一种防坠的摩擦式滑撑铰链 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种窗撑,尤其涉及一种防止平开窗窗扇坠落的摩擦式滑撑铰链。
背景技术
平开窗常用的滑撑铰链是一种由滑轨、滑块、顶部托悬臂、短托悬臂、托悬臂以及长托悬臂组装而成的一种运动机构,滑轨的一端装有导向顶角,对铰链的开启与关闭起导向作用。将一对滑撑安装于平开窗上,当推动窗扇时,窗扇通过安装于窗扇的顶部托悬臂带动短托悬臂、长托悬臂以及托悬臂运转(滑块则沿滑轨滑动),从而可开启和关闭窗扇。滑撑铰链的滑块上装有调节螺钉,可通过顺时针转动调节螺钉,使其伸出滑块底面,推动滑块向上压紧滑轨上部的凸缘来调节摩擦力,使开启在某一位置的窗扇在滑块与滑轨之间摩擦力的作用下不能运转,以免窗扇在正常风力作用下突然关闭而与窗框发生碰撞。常用的塑料由于强度差,塑料螺纹在压力环境下易失效;金属滑块虽然强度高,但由于厚度较薄,滑块上的螺孔小、螺纹短,螺纹在压力环境下也易失效。在没有摩擦力的情况下,没有锁紧的窗扇在不同风向的作用力下会来回关闭,不断地碰撞窗框而导致玻璃损坏脱落,甚至可能导致螺丝松动或失效而发生窗扇坠落的危险。另外,窗户经过一段时间的使用后,也可能因滑块长时间磨损的情况下因承受能力变差,在窗扇意外受到外力冲击的情况下发生变形或断裂,脱离滑轨,导致窗扇坠落。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防坠的摩擦式滑撑铰链,解决传统铰链的滑块因长时间磨损而导致承受能力变差,在窗扇意外受到外力冲击的情况下发生变形或断裂,脱离滑轨,导致窗扇坠落的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

    采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
    1、调节螺钉抵住摩擦垫片,保证摩擦垫片即便有一定磨损也会同样保持提供强度高而又耐磨的滑块,避免滑块因长时间磨损而导致承受能力变差,在窗扇意外受到外力冲击的情况下发生变形或断裂,脱离滑轨,导致窗扇坠落。
