本实用新型涉及组装拼图领域,具体是一种3D立体金属组装拼图结合扣件。
背景技术
现有金属拼装组合是采用胶水粘贴,容易掉落;问题和缺点:组装不方便,不环保,不安全,容易沾手伤到身体皮肤,且传统关节部位本由胶水粘合,不牢固,只能进行拼装一次。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种3D立体金属组装拼图结合扣件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种3D立体金属组装拼图结合扣件,包括弹力扣和卡扣,所述弹力扣和卡扣扣合连接,所述弹力扣上设有装进切入点、拆出切入点和弹力支点,所述装进切入点、拆出切入点和弹力支点均对称设置有两个。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述弹力扣的前端对称设置有两个装进切入点,装进切入点的后端为拆出切入点,拆出切入点的后端设置弹力支点。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述弹力扣设置在产品A上,所述卡扣设置在产品B上,产品A和产品B通过弹力扣和卡扣扣合连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:组装方便,环保,稳固,代替胶水粘合关节的弹性卡扣,每个位置由卡扣衔接,保证工艺品环保及美观,也能进行多次拼装组合。大大提升产品的可玩性。

请参阅图4~8,本实用新型的使用方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将产品A竖着方向放好,产品B横着方向平放好;
(2)将产品A的弹力扣1位对准产品B的卡扣2位,轻轻用力卡入,如图5:弹力扣1张开;
(3)将产品A的弹力扣1位轻轻向着产品B的卡扣2位推进,如图6:产品A的弹力扣1位推至产品B的卡扣2位,弹力扣回弹,扣住不致脱落;
(4)将产品A,产品B向着相反方向拉,如图7:弹力扣1张开;
(5)将产品A,产品B拉致分开,如图8:弹力扣1回弹至原位。
本实用新型的3D立体金属组装拼图采用进口光纤激光精密切割机对产品进行加工生产的金属工艺摆件,该产品(设备发射光直径为0.05mm精度为±0.02mm)的功能间隙可精细到0.07mm以内;拼装型金属工艺摆件可提高个人脑力益智,研发出代替胶水粘合关节的弹性卡扣,每个位置由卡扣衔接,保证工艺品环保及美观,也能进行多次拼装组合。大大提升产品的可玩性。
