Hereinafter, the vehicle fixing member and the wiring module with the vehicle fixing member according to the embodiment will be described.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a wiring module 10 with a vehicle fixing member. The vehicle fixing member-equipped wiring module 10 includes a wiring member 12 and a vehicle fixing member 20.
The wiring member 12 includes at least one electric wire 13. In FIG. 1, the electric wire 13 drawn by one line is actually a bundle of a plurality of electric wires 13.
The wiring member 12 includes a plurality of connectors 14 connected via a plurality of electric wires 13. More specifically, the wiring member 12 has a configuration in which a plurality of electric wires 13 are bundled while being branched. Then, at each branch destination of the wiring member 12, end portions of the plurality of electric wires 13 are inserted and connected to the connector 14. The plurality of electric wires 13 are bound at appropriate places. Here, the several electric wire 13 is bundled in the location where the vehicle fixing member 20 was fixed. The plurality of electric wires 13 may be bound by a binding member other than the vehicle fixing member 20, for example, an adhesive tape, a binding band, or the like, at a location where the vehicle fixing member 20 is fixed or other locations. The wiring member 12 is a wiring member called a wire harness, and each connector 14 is connected to various electrical components mounted on the vehicle in a state of being incorporated in the vehicle. Thereby, the wiring member 12 plays the role which electrically connects the various electrical components mounted in the vehicle.
2 is a perspective view showing the vehicle fixing member 20, and FIG. 3 is a front view showing a portion of the wiring member fixing portion 30 of the vehicle fixing member 20. As shown in FIG. The vehicle fixing member 20 is attached to the wiring member 12 and includes a vehicle fixing portion 22 and a wiring member fixing portion 30. Preferably, the vehicle fixing portion 22 and the wiring member fixing portion 30 are components integrally formed with a resin or the like. But after the vehicle fixing | fixed part 22 and the wiring member fixing | fixed part 30 were formed separately, the components united by the fitting structure, the adhesive agent, welding, etc. may be sufficient.
The vehicle fixing portion 22 is configured to be fixed to the vehicle. Here, the vehicle fixing portion 22 is configured to be fitted and fixed in a hole formed in a metal panel constituting the vehicle body.
More specifically, the vehicle fixing portion 22 includes a shaft portion 24 and a locking portion 26. The shaft portion 24 is formed in a rod shape. The pair of locking portions 26 extend from the distal end portion of the shaft portion 24 toward the proximal end portion of the shaft portion 24 so as to sequentially go outward. The pair of locking portions 26 is configured to be elastically deformable inward and outward with a portion connected to the shaft portion 24 as a center. A locking recess 27 that is recessed inward is formed on the outward portion of the tip of the pair of locking portions 26. In addition, a base portion 28 that extends to the outer peripheral side is formed at the base end portion of the shaft portion 24.
Then, when the vehicle fixing portion 22 is inserted into the hole formed in the metal panel, the outward portions of the pair of locking portions 26 come into contact with the peripheral portions of the holes and elastically deform inward. When the vehicle fixing portion 22 is inserted into the hole until the locking recess 27 reaches the peripheral edge of the hole, the locking recess 27 is locked to the peripheral edge of the hole from the one main surface side of the metal panel. In this state, the board | substrate part 28 contact | abuts to the other main surface side of a metal panel in the peripheral part of a hole. Thereby, the vehicle fixing | fixed part 22 is inserted and fixed to the hole of a metal panel. Such a vehicle fixing portion 22 may be called a clamp.
It is not essential that the vehicle fixing portion 22 has the above configuration. A structure called a tree-like clamp in which a plurality of disc spring-like annular portions are formed at intervals in the axial direction of the shaft portion may be used. In addition, the vehicle fixing portion may be configured to be fixed to a bolt or a bracket standing on the vehicle.
The wiring member fixing portion 30 has a recess 33 into which the wiring member 12 can be inserted, and serves as a retaining portion that prevents the wiring member 12 from slipping out of the recess 33 in a state where the wiring member 12 is inserted into the recess 33. The retaining protrusion 34 is formed.
More specifically, a rectangular parallelepiped base 39 is formed on the opposite side of the vehicle fixing portion 22 in the direction of insertion into the hole, and a rectangular plate-like substrate 39B is formed on the base 39. A pair of wiring member fixing portions 30 are provided on two opposing side portions of the substrate portion 39B. A pair of wiring member fixing | fixed part 30 is protrudingly provided in the state parallel to the opposite side to the vehicle fixing | fixed part 22 from the board | substrate part 39B. Three or more wiring member fixing portions 30 may be provided.
The wiring member fixing part 30 is formed in a plate shape. The wiring member fixing part 30 may be formed of resin or a metal plate as long as it is a member that can be elastically deformed. The material for forming the wiring member fixing portion 30 is preferably polystyrene or polyurethane. The thickness dimension of the wiring member fixing portion 30 is, for example, about 1 mm.
