Description

BISAGRA DEL TIPO OCULTA REGULABLE 3D.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN En la actualidad se conoce de una gran variedad de bisagras, por ejemplo las bisagras ajustables o del tipo de aquellas que se instalan en el marco como en la puerta quedando oculta, las articuladas o bien las convencionales con funciones básicas, dichas bisagras no cuenta con un sistema regulable lateral, vertical, horizontal y de altura con herramental especifica como llaves alien, ios ejemplos anteriores tienen como limitante que, no están fabricadas con material resistente, son muy ruidosas y con el uso diario de accionar las puertas pierden su función, o se deterioran por la exposición ai sol, lluvia y salinidad.
La presente invención busca resolver este problema técnico, adicionando un sistema regulable lateral, altura, profundidad y de cierre suave, así como de un material resistente a la corrosión, al sol, lluvia y salinidad a saber: aleación de zinc con aluminio, magnesio y cobre.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCION
Lo novedoso de esta invención se muestra claramente en ios dibujos que acompañan a la presente solicitud, y de acuerdo a la descripción que a continuación detallamos de modo que ¡as referencias alfanuméricas corresponden a cada uno de ios elementos estructurales que conforman esta invención. DESCRIPCION DETALLADA DE LA INVENCION Con referencia a la figura 1 , la bisagra del tipo oculta regulable 3D, que comprende un primer cuerpo simétrico (100) en ambos extremos con terminación en semicírculo que comprende cubierta superior (100 a), cubierta inferior (100b) de fijación al marco, con abertura central de acoplamiento (101 ); un segundo cuerpo simétrico (102) en ambos extremos con terminación en semicírculo que comprende cubierta superior (102c), cubierta inferior (102d); de fijación a la puerta, con abertura de acoplamiento (103), unidas entre si mediante un mecanismo de apertura y cierre, caracterizado por un brazo superior (104), brazo inferior (105), unidos entre si mediante un tornillo de regulación central ( 108), el brazo superior esta articulado por una parte al segundo cuerpo simétrico y desplazable mediante una canaleta dispuesta en el primer cuerpo simétrico y el brazo inferior en forma inversa, con ¡a particularidad de que ambos brazos están formados por piezas arqueadas, estando ambos brazos articulados entre si en correspondencia con una zona de cruce entre las mismas; tornillo de regulación de inclinación de la parte superior de la puerta (107); tornillo de regulación de inclinación de la parte inferior de la puerta (108); tornillo de regulación de altura parte superior de la puerta (109), tornillo de regulación de altura parte inferior de la puerta (1 10), tornillo de regulación lateral (1 1 1 ), tornillo prisionero superior (1 12), tonillo prisionero inferior (1 13); canaleta de desplazamiento (1 14).
La bisagra del tipo oculta regulable 3D, esta diseñada para soportar puertas con pesos de 80 a 120 kilogramos; dicha bisagra del tipo oculta regulable está fabricada con una aleación de zinc con aluminio, magnesio y cobre, material altamente resistente a la corrosión, al sol, lluvia y salinidad, el sistema regulable ayuda a que ¡a puerta se pueda ajustar lateralmente + 2.5mm. Altura + 2.5mm. Profundidad +1.0mm.
La bisagra del tipo oculta regulable 3D, comprende un tornillo de regulación central del mecanismo de apertura y cierre, que con la asistencia de una llave alien se regula la presión entre los brazos supenor e inferior, lo cual permite un cierre suave o más fuerte de la puerta.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES Habiendo descrito de manera detallada nuestra invención, consideramos que es una novedad y por lo tanto reclamamos como de nuestra exclusiva propiedad, lo contenido en las siguientes reivindicaciones:
1. Una bisagra de! tipo oculta regulable 3D, que comprende un primer cuerpo simétrico (100) de fijación al marco, con abertura central de acoplamiento (101 ); un segundo cuerpo simétrico (102) de fijación a la puerta, con abertura de acoplamiento (103), unidas entre si mediante un mecanismo de apertura y cierre, caracterizado por un brazo superior (104), brazo inferior (105), unidos entre si mediante un tornillo de regulación central ( 106), el brazo superior esta articulado por una parte al segundo cuerpo simétrico y despiazable mediante una canaleta dispuesta en el primer cuerpo simétrico y e! brazo inferior en forma inversa, con la particularidad de que ambos brazos están formados por piezas arqueadas, estando ambos brazos articulados entre si en correspondencia con una zona de cruce entre las mismas; tornillo de regulación de inclinación de la parte superior de la puerta (107); tornillo de regulación de inclinación de la parte inferior de la puerta (108); tornillo de regulación de altura parte superior de la puerta (109), tornillo de regulación de altura parte inferior de la puerta (1 10), tornillo de regulación lateral (1 1 1 ), tornillo prisionero superior (1 12), tonillo prisionero inferior (1 13); canaleta de desplazamiento (1 14).
2. Una bisagra del tipo ocuita regulable 3D, de conformidad con la clausula 1 , además porque soporta puertas con pesos de 80 a 120 kilogramos.
3. Una bisagra del tipo oculta regulable 3D, de conformidad con la clausula 1 , además porque está fabricada con una aleación de zinc con aluminio, magnesio y cobre, material altamente resistente a la corrosión, al sol, lluvia y salinidad.
4. Una bisagra del tipo oculta regulable 3D, de conformidad con la clausula 1 , además porque que la puerta se puede ajustar hasta + 2.5mm. Lateralmente.
