当通过密码锁装置、海关锁装置、电子锁装置任一种装置进行开锁时,所述密码锁装置、海关锁装置或电子锁装置驱动所述旋杆7旋转,形成所述锁卡1的运行空间,旋转所述底座2时,能够带动所述开锁机构运动进行开锁。
所述开锁机构包括固定盘22、齿轮B23、齿轮C25以及转轴24;其中,所述齿轮B23设置在所述固定盘22上;所述齿轮C25和所述转轴24固连为整体结构;所述转轴24通过所述固定盘22的安装孔穿出,且能够在所述安装孔内转动;当所述固定盘22转动依次通过所述齿轮B23、所述齿轮C25带动所述转轴24转动。
所述密码锁装置包括密码盘21、密码盘拉杆3以及密码锁弹簧5;其中,所述密码盘21用于限位所述密码盘拉杆3;所述密码盘拉杆3通过密码锁弹簧5连接所述底座2的密码盘拉杆安装台;所述密码锁弹簧5的内侧设置有第二导向轴,所述密码锁弹簧5呈压缩状态;所述密码盘拉杆3能够在所述密码锁弹簧5的驱动下沿所述第二导向轴的 轴向方向运动;所述密码盘拉杆3的一端设置有卡口;所述旋杆7的一端设置在所述卡口;当所述密码盘21输入密码正确时,所述密码盘21形成所述密码盘拉杆3的运行空间,所述密码盘拉杆3在所述密码锁弹簧5的驱动下沿所述第二导向轴的轴向方向运动,所述密码盘拉杆3的一端带动所述旋杆7转动,形成所述锁卡1的运行空间。
所述电子锁装置包括电机10、蜗杆11、蜗轮12、齿轮A13、齿条14、推杆8以及推杆弹簧9;其中,所述蜗杆11设置在所述电机10的电机轴上;所述蜗杆11与所述蜗轮12相啮合;所述齿轮A13设置在所述蜗轮12上;所述齿轮A13与所述齿条14相啮合;所述齿条14的另一端贴合所述推杆8的一端;所述推杆8的另一端贴合所述旋杆7的另一端;所述推杆8通过所述推杆弹簧9连接所述底座2的推杆安装台;所述推杆弹簧9内侧设置有第三导向轴;当所述电机10转动时,依次通过所述蜗杆11、所述蜗轮12、所述齿轮A13、所述齿条14推动所述推杆8沿第三导向轴运动,进而推动所述旋杆7转动,形成所述锁卡1的运行空间。
所述海关锁装置包括海关锁芯16、海关锁推杆15以及海关弹簧17;其中,所述海关锁推杆15通过所述海关弹簧17连接所述底座2的海关锁推杆安装台;所述海关弹簧17的内侧设置有第四导向轴,所述海关锁芯16用于驱动所述海关锁推杆15沿所述第四导向轴的轴向方向移动;所述海关锁推杆15的一端贴合所述推杆8的一端。
所述底座2设置有导向槽;所述推杆8、所述海关锁推杆15以及所述齿条14设置在所述导向槽内,且能够沿所述导向槽的长度方向运动。
所述旋杆7的一端与另一端之间的夹角为90度;所述旋杆7的另一端与所述限位端之间的夹角为90度;所述旋杆7的一端和所述限位端在同一直线上。
所述密码盘21的数量为多个;多个所述密码盘21沿所述密码盘拉杆3的长度方向排列。在本实施例中,所述密码盘21的数量为3个。
当使用本发明提供的三合一行李箱锁时,具体为,当使用密码锁装置的进行开关时,
当3位密码都正确时,密码锁拉杆3在密码锁弹簧5的作用下向上移动,密码锁拉杆3带动旋杆7旋转。7旋杆旋转到位后释放了对锁卡1的顶死作用;再用手顺时针旋转底座2,由于锁卡1与固定盘22在斜面20处接触形成斜面副,底座2的转动使锁卡1向左移动。同时与底座2固定在一起的齿轮B23带动齿轮C25,从而使转轴24转动,转轴24再带动后续的执行机构使箱子打开。当任何一个密码盘密码不正确时,密码锁拉杆3将会处于图1所示的位置,旋杆7在扭簧6的作用下复位到图示位置,从而顶死锁卡1,这时锁卡1与固定盘22在斜面20处形成的斜面副将锁死,底座2无法转动, 这时锁处于锁住状态。当需要修改密码时,先转动3个密码盘,使密码正确,然后按下改密顶杆18,再分别转动3个密码盘,将密码设置为所需密码即可。
