Description

一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家电技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统。
背景技术
中国的烹调文化博大精深、方式变化繁多,其中主要烹调技术包括炒、炸、煮、蒸、煎、烤等,各种烹调方式的实质是被烹调物经过不同搭配以及各种预期火候状态后,烹调得到千变万化的具有小同口味物点和风味效果的各种才是,迄今为止,烹调仍然主要是一种经验和手工为主的技巧,对操作人员技术的要求很高。
而现有中国式的烹饪方式是厨师必须站在烟雾缭绕的灶台前,尽管采用了各种油烟排泄装置,但仍不可避免有部分油烟被灶台前人员吸入,长期以往会造成呼吸道和肺部的严重损害。长久的灶台前站立工作,也是一个繁重的高强度体力劳动,会造成背部和臂膀损伤。现有技术中也有炒菜机器人等自动炒菜装置,但是此类机器人结构复杂,特别是炒锅和锅盖部分需要多机构控制,不利于装置的整体简便制造。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统,具体技术方案如下:
一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括炒锅装置、锅盖装置以及移动终端;其中,所述炒锅装置包括第一蓝牙模块、第一主控制器、电磁炉加热装置以及第一电源模块;所述第一蓝牙模块用于通过蓝牙方式接收所述移动终端发送的加热指令;所述第一主控制器与所述第一蓝牙模块连接,用于根据所述加热指令而发出控制指令;所述电磁炉加热装置与所述第一主控制器连接,用于根据所述控制指令对炒锅执行加热操作;所述第一电源模块用于根据所述控制指令断电或者供电。
进一步地,所述锅盖装置包括第二蓝牙模块、第二主控制器、翻炒装置、调味阀门以及电源模块,所述第二蓝牙模块用于通过蓝牙方式接受所述移动终端发送的翻炒指令;所述第二主控制器用于根据所述翻炒指令而发出控制指令;所述翻炒装置用于根据所述控制指令对锅盖进行翻转操作;所述调味阀门根据所述控制指令开启或关闭阀门;所述第二电源模块用于根据所述控制指令断电或者供电。
进一步地,所述翻炒装置包括转轴和步进电机,所述转轴与所述炒锅固定连接,所述步进电机接收所述第二主控制器发出的翻炒控制指令时,驱动所述转轴转动,从而带动所述炒锅实现360度旋转。
进一步地,所述电磁炉加热装置包括电磁加热线圈和高频驱动电源,所述高频驱动电源与所述电磁加热线圈连接,并接收所述第一主控制器发出的火候控制指令时,对所述电磁加热线圈通入电流,从而对所述炒锅加热。
进一步地,所述炒锅装置的内壁涂有耐高温不沾材料层。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统采用了上述技术方案,达到了如下技术效果:使用者使用移动终端的蓝牙方式与所述智能炒锅进行连接,通过移动终端发出指令从而实现全自动炒菜,避免了因为长期吸入油烟而造成呼吸和肺部的严重损害。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成上述目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及优选实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效进行详细说明。应当理解,本发明所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
在本实施例中,所述一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统包括炒锅装置20、锅盖装置10以及移动终端;所述移动终端可通过蓝牙方式与所述炒锅装置20、锅盖装置10建立连接,通过移动终端发送加热、翻炒以及放调味剂等指令,实现全自动炒菜动能。
如图1所示,图1是本发明提供的一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统的炒锅装置的优选实施例的结构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述炒锅装置20包括第一电源模块201、第一主控制器202、第一蓝牙模块203以及电磁炉加热装置204;所述第一电源模块201、所述第一蓝牙模块203以及电磁炉加热装置204均与所述第一主控制器202建立连接,所述第一蓝牙模块203用于通过蓝牙方式与所述移动终端连接,同时接收所述移动终端发送的加热指令、供电指令以及断电指令等,所述第一主控制器202用于根据所述加热指令、供电指令以及断电指令而发出相对应的控制指令;所述电磁炉加热装置204用于根据所述加热控制指令对所述炒锅执行加热操作;所述第一电源模块201用于根据所述相对应的控制指令对所述炒锅进行供电或者断电等操作。
具体地来说,所述电磁炉加热装置204包括电磁加热线圈和高频驱动电源,所述高频驱动电源与所述电磁加热线圈连接,并接收所述第一主控制器202发出的火候控制指令时,对所述电磁加热线圈通入电流,从而对所述炒锅进行加热。
具体地来说,所述炒锅装置20的内壁涂有高温不沾材料层,防止材料、食品沾到所述炒锅内壁,导致味道不佳等问题出现。
如图2所示,图2是本发明提供的一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统的锅盖装置的优选实施例的结构示意图。
在实施例中,所述锅盖装置10包括调味阀门101、第二主控制器102、第二蓝牙模块103、翻炒装置104以及第二电源模块105;所述调味阀门101、所述第二蓝牙模块103、所述翻炒装置104以及所述第二电源模块105均与所述第二主控制器102建立连接,所述第二蓝牙模块103用于通过蓝牙方式接收所述移动终端发送的翻炒指令、供电指令以及断电指令;所述第二主控制器102用于根据所述翻炒指令、供电指令以及断电指令等而发出相应的控制指令;所述翻炒装置104用于根据所述翻炒指令对锅盖进行翻转操作;所述调味阀门101用于根据所述相应的控制指令打开所述调味阀门101,将调味剂放入所述炒锅内;所述第二电源模块105用于根据所述供电或断电控制指令进行供电或者断电操作。
具体地来说,所述翻炒装置104包括转轴和步进电机,所述转轴与所述炒锅装置20固定连接,所述步进电机接收所述第二主控制器102发出的翻炒控制指令时,驱动所述转轴转动,从而带动所述炒锅实现360度旋转。

  1. 一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括炒锅装置、锅盖装置以及移动终端;其中,所述炒锅装置包括第一蓝牙模块、第一主控制器、电磁炉加热装置以及第一电源模块;
    所述第一蓝牙模块用于通过蓝牙方式接收所述移动终端发送的加热指令;
    所述第一主控制器与所述第一蓝牙模块连接,用于根据所述加热指令而发出控制指令;
    所述电磁炉加热装置与所述第一主控制器连接,用于根据所述控制指令对炒锅执行加热操作;
    所述第一电源模块用于根据所述控制指令断电或者供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统,其特征在于,所述锅盖装置包括第二蓝牙模块、第二主控制器、翻炒装置、调味阀门以及第二电源模块,所述第二蓝牙模块用于通过蓝牙方式接收所述移动终端发送的翻炒指令;所述第二主控制器用于根据所述翻炒指令而发出控制指令;所述翻炒装置用于根据所述控制指令对锅盖进行翻转操作;所述调味阀门根据所述控制指令开启或关闭阀门;所述第二电源模块用于根据所述控制指令断电或者供电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统,其特征在于,所述翻炒装置包括转轴和步进电机,所述转轴与所述炒 锅固定连接,所述步进电机接收所述第二主控制器发出的翻炒控制指令时,驱动所述转轴转动,从而带动所述炒锅实现360度旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于蓝牙方式的智能炒锅系统,其特征在于,所述电磁炉加热装置包括电磁加热线圈和高频驱动电源,所述高频驱动电源与所述电磁加热线圈连接,并接收所述第一主控制器发出的火候控制指令时,对所述电磁加热线圈通入电流,从而对所述炒锅加热。
