优选地,所述弹出模块包括弹柱导向座、弹柱、压盖以及弹出弹簧;
其中,所述弹柱导向座设置在安装基座上,内设导向槽;弹柱和弹出弹簧设置在导向槽内,弹柱连接所述弹出弹簧;所述压盖设置在锁扣安装体上,用于对弹柱进行限位;
当在关锁状态时,所述压盖驱动弹柱在导向槽内轴向移动使弹出弹簧蓄能;当按键按下,锁舌脱离锁扣时,弹簧释放能量使弹柱将锁扣安装体弹开。
优选地,所述海关锁模块包括海关锁芯、海关锁推杆以及海关锁固定座;
其中,所述海关锁固定座设置在安装基座上,海关锁芯、海关锁推杆的一端铰接于海关锁固定座上;海关锁推杆另一端和第一传动连杆相连;
当使用海关锁模块开锁时,海关锁芯转动带动海关锁推杆转动,进而带动第一传动连杆平动,主旋杆转动,按键即可开锁;当使用海关锁关锁时,海关锁芯转动带动海关锁推杆逆向转动,第一压簧驱动第一传动连杆平动复位,同时旋杆扭簧驱动主旋杆逆向转动复位。
优选地,所述密码模块中密码盘的数量为多个;多个所述密码盘沿所述密码模块的密码轴的长度方向依次排列。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明设置有密码模块、海关锁模块和电子锁传动模块和电子锁电控模块,能够实现密码、海关锁和电子锁独立开锁,使用极为便利;
2、本发明利用按键加弹出模块实现了一键开合的功能,可以使用户单手操作,使用更加方便灵活;
3、本发明中密码模块、海关锁模块和电子锁传动模块利用传动连杆与同一个 主旋杆相连,使用同一个按键模块和弹出模块进行开锁,减少了部件数量,极大地降低了成本;
4、本发明结构简单,部件合理,易于推广应用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
在本实施例中,本发明提供的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,包括电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块、弹出模块、按键模块、电子锁电控模块、密码模块、安装基座、第一传动连杆、主旋杆以及第二传动连杆;
其中,电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块、弹出模块、按键模块、电子锁电控模块和密 码模块设置在安装底座上;海关锁模块、电子锁传动模块和第一传动连杆相连;密码模块和第二传动连杆相连;第一传动连杆、第二传动连杆用于驱动主旋杆转动;主旋杆用于按键模块的限位;按键模块和弹出模块相连;
当通过密码模块、海关锁模块、电子锁传动模块任一个模块进行开锁时,所述密码模块驱动第二传动连杆平动或所述海关锁模块或电子锁传动模块驱动所述第一传动连杆平动,带动主旋杆旋转后,通过按键模块驱动弹出模块将锁扣安装体弹开。
所述电子锁传动模块包括电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、齿轮以及齿条;
其中,所述电机设置于安装基座上且与蜗杆相连;蜗杆和蜗轮啮合;蜗轮和齿轮通过中间轴设置在安装基座上;所述齿轮和齿条的一端啮合;齿条通过导向槽设置在安装基座上;齿条另一端和第一传动连杆相连;
当所述电机转动时,带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,进而带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动齿条平动,进而带动第一传动连杆平动。
所述电子锁电控模块包括电路板;
所述电路板设置于安装底座上,所述电路板电连接电子锁传动模块;
当用电子锁开锁时,电路板发出指令,电机正向旋转驱动第一传动连杆,进而进行开锁;当电子锁关锁时,电路板发出指令,电机逆向旋转,第一传动连杆复位,进而进行关锁。
所述安装基座设置有第一传杆导向槽、第二传杆导向槽和旋杆轴;
第一传动连杆、第二传动连杆分别设置在安装底座的第一传杆导向槽、第二传杆导向槽;第一传动连杆能够在第一传杆导向槽中滑动,第二传动连杆能够在第二传杆导向槽中滑动;
主旋杆铰接于旋杆轴上,能够相对旋杆轴转动;第一传动连杆上设置的第一压簧连接所述安装基座;所述第二传动连杆上设置的第二压簧与安装基座相连;所述第一压簧用于驱动第一传动连杆复位;所述第二压簧用于驱动第二传动连杆复位;
主旋杆上设置的旋杆扭簧与安装底座相连,所述旋杆扭簧用于驱动主旋杆复位;