当使用电子锁装置进行开关时,本发明收到开锁信号后,控制电机10转动,蜗杆11与电机轴固定在一起,蜗杆11带动蜗轮12转动。齿轮A13与蜗轮12固定在同一根轴上,所以齿轮A13与12蜗轮12一起转动,进而带动齿条14向左移动,齿条14推动推杆8移动,推杆8推动旋杆7顺时针转动,从而释放了对锁卡1的顶死作用,锁可开启。反之,当本发明收到锁住信号后,控制电机10反向转动,通过蜗杆11、蜗轮12、齿轮A13构使齿条14移动到最右端,推杆8在推杆弹簧9的作用下复位,旋杆7也随之复位,这时锁处于锁死状态。
当使用海关锁装置的进行开关时,将钥匙插入海关锁芯16,顺时针转动,海关锁芯16的凸杆将推动海关锁推杆15向左移动,海关锁推杆15推动推杆8向左移动,推杆8使旋杆7顺时针旋转,从而开启锁;反之钥匙逆时针转动,则海关锁推杆15、推杆8分别在海关弹簧17、推杆弹簧9的作用下复位,旋杆7也在扭簧6的作用下复位,使锁处于锁死状态。
本发明提供的所述的三合一行李箱锁的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
-通过所述密码锁装置、所述海关锁装置、所述电子锁装置任一种实现所述三合一行李箱锁的解锁;
-当通过所述密码锁装置解锁时,则通过密码锁装置上锁;当通过所述海关锁装置解锁时,则通过海关锁装置上锁;当通过所述电子锁装置解锁时,则通过电子锁装置上锁。
当海关人员解锁时,海关人员使用专用的TSA钥匙顺时针拧动海关锁芯90°后顺时针转动底座90°即可打开行李箱;
当使用者开锁时:本发明收到解锁信号后,电机10推动推杆,推杆带动锁销限位。当主锁指示灯显示绿色,顺时针旋转底座90°,即可打开主锁。
当主锁指示灯指示显示黄色,客户需使用密码锁装置开锁。
当密码开锁时,使用者旋转密码盘,当密码正确时,主锁指示灯显示绿色,客户收到提示后顺时针旋转底座90°,即可打开主锁。
本发明上锁需要达到三个条件:密码盘拨乱,电子锁装置达到上锁位置,海关锁装置上锁。
当海关人员使用TSA钥匙打开行李箱时,则使用TSA钥匙将海关锁芯逆时针拧动 90°,海关人员逆时针拧动将底座逆时针旋转90°
当使用者上锁,则逆时针旋转底座90°,确认密码盘处于拨乱状态,电子锁装置上锁。即使用者使用密码锁装置解锁,上锁时必须使用密码锁装置上锁;使用者使用电子锁装置解锁,上锁时电子锁装置需上锁,同时确认密码锁装置上锁。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,包括密码锁装置、海关锁装置、电子锁装置、底座(2)、锁卡(1)、主弹簧(4)、扭簧(6)、开锁机构以及旋杆(7);
    其中,所述底座(2)设置有旋杆安装台和锁卡安装台;所述旋杆(7)一方面通过转轴连接所述旋杆安装台,另一方面通过所述扭簧(6)连接所述旋杆安装台;
    所述锁卡(1)通过所述主弹簧(4)连接所述锁卡安装台,所述主弹簧(4)的内侧设置有第一导向轴,所述锁卡(1)能够通过压缩主弹簧(4)沿所述第一导向轴的轴向方向运动;所述旋杆(7)的限位端设置在所述锁卡(1)一侧面,用于限位所述锁卡(1)沿所述第一导向轴的轴向方向运动;
    所述开锁机构设置在所述底座(2)上,所述开锁机构的第一斜面与所述锁卡(1)的第二斜面贴合;
    当通过密码锁装置、海关锁装置、电子锁装置任一种装置进行开锁时,所述密码锁装置、海关锁装置或电子锁装置驱动所述旋杆(7)旋转,形成所述锁卡(1)的运行空间,旋转所述底座(2)时,能够带动所述开锁机构运动进行开锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述开锁机构包括固定盘(22)、齿轮B(23)、齿轮C(25)以及转轴(24);
    其中,所述齿轮B(23)设置在所述固定盘(22)上;所述齿轮C(25)和所述转轴(24)固连为整体结构;所述转轴(24)通过所述固定盘(22)的安装孔穿出,且能够在所述安装孔内转动;