More specifically, the wiring member fixing portion 30 is surrounded by a base portion 31 on the vehicle fixing portion 22 side and a pair of side portions 32 facing from the both side portions of the base portion 31 to the side opposite to the vehicle fixing portion 22. It is formed in a square plate shape.
A concave portion 33 is formed in a portion surrounded by the base portion 31 and the pair of side portions 32. The recess 33 is formed so that the wiring member fixing portion 30 can be inserted. More specifically, the back side portion of the recess 33 is formed in an arc shape. The radius of curvature of the arcuate portion is preferably set to be approximately the same as the radius of the portion to be fixed of the wiring member 12. Moreover, it is preferable that the width dimension of the recessed part 33 is the same grade as the outer diameter dimension of the attachment part of the wiring member 12 used as attachment object. However, the radius of curvature and the width of the recess 33 may be larger than the outer diameter of the mounting portion of the wiring member 12. Further, considering that the wiring member fixing portion 30 itself can be elastically deformed, the radius of curvature and the width of the concave portion 33 are within the range in which the wiring member 12 can be disposed in the concave portion 33. It may be smaller than the outer diameter of the mounting portion.
The concave portion 33 is configured to be openable at a part of the outer periphery thereof, here, at a portion opposite to the vehicle fixing portion 22. Here, the recessed part 33 is opened outward via the slit S between the tip parts of the pair of side parts 32. The wiring member 12 is inserted into the recess 33 through the slit S.
A slip-off projection 34 is provided so as to project inward from the opening of the recess 33. Here, a retaining protrusion 34 that protrudes inward from the tip of the pair of side portions 32 is provided. In the initial state of the wiring member fixing portion 30, a gap (here, slit S) through which the wiring member 12 cannot be inserted is formed between the retaining protrusions 34. Further, at least a part of the wiring member fixing portion 30 (here, the pair of side portions 32 or the retaining protrusions 34) is elastically deformed, so that the gap is enlarged and the wiring between the retaining protrusions 34 is provided. A gap through which the member 12 can pass can be provided. Then, after the wiring member 12 passes between the retaining protrusions 34, the wiring member fixing part 30 returns to its original shape, and the clearance between the retaining protrusions 34 is such that the wiring member 12 cannot be inserted. Accordingly, the retaining protrusion 34 prevents the wiring member 12 from coming off from the opening side of the recess 33, and the wiring member 12 is maintained in the state of being disposed in the recess 33.
Further, a guide surface 34g that is inclined inward as it goes from the opening side of the recess 33 to the back side is formed in the outward portion of the retaining protrusion 34. As shown in FIG. 4, when the wiring member 12 is inserted into the recess 33, the pair of retaining protrusions 34 are pushed outward by pressing the wiring member 12 against the guide surface 34 g, and the gap therebetween Can be expanded smoothly.
Further, a detent portion 35 that protrudes toward the inside of the concave portion 33 is formed in the retaining projection 34. Here, the side on the slit S side of the anti-rotation portion 35 is formed so as to face the back side of the recess 33 along the slit S, and the side on the opposite side of the slit S of the anti-rotation portion 35 is In addition, it is formed in a shape that is inclined outward toward the base end portion of the rotation stop portion 35. As a result, the anti-rotation portion 35 is formed in a shape that gradually narrows toward the distal end side, and is easily caught on the outer peripheral portion of the wiring member 12. Moreover, since the base end part of the rotation stop part 35 is comparatively wide, it is hard to deform | transform easily.
The anti-rotation part may be formed in a part other than the anti-falling protrusion part 34, for example, a back side part or a side part of the concave part 33.
The wiring member fixing portion 30 has a state in which the wiring member 12 is disposed in the concave portion 33 and the stopper member 34 comes into contact with the wiring member 12 from the opening side of the concave portion 33 to prevent the wiring member 12 from coming off. Thus, the wiring member 12 is fixed. In a state where the wiring member fixing portion 30 is fixed to the wiring member 12, an adhesive or the like is discharged around the fixing portion by a dispenser or the like, and the wiring member fixing portion 30 is bonded and fixed to the wiring member 12 to fix both. May be performed more reliably.
According to the vehicle fixing member 20 and the wiring module 10 with the vehicle fixing member configured as described above, the recess 33 is formed by the retaining protrusion 34 in a state where the wiring member 12 is disposed in the recess 33 of the wiring member fixing portion 30. It is possible to prevent the wiring member 12 from coming off. Therefore, as in the prior art, the band is wound around the target member, and the tip end portion is inserted into the locking hole, or both ends of the resin wire are passed through the wire insertion hole. The vehicle fixing member 20 can be fixed to the wiring member 12 by a simple operation as compared with the operation of welding the both end portions.
