一种高效生活污水处理器,包括污水进管(10)、絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道;污水进管(10)开口朝上;絮凝净化通道包括倾斜设置于污水进管(10)开口处的第一导流板(11);还包括与第一导流板(11)连接的絮凝处理区(20),絮凝处理区(20)设置有第一破碎机(21);絮凝处理区(20)下方设置有絮凝再处理区(30),絮凝再处理区(30)内设置有第二破碎机(31);絮凝再处理区(30)底面设置为斜面;且絮凝再处理区(30)底部侧面设置有与絮凝区(60)连通的倾斜的絮凝导流口(61);流体净化通道包括与絮凝处理区(20)相连通的流体净化区(40),流体净化区(40)与絮凝处理区(20)之间的隔板(42)为倾斜的网板;流体净化区设置有加药口(41);流体净化区通过倾斜的流体导流口(50)与流体区(70)相连通。本方案实现结构简单,利用自然现象提高了生活污水净化效率,便于推广普及使用。

Description

一种高效生活污水处理器 技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种高效生活污水处理器。
背景技术
我国人口众多,由此产生了数量庞大的生活污水,目前生活污水的处理主要由城镇地下污水管网输送到污水处理厂采用传统活性污泥工艺集中处理,但是这种处理方法工艺复杂,处理速度慢,产生的污泥量大,运行成本高,经处理过的污水,水质较差,不能满足需求,因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的高效生活污水处理器。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种高效生活污水处理器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种高效生活污水处理器,包括污水进管、絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道;其中,所述污水进管开口朝上设置;所述絮凝净化通道包括设置于所述污水进管开口处的第一导流板,所述第一导流板倾斜设置;所述絮凝净化通道还包括与所述第一导流板连接的絮凝处理区,所述絮凝处理区设置有第一破碎机;所述絮凝处理区下方设置有絮凝再处理区,所述絮凝再处理区内设置有第 二破碎机;所述絮凝再处理区底面设置为斜面;且所述絮凝再处理区底部侧面设置有与絮凝区连通的倾斜的絮凝导流口;
所述流体净化通道包括与所述絮凝处理区相连通的流体净化区,所述流体净化区与所述絮凝处理区之间的隔板设置为倾斜的网板;所述流体净化区设置有加药口;所述流体净化区通过倾斜的流体导流口与流体区相连通。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述第一导流板底面设置有由电机控制可开合的翻折板。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述第一导流板倾斜角度为30度。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述絮凝再处理区底面倾斜角度为30度。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述加药口设置有自动加药器。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述絮凝导流口的直径大于所述流体导流口的直径。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述翻折板靠近所述絮凝处理区设置。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述翻折板可翻折角度为向下翻折90度。
本发明所述的高效生活污水处理器,其中,所述污水进管与所述第一导流板之间设置有液位传感器。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置由自然斜面导向的絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道,对生活污水中的絮凝体和流体进行分流,并增加破碎机对絮凝体进行破碎处理,以及对流体进行消毒净化处理,实现结构简单,提高了生活污水 净化效率,便于推广普及使用。

本发明较佳实施例的高效生活污水处理器结构如图1和图2所示,包括污水进管10、絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道;污水进管10开口朝上设置;絮凝净化通道包括设置于污水进管10开口处的第一导流板11,第一导流板11倾斜设置;絮凝净化通道还包括与第一导流板11连接的絮凝处理区20,絮凝处理区20设置有第一破碎机21;絮凝处理区20下方设置有絮凝再处理区30,絮凝再处理区30内设置有第二破碎机31;絮凝再处理区30底面设置为斜面;且絮凝再处理区30底部侧面设置有与絮凝区60连通的倾斜的絮凝导流口61; 流体净化通道包括与絮凝处理区20相连通的流体净化区40,流体净化区40与絮凝处理区20之间的隔板42设置为倾斜的网板;流体净化区40设置有加药口41;流体净化区40通过倾斜的流体导流口50与流体区70相连通。本方案通过设置由自然斜面导向的絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道,对生活污水中的絮凝体和流体进行分流,并增加破碎机对絮凝体进行破碎处理,以及对流体进行消毒净化处理,实现结构简单,提高了生活污水净化效率,便于推广普及使用。
进一步地,上述高效生活污水处理器中,第一导流板底面设置有由电机控制可开合的翻折板,其闭合状态如图1所示,其打开状态如图2所示。当由污水进管进入的污水中絮凝物较多时,可定时开启翻折板,将集聚在污水进管与第一导流板之间的絮凝体排入到絮凝再处理区中,由第二破碎机对絮凝体进行破碎处理。
优选地,上述翻折板靠近絮凝处理区设置,以便于更好的清理聚集的絮凝体。
优选地,上述翻折板可翻折角度为向下翻折90度。
进一步地,上述高效生活污水处理器中,如图1所示,第一导流板11倾斜角度为20-40度,优选为30度,且第一导流板11的倾斜方向为将污水从污水进管10开口处导入到絮凝处理区20内。
进一步地,上述高效生活污水处理器中,如图1所示,絮凝再处理区30底面倾斜角度为20-40度,优选为30度,且该底面倾斜角度为将破碎后的絮凝体从絮凝再处理区30导向絮凝区60内的方向。
进一步地,上述高效生活污水处理器中,加药口41设置有自动加药器(未图示),自动加药器可由控制板控制定时添加药水。
优选地,上述高效生活污水处理器中,如图1所示,絮凝导流口61的直径大于流体导流口50的直径。
优选地,上述高效生活污水处理器中,污水进管10与第一导流板11之间设置有液位传感器(未图示),当污水中絮凝体较多,导致处理速度过慢,污水进管10与第一导流板11之间的液位上升时,可由液位传感器感应,然后根据实际液位情况控制污水进管开口处污水进入速度。
综上,本发明通过设置由自然斜面导向的絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道,对生活污水中的絮凝体和流体进行分流,并增加破碎机对絮凝体进行破碎处理,以及对流体进行消毒净化处理,实现结构简单,提高了生活污水净化效率,便于推广普及使用。

  1. 一种高效生活污水处理器,包括污水进管,其特征在于,还包括絮凝净化通道和流体净化通道;所述污水进管开口朝上设置;所述絮凝净化通道包括设置于所述污水进管开口处的第一导流板,所述第一导流板倾斜设置;所述絮凝净化通道还包括与所述第一导流板连接的絮凝处理区,所述絮凝处理区设置有第一破碎机;所述絮凝处理区下方设置有絮凝再处理区,所述絮凝再处理区内设置有第二破碎机;所述絮凝再处理区底面设置为斜面;且所述絮凝再处理区底部侧面设置有与絮凝区连通的倾斜的絮凝导流口;
    所述流体净化通道包括与所述絮凝处理区相连通的流体净化区,所述流体净化区与所述絮凝处理区之间的隔板设置为倾斜的网板;所述流体净化区设置有加药口;所述流体净化区通过倾斜的流体导流口与流体区相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高效生活污水处理器,其特征在于,所述第一导流板底面设置有由电机控制可开合的翻折板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高效生活污水处理器,其特征在于,所述第一导流板倾斜角度为30度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高效生活污水处理器,其特征在于,所述絮凝再处理区底面倾斜角度为30度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高效生活污水处理器,其特征在于,所述加药口设置有自动加药器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高效生活污水处理器,其特征在于,所述絮凝导流口的直径大于所述流体导流口的直径。