    当所述固定盘(22)转动依次通过所述齿轮B(23)、所述齿轮C(25)带动所述转轴(24)转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述密码锁装置包括密码盘(21)、密码盘拉杆(3)以及密码锁弹簧(5);
    其中,所述密码盘(21)用于限位所述密码盘拉杆(3);所述密码盘拉杆(3)通过密码锁弹簧(5)连接所述底座(2)的密码盘拉杆安装台;所述密码锁弹簧(5)的内侧设置有第二导向轴,所述密码锁弹簧(5)呈压缩状态;所述密码盘拉杆(3)能够在所述密码锁弹簧(5)的驱动下沿所述第二导向轴的轴向方向运动;
    所述密码盘拉杆(3)的一端设置有卡口;所述旋杆(7)的一端设置在所述卡口;
    当所述密码盘(21)输入密码正确时,所述密码盘(21)形成所述密码盘拉杆(3) 的运行空间,所述密码盘拉杆(3)在所述密码锁弹簧(5)的驱动下沿所述第二导向轴的轴向方向运动,所述密码盘拉杆(3)的一端带动所述旋杆(7)转动,形成所述锁卡(1)的运行空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述电子锁装置包括电机(10)、蜗杆(11)、蜗轮(12)、齿轮A(13)、齿条(14)、推杆(8)以及推杆弹簧(9);
    其中,所述蜗杆(11)设置在所述电机(10)的电机轴上;所述蜗杆(11)与所述蜗轮(12)相啮合;所述齿轮A(13)设置在所述蜗轮(12)上;所述齿轮A(13)与所述齿条(14)相啮合;所述齿条(14)的另一端贴合所述推杆(8)的一端;所述推杆(8)的另一端贴合所述旋杆(7)的另一端;所述推杆(8)通过所述推杆弹簧(9)连接所述底座(2)的推杆安装台;所述推杆弹簧(9)内侧设置有第三导向轴;
    当所述电机(10)转动时,依次通过所述蜗杆(11)、所述蜗轮(12)、所述齿轮A(13)、所述齿条(14)推动所述推杆(8)沿第三导向轴运动,进而推动所述旋杆(7)转动,形成所述锁卡(1)的运行空间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述海关锁装置包括海关锁芯(16)、海关锁推杆(15)以及海关弹簧(17);
    其中,所述海关锁推杆(15)通过所述海关弹簧(17)连接所述底座(2)的海关锁推杆安装台;所述海关弹簧(17)的内侧设置有第四导向轴,所述海关锁芯(16)用于驱动所述海关锁推杆(15)沿所述第四导向轴的轴向方向移动;
    所述海关锁推杆(15)的一端贴合所述推杆(8)的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述底座(2)设置有导向槽;
    所述推杆(8)、所述海关锁推杆(15)以及所述齿条(14)设置在所述导向槽内,且能够沿所述导向槽的长度方向运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述旋杆(7)的一端与另一端之间的夹角为90度;
    所述旋杆(7)的另一端与所述限位端之间的夹角为90度;所述旋杆(7)的一端和所述限位端在同一直线上。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的三合一行李箱锁,其特征在于,所述密码盘(21)的数量为多个;多个所述密码盘(21)沿所述密码盘拉杆(3)的长度方向排列。
  9. 一种权利要求1至8任一项所述的三合一行李箱锁的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    -通过所述密码锁装置、所述海关锁装置、所述电子锁装置任一种实现所述三合一行李箱锁的解锁;
    -当通过所述密码锁装置解锁时,则通过密码锁装置上锁;当通过所述海关锁装置解锁时,则通过海关锁装置上锁;当通过所述电子锁装置解锁时,则通过电子锁装置上锁。