In particular, the retaining protrusion 34 protrudes inward from the opening of the recess 33, and is inclined inward toward the outward portion of the retaining protrusion 34 as it goes from the opening side to the back side of the recess 33. Since the guide surface 34g is formed, if the wiring member 12 is pressed against the retaining protrusion 34, the retaining protrusion 34 retreats outward so as to open the opening of the recess 33, and enters the recess 33. The wiring member 12 can be easily inserted. In a state where the wiring member 12 is disposed in the recess 33, the retaining protrusion 34 abuts against the wiring member 12 to prevent the recess 33 from coming off. For this reason, it is possible to easily insert the wiring member 12 into the recess 33 and prevent the wiring member 12 from coming off after the insertion.
Further, since the anti-rotation portion 35 protruding inside the concave portion 33 is formed, the anti-rotation portion 35 partially contacts the outer periphery of the wiring member 12 in a state where the wiring member 12 is disposed in the concave portion 33. Then, the vehicle fixing member 20 can be prevented from rotating with respect to the wiring member 12. Thereby, the position where the vehicle fixing member 20 protrudes with respect to the wiring member 12 can be made as constant as possible.
In particular, the anti-rotation portion 35 protrudes toward the inside of the concave portion 33 from the anti-falling projection portion 34. Therefore, when the anti-rotation portion 35 contacts the outer periphery of the wiring member 12, the anti-falling projection portion 34 moves in the opening direction. It becomes difficult to deform the wiring member fixing portion 30 so as to open the opening of the recess 33. Thereby, the wiring member 12 can be more reliably prevented from coming out of the recess 33.
In addition, preferably, the rotation prevention part 35 has entered the gap between the electric wires 13. Thereby, rotation of the vehicle fixing member 20 can be more reliably regulated, and the wiring member 12 can be more reliably prevented from coming out of the recess 33.
Further, since the back side of the concave portion 33 is formed in an arc shape, the arc-shaped portion can be in a state along the outer peripheral side of the wiring member 12 as much as possible. Thereby, the some electric wire 13 of the wiring member 12 can be kept circular as much as possible.
Further, since the wiring member fixing portion 30 is formed in a plate shape, the wiring member fixing portion 30 can be easily deformed when the wiring member 12 is inserted into the concave portion 33, and can easily be inserted into the concave portion 33. The wiring member 12 can be inserted into the cable.
In this case, if a plurality of wiring member fixing portions 30 are provided in parallel and each wiring member fixing portion 30 is fixed to the wiring member 12, the vehicle fixing members 20 are connected to the wiring members at a plurality of locations in the extending direction of the wiring member 12. 12, and the vehicle fixing member 20 can be fixed to the wiring member 12 in a stable posture.
However, it is not essential that the wiring member fixing portion 30 is plate-shaped, and a member having a thickness within a range that can be elastically deformed may be used.
It should be noted that the retaining portion of the wiring member fixing portion does not necessarily have a configuration protruding as described above.
For example, the wiring member fixing part 130 according to the first modification shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is formed in a plate shape in which a pair of side parts 132 protrude from both side parts of the base part 131. A U-shaped recess 136 that opens on the opposite side of the base 131 is formed between the base 131 and the pair of side parts 132.
A connecting portion 133 that can be connected to each other is formed as a retaining portion at the distal ends of the pair of side portions 132. One connecting portion 133 is formed with a slit-like hooking concave portion 134a that opens outward, and the other connecting portion 133 is formed with a slit-like hooking concave portion 135a that opens outward. Then, with the wiring member 12 inserted into the recess 136, the tip portions of the pair of side portions 132 are deformed so as to overlap each other, and the other hook recess 135a is disposed in the hook recess 134a. The front end portions of the pair of side portions 132 are connected to each other through the connecting portion 133 by hooking the hooking concave portions 134a and 135a. Since the tip portions of the pair of side portions 32 are connected to each other, the wiring member 12 is prevented from coming off from the recess 136.
また、ここでは、一方の連結部133に凹部134b(一方面側から見ると凹んでいるが他方面側から見ると凸となっている)が形成されると共に、他方の連結部133に、上記凹部134bに圧入状態で嵌込可能な凸部135b(一方面側から見ると凹んでいるが他方面側から見ると凸となっている)が形成されている。 In addition, here, the concave portion 134b (which is concave when viewed from one surface side but is convex when viewed from the other surface side) is formed in one connecting portion 133, and the other connecting portion 133 is provided with the above-mentioned A convex portion 135b (which is concave when viewed from one surface side but is convex when viewed from the other surface side) is formed which can be fitted into the concave portion 134b in a press-fitted state. Then, the protruding portion 135b can be fitted into the recessed portion 134b in a press-fit state with the hooking recessed portions 134a and 135a being hooked together. Also by this structure, the connection part 133 is maintained in a connection state.
