作为本发明的一个实施例,如图1至图7所示,本实施例的电动平衡车100包括电池150、第一车体110、第二车体120以及设置在第一车体110和第二车体120之间的中间体130,所述中间体130包括第一板131、第二板132以及设置在所述第一板131一端和第二板132一端的承载板133,所述第一板131另一端和第二板132另一端间隔设置,形成一开口134,所述第一板131另一端固定在所述第一车体110上,所述第二板132另一端固定在所述第二车体120上,所述第一车体110和第二车体120通过所述中间体130固定连接后形成一间隙111。
本实施例第一车体110和第二车体120之间通过中间体130固定连接,第一车体和第一板固定连接以及第二车体和第二板固定连接后,第一车体和第二车体之间形成一间隙,第一车体和第二车体可以通过中间的间隙相互缓冲,从而减小电动平衡车的震动作用力,起到减震作用。当电动平衡车在跑动过程中其中第一车体遇到障碍物或第二车体遇到障碍物时第一车体或第二车体产生形变及震动,并作用到中间体和间隙处,间隙和中间件对震动作用力进行减缓,当震动继续向另一侧传动时,其震动作用力被大大的减小,这样就大大减小了震动作用力,起到了较好的减震作用。
在本实施例中,所述承载板133位于所述间隙111上方,且位于所述第一车体110和第二车体120上方。
承载板设置在间隙、第一车体及第二车体上方,用户在使用电动平衡车代步时,就可以坐到承载板上,使得用户使用电动平衡车更加舒适。或者用户可以用手拿握住承载板,以增加用户使用电动平衡车的稳定性。需要说明的是,本实施例的承载板并不限于设置在间隙上方,比如将承载板设置在间隙下方,也是可以的。
在本实施例中,中间体可以是设置成不同的结构,如图5所示为本实施例中间体的第一种具体结构,具体如下:
所述承载板133和第一板131可活动固定连接,所述承载板133和第二板132可活动固定连接,承载板分别和第一板、第二板可活动连接,方便调节承载板高度,以便不同用户坐在承载板上。或者以便不同用户使用中间体作为把手。
进一步的,所述承载板133与第一板131、第二板132同步可活动固定连接。承载板在与第一板、第二板拉伸活动时同步进行,更加方便用户调整承载板的高度,以便不同用户坐在承载板上。或者以便不同用户使用中间体作为把手。
在本实施例中,如图6和图7所示为本实施例中间体的第二种具体结构,结合图1至图3具体如下:
所述中间体130还包括设置在所述第一板131和承载板133之间的第三板135和设置在所述第二板132和承载板133之间第四板136,所述第三板135和第一板131可活动固定连接,所述第二板132和第四板136可活动固定连接。设置第三板135和第四板136来调节承载板133的高度,这样效果更好。
其中,所述第一板131设置有用于放置所述第三板135的第一腔1311,所述第三板135可在所述第一腔1311内活动,第一腔1311对第三板135起到限位作用,以便第三板135在第一腔1311内活动;所述第二板132设置有用于放置所述第四板136的第二腔1321,所述第四板136可在所述第二腔1321内活动,第二板1321对第四板136起到限位作用,以便第四板136在第二腔1321内活 动。
进一步的,所述中间体130还包括用于限定所述第三板135在所述第一腔1311内活动的第一限定件和用于限定所述第四板136在所述第二腔1321内活动的第二限定件。具体的,第一限定件和第二限定件都为限定销137,对应的,第一板和第二板上都设置有用于放置限定销的限定孔,以及第三板和第四板设置有用于放置限定销的限定孔或限定槽。当然,本实施例的第一限定件和第二限定件还可以为其他结构。
第一限定件和第二限定件分别对第三板和第四板起到限定作用,以便限定第三板和第四板的高度,进而限定承载板的高度,以便不同用户坐在承载板上。或者以便不同用户使用中间体作为把手。
在本实施例中间体的第二种具体结构中,第三板及第四板的个数都为一个,需要说明的是,本实施例中间体的第二种具体结构并不限于此,比如:设置两个第三板及两个第四板,或其他个数的第三板及第四板,而且各个第三板相互可活动连接,以及各个第四板相互可活动连接。
以上为本实施例中间体的两种具体结构,当然,本实施例还可以将中间体设置成其他结构,比如:所述第一板和第一车体可活动固定连接,所述第二板和第二车体可活动固定连接,这样设置同样方便调节第一板及第二板的高度,进而方便调节承载板高度,以便不同用户坐在承载板上。或者以便不同用户使用中间体作为把手。
在本实施例中,所述第一板131一端和第二板132一端分别设置在所述承载板133的两端部,所述中间体130呈“U”型结构。中间体呈“U”型结构是本实施例的一种优选方式,当然,本实施例的中间体也可以呈其他结构,比如:中间体呈“V”型结构。
