优选的,所述升级装置还包括第三检测装置和编号装置,当所述设备的蓝牙与应用程序的连接断开又通过蓝牙连接时,所述第三检测装置检测所述设备是否存在待获取的升级信息,若存在,所述第二获取装置优先获取待获取的升级信息;所述编号装置将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的 部分编号为X,将待获取的升级信息部分编号为X+1。
这也是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种优选方案,这样设置当设备和移动终端之间的蓝牙连接断开时无法继续进行数据传输,当设备和移动设备之间又通过蓝牙连接时可以继续传输上次连接时未完成的信息,而且通过编号装置同样进行编号,这样也是为了防止信息传输重复。
在设备获取升级信息过程中,若同时存在多次暂停以及设备和移动终端之间的蓝牙连接先断开而又连接,则通过编号装置分别对以上获取的信息进行编号,进而防止有信息传输重复。
根据本发明的又一个方面,本发明公开了一种蓝牙设备,所述蓝牙设备包括如上所述的升级装置。
当前市场,对一般的蓝牙电子产品,升级一般都要返回厂家,进行更换固件,或者通过设备本身的USB口,进行有线升级,这样会给产品升级带来很大的麻烦,浪费人力和增加损耗,并给消费者带来非常不便,直接影响产品的后续维护。
与现有技术相比,本发明的设备通过蓝牙直接和移动终端的应用程序进行连接,从而就方便进行数据传输;设备通过应用程序获取自身的最新固件版本号,并检测该最新固件版本号与当前固件版本号是否一致,如果不一致表明设备当前固件版本不是最新版本,设备进一步可以获取最新固件版本号的升级信息,并通过该升级信息进行升级,从而使得设备具有最新版本。
本发明的技术效果是:本发明的设备通过蓝牙和移动终端直接连接,可以获取移动终端的应用程序中最新固件版本号的升级信息,进而以便升级,从而本发明的设备通过蓝牙的连接实现了无线升级,相比现有技术,升级方式简单、容易实现,不仅方便用户对设备进行升级,而且节省人力、物力。
其中,本发明的设备具体为蓝牙设备,也就是设备内置有蓝牙。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种蓝牙设备的无线升级方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:设备通过蓝牙与移动终端的应用程序连接;设备通过所述应用程序获取设备自身的最新固件版本号;检测所述最新固件版本号与设备当前固件版本号是否一致;若所述当前固件版本号与最新固件版本号不一致时;设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息;设备根据所述升级信息进行升级。

需要说明的是,移动终端包括但不限于PC机、平板电脑、智能手机、PDA等。
需要说明的是,本发明的设备具体为蓝牙设备,也就是设备内置有蓝牙。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1为本发明一个实施例的蓝牙设备的无线升级方法的流程图,图2为本发明一个实施例的蓝牙设备的无线升级装置的示意图,图3本发明一个实施例的蓝牙设备的示意图。其中,图2中的无线升级装置可设置于图3中的蓝牙设备内,所述蓝牙设备的无线升级方法包括由图2中的无线升级装置执行的步骤S101、步骤S102、步骤S103、步骤S104和步骤S105。
具体的,步骤S101,设备通过蓝牙与移动终端的应用程序连接;
步骤S102,设备通过所述应用程序获取设备自身的最新固件版本号;
步骤S103,检测所述最新固件版本号与设备当前固件版本号是否一致;
步骤S104,若所述当前固件版本号与最新固件版本号不一致时;设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息;
步骤S105,设备根据所述升级信息进行升级。
需要说明的是,移动终端包括但不限于PC机、平板电脑、智能手机、PDA等。
在本实施例中,移动终端依智能手机为例进行说明,需要说明的是,智能手机仅为举例说明,其他现有的或今后可能出现的移动设备如可适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明保护范围以内,并以引用方式包含于此。
在步骤S101中,设备通过蓝牙与移动终端的应用程序连接;无线升级装置包括蓝牙,设备通过升级装置的蓝牙和移动终端的应用程序进行连接,实现应用程序和设备的通信。
在步骤S102中,设备通过所述应用程序获取设备自身的最新固件版本号。
在步骤S103中,升级装置检测所述最新固件版本号与设备当前固件 版本号是否一致,若不一致,进入步骤S104;若一致,提醒用户设备当前固件版本为最新版本,无需进行升级。在提醒过程中,可以通过发送提醒指令,也可以发出提醒声音。
在步骤S104中,设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息,获取该升级信息后,就方便升级装置进行下一步动作。
其中,在获取升级信息过程中,在所述设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息过程中,升级装置检测所述设备是否处于使用状态;
若所述设备处于使用状态,所述设备暂停获取所述升级信息。
这是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种优选方案,当设备处于使用状态时,暂停获取升级信息,这样就防止因获取升级信息而影响用户正常使用设备,确保设备能够正常使用。
进一步的,将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的部分编号为X(X大于或等于0),当检测到所述设备不处于使用状态,所述设备继续获取所述升级信息中剩余的部分,并将所述设备继续获取的升级信息中剩余的部分编号为X+1。