Even in this case, with the wiring member 12 disposed in the recess 136, the tip portions of the pair of side portions 132 are deformed so as to overlap each other, and the hooking recesses 134a and 135a are hooked together. Since the wiring member fixing part 130 can be fixed to the wiring member 12 by superimposing the concave part 134b and the convex part 135b and pressurizing both in the thickness direction, the fixing work can be easily performed as compared with the prior art. .
Further, as in the second modification shown in FIG. 7, the auxiliary fixing member 230 may be fixed at a position adjacent to the vehicle fixing member 20 in a state where the vehicle fixing member 20 is fixed to the wiring member 12. . As the auxiliary fixing member 230, a member having the same configuration as the wiring member fixing portion 30 or the wiring member fixing portion 130 can be used.
Thereby, the auxiliary fixing member 230 can suppress the vehicle fixing member 20 from being displaced along the extending direction of the wiring member 12. Further, the auxiliary fixing member 230 is provided on both sides of the vehicle fixing member 20, and the vehicle fixing member 20 is sandwiched between the auxiliary fixing members 230 on both sides, so that the vehicle fixing member 20 is more reliably prevented from rotating and coming off. Can do.
An example of a method for manufacturing the wiring module 10 with a vehicle fixing member will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 8, at least one electric wire 13 (here, a plurality of electric wires 13) constituting the wiring member 12 is floated (the working space is around the mounting position of the vehicle fixing member 20. It is supported in a state where it is formed (step (a)). Here, the electric wire 13 is held by the connector holding unit 300. The connector holding unit 300 is configured to be able to hold the connector 14 in a state in which the electric wire 13 hangs down from the connector 14. More specifically, the connector holding unit 300 includes a frame unit 302 and a connector holder 304. The frame portion 302 is composed of a horizontal frame, a vertical frame, and the like, and the vertical frame is supported in a standing state on the floor. The horizontal frame is supported in a horizontal posture at a position on the floor by the vertical frame. The connector holder 304 is supported at a position on the floor by the horizontal frame. The connector holder 304 detachably supports the connector 14 in a state where the back portion of the connector 14 on the side where the electric wire 13 extends is exposed to the outside. For example, the connector holder 304 has a recess into which the connector 14 can be fitted, and the connector 14 can be detachably fitted into the recess.
Around the connector holding unit 300, a first robot 310, a second robot 320, and an imaging unit 330 are provided. Here, the imaging unit 330 is provided in each of the first robot 310 and the second robot 320. Then, the machining control unit 340 controls the operation of the first robot 310 and the second robot 320 based on the work program stored in advance. At this time, the processing control unit 340 recognizes the position of the electric wire 13 based on the image picked up by the image pickup unit 330, moves the electric wire, performs squeezing, and fixes the vehicle fixing member 20 to the wiring member 12. Perform work, etc. When the hand 322 of the second robot 320 grasps the vehicle fixing member 20, the imaging unit 330 recognizes the direction based on an image of the vehicle fixing member 20 and can fix the position to the wiring member 12. It can also be used for the process of grasping the posture.
In the state in which the electric wire 13 is supported by the connector holding unit 300 via the connector 14, for example, the hand 312 of the first robot 310 irons the electric wire 13 extending from one connector 14 as shown in FIG. (See arrow P1 in FIG. 9). Simultaneously or before and after this, the hand 322 of the second robot 320 squeezes the electric wire 13 extending from the other connector 14 (see arrow P2 in FIG. 9). Then, the electric wires 13 extending from the two connectors 14 are brought to one place by the hands 312 and 322, and the electric wires 13 are bundled by the hand 312 of the first robot 310. In this state, the hand 322 of the second robot 320 grasps the vehicle fixing portion 22 of the vehicle fixing member 20 supplied to a predetermined location, and at the position before and after the hand 312, the one electric wire at the bundled location is recessed. The vehicle fixing member 20 is moved toward the electric wire 13 so as to be disposed in the inside 33. Then, a part of the wiring member 12 that is a bundle of a plurality of electric wires 13 is disposed in the recess 33, and the state where the wiring member 12 is disposed in the recess 33 by the retaining protrusion 34 is maintained. Accordingly, the vehicle fixing member 20 is fixed to the wiring member 12 (step (b)).
Similarly, the wiring module 10 with a vehicle fixing member can be manufactured by fixing the vehicle fixing member 20 to other locations as well. If necessary, the adhesive tape may be wound.
Thus, since the vehicle fixing member 20 can be fixed to the wiring member 12 by a relatively easy work, the above-described fixing is performed by a hand of a general-purpose industrial robot (for example, only having a gripping function). Can perform work.
In addition, each structure demonstrated in the said embodiment and each modification can be suitably combined unless it mutually contradicts.