第一传动连杆、第二传动连杆均与主旋杆相连,当第一传动连杆或第二传动连杆平动时能够带动主旋杆旋转。
所述按键模块包括滑动顶块、按键、按键导向座、锁舌、锁舌顶块以及锁舌导向座;
其中,所述按键导向座和锁舌导向座设置于安装基座上;所述按键导向座、所述锁舌导向座分别设有按键导向槽、锁舌导向槽;按键、锁舌分别设置于按键导向槽、锁舌 导向槽内;按键能够沿按键导向槽平动,锁舌能够沿锁舌导向槽平动;滑动顶块和按键相连,锁舌顶块一方面与按键相连,另一边和锁舌相连;
当电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块或密码模块任意一种处于开锁位置时,所述密码模块、海关锁模块或电子锁传动模块驱动所述第一传动连杆或第二传动连杆平动,带动主旋杆旋转后,形成滑动顶块的运行空间;从而按键能够按下,带动滑动顶块和锁舌顶块平动,锁舌顶块带动锁舌平动;
当电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块或密码模块均处于关锁位置时,主旋杆的一端顶住滑动顶块,限制了滑动顶块的运行空间,滑动顶块不能平动,从而按键不能按下。
所述弹出模块包括弹柱导向座、弹柱、压盖以及弹出弹簧;
其中,所述弹柱导向座设置在安装基座上,内设导向槽;弹柱和弹出弹簧设置在导向槽内,弹柱连接所述弹出弹簧;所述压盖设置在锁扣安装体上,用于对弹柱进行限位;
当在关锁状态时,所述压盖驱动弹柱在导向槽内轴向移动使弹出弹簧蓄能;当按键按下,锁舌脱离锁扣时,弹簧释放能量使弹柱将锁扣安装体弹开。
所述海关锁模块包括海关锁芯、海关锁推杆以及海关锁固定座;
其中,所述海关锁固定座设置在安装基座上,海关锁芯、海关锁推杆的一端铰接于海关锁固定座上;海关锁推杆另一端和第一传动连杆相连;
当使用海关锁模块开锁时,海关锁芯转动带动海关锁推杆转动,进而带动第一传动连杆平动,主旋杆转动,按键即可开锁;当使用海关锁关锁时,海关锁芯转动带动海关锁推杆逆向转动,第一压簧驱动第一传动连杆平动复位,同时旋杆扭簧驱动主旋杆逆向转动复位。
所述密码模块中密码盘的数量为多个;多个所述密码盘沿所述密码模块的密码轴的长度方向依次排列。
在本实施例中,本发明设置有密码模块、海关锁模块和电子锁传动模块和电子锁电控模块,能够实现密码、海关锁和电子锁独立开锁,使用极为便利;本发明利用按键加弹出模块实现了一键开合的功能,可以使用户单手操作,使用更加方便灵活;本发明中密码模块、海关锁模块和电子锁传动模块利用传动连杆与同一个主旋杆相连,使用同一个按键模块和弹出模块进行开锁,减少了部件数量,极大地降低了成本;本发明结构简单,部件合理,易于推广应用。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,包括电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块、弹出模块、按键模块、电子锁电控模块、密码模块、安装基座、第一传动连杆、主旋杆以及第二传动连杆;
    其中,电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块、弹出模块、按键模块、电子锁电控模块和密码模块设置在安装底座上;海关锁模块、电子锁传动模块和第一传动连杆相连;密码模块和第二传动连杆相连;第一传动连杆、第二传动连杆用于驱动主旋杆转动;主旋杆用于按键模块的限位;按键模块和弹出模块相连;
    当通过密码模块、海关锁模块、电子锁传动模块任一个模块进行开锁时,所述密码模块驱动第二传动连杆平动或所述海关锁模块或电子锁传动模块驱动所述第一传动连杆平动,带动主旋杆旋转后,通过按键模块驱动弹出模块将锁扣安装体弹开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述电子锁传动模块包括电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、齿轮以及齿条;
    其中,所述电机设置于安装基座上且与蜗杆相连;蜗杆和蜗轮啮合;蜗轮和齿轮通过中间轴设置在安装基座上;所述齿轮和齿条的一端啮合;齿条通过导向槽设置在安装基座上;齿条另一端和第一传动连杆相连;