这是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种更优选方案,当设备处于使用状态时,暂停获取升级信息,这样就防止因获取升级信息而影响用户正常使用设备,确保设备能够正常使用。当设备不处于使用状态时,设备就继续获取升级信息中剩余的部分,实现了智能控制数据传输,不仅方便用户使用设备,而且方便数据传输。
其中,在暂停获取升级信息和继续获取升级信息过程中,先将已经获取的部分进行编号,并编号为X,将需要继续获取的部分编号为X+1,从而当设备获取完整的升级信息时,就不会产生重复。
另外,如果在获取升级信息过程中,需要多次暂停,则在继续获取过程中,不断对继续获取的部分进行加1编号,以确保多次获取的信息不重复。
其中,使用状态包括但并不限于:播放音乐、录音、通话。
其中,当所述设备的蓝牙与应用程序的连接断开且又通过蓝牙连接时,升级装置检测所述设备是否存在待获取的升级信息,若存在,所述设备优先获取待获取的升级信息;
其中,待获取的升级信息为未获取完整的剩余的升级信息。从而或具 有待获取的升级信息,表明上次蓝牙连接时已获取有升级信息,但并未完全获取,当再此蓝牙连接时继续获取升级信息。
将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的部分编号为X(X大于或等于0),将待获取的升级信息部分编号为X+1。
这也是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种优选方案,这样设置当设备和移动终端之间的蓝牙连接断开时无法继续进行数据传输,当设备和移动设备之间又通过蓝牙连接时可以继续传输上次连接时未完成的信息,而且同样进行编号,这样也是为了防止信息传输重复。
在设备获取升级信息过程中,若同时存在多次暂停以及设备和移动终端之间的蓝牙连接先断开而又连接,则分别对以上获取的信息进行编号,进而防止有信息传输重复。
其中,在获取升级信息完成后,提醒用户获取升级信息已经完成,是否进行升级,当确定升级时再进行升级,从而增加用户体验。当然,本实施例在获取升级信息完成时也可以不提醒用户,而根据升级信息直接进行升级。
其中,当获取升级信息完成后,自动删除之前升级信息,从而减少占用空间。
其中,当获取升级信息完成后,先将其保存,然后自动对整个升级信息文件进行校验和检查。当检查升级信息无误再进入下一步骤。在校验升级信息过程中,可以校验升级信息的升级文件、文件长度以及文件对应的版本号。
在步骤S105,设备根据所述升级信息进行升级。在升级过程中,断开蓝牙,也就是将设备和移动终端之间断开连接,并清理相关系统资源。当升级完成后,自动重启系统。

图2是本发明一个实施例的蓝牙设备的无线升级装置的示意图。该升级装置包括:连接装置101、第一获取装置102、第一检测装置103、第二获取装置104和控制装置105。
其中,连接装置,所述设备通过连接装置101的蓝牙与移动终端的应用程序连接;具体的,连接装置采用BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy,蓝牙低功率)实现和移动终端的数据传输。
其中,第一获取装置,所述第一获取装置通过应用程序获取设备自身的最新固件版本号。
其中,第一检测装置,用于检测所述最新固件版本号与设备当前固件版本号是否一致;若一致,提醒用户设备当前固件版本为最新版本,无需进行升级。在提醒过程中,可以通过发送提醒指令,也可以发出提醒声音。
其中,第二获取装置,若所述当前固件版本号与最新固件版本号不一致时所述第二获取装置获取最新固件版本号的升级信息。
其中,控制装置,根据所述升级信息对所述设备进行升级。
所述升级装还包括第二检测装置、第三检测装置、暂停装置和编号装置。
所述第二检测装置用于检测所述设备是否处于使用状态;
若所述设备处于使用状态,所述暂停装置用于暂停所述第二获取装置获取所述升级信息。
这是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种优选方案,当第二检测装置检测到设备处于使用状态时,暂停装置暂停获取升级信息,这样就防止因获取升级信息而影响用户正常使用设备,确保设备能够正常使用。其中,使用 状态包括但并不限于:播放音乐、录音、通话。
进一步的,所述编号装置将所述升级信息中所述第二获取装置已获取的部分编号为X,当所述第二检测装置检测到所述设备不处于使用状态,所述第二获取装置继续获取所述升级信息中剩余的部分,并通过编号装置将所述设备继续获取的升级信息中剩余的部分编号为X+1。
这是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种更优选方案,当第二检测装置检测到设备处于使用状态时,暂停装置暂停获取升级信息,这样就防止因获取升级信息而影响用户正常使用设备,确保设备能够正常使用。当设备不处于使用状态时,第二获取装置就继续获取升级信息中剩余的部分,实现了智能控制数据传输,不仅方便用户使用设备,而且方便数据传输。
其中,在暂停获取升级信息和继续获取升级信息过程中,先通过编号装置将已经获取的部分进行编号,并编号为X,将需要继续获取的部分编号为X+1,从而当设备获取完整的升级信息时,就不会产生重复。
另外,如果在获取升级信息过程中,需要多次暂停,则在继续获取过程中,不断对继续获取的部分进行加1编号,以确保多次获取的信息不重复。
其中,当所述设备的蓝牙与应用程序的连接断开又通过蓝牙连接时,所述第三检测装置检测所述设备是否存在待获取的升级信息,若存在,所述第二获取装置优先获取待获取的升级信息;
所述编号装置将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的部分编号为X,将待获取的升级信息部分编号为X+1。