其中,承载板133的边沿设置有倒角,以便用户坐在承载板上面。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,如图1至图7所示,所述第一板131另一端和第一车体110可拆卸固定连接,所述第二板132另一端和第二车体120可拆 卸固定连接。第一板和第一车体可拆卸固定连接,就方便将第一板和第一车体固定或拆卸,以及第二板和第二车体可拆卸固定连接,就方便将第二板和第二车体固定或拆卸。
当需要携带或运输电动平衡车时,可以将第一板和第一车体拆卸,以及第二板和第二车体拆卸,这样就可以将第一车体、第二车体及中间体分离,实现模块化,在大量运输过程中,就可以将其各自分类,以便运输,且减小其占用空间。在携带过程中,用户可以将电动平衡车各部件拆卸后放入到背包中,或者拉车上,这样就方便用户携带。
而且本实施例的电动平衡车当第一车体出现故障或第二车体出现故障时,就可以将其拆卸,快速装入一正常的部件与本实施例的电动平衡车相匹配,这样就增加了电动平衡车的整体寿命,同时,提高了利用率。
本实施例的电动平衡车在使用过程中可以快速组装,以实现了缓冲、减震作用;在不使用时,可以快速拆卸,方便运输和携带。
在本实施例中的改进中,所述第一板131和第一车体110通过螺钉138固定连接,所述第二板132和第二车体120通过螺钉138固定连接,螺钉138固定连接牢固,方便固定和拆卸。然而,需要说明的是,本实施例中间体130与第一车体及第二车体之间的可拆卸固定连接方式并不限于此,比如:插接可拆卸固定方式、直接螺接可拆卸固定方式、卡接可拆卸固定方式。
在本实施例的改进中,针对中间体的第一种具体结构,所述承载板和第一板可拆卸固定连接,以及所述承载板和第二板可拆卸固定连接。这样不仅中间体分别与第一车体、第二车体可以相互可拆卸固定连接,而且中间体本身也可以相互拆卸,这样就根据用户实际需要进行拆卸出去。而且由于中间体的整体结构较大,将承载板分别与第一板、第二板相互拆开,就将中间体都拆卸成板状结构,从而更加便于放置,进而就更加便于携带及运输。当然,针对中间体的第一种具体结构,也可以单独将承载板和第一板进行可拆卸固定连接,或者将承载板和第二板进行可拆卸固定连接。
在本实施例的改进中,如图6和7所示,针对中间体的第二种具体结构,所述承载板和第三板可拆卸固定连接,所述承载板和第四板可拆卸固定连接。进一步的,第一板和第三板可拆卸固定连接,第四板和第二板可拆卸固定连接。当然,针对中间体的第二种具体结构,中间体的各个部件之间的可拆卸固定方式并不限于此。
具体的,如图7所示,所述第三板设置有第一槽,所述承载板设置有用于插入到所述第一槽内的第一块;所述第四板136设置有第二槽1362,所述承载板133设置有用于插入到所述第二槽1362内的第二块1332。
在本实施例的改进中,中间体的各个部件之间的可拆卸固定方式,包括但并不限于:螺钉螺接固定、直接螺接固定、卡接固定、套接固定、销钉固定。
作为本发明实施例的另一种改进,所述电池150可拆卸的固定在间隙111处。电池可拆卸的固定在间隙处,就方便从间隙处将电池拆卸下来。现有的电动平衡车的电池都是安装固定到车体上后再运输,先将电池安装固定好又有可能导致电池发生爆炸,从而给运输带来不便,而且,在实际运输过程中,由于电池的特性,现有的电动平衡车不能够进行空运。而本发明的电池可从电动平衡车上拆卸下来,这样就可以将拆卸下的电池采用其他方式运输,拆卸过电池的电动平衡车就可以进行空运。这样就大大减小了电池爆炸的危险性。
本实施例的电动平衡车在使用过程中可以将电池快速组装,以便代步;在不使用时,可以将电池快速拆卸,方便运输和携带。
具体的,所述第一车体110设置有用于放置所述电池150的第一滑槽112,所述第二车体120设置有用于放置所述电池150的第二滑槽121,所述电池150可从所述第一车体110和第二车体120的一端插入到所述第一滑槽112和第二滑槽121内,直至所述第一滑槽112和第二滑槽121的底部。对应的,所述电池150两侧分别设置有用于放置到所述第一滑槽112内的第一滑骨151和用于放置到所述第二滑槽121内的第二滑骨152。这是设置可拆卸电池的一种具体方式,当然,也可以采用其他方式。而且本实施例也可以直接将电池可拆卸插入 到第一滑槽和第二滑槽内,而不设置第一滑骨和第二滑骨。
进一步的,所述电动平衡车100还包括定位件157,当所述电池150从所述第一车体110和第二车体120的一端插入到所述第一滑槽112和第二滑槽121内时,所述定位件157将所述电池150定位在所述第一滑槽112和第二滑槽121内。
具体的,所述定位件157包括第一定位柱153和第一定位块154,所述第一定位柱固定在所述第一车体上、且靠近所述第一滑槽设置,所述第一定位块固定在所述第一定位柱上、且可在所述第一定位柱上转动,当所述第一定位块转动至所述间隙处时可定位所述电池。
