的槽壁抵接,随着朝所述安装座20的方向翻转螺钉盖17,所述第一弹性凸部14朝向所述轴孔22靠近所述第二端部20b的端部方向移动,直到所述第一弹性凸部14伸入到所述轴孔22内并与所述轴孔22的端部抵接,从而将所述螺钉盖17限定在所述盖合状态的位置处。
基于上述实施例,为了增强所述配合板12与所述安装槽21槽壁之间的抵持力,所述弹性凸部包括第二弹性凸部15,所述螺钉盖17处于盖合状态时,所述第二弹性凸部15与所述安装槽21的侧壁弹性抵接。所述第二弹性凸部15优选设置在所述配合板12靠近所述第二端部20b的一侧。当所述两配合板12上同时具有第一弹性凸部14和第二弹性凸部15时,此时,所述螺钉盖17上具有4个弹性凸柱进行定位,从而无论在螺钉盖17闭合状态还是打开状态都能够有效进行定位,防止螺钉盖17发生晃动。
基于上述实施例,如图3和图4所示,为了进一步增大所述弹性凸柱相对所述安装壁21a的弹性作用力,因此在所述配合板12上设有让位孔16,所述让位孔16内设有与所述让位孔16的周缘连接的弹性臂17,所述弹性凸部设置于所述弹性臂17的自由端。所述弹性凸部有多个时,优选设置所述每一弹性凸部对应一弹性臂17。
进一步地,为了加强所述配合板12的强度,所述配合板12上还包括加强结构,所述加强结构包括环绕所述让位孔16的环状加强筋18a以及连接所述环状加强筋18a和配合板12的加强筋条18b。
基于上述实施例,为了使所述螺钉盖17更好的盖合所述安装槽21,所述安装槽内侧壁设有承接凸台24,在盖合状态时,所述盖板与所述承接凸台24抵接。设置所述螺钉盖17的第一端部20a呈朝安装槽21弯曲的弧面状。进一步地,在所述螺钉盖17的第一端部20a设置握持部19,如图8所示,方便用户翻转所述螺钉盖17。所述握持部19的设置方式有多种,在此不做具体限制。
本发明还提出一种空调,该空调包括所述的螺钉盖组件100,所述安装座20设置于所述空调面框1上。该空调的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中所述安装座20可以与空调室内机一体设置,也可以分体设置,在此不做限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,包括:
    安装座,具有相对的第一端部和第二端部、以及连接在所述第一端部和第二端部之间的侧部,所述安装座的侧部设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽底设有供螺钉穿过的螺钉让位孔;所述安装槽的两相对的侧壁为两安装壁;以及,
    螺钉盖,转动地安装于所述安装槽的槽口处,具有盖合所述槽口的盖合状态和打开所述槽口的打开状态,所述螺钉盖包括盖板、以及自所述盖板朝所述安装槽凸设的配合部,所述配合部具有相对的两第一外侧面,至少一第一外侧面设有弹性凸部,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述盖板盖合所述槽口设置,所述两个第一外侧面对应与所述两安装壁呈相对设置,且所述弹性凸部对应定位于所述安装壁的设定位置,以使得所述螺钉盖保持于盖合状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述配合部包括两个呈相对设置的配合板,所述两个配合板的外侧面为所述两个第一外侧面;
    所述两配合板的外侧面靠近第一端部的位置均凸设有转轴,所述两安装壁对应设有供所述两转轴转动安装的轴孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述轴孔在自第一端部向第二端部的方向上呈长条状设置;
    所述弹性凸部包括第一弹性凸部,所述第一弹性凸部靠近所述转轴设置,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述第一弹性凸部与所述轴孔的靠近所述第二端部的端壁抵接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述螺钉盖处于打开状态时,所述第一弹性凸部与所述安装槽的槽口所在端端面抵接,且所述转轴与所述轴孔的靠近所述第二端部的端壁抵接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述弹性凸部包括第二弹性凸部,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述第二弹性凸部与所述安装壁弹性抵持。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述弹性凸部包括第二弹性凸部,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述第二弹性凸部与所述安装壁弹性抵持。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述配合板上设有让位孔,自所述让位孔的周缘向所述让位孔内延伸有弹性臂,所述弹性凸部设置于所述弹性臂的自由端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述配合板上还包括加强结构,所述加强结构包括环绕所述让位孔的环状加强筋以及连接所述环状加强筋和配合板的加强筋条。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述安装座的侧部且靠近第一端部的位置,向外延伸出支撑部,所述螺钉盖处于打开状态时,所述支撑部与所述螺钉盖抵接,以限制所述螺钉盖过度外翻。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的螺钉盖组件,其特征在于,所述安装槽内侧壁设有承接凸台,在盖合状态时,所述盖板与所述承接凸台抵接。
  11. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括螺钉盖组件,所述螺钉盖组件包括:
    安装座,具有相对的第一端部和第二端部、以及连接在所述第一端部和第二端部之间的侧部,所述安装座的侧部设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽底设有供螺钉穿过的螺钉让位孔;所述安装槽的两相对的侧壁为两安装壁;以及,
    螺钉盖,转动地安装于所述安装槽的槽口处,具有盖合所述槽口的盖合状态和打开所述槽口的打开状态,所述螺钉盖包括盖板、以及自所述盖板朝所述安装槽凸设的配合部,所述配合部具有相对的两第一外侧面,至少一第一外侧面设有弹性凸部,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述盖板盖合所述槽口设置,所述两个第一外侧面对应与所述两安装壁呈相对设置,且所述弹性凸部对应定位于所述安装壁的设定位置,以使得所述螺钉盖保持于盖合状态;
    所述螺钉盖组件所述安装座设置于所述空调面板上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空调,其特征在于,所述配合部包括两个呈相对设置的配合板,所述两个配合板的外侧面为所述两个第一外侧面;
    所述两配合板的外侧面靠近第一端部的位置均凸设有转轴,所述两安装壁对应设有供所述两转轴转动安装的轴孔。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空调,其特征在于,所述轴孔在自第一端部向第二端部的方向上呈长条状设置;
    所述弹性凸部包括第一弹性凸部,所述第一弹性凸部靠近所述转轴设置,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述第一弹性凸部与所述轴孔的靠近所述第二端部的端壁抵接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的空调,其特征在于,所述螺钉盖处于打开状态时,所述第一弹性凸部与所述安装槽的槽口所在端端面抵接,且所述转轴与所述轴孔的靠近所述第二端部的端壁抵接。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的空调,其特征在于,所述弹性凸部包括第二弹性凸部,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述第二弹性凸部与所述安装壁弹性抵持。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的空调,其特征在于,所述弹性凸部包括第二弹性凸部,所述螺钉盖处于盖合状态时,所述第二弹性凸部与所述安装壁弹性抵持。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的空调,其特征在于,所述配合板上设有让位孔,自所述让位孔的周缘向所述让位孔内延伸有弹性臂,所述弹性凸部设置于所述弹性臂的自由端。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的空调,其特征在于,所述配合板上还包括加强结构,所述加强结构包括环绕所述让位孔的环状加强筋以及连接所述环状加强筋和配合板的加强筋条。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的空调,其特征在于,所述安装座的侧部且靠近第一端部的位置,向外延伸出支撑部,所述螺钉盖处于打开状态时,所述支撑部与所述螺钉盖抵接,以限制所述螺钉盖过度外翻。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的空调,其特征在于,所述安装槽内侧壁设有承接凸台,在盖合状态时,所述盖板与所述承接凸台抵接。