这也是本发明设备获取升级信息的一种优选方案,这样设置当设备和移动终端之间的蓝牙连接断开时无法继续进行数据传输,当设备和移动设备之间又通过蓝牙连接时可以继续传输上次连接时未完成的信息,而且通过编号装置同样进行编号,这样也是为了防止信息传输重复。
在设备获取升级信息过程中,若同时存在多次暂停以及设备和移动终端之间的蓝牙连接先断开而又连接,则通过编号装置分别对以上获取的信息进行编号,进而防止有信息传输重复。
其中,使用状态包括但并不限于:播放音乐、录音、通话。
其中,在第二获取装置获取升级信息完成后,提醒用户获取升级信息已经完成,是否进行升级,当确定升级时再进行升级,从而增加用户体验。 当然,本实施例在获取升级信息完成时也可以不提醒用户,而根据升级信息直接进行升级。
其中,当获取升级信息完成后,自动删除之前升级信息,从而减少占用空间。
其中,当获取升级信息完成后,先将其保存,然后自动对整个升级信息文件进行校验和检查。当检查升级信息无误再进入下一步骤。在校验升级信息过程中,可以校验升级信息的升级文件、文件长度以及文件对应的版本号。
图3是本发明一个实施例的蓝牙设备的示意图。所述蓝牙设备100包括升级装置110,其中,本实施例的升级装置110可参见图2中的升级装置,在此不再对升级装置进行详述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蓝牙设备的无线升级方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    设备通过蓝牙与移动终端的应用程序连接;
    设备通过所述应用程序获取设备自身的最新固件版本号;
    检测所述最新固件版本号与设备当前固件版本号是否一致;
    若所述当前固件版本号与最新固件版本号不一致时;
    设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息;
    设备根据所述升级信息进行升级。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种蓝牙设备的无线升级方法,其特征在于,
    在所述设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息过程中,检测所述设备是否处于使用状态;
    若所述设备处于使用状态,所述设备暂停获取所述升级信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种蓝牙设备的无线升级方法,其特征在于,将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的部分编号为X(X大于或等于0),当检测到所述设备不处于使用状态,所述设备继续获取所述升级信息中剩余的部分,并将所述设备继续获取的升级信息中剩余的部分编号为X+1。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种蓝牙设备的无线升级方法,其特征在于,当所述设备的蓝牙与应用程序的连接断开且又通过蓝牙连接时,检测所述设备是否存在待获取的升级信息,若存在,所述设备优先获取待获取的升级信息;
    将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的部分编号为X(X大于或等于0),将待获取的升级信息部分编号为X+1。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的无线升级方法,其特征在于,在所述设备获取最新固件版本号的升级信息后对升级信息进行校验和检查,当校验和检查无误时再根据所述升级信息进行升级。
  6. 一种蓝牙设备的无线升级装置,其特征在于,所述升级装置包括:
    连接装置,所述设备通过连接装置的蓝牙与移动终端的应用程序连接;
    第一获取装置,所述第一获取装置通过应用程序获取设备自身的最新固件版本号;
    第一检测装置,用于检测所述最新固件版本号与设备当前固件版本号 是否一致;
    第二获取装置,若所述当前固件版本号与最新固件版本号不一致时所述第二获取装置获取最新固件版本号的升级信息;
    控制装置,根据所述升级信息对所述设备进行升级。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种蓝牙设备的无线升级装置,其特征在于,所述升级装置还包括第二检测装置和暂停装置,
    所述第二检测装置用于检测所述设备是否处于使用状态;
    若所述设备处于使用状态,所述暂停装置用于暂停所述第二获取装置获取所述升级信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种蓝牙设备的无线升级装置,其特征在于,所述升级装置还包括编号装置,所述编号装置将所述升级信息中所述第二获取装置已获取的部分编号为X,当所述第二检测装置检测到所述设备不处于使用状态,所述第二获取装置继续获取所述升级信息中剩余的部分,并通过编号装置将所述设备继续获取的升级信息中剩余的部分编号为X+1。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种蓝牙设备的无线升级装置,其特征在于,所述升级装置还包括第三检测装置和编号装置,当所述设备的蓝牙与应用程序的连接断开又通过蓝牙连接时,所述第三检测装置检测所述设备是否存在待获取的升级信息,若存在,所述第二获取装置优先获取待获取的升级信息;
    所述编号装置将所述升级信息中所述设备已获取的部分编号为X,将待获取的升级信息部分编号为X+1。
  10. 一种蓝牙设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求5至8任一所述的升级装置。