以及,所述定位件157还包括第二定位柱155和第二定位块156,所述第二定位柱固定在所述第二车体上、且靠近所述第二滑槽设置,所述第二定位块固定在所述第二定位柱上、且可在所述第二定位柱上转动,当所述第二定位块转动至所述间隙处时可定位所述电池。
需要说明的是,本实施例的电池也可以设置在其他位置处,而不设置在间隙处,比如:将电池可拆卸的安装固定在中间体上。
更进一步的,所述第一定位柱153螺接到所述第一车体110上,所述第二固定柱155螺接到所述第二车体120上。这样就可以紧固第一定位柱及第二定位柱,以便紧固第一定位块和第二定位块,使得第一定位块和第二定位块对电池的定位效果更佳。
本发明的电动平衡车还包括车轮140,具体的,车轮140为两个,分别设置在第一车体110上和第二车体120上。
本发明的电动平衡车还包括电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器,对于本领域技术人员而言,电动平衡车的电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器都是本领域技术人员已经了解的技术,故在此不再详述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动平衡车,其中,包括电池、第一车体、第二车体以及设置在第一车体和第二车体之间的中间体,所述中间体包括第一板、第二板以及设置在所述第一板一端和第二板一端的承载板,所述第一板另一端和第二板另一端间隔设置,形成一开口,所述第一板另一端固定在所述第一车体上,所述第二板另一端固定在所述第二车体上,所述第一车体和第二车体通过所述中间体固定连接后形成一间隙,所述电池可拆卸的固定在所述间隙处。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述第一车体设置有用于放置所述电池的第一滑槽,所述第二车体设置有用于放置所述电池的第二滑槽,所述电池可从所述第一车体和第二车体的一端插入到所述第一滑槽和第二滑槽内,直至所述第一滑槽和第二滑槽的底部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述电池两侧分别设置有用于放置到所述第一滑槽内的第一滑骨和用于放置到所述第二滑槽内的第二滑骨。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述电动平衡车还包括定位件,当所述电池从所述第一车体和第二车体的一端插入到所述第一滑槽和第二滑槽内时,所述定位件将所述电池定位在所述第一滑槽和第二滑槽内。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述定位件包括第一定位柱和第一定位块,所述第一定位柱固定在所述第一车体上、且靠近所述第一滑槽设置,所述第一定位块固定在所述第一定位柱上、且可在所述第一定位柱上转动,当所述第一定位块转动至所述间隙处时可定位所述电池。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述定位件还包括第二定位柱和第二定位块,所述第二定位柱固定在所述第二车体上、且靠近所述第二滑槽设置,所述第二定位块固定在所述第二定位柱上、且可在所述第二定位柱上转动,当所述第二定位块转动至所述间隙处时可定位所述电池。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述第一定位柱螺接到所述第 一车体上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述第一定位柱螺接到所述第一车体上,所述第二固定柱螺接到所述第二车体上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述第一板另一端和第一车体可拆卸固定连接,所述第二板另一端和第二车体可拆卸固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述承载板位于所述间隙上方,且位于所述第一车体和第二车体上方;所述中间体还包括设置在所述第一板和承载板之间的第三板和设置在所述第二板和承载板之间第四板,所述第三板和第一板可活动固定连接,所述第二板和第四板可活动固定连接;所述第一板设置有用于放置所述第三板的第一腔,所述第三板可在所述第一腔内活动;所述第二板设置有用于放置所述第四板的第二腔,所述第四板可在所述第二腔内活动;所述中间体还包括用于限定所述第三板在所述第一腔内活动的第一限定件和用于限定所述第四板在所述第二腔内活动的第二限定件;所述承载板和第三板可拆卸固定连接,所述承载板和第四板可拆卸固定连接。