    当所述电机转动时,带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,进而带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动齿条平动,进而带动第一传动连杆平动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述电子锁电控模块包括电路板;
    所述电路板设置于安装底座上,所述电路板电连接电子锁传动模块;
    当用电子锁开锁时,电路板发出指令,电机正向旋转驱动第一传动连杆,进而进行开锁;当电子锁关锁时,电路板发出指令,电机逆向旋转,第一传动连杆复位,进而进行关锁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述安装基座设置有第一传杆导向槽、第二传杆导向槽和旋杆轴;
    第一传动连杆、第二传动连杆分别设置在安装底座的第一传杆导向槽、第二传杆导向槽;第一传动连杆能够在第一传杆导向槽中滑动,第二传动连杆能够在第二传杆导向槽中滑动;
    主旋杆铰接于旋杆轴上,能够相对旋杆轴转动;第一传动连杆上设置的第一压簧连接所述安装基座;所述第二传动连杆上设置的第二压簧与安装基座相连;所述第一压簧用于驱动第一传动连杆复位;所述第二压簧用于驱动第二传动连杆复位;
    主旋杆上设置的旋杆扭簧与安装底座相连,所述旋杆扭簧用于驱动主旋杆复位;
    第一传动连杆、第二传动连杆均与主旋杆相连,当第一传动连杆或第二传动连杆平动时能够带动主旋杆旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述按键模块包括滑动顶块(23)、按键(17)、按键导向座、锁舌(13)、锁舌顶块(14)以及锁舌导向座(15);
    其中,所述按键导向座和锁舌导向座(15)设置于安装基座上;所述按键导向座、所述锁舌导向座(15)分别设有按键导向槽、锁舌导向槽;按键(17)、锁舌(13)分别设置于按键导向槽、锁舌导向槽内;按键(17)能够沿按键导向槽平动,锁舌(13)能够沿锁舌导向槽平动;滑动顶块(23)和按键(17)相连,锁舌顶块(14)一方面与按键(17)相连,另一边和锁舌(13)相连;
    当电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块或密码模块任意一种处于开锁位置时,所述密码模块、海关锁模块或电子锁传动模块驱动所述第一传动连杆或第二传动连杆平动,带动主旋杆旋转后,形成滑动顶块(23)的运行空间;从而按键(17)能够按下,带动滑动顶块(23)和锁舌顶块(14)平动,锁舌顶块(14)带动锁舌(13)平动;
    当电子锁传动模块、海关锁模块或密码模块均处于关锁位置时,主旋杆的一端顶住滑动顶块(23),限制了滑动顶块(23)的运行空间,滑动顶块(23)不能平动,从而按键(17)不能按下。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述弹出模块包括弹柱导向座、弹柱(53)、压盖以及弹出弹簧;
    其中,所述弹柱导向座设置在安装基座上,内设导向槽;弹柱和弹出弹簧设置在导向槽内,弹柱连接所述弹出弹簧;所述压盖设置在锁扣安装体上,用于对弹柱进行限位;
    当在关锁状态时,所述压盖驱动弹柱(53)在导向槽内轴向移动使弹出弹簧蓄能;当按键按下,锁舌脱离锁扣时,弹簧释放能量使弹柱将锁扣安装体弹开。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述海关锁模块包括海关锁芯、海关锁推杆以及海关锁固定座;
    其中,所述海关锁固定座设置在安装基座上,海关锁芯、海关锁推杆的一端铰接于 海关锁固定座上;海关锁推杆另一端和第一传动连杆相连;
    当使用海关锁模块开锁时,海关锁芯转动带动海关锁推杆转动,进而带动第一传动连杆平动,主旋杆转动,按键即可开锁;当使用海关锁关锁时,海关锁芯转动带动海关锁推杆逆向转动,第一压簧驱动第一传动连杆平动复位,同时旋杆扭簧驱动主旋杆逆向转动复位。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的能够一键开合的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述密码模块中密码盘的数量为多个;多个所述密码盘沿所述密码模块的密码轴的长度方向依次排列。
